You don't know what socialism is. Also the family unit doesn't necessarily help capitalism. There are plenty of people who want to work 20 unpaid hours a week if it helps them succeed, but can't because of childcare.

'Rape kit' evidence has to be released to the police on the consent of the victim. Reports are also retained by the victim.
