You know what this means right? Now is the perfect opportunity to get swole with homemade gym equipment, read, etc. So the next time you see another girl, she'll be like "oh, you look different" in a good way. No excuses lads.

People need to see this. Today's feminist wants traditional responsibility from the man, but want only liberal freedoms for the woman.

The fact that OP's post has 95% upvotes really shows how the feminine imperative and it's singular resource has constricted man from discovering the real truths of the RP.

Might as well get your feminism degree while you're at it. edit: hey snowflakes, it's a joke lmao

This comment is the epitome of natural bodybuilding. Unless people take drugs, it's extremely difficult to lift heavy ass weight while being ripped. When you're ripped, your physically weaker. Train MMA to supplement. Strong motherfuckers are usually not fucking skinny twinkboys.

renaultcliodriver's response is correct. Here's why: The insecurity is what makes guys lose the girl. Let the girl run its course. Speaking from experience, you can be friends with girls but communicating boundaries is key.

The study is a reflection of the majority, your experience is part of the outliers. Having experienced both, most girls will appreciate a guy with some sort of muscle definition whether you're big or small with muscles.

From a purely physical strength perspective, I agree 100%. Though this doesn't work when physical attractiveness is related to aesthetics and not actual strength.

From a strength perspective, I agree with 100%. Though a lot of people will prefer looks regardless of actual strength.

Basically, it's saying if you can deadlift 500lbs but look fat, not attractive. If you can lift 50 lbs, but you're ripped, chiseled, and "look" good, you're attractive.

I am a beginner at TRP, but I'm learning. Just looking to improve and share my experience, that's all. I'll learn how to write better FR as I continue my journey.

Updated the post with alias names. Thanks for the feedback. Also, I know you posted the same comment FerreallyRed but you deleted your comment. So I'll put my thanks in here as well.

The the thing about TRP is that there is no real alpha. What makes TRP is that it is a community in which we collectively learn from our experiences and share knowledge and then we as individuals can use said knowledge to our own experiences. There is no clear cut path and not everyone’s journey is the same. We all have different skills and methods on approaching a variety of different topics.

This is a really solid fucking post OP. Thanks for sharing. I think I'm starting to understand and realize I don't need to attain fucking model bodybuilding physique to get girls. What I do need to learn is how to game girls. Yikes. Your transformation reminds me of Steve Rogers, Captain America.

Right, but the real issue is guys complain about their experience with women, become MGTOW, mysogynytic, bluepilled, -whatever, maybe ask for advice, but bottomline, they don't do anything about it.

My post was used as leverage to show an example of my own TRP journey and how far I've come, while trying to share the acknowledgements and power obtained from doing exactly what my post discussed about. From your response, I am interpreting your words as an invitation for yourself to reflect on your own needs, desires, and beliefs. While it is good you have identified that you do things for the sole reason of others, people don't like people pleasers. While this isn't the place to give you answ…

It's better to have only one friend that will support you for a lifetime, rather than many, that will later on drag you down as you become more successful.

I use Facebook to network with people that may come in handy in the future. If it's for networking and solely networking, I think using FB is fine.

I'm going similar things as people have begun to notice me a lot more due to my changes in appearance, interests, and activities. Whenever I need to go somewhere on campus, I focus solely on the destination. If I see someone I know, I'll acknowledge them and say hello and be on my way. IDGAF Abundance mentality

Whether realizing it or not, I think the temptations of women can be difficult if positive reinforcement is constant from your partner. I think what this post is trying to get at is that, to progress further on your red pill journey, you have to stop fooling your own self. What I mean that is, stop trying to be the bad-ass for the girl, or to sustain the relationship that you have, *-the partner is their to limit you from your potential if you let her/him, but rather embodying that into your who…

Holy shit. The tweets blew Henry's tweet way out of proportion than for what Henry tweeted. Like what the actual fuck?

Any sort of relationship, friendship, etc. should provide some sort of value to both people. If there is no value, there is no progression. It would be like having a relationship with nothing & nothing. What do you get out of that relationship? Nothing.

In college. Looking to build a circle based on valuable people who are like-minded in their goals, aspirations, etc. Most kids these days are out partying, getting drunk, which I don't mind, and even I'm thinking about doing so to increase my social circle, but I want to do it with the intention of making connections with valuable people this upcoming Fall. I've had "friends" at college, but they just sit around and talk about the same boring shit, play video games, eat junk food, etc. Now that …

I'm in the same boat kinda. I'm getting a BBM and I don't really like what I'm doing. I only wanted to get a BBM to have a stable financial job, and hopefully create my own business one day. I don't know if it's worth it, but I'm already past halfway done, so why not finish? I know it's likely I'll have to work up the corporate ladder, but that's BS because creating my own business is solely the reason I'm getting this BBM. I just don't really know where to go from this point because I'm skeptic…

The problem with dreaming and having ambition is that most people will say they will do XYZ but never actually end up doing it because they give themselves some fucking excuse not to.

Holy fuck that word described my past me perfectly. I thought neuroticism had to do with drugs, but after looking up the word, it's more than just about getting high. During that time, it was like your all alone, but your not because everyone can see how much of fucking loser I was. Lonely, angry, anxiety-filled, at the self-belief that it was impossible to hook up with women, etc. Blaming my problems on others, Using my frustrations as pump in the gym (Not gonna lie, really did help me with my …

I can attest to this. Your own mother and girls will say your fine just the way you are, but every time there at the fucking beauty salon I hear tiny orgasmic sounds from their lips from looking at jacked men in* model magazines, as experience from my past self. Women will lie straight to your face to keep you from progressing, their goal is to constrain you.

My situation is the opposite of yours. I'm in the early 20s. I discovered TRP sometime in April of this year. As my Reddit name suggests, I have consumed a lot of my time playing video games. Without going into my story, I am trying to find a balance between improving and using my life with TRP and studying and not flunking out of college.

Assert. Be in control of the situation. By you asking her how's 10PM? your letting her control the time of the date. By you asserting, it'll show that you don't need her. Abundance mentality. She'll think of you as more attractive.

What do you think about the idea of publicly asking people to roast me? With girls, guys, who ever. I feel like it could be a double-edged sword, because yes I would develop resilence, but I would hit a tipping point, as I'm sure anyone would.

IDGAF is about not anything effecting you, maintaining complete control of your own frame and dominating your inner self. Thick skin is used in a variety of different situations, but for example, let's say you don't take criticism well or don't like being called out on your mistakes, bullshit, - the development of thick skin will lesssen the percieved damage onto oneself- but also keeping in mind what the percieved validity in the critism or call outs are. I personally don't want to use and deve…
