You know when a moderately attractive girl posts something on a porn subreddit and gets a few thousand likes, they like that attention so they post more and more but get fewer and fewer likes? This guy's stuff reminds me of that.

By depending on the girl you are fucking to be knowlegable enough to use bc correctly AND be honest about whether and how they are using it is putting your fate entirely in the hands of another person. That is weak. Also, most female bc also does not protect against any STDs. Condoms are not 100%, but statistically you are definitely better off using one.

I'm aware of what fusion is and that it has always been a few years away for many decades. It could happen, but it hasn't yet and until it does I don't assume fusion will be the solution to our problems.

If you're handing out bans to people who point out the correct way to use the English language then I'll take a two week ban out of solidarity. Using words incorrectly while writing is like using bad form while lifting.

There are cultural factors at work with respect to decline but there is a larger issue at play. Our civilization runs on energy. 250 years ago that energy source exploded with discoveries that enabled us to extract and use fossil fuels. The impact that surplus energy had on the way our civilization is organized was huge. That surplus energy allowed for mechanization of many tasks, transforming the economy and rendering physical strength less and less important over time. It also allowed for grea…

Or you're trying to provide sufficient detail to demonstrate how that particular girl behaved in a way that serves as a good example of red pill theory playing out in the real world. Universally writing off posts because the amount of the information about a woman, rather than the actual content is short-sighted.

Heart of Darkness is a classic among classics. I make a point to re-read it every 5 years or so. Your instructor is an idiot but don't let that turn you off the book. If I remember correctly some red pill knowledge is dropped towards the end about actual reality vs. the way women need to see reality. Conrad was aware of female solipsism 100 years before the manosphere or this sub.

Disagree. You don't have to be at the top to give advice. You just need to be in a better relative position to the person receiving the advice. I'm highly qualified to give a 350 lb dude diet and fitness advice because I'm a healthy weight, have some muscle definition, etc and have maintained that for over a decade. If I gave that same advice to a power lifter or other high level athlete I would look like an asshole because they clearly have me outclassed (for now).

After college try #1 ended badly I was lonely, depressed, bitter. I had lost a major part of my identity (smart, top student). During the lead up to that implosion I leaned on my friends for emotional support. To their credit, a few put up with it for a while, but eventually they all pretty much dropped off the radar. The only people who stuck around were just as fucked up as I was or worse. I learned from that that people don't want to hear your problems. I also learned that friends are nice bu…

Unfortunately you're fighting the dominant narrative that's its perfectly ok to let yourself go and get fat and it's a mortal sin to say otherwise. Of course, we know this runs counter to reality. If you try to make them see that and they choose not to the only option is a trade in. Life is too short to sacrifice your own happiness because someone else is over-fond of junk food.

I helped a friend out by getting him my old job. I was stepping up to something better outside that company (still a good place to work, they take care of their people), and he was getting jerked around by his employer at the time, so my old job was a step up for him. It didn't cost me anything to help him but he's grateful and provided me with a good connect to further my side hustle half year down the line.

You make it sound trying to improve the world and looking out for yourself are always mutually exclusive ideas. They aren't. Is doing so a challenge in a world that encourages you to consume at the maximum rate possible? Sure, but if I was averse to being challenged I wouldn't read and post on this sub.

The red pill is like the seed of pine trees out west, laying dormant until the old forest burns down. The heat causes the cones to open and then they dominate the site because their competition is dead.

If you are expecting a divorce in six months to a year, what is the legality of developing a "cocaine addiction". Whereby you start withdrawing a lot of money and hiding it somewhere, all while staying out late. Maybe come home smelling of cigs and beer. Acting erratic. If she's going to divorce anyway drug addiction gives her an easy reason but also gives an easy excuse for you to hide cash. Once she leaves go to narc anon or a cheap outpatient rehab to give more credibility.

There is definitely a sizeable portion in the anger phase. Maybe 75%. I don't see this as a problem because anger is what follows denial/bp. If there are more angry guys than chill long time RP dudes it is because the idea is spreading and growing.

