How to stop food cravings and master your appetite? In one word Keto Seriously cut out sugar and carbs, you will have to remind yourself to eat because you won't get hungry anymore.

Probably the best dance for dancing with random women that don't know how to dance would be blues dancing or anything where you keep them mostly in closed position. Women that are new to dancing will have shitty connection and it's really hard to lead them in open position like WCS.

If your goals with dance are just soley about getting laid then probably do lindy hop. If you are doing dance as a hobby and something you enjoy them obviously pick what you enjoy the most.

The main keys to a good vibe are not trying too hard and not letting the conversion get too serious. With everything you ask her and every answer you give you can lead the conversation towards more logical and serious or towards more fun and silly.

Seriously the hate on PUA is retarded. PUA just means going out with the intention of hitting on women and trying to fuck them. Do guys here really think that they can go from sucking with women to being smooth by lifting weights and improving their careers? That's like trying to get good at dancing by lifting weights. You get to be smooth and natural when you don't have to think about flirting, escalating, and bringing women home with you. And you get to where you don't need to think to do this…

Approaching women and trying to fuck them? That sounds like some PUA bullshit. You should just lift and improve yourself until women magically start lining up to jump on your cock.

It's not the same thing, it's possible you've never been in a flow state. If you play football a flow state is where you reach a mental state where you are making plays during a game that you literally are not capable of making during practice. For example, jumping in the air and making a one handed catch while simultaneously being aware of the safety running at you, landing and dodging around him. Flow isn't about getting a second wind. It's about the conscious part of your brain, your frontal …

I don't think that sex on the first date is the ultimate indicator of attraction. If you are good with logistics and pulling, women will fuck you just because you are there and there's no downside, often with kind of meh attraction.

Quick sexual escalation This is the key, not the sex. The women that have been the most attracted to me I kissed within 15 minutes of meeting them. This definitely makes you stand out as extremely dominant compared to most of the men she has known in her life.

My text game has gotten significantly better in the last few months. By better I mean, that I can get most girls out on a date. I've been busy with work and so I've started doing online game for the first time. The less gamey my texts got and the faster I pushed for meetup, the more successful I was. I definitely think that there is something to "logistics only" as much as possible. I definitely will tease if there is an easy setup and I try to reinforce that she is chasing me as much as possibl…

Obviously this is a joke, but it does amaze me how many people are duped into drinking these things and believe they are healthy. Look at your labels people. 4 grams of sugar = 1 teaspoon. Do the math and decide if that is a reasonable amount of spoonfuls to be consuming in one beverage.

This is also also not flow. Flow is when you are near the limits of your abilities. It's not an average day at work or practicing.

No these are different things. Endorphins from exercise or lifting isn't the same as flow. Flow is where you are doing something that is very challenging for you and you get into a state where every decision that you make is the right decision and only leads to further right decisions. I've experienced this playing sports, in partner dancing, and doing pickup. It's not the afterglow of an experience or exercise it's when you are in the experience itself. There's no doubt or conscious thought abo…

It all depends on the girl. Some girls the shittier you treat them, the more they love you and chase. Show them one ounce of care and they will bail.

I'm probably 50/50. It just depends on what's easier logistics for me. I live in the suburbs of a major city. For girls that live in the city, I pick a bar near their house. For girls that also live in the burbs I pick a bar near my house.

Great post! Stealing that tap water line, it fits my sense of humor perfectly. I'd add this. If you want to get laid on the first date... More important than what you do on the date is logistics. Logistics trumps all Think about your date backwards. Start with your dick inside of her at your place or her place and plan it out backwards from there Don't just meet up at some cool place and wing it. Pick a place near your house or near hers. If I'm taking public transit, I'll pick a place near her …

I've been through this phase after divorce. As it turned out, I've been "fighting" not for my marriage but for external validation from my "mommy replacement" (aka "wife"). Weird, I went through the exact same thing. The first 3-4 women after being single I didn't get any pleasure from the sex. Then started getting progressively better each time.

You take pleasure in others misfortune because you think that they shouldn't be dumb, fat, slutty, beta etc. and that they are getting what they deserve for being that way. Shouldn't is a word that you should try to eliminate from your vocabulary. Whether it's in regards to how people act, or society, or the weather. Accept how things are first and then take action or accept that the thing is unchangeable. Don't say that sluts shouldn't be slutty... they are slutty, so they should be slutty. It'…

Taking pleasure in the misery of others is victim mentality If you take pleasure from "dumb sluts" getting their comeuppance, you are acting like a victim. If you take pleasure from unaware bluepill men being duped by what society tells them, you are acting like a victim. If you find yourself jealous of other peoples success, you are acting like a victim. The world is not a zero sum game. You are in control of your own success or failure, not other people.

