More than sex? Do you have any homosexual thoughts? You keep mentioning acceptance. That's a broad field. Name some things you need her to accept, and what an acceptable acceptance would look like. Are you fit and masculine? Did I see you use 'snuggle' as a possessive verb? I had a picture of some frolicking going on. Normally do you behave like a man? When do you and when do you not? What's the pattern? Gaming a chick until what the 4th day when you let loose a brain/life dump upon her, and all…

I think I see where you are. I'm going to test something here that should expedite our return from the tedious work of repairing a few conversation potholes . My normal interlocutor is off today and if you would like to sub in, kindly fine tune the below. You have a free hand. We can true up this thing in two touches. Alt undergoes emotional turmoil when a (romantic) relationship ends. With a high N count he must have been regularly in and out of relationships, with the attendant emotional costs…

In the post, "relationship" refers to romantic relationships, not friendships. A friendship dying from neglect isn't the end of the world, as I noted here: Friend fades from your life? It was good to know him for as long as I did, no regrets.

Interestingly I didn’t think of it in those terms until I started writing it out, but it works.

Correct, except I didn’t limit the time—I increased it. I used to spend zero time with her. At certain scale, from 0 to 10 hours is a significant jump. I covered different perspectives in the post, but that was to provide some context and hopefully increase the utility for the reader. What actually transpired is that ~10 hours was all I could spare. It just so happened that that time worked well for multiple concerns.

Rarely. I dislike interruptions, and if she needs to reach me in real time a phone call is more efficient than struggling through a conversation on that tiny keyboard.

That’s true, and there are a small handful of friendships that formed as you described, but such results are uncommon. It doesn’t help that women have a hard time keeping things platonic with me. Impractical too, considering I have a high N-count.

I was already set financially. She would have a hard time challenging the prenup, considering she essentially wrote most of it. I have given her my name, so she is under constant scrutiny. Everything she says and does, her looks and style, her feminine graces, now all of it is a reflection of me. And not just me, but of my family and my business. Over time, being unavoidably indispensable for some aspects of my business, she will experience all manner of shit. Seduction attempts by capable men, …

Thanks. One of the biggest changes I noticed was that she is more emotional, in a good way. Happier, more empathetic and positive, and she has an easier time getting excited about things. Being “in the moment” and at ease with herself were big goals she had. I’m proud of her. She lights up a room.

She was in finance. Wanted to rule Wall Street, a decidedly masculine place. She moved into a medical field. Right now she’s raising our son but still looking at getting her PhD in due time. She’s started a few businesses, still owns one, the others ended or were sold. None of that was related to her mindset work.

I’ll reply via PM. This post is about her, not me.

I agree, it is a little different, but it is what it is. I’ve seen this topic discussed but don’t see many success stories, so I thought I would add one. I won’t be offended if it’s removed. As I mentioned in previous comment, I was a simple observer as she worked through this. I gave advice a couple times when asked but that’s it. This was her idea and her execution. I was pretty happy with how she was. The things in the post are things she told me, mostly after the fact.

I wasn’t involved at all, this was her thing from start to finish. She wanted me to be more involved but I declined.

Frankly, I was shocked as well. This approach places sex as the primary focus of the relationship. Not just in a general sense, such as staying attractive, but in real time. Almost all the time spent with each other you're either fucking or at the very least in a relaxed, romantic state. It's even better for the woman who is deeply attracted, she will luxuriate in your presence. This is about as "RP" as you can get. The women who didn't like it were primarily the ones wanting an emotional tampon…

About 10 hours a week of private time, not counting business or social engagements. She's never bored or boring during this time. It is her favorite time. She's never boring, period. The whole purpose of being scarce and keeping communications to a minimum is to allow more time to pass between interactions, which allows more interesting things to transpire, which makes for meaningful conversation when we have it. Deleted.

I can't cite my memory. Was there something specific you wanted to know?

I think lifting is the best way to begin building one's masculinity. We never discussed it. It's just how I conducted the relationship from the start.

Monogamy is a valid option. You'll have a deeper relationship, and as I mentioned in the piece, better women.

That's interesting. You a subtle but significantly different approach to frame than TRP. Do you consider yourself RP?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