Passing on your genes is going to have a minimal effect on the future trajectory of Western Civilization and humanity in general. What really matters is our collective body of knowledge and ideas. If you are applying the knowledge gained here, spinning plates and increasing your N count, you are throwing the dice every time you have sex. Women have become much more promiscuous. I'm not having kids and don't recommend it. However, if I was going to I think I would forego marriage. Kids do best in a household where the parents have a stable relationship and Dad is the undisputed, beneficent leader of the whole show. We know marriage puts a guy in submissive frame by default since it is of little benefit to him. Mom needs to know at all times that while Dad loves her, he is capable and can easily find another woman and will leave if she makes life too difficult, cuts off …

Yeah, cohabitation is about as serious as it should get, preferably with you owning a house and her paying you something as rent. Research common law marriage in your state before proceeding though. More important, don't get her pregnant. At that point you've given her full legal, financial and emotional leverage over your life. Marriage is a pinky promise compared to kids.

The combination of rising population and shrinking fossil energy reserves is what will eventually swing the pendulum back the other way. Women can be bratty entitled princesses right now because technology makes life easy. Conventional oil peaked in 2005 or so. Within a few years we had the great recession. Oil and coal are not long off. Renewables are nice but they won't replace fossil fuels. In times of hardship and struggle, when human muscles are the most common means of doing work, then wom…

BPD chicks are awesome for the growth of the manosphere. They manage to hurt guys so deep that it snaps them out of their old, delusional beliefs. A normal, socially well-calibrated girl is much more adept at just stringing guys along, keeping that faint BP hope alive.

Cremation is a problem for fatties. What we should do is just melt them down, open an all you can eat fried food buffet. Use the fat from the dead fatties to do the frying. Putting it all off on women is something a woman would do. Instead of just blaming them, figure out ways to do a better job of supporting US production. Check labels, comparison shop online, send letters to retailers and producers letting them know you want more US made options, etc. If the women in your life see it is important to o you, and you are high value/alpha in their eyes they will follow your lead.

Politics is not football. It is foolish for people to divide up into two opposing teams, force every problem and solution into a false dichotomy and then make a zero sum game out of every difference. That shuts down creative problem solving and silos people off in captive constituencies . It's great for the people in charge since they can figure out what benefits them the most, work towards that behind the scenes while they get everybody else to fight over pointless details.

I wish people would consider this with respect to jobs. They're mad all the jobs went to China but are happy to load up their cart with foreign made crap. I wouldn't totally write off a second date. Don't contact her at all for at least a month. Let any bad impressions you made fade. In the mean time go hard at the gym. Exponential population growth is not sustainable either. Having a legal system that makes any smart man realize he'd be a fool to have a kid under that regime is no ideal - it's deeply unfair - but at the same time it's not completely a bad thing due to overpopulation.

The second you meet someone you are starting to lay down precedents for how they expect the rest of your interactions to go. If you pay for everything right off the bat they'll be an expectation you'll be paying for everything all the time. I personally like spending my money on things I want, so I split 50/50 on the first few dates, then for the sake of convenience it usually develops into ok you get this meal, I'll get the next. There is a finite amount of time in the day. Choosing to do one thing means choosing not to do another. To make the best use of your time you need to be deeply aware of the things that mean the most to you and invest your precious time towards those ends. That may mean making trade-offs. There are two work-arounds for this that I've found. 1.) Plan activities so that you accomplish multiple objectives simultaneously. 2.) There are no inalienable rights. The only rights you have are the ones you are capable of asserting you have in the face of challenges to them. Men will regain power and dominance at the society level when individual men start doing that in their own lives. The discussions occurring here are a first step to that. Alphas are also calm in the face of adversity so why would he continue to put her down regarding something he could not control? Why should he even care unless he's looking for someone to marry? A true alpha would have heard the info about her past, then moved on without a big fanfare and found someone new, which should be easy due…

The ambient culture in most Western nations is pussifying the men. This is happening at a particularly bad time because we are also entering an era of declining energy availability, in absolute terms since the supply of oil has peaked, and also per capita because world population is still increasing. Energy use and GDP growth are tightly correlated so if energy supplies fall, economies will contract. This will lead to conflict. Winning a conflict requires strength, which is a masculine value, wh…