Did you even read the post? Literally 2/3s of the post is about making sure you are evaluating what you are doing and not just spinning your wheels making the same mistakes over and over. I can't believe that this is the top voted comment... The OP recommends a pretty small number of approaches. Going into a bar and talking to 5 women in a night is a pretty normal thing to do. If you think that this is weird or it scares you, you definitely need to start approaching more. So many fragile egos on…

There's a difference between talking about your emotions and how you have them under control and whining or being emotional in front of women. I was talking about meditation to one woman and how it has allowed me to find emotions that I've buried deep down. I told her how I recently became aware of a sadness over the ending of a LTR 6 months previous. And how it's necessary to allow oneself to feel and let go of these emotions. How I let myself feel that grief and cry and then that feeling of lo…

When I catch myself seeking validation from others, I like to imagine what it would feel like to get that validation from them. Then I think, how would that change my life at all. The answer is that it wouldn't and I feel freed from having to get that validation.

Most men are not capable of admitting or seeing any of their flaws. I certainly wasn't. You almost need to hit rock bottom before you can accept that you really do suck and that your life is shit. If you can't put your ego aside and accept where you are at objectively, you can't start improving yourself. Things like starting to lift when you are a skinny little man child or trying to cold approach women when you have no experience doing it are going to force you to confront the reality of where …

Side note. Be aware of her body language, but don't be affected by it. You feeling relaxed and your own body language is more important than hers. Don't wait for IOIs or be waiting for the perfect moment to make a move. This comes off as permission seeking and that you think she is the one in charge/out of your league.

I struggle with getting too deep in conversation too. Be like Jerry, keep it light. (with teasing and escalation) http://comediansincarsgettingcoffee.com/

That's why I said it's a circular journey. You start out and try to approach being yourself and get harsh rejections because your body language, eye contact, tonality is shitty and you are nervous and lack experience. Then you try all sorts of gimicky, bolder, and more flirtatious stuff that doesn't feel like you. Then eventually you are able to just walk up without trying too hard and get results.

Same result for me. Cutting out sugar a year and a half ago was what gave me the mental clarity to start making changes in my life.

Good post. It's this simple and it isn't. "Just be yourself" is actually good advice for getting women, but cold approach is a full circle journey and it takes time to get back to where you feel like you are just being normal and getting results. You need to get to the point where doing an approach like in the in OP doesn't stress you out and feels like asking a stranger for directions or like introducing yourself to somebody at a networking event. To get there you need to approach a lot and you…

For me the keys to successful meditation are: Avoiding dopamine hitting activities, web browsing, TV, Movies, masterbation, cigarettes, etc. I find that if I'm engaging in these my mind is very restless and I have a hard time quieting it. Focusing on my breathing. Breathing deep into my balls and then "releasing" the breath, not pushing out the exhale, just letting it rise out of me. Straight back and body relaxed. Eyes open and focused on a single point. I try to pour my mind and my consciousne…

This is true, but if you suck at getting women, making getting women your focus for a period of time is useful. People like to hate on PUA techniques vs just focusing on yourself and being "alpha", but it takes practice to be smooth with women. The guy who is the weird PUA guy (which really just means he is pushing his comfort zone) and approaches 1000s of women over a few months, before chilling out and focusing on himself, is going to be better than the guy that just skips that step.

Yes, avoid the oneitis, but do fuck her as many times as possible. You learn a lot more about sex from fucking one girl a bunch of times than from fucking 20 girls once. I've met guys before that had been with way more women than me and said they had never been with any of them more than twice. Which clearly meant they sucked in bed.

OK so AWALT. Then why be in a legally binding relationship with them? This is the part I can't get past. I put too much of myself into my work to risk losing it.

So there's the saying "Behind every great man, there's a great woman." Before I found the redpill, I used to think that this saying meant, a woman like you who supported and boosted up the man's self esteem, with love, and suport, sex, and submissiveness. Now I know that it means a great woman shit tests and challenges her man to be a great man. Whenever he starts to slack she notices, probably not consciously, and shit tests him, she gets moody, she challenges him to grow again. A great woman i…

I'm pretty new here, but I wouldn't make a big deal doing manly or gross things for my wife, like unplugging the toilet or killing pests. Go slow, do more reading, and work on yourself more. One day reading is too fast to change your personal outlook. You need to change your mindset, not just act differently towards your wife. One day is too fast to do that.

The problem is that when you came to bed, you started talking about the day. You should have made a move right away. She may or may not have been giving you false signals, but when you started talking, you turned her off.
