Get a good physical therapist. I blew my disc and the excercises/massage a good therapist can give you are a huge difference maker. You probably blew your disc due to tight hamstrings or other imbalances in you anterior/posterior chain. They will help you fix that and recondition your body to move properly to prevent future injury.

Diversify. Try wealthfront. They manage first 10k with no fees. They will build you a portfolio of low cost ETFs based on your risk profile. They charge .25% over that but once they build you a portfolio you can buy the same funds on your own in the same proportions to avoid the fees. I think the main mistake of the MRM is that they accept the basic premise of identity politics and essentially let them set the stage for the fight. In that context there is no way of not looking like a cry baby nor is it the right fight to be fought. MRM's goal should be to fight the identity politics itself which at its core is racist and divisive. People should be judged by the content of their character, not the color of their skin or their gender, even if they happen to be white male.