I would like to see a manned mission to Mars, but we will not have a colony there because, just like the moon the costs far outweigh the benefits. To be self sustaining they will need to make everything they need from Martian resources. Right now that list is rocks, water, CO2 and sunlight that is 1/4 the strength of that on earth. Therefore, view women as a kind of sophisticated measurement device. If a high quality woman wants you, then you are probably doing a lot of things right in life. My original contention was that the number of people agriculture can feed is dependent on how much energy is available to do the work of growing food. All you've proven so far is that the US navy has figured out how to make some very expensive bunker fuel in the middle of the ocean. Nuclear is not a panacea. As of 2011, the US produced 8.1% of it's total energy consumption via nuclear generation. All of that feeds the electric grid. Transportation accounted for 28% of the energy used that year. If you wanted to make hydrocarbon fuel from scratch using nuclear energy you would need to build about 3.5 times the number of all operating nuclear facilities in the US. Even if nuclear was as cheap as you say it is (it isn't), that many reactors will never be built, for political and economic reasons.

Hydrocarbon fuels that come from fossil sources have a high energy return on energy invested to extract and refine them. It would take energy to combine that CO2 and free H into fuel, therefore giving it a negative EROEI. What you're describing is technologically possible but not economically possible, outside a few niche applications.

You don't know what you're talking about. Food is the biggest limiting factor, as you said. Those agricultural yields depend on fossil fuels to run tractors, irrigation, supply chains and manufacture fertilizers and your various -cides. The fuel supply has peaked in terms of petroleum. Gas and coal aren't too far behind. Furthermore, the remaining supplies are the most expensive and difficult to use. Going by what you say, it is definitely possible for an LTR to not be open. However, once you enter into marriage the state continues to enforce the costs of the relationship even though the benefits are long gone. That's basically free license to go get some side action. Condoms. We all know they suck, I don't need to elaborate here. Even in a perfect world they aren't 100% effective. In addition to preventing babies, they are your best protection against other STDs as well. Yes, condoms are less than ideal, but they suck a lot less than say HIV. Good insight on real estate. Same for stocks, since many pension funds, 401Ks are investments for retirement. With massive amounts of people retiring soon, that means they will need to cash in their investments by selling stock. When more people sell than buy the price goes down. Those people will still need x amount of money each month so they'll sell more stock, making the price going even lower. Kaboom. Invest in tangible assets. You're playing Russian roulette with your savings if they're ti…

The easiest way to tell if someone is lying is to get them to tell the same story twice, preferably with some time in between. Chances are if they're lying they'll forget parts of the story and unintentionally change parts of it.

I'd say about 80% of the girls I've been with have a rape story. Like you I believed it the first few times until I realized none of them had ever pressed charges and didn't really seem that upset about it. The one thing they really like to use it for (if you let them get away with it) is justifying bad behavior like being a slut, infidelity, playing emotional games etc. Girl with a rape story = plate at best. Do not LTR or marry.

Pretty much this. Not getting married or having kids myself. A high partner count indicates a high chance of a girl bailing. With no ring/kids she has zero leverage over me if she leaves, I'll just upgrade to the newer model.

This is a solid comment. I've been making a point to do this more with my LTR and at work. I bring a lot to the table, but in the past I hesitated to ask for anything back from people and in the long run I think it actually caused me to lose respect in their eyes. Asking people to do things for you is a subtle form of leadership, you are guiding them through their interaction with you, providing structure. They don't have to think about it as much because they know what you want.

If you speak and act like others for long enough you will eventually internalize some of that behavior. Your desire for what you truly want must be strong enough to resist the herd mentality. Vasectomy. Like the guy above said (great post BTW), "Kids aren't worth it." That said, if you're spinning multiple plates wearing condoms is still a good idea to prevent an STD. Source: Has an STD, didn't get it til I stopped wearing condoms after being in an LTR for a little while. Women lie about more than being on birth control....

If you live in the North I'd recommend ice fishing as a male only space. The cold will keep most women away. Good excuse to hang out with the boys, sip some liquor and if you're lucky, put some meat in the freezer.

men convicted of domestic violence lose their right to possess firearms Legally. The only rights you really have are the ones you assert when others try to take them away. I would find a way to get my hands on another one, regardless of legality.

This is horrible advice. Some people have kids and find that it was the right choice for them while others do the same and regret it. Once you cross that threshold though, there is no going back. You're better off struggling until you find a stable identity and then, if you feel being a father is an essential part of who you are, have them.

