Sorry, i was thinking iceburg lettuce specifically, which as I understand has very few nutrients? I could be wrong haha but its honestly the only thing that comes to mind right now that is that way. Its probably a mix of calories and nutrients? Like lettuce is considered healthy but doesnt actually have a ton of nutrients, while other foods might be higher calories (like avocado with its healthy fats and stuff but over 200 kcal a cup) but contain more things that are good for you in them.. im no expert though haha

I love Aly Art ! I think i found her through this subreddit- she is Russian but speaks really good english and has really good tutorials, plus she gets really into the method of things- how kibbe types work, why you do certain things for certain undertones/ face shapes. I'm studying education right now! I'll student teach in the fall :) I'll probably do elementary school, although honestly I've done a lot of volunteering in high schools this semester and I like it a lot too. I'm getting certified in Special education, which is a K-12 certificate, and I really love it. My program emphasizes evidence based practice and taking data and using research in our methods, which jives with me really well. I can't wait to be in an actual classroom of my own!

My degree is in mild to moderate settings, so I'm not likely to be dealing with diapers, just learning or behavior disorders, high functioning autism, that kind of thing! (although once you actually get out into the workforce you never know!) But I've always liked a challenge haha

I don't believe in soulmates, but i kindda buy into the kindred spirits thing- there are some people who you just get along with and the conversation is easy and its like boom instant friends. yeah, I did (edit: mean prime)- I rarely have enough cost to meet that minimum threshold, and pretty soon I won't be a student anymore so the cost of prime will go up, so it probably wouldn't be cost effective for me anymore. Well, what benefit would you have from asoldered ring that you dont get from having two rings? It seems completely a personal preference thing, given that you wont harm the rings at work. One ring would be harfer to misplace, but two, less wide rings would be easier to take on/off if your hands changed size a little (like from heat or injury) [easier to navigate over a knuckle] disclaimer i have no experience in this area haha

I have a relatively active group I hang out with, and occasionally we do things like go on the roof of our apartment complex- you climb up through the fire escape on the ceiling, and typically the guys will lift up the girls bc physically we can't get up by ourselves. Hey- studying special education here. IQ tests are often used in our field (both for gifted students and those who need extra help). They measure potential to learn different concepts. That's it. It doesn't measure effort, or practical knowledge, or emotional intelligence, or social competency or life experience. Good: My friends and I got an apartment together for the upcoming semesters, and moved in this weekend. I got all unpacked, and we went shopping and got little touches to make it a home (curtains, table runners, etc) and it is going to look so good!
