Start something new. You will run out of things to do over and over again and people don’t realize what a blessing a routine can do for you simply by having somewhere you have to be and having people to talk to. I encourage you to travel, seek more education, and help others with the time, connections, and resources you have. Don’t use drugs, don’t drink heavily, everything in moderation. Sleep schedule and time in the gym is a good basis for each one of your days. Go to bed when you’re tired. W…

None. The car didn’t matter till I did. Worry about making yourself the best you can be before you worry about what you have.

There could be a million different reasons for it. The cold hard truth is she's not interested enough in you to make the date happen and follow through. If she cancels on you and gives you a half-baked reason, have some self respect and move on. Sometimes the key is more about respecting yourself than it is about understanding her. I'll give you an example of a girl I know doing the same thing to another guy. She knows on paper he is a great guy, graduate school, ex-college football player...but…

If you can't pass without medication because you legitimately have minimal brain disfunction then by all means, take it and succeed. If you can't pass without medication because you're lazy, unmotivated, or lack discipline, then you have bigger problems in your life to fix.

Its not easy but you need to accept that she isn't yours, you just had your turn with her, and thank whatever kind of god you believe in that you didn't waste any more time with her. Spend the frustration, the sadness, and any negative emotion working on yourself. I'm not saying it will be easy, but it will be a whole lot less wasted time than spending a minute on trying to save something that is over for good, if not today than in a week, or a month, etc.

This hits home because I'm in the same situation you are OP and its number 3 for me. Lanky has a valid point and a very valid action plan. Its not going to be easy because its exactly what you don't want to do. You think reasonably, you want to identify the problem, correct it, and go back to whatever your happiness was with this girl. Let me stop you right there, it doesn't exist anymore. There's nothing meaningful left with her. In any of the circumstances that might have caused her to stop re…

You lied to her. You told her you wanted a plate, you treated her like a plate, you fucked her like a plate. Then you went and told her you want more. Its not that you're in the wrong for wanting that, its just that you told her instead of having her ask you for it because she wanted it more herself. From a position of strength to weakness, she realized it right away and started negotating control etc. AWALT

I can't agree with this post more. Man up, cut contact. This isn't about her, it's about you.

Try making fun of her. Might not feel like it at times but you do have a sense of humor, and there is nothing wrong with being happy and laughing- just don't do it because you're uncomfortable. Also spend less time focusing on yourself when you're with people.

Sounds like bullshit at first, but I've had more than a few female friends tell me how they could never sleep with/go out with minorities. Is that always a hard and fast no, probably not- but its a numbers game where the odds that likely aren't in your favor. Keep spinning plates, and if you come across the "hot blonde" who is into you, go for it.

I'm going to double up on what he said about working out. Go to the gym first. Work out hard enough and your diet will fall in line by itself because you won't want to piss away what you did that day at the gym.

I'm not sure if this applies where you live, but someone please chime in and correct me if I'm wrong. OP even if you can't afford a certain lawyer. Call and ask for a consult or to see if they'd take your case. If anything else it means that your spouse won't be able to use that lawyer. At best you get a realistic idea of what your divorce will cost you.

There's pain that you can do something about and there is pain that you let yourself feel for the sake of feeling pain. Avoid the latter and learn what you can from the former.

Withdrawal off many antidepressants is usually pretty bad. Sometimes you can pick agents that have longer half lives (fluoxetine comes to mind) will have easier come downs. Tell your doctor about your concerns and he and you can pick out something that works for you guys. As far as dependency for coming off the meds, you usually slowly taper your dose down over a few weeks to diminish the withdrawal. Again we're talking medical conditions so dont dick around. Word of advice, if you run out, brin…

You can learn from any source, even if PUA seem formulaic, it doesn't mean you stand to learn nothing from them. I'm not a fan of that kind of idea either, but it doesn't mean I can't watch that and work on maintaining frame or my approach etc. The important thing here is that you need to stop viewing women as the prize, you're the prize. You know this because you're telling us you're unhappy about banging fat women- what do you think the women you slept with told their friends about you?

Stop talking to her. Stop giving her emotional validation. She's using you, I don't understand why this is eating you up. Seriously, no one is asking you to be a sociopath; the idea is to have some respect for yourself.

Do what's best for you, but don't be a push over. You don't want to be an ATM? Don't let her make you one. You think she's sucking your happiness, don't let her. Have some respect for yourself because if you keep letting things slide you're going to be miserable. Hold your frame when you want her to change her actions and give her a reason to respect you.