You control how much time you spend with her. If you feel like you're giving her too much of your time, that the rest of your life is suffering, take it back. Anything else is loss of frame. It sounds like that happened in your case but you know, fuck ups happen no shame in that as long as you take it as an opportunity to learn and improve. Glad to see you got refocused on what's important to you.

Do anything you can to get a job. Save up a wad of cash. Find a few other guys who have jobs and want to have their own place. Avoid guys who are into drugs or heavy partying. Once you have these element in place leave your mother. Whether or not you cut her out of the picture completely is your choice, but at that point you'll be deciding if you interact, which gives you a lot more leverage over the tone of it. This is pretty much the stance I take. I get legal fee insurance through my job because the company I work for is awesome. I figure if I'm ever faced with a fight my response will be something like "We have nothing to gain from this fight, which I won't start but will finish one way or the other. If you lose it means I beat your ass. If you win it means I call a lawyer at no cost to me. Smile at that surveillance camera."

Damn shame. I dated a black girl for awhile back in '07 and to this day she had the tightest body I've ever had to pleasure to be inside. She fucked like a goddamned wild beast and let me do filthy things to her. I loved every second of it. Until she came clean that she had been lying to me about having the herp (which after testing I found out I fortunately did not catch - wear those rubbers fellas). Wouldn't do it again but it was fun while it lasted.

I won't speak for the whole sub but personally I'm not against love. What I am against is how love is commonly portrayed. It just isn't like that. The love between a man and a woman can truly exist but it is always conditional. I could get injured or lose my job. She could gain 50 lbs or lie about something important even though she 'loves' me. Any of those things happens and the love probably goes away. Enjoy it while it lasts, don't mourn too long once it goes away, and don't get married since…

You can have an interesting conversation about anything. Even the most mindless tv show in existence is a potential springboard into an amazing insight. It's all about cross-referencing. Know a lot about a few things and a little about everything. And be patient, sometimes you have to follow a few dead ends before you hit something that gets everyone tuned in.

The incubation period for the herp is 2-14 days which means she got it while you were fucking her. That is because either she fucked someone else who had it or you have it and are an asymptomatic carrier, like 80% of the people with the disease, and infected her. Either way you should get tested because you either have it or you were exposed. They say the Red Pill tastes bitter but it ain't got shit on Valtrex. I sincerely hope you don't have it but be responsible and find out.

Don't think about the last five years. In economics terms that's what you would call a sunk cost. If things are enjoyable, keep doing them. If things are not so good draw a line under it and move on. Don't throw good time/money after bad trying to save something that doesn't make you happy or improve your life in some way.

Good on you then. I agree with you that none of the above is the best option a lot of the time. In a two party system it's easy to miss the fact that one side can 'win' yet everybody loses. Forcing every issue into a false dichotomy and vilifying the other side accomplishes nothing. There are more than two possible answers to complex problems.

Civilizations collapse because they grow beyond the capacity of their resource base to support them. In the case of industrial civilization the key resource is energy, mostly in the form of large deposits of fossil fuels. When net available energy peaks and declines the structures that have grown up in the time since the industrial revolution will fail. The gradual erosion of traditional gender roles paralleled the rise of industry. In a society based on subsistence agriculture people were too b…

I've seen this happen to two of my closest friends. Both were fairly alpha. Both hit a rough patch, one due to injury, the other due to a career setback. Both had a hot girlfriend/wife and both got cheated on. Not right away but there was clearly little loyalty in either case. If either of those situations happen to me I"m pre-emptively breaking it off with whoever I may be seeing. No sense in giving myself false hope that I can depend on them.

I think a healthier approach is to realize that all relationships are a gamble. I personally find games more entertaining when there is some actual stakes on the table. Just realize that most things eventually come to an end so don't risk more than you can afford to lose. Losing hurts - just take the pain like a man and realize that pain is the best teacher.

I approach conversations with the attitude that every person knows something I want to know. It's like mining. Do I always hit paydirt? No. But if you actually give a fuck when you start talking, people pick up on that. Most of the isms we've experienced in the last few centuries were the result of a major upheaval in social structure caused by the discovery and use of the massive amount of energy stored in fossil fuels.
