I love your response. I feel the same way. He was just jealous. Anyone who has issues with money has issues with other people who have it

Sorry you went through that but I'm glad you made it out on the other side. I unfortunately have had similar experiences. I once went on a date to Taco Bell in my 20s...

I often have my phone near me but I don't like being controlled by notifications. It's almost always set to silent. I don't agree with this sentiment because it's perfectly healthy and acceptable to not immediately respond to every message that comes in. I work during the weekdays and my friends know my communication is limited. With that being said I always reply at some point, and if I can't I will let them know that I will when I can. Communication is important but so are boundaries

Joe Rogan's wife is only one inch shorter than him. He's 5'7". Just one example where height doesn't matter because the man is confident

I think it's projection. The ideal woman to a man is a hot tall model. This type of short man is insecure and knows the hot tall model will never go for him. So, rather than simply looking for short women (of whom exist) to date, they criticize women for "only wanting tall men". They are insecure, bitter little men and are more likely to treat you worse than a tall guy. All the tall guys I've met have had confidence, and that matters. These little men act like they're confident but they're actua…

Yes, at least twice if not more times I've had a guy try to force himself on me. The first guy got choked out by me and left with his tail between his legs. The second guy got really weird and started whining about how he just wants a girlfriend, in a suuuuuper depressed way. I had JUST met him. Guys are crazy. I would never for a second think it was okay to do that to someone, let alone someone you just met

I disagree. Why would someone be randomly filming them?

I cannot stand it when people get into my personal space. Global pandemic or not. One time a guy was standing so close behind me in line (with plenty of room behind him) that I could smell is alcohol breath. I was with my son. I turned around and told him to step back. I do not tolerate that at all

The difference here is that whores make money. Women who act like having a lot of sex is a power move don't realize that they're actually giving their power away when they do that. Once you realize that you've been having sex for free with men who don't deserve it, you eventually realize you're the lowest of the low: a free prostitute

Yes. I was just talking to someone about this today when they brought up how beautiful Jennifer Anniston is. I was like, "yeah when you can afford the best of everything: food, healthcare, housing and support, you become healthier. The fact that a lot of people don't get this is ridiculous. Also plastic surgery is very common with celebrities whether they admit to it or not. They can afford to and they're in the public eye. Of course they're going to do it!

Omg both my roommates are alcoholics and they always save their leftover alcohol. I always see a glass of wine or a beer can with plastic over the top. I seriously hate them but I can't leave

Any mention of a favorite sports team is an immediate "no" for me. Why? Because men who are obsessed with sports tend to not have a lot of substance or depth

I mean, I have my dad's last name. If I keep it, it's his last name. I would rather have the last name of my husband than of my dad. This is one of those things that I think a lot of people tend to overthink. Anyone has the ability to change their name to whatever they want. I don't agree with the tradition of the woman having his last name, but I don't think it's a reason to spend a lot of energy or time wondering about it.

Wow a lot of my exes were like this. Same with my parents, family members and even friends (who I've cut contact with). This list describes both of my roommates. The girl I live with copies everything I do, say, eat, listen to, watch or wear, then when it comes up in conversation she acts like it was her idea. I often have to remind her "I'm the one who told you about that". I've had so many exes do that. They would act like they were teaching me something and I have to remind them that they lea…

It's also called "narc speak" which is basically talking in a way that is confusing. Confusion can make someone more submissive. That's why if you've ever had a fight with a manipulative man that you often find yourself feeling stupid in some ways. It's horrible and very manipulative. I've encountered men like that a lot. Just today I blocked a man because he kept saying he didn't mean it like that, when the words he used implied exactly that. When he asked me a question about what HE said, I to…

I have almost no libido and haven't for a while. I'm so disappointed in men and my body is responding to it. I often don't find many men attractive at all. Even if they are attractive I still assume they're a douche canoe. I think the problem is men and the fast food dating culture that we created.

My sentiment exactly. He targeted a young woman, groomed her, knocked her up, and now he's back to his old ways—looking for another young woman to groom. Next you'll see her post something like "husband of 5 years just left me and our baby for a 19 year old". What a trash human

Thank you. It's still a challenge. Last year a male musician who can't hold a note tell me I needed singing lessons. I know I have a great voice and he reminded me of my brother and also men who were jealous of my talents. The guy just released a new song and he's trying so hard to sing but can't. A lot of men cannot stand a woman who is better at something than they are

100% Any man would feel embarrassed that they were cheated on, so to say it early on is definitely a lie. Anytime a guy says he was cheated on by his ex and tries to get sympathy, I just say something like "that sucks"

This is funny to me because I already do this with a LVM roommate of mine. He's also a narcissist and a control freak. He's always interrupting people's conversations to talk about himself, even if the two people aren't even talking to him. He actually yelled at me one time because I called him out for supporting Trump and being racist. Right before that though, he started voicing his opinion and I just said "nah, I don't care what you have to say" and I left the room. Then I overheard his gf ye…

100%. I'm quite spiritual so I avoid men like that, even if they claim to be spiritual — especially if they are poly or "ethically non-monogamous"

What bothers me about guys with this mentality is that we are NOT apes, we have a conscious mind and the ability to overcome our animal urges and make decisions that don't harm anyone else. I have always called men like that Low Vibrating Men, because their energy just sits in the root chakra which is responsible for sexual urges

To add to this, what bothers me about some friends is they tend to nay-say any new love interest I have. Just because I've had bad relationships in the past doesn't mean I'm destined for them, or that I'm choosing wrong. I've learned so much from this group and after a week of applying everything I know I found a HVM who put in a lot of effort to see me. I told some friends and most were happy I was excited but then one of them went on a rant about Ted Bundy. I look for more than just looks and …

I always consider what I could be doing rather than being on a date (making money working, working on my own personal art or music projects, or whatever) and then I think about whether or not the guy who's asking me out is worth taking time away from my priorities. If it isn't, I don't!