You can try to take a job where you're forced to cold approach people as a means to ask for donations. Do non profit work. That way you're going to get used to isolating these women aside for a second for a purpose and facing rejection, lots and lots rejection. It doesn't mean anything and just like someone turning you away because they're not interested in donating money to your cause, being rejected by a woman for a date doesn't change anything about you, your day, or who you are.

That sounds like depression. I'm not saying it is for you, but it's mostly the same vantage point. Being unhappy is a powerful motivator. I spent many years depressed before I learned to pick myself up and I would walk around saying useless shit like "I dont care". You know what makes those days you want to give up worse? Doing nothing to change them. Ask yourself why you don't care. Find out what about your life you don't like and work to change it and move forward every day. Not giving a shit …

Well let me put it this way, you're probably not going to die if you wear the appropriate, high-quality gear. That said, you're probably going to face injury. Look around next time you're on the road, I can't tell you how much I cringe when I see some kid riding with a t-shirt and jeans with his girlfriend in flip flops on the back. Skin gets fucked up, if you walk away you walk with scars. No one likes to talk about it but when I dumped mine, it was unexpected. I rode thousands of miles before …

Get a Ninja 500. It's a LOT less powerful than a 600cc bike. I'm on my cell phone but there are so many reasons that you don't need the 600 and certainly not anything more powerful, especially for the first bike you own. Take a basic rider course. Practice practice practice. Its nothing to correct and since we're on this subreddit I have to say it. This is nowhere to skip common sense and safety for the sake of appearing alpha etc. wear your gear. Learn how to ride well. You're almost guaranteed…

So you're known as a flirt, what's wrong with that? All being a flirt means to me is that women know you're sexually interested in them. Up your SMV and give someone a reason to flirt with you instead.

I'm agreeing with this post, particularly about contributing dialogue. Don't be a social retard, listen to what she's saying. Women go off how they feel, not what they hear. Have fun with that one, because for most intents and purposes you're there to make her love being around you, the better you can do this, the better your odds are of sleeping with her. I'm going to say it again, you're not there to her your own voice, you're there to make her feel like you're someone she needs.

First things first, take care of yourself. Go to the gym, eat right. You can't be confidant if you don't like yourself to begin with. Spend your days improving and keep talking to women. Don't just brush off rejection, understand that you can learn from every interaction you have. Find out what works for you and get yourself to a place where you're happy with your looks, job, etc etc.

Here's the million dollar question: Is your relationship with this friend hindering your time or ability to meet other women? If yes, then yeah, your oneitis is bad. You think that you'll be in better shape to sleep with this girl/LTR her by not perusing other women, but you'd be wrong. If its not impacting when and how you're meeting other women, then by all means, do what you want.

Your first experience is going to suck. There isn't much you can do about it. Just get it over with and out of the way, it will be a big boost to your self-esteem, especially after being fat for so many years. I know you're working to certain goals, but focus on working on them, don't set yourself up to think you have things you haven't earned yet (ie. tons of women, money, a good body). Keep at it, you'll have it if you push yourself every day. This may not be what you wanted to hear but I thin…

Tell her something like: "We were both good people but it was obvious we weren't meant to be together, I'm dating you now, lets see if you're any better." Say it light and jokingly though. She's gonna be too busy explaining why she's better instead of worrying about you and your ex.

I'm new here, from what I understand: A: You're not doing her any favors by agreeing with her; the idea is to lead and (if you care about her) do what's best for the long term even if it makes her sad in the short term. B: She starts crying to get her way, that sounds like a scary precedent C: You need to do what's best for yourself. Ultimately you're growing a future for yourself. She isn't doing anything but fulfilling her short term needs and showing you off to her friends and family ("look h…

I threw away a hot blondes number the other day over this. I told her I'm not going to play any games, she didn't respond, so I deleted her number. Even a few months ago, I'd do whatever I could, stretch it out for weeks. Now, no matter who she is, if she's wasting my time, I'm done.

Don't be afraid to put your weight on her and learn how to eat her out. Hell start by eating her out, even if the sex is lack luster, she's gonna be warmed up and will cum much easier after her first orgasm. I'm asking because I'm new here: How could he force her to leave? Lets say he buys the ticket, calls her out on her bullshit, tells her to leave- what is there beyond that? He can't actually drag her to the airport and force her to leave against her will. The only viable alternative I can think of would be trying to cancel the return ticket, canceling all reservations, and continuing to enjoy the rest of the vacation for himself.

Stupid cunt. No one needs to cheat, she fulfilled a desire that she had and spent her whole post rationalizing how it was okay. Then she spilled it on him too; she wasn't doing right by him, she was just dumping whatever guilt she had. She's almost bragging at the end about how he stuck with her.
