Yes you're right that Japan and Korea both have freedom of speech codified in their constitution, however it's a bit disingenuous to bring them up as gotcha moment since they only have those provisions due to American involvement in writing their constitutions post world War 2. Furthermore, qualified freedom of expression is not freedom of expression. In other words, if your rights can be taken away then they are not really rights, but privileges that can be revoked at any time for any reason.

No other country has it explicitly codified in their constitution. Many countries have de facto freedom of speech, though if it can be revoked so easily, do you really have it? Edit: I was wrong, the US may be the first country to codify freedom of speech into our Constitution. Since then, many countries have based their own constitutions on ours, including freedom of speech.
