Actually, when you account for prison rapes men are indeed the primary victims of rape. This isn't even accounting for the vast majority of male rape victims that don't come forward because of a total lack of help. In many cases you will get arrested if you are both a man and a rape victim. In India, men cannot legally even BE rape victims. Statistics that don't count rape as rape in the name of sexual bias should be ignored.
