Ive been working on learning Latin for almost a year now, which should give me a leg up in the romance languages. What ive learned about doctors is you really have to shop around to find one that takes your concerns seriously. Most of them suck and I'd rather have no doctor at all than the average doctor. It sounds like you already have been searching, but you need to keep looking till you find one that gives a shit. Its moreso because the federal reserve has raised rates. People got addicted to the free money from post 2008 to about 2022, now that rates are up people and businesses are feeling it. If you have a critical job that provides a lot of value this doesnt impact you, but companies are less willing to make risky bets now that rates are returning to normal.

The way ive always done it is by treating it like a job. Doesnt matter if you have no ideas, dont feel like doing it, etc. Set aside an hour or so each day where you have to be sat at your desk to work on your writing. Even if you have no ideas, by sitting there with nothing else to do you'll end up writing.
