Socialization makes a difference too. Remember that GenX was raised with absolute minimal adult supervision, and typically were walking ourselves home since second grade to an empty house. I feel like this is such an important point. Parents are so protective of kids that they think locking them up in their room is better than letting them run around, drink, hang out with friends, and maybe getting into a little trouble. In reality letting their kids sit on the internet 8-12 hours a day is far m…

Its really only important that you don't meet the threshold for short by women's standards (probably under 5'8). I do really feel for guys that are shorter than that. All things being equal obviously height is an advantage but if you're 6'2, ugly, and socially autistic you aren't going to be slaying strictly because of your height.

Video games develop a lot of skills that are rewarded in the 21st century. Solving intricate puzzles, making tough branching decisions, weighing micro and macro decisions in economies, the list could go on. The time spent that could be used for learning social skills is 100x more beneficial.

It's easier to just check out and stop trying, and live life for yourself. Sure, it's lonely, but so are relationships. At least this way personal safety, contentment, and eventually peace are 100% obtainable. I used to think like that but my life has gotten so much better now that I have responsibility and somewhat of a meaning.

And here we are folks, on Reddit shitting on Instagram. Not saying you're wrong, but just doing the same thing on a different platform. Having discussion is a lot better than staring at pictures of hot people all day fueling people's jealousy.

If you want an example of what instagram has done to the world, look at the world of weddings. I can't believe how bad its gotten even just for proposals. Every proposal has 5 different angles of people filming it. If I were to ever propose (which is 95% not going to happen) its going to be me, the girl, and some place in nature where there are no other cameras or people.

They oppressed women and used them as breeding cows for the past few millennia. How exactly are men oppressing women today? This is kinda like saying your past ancestors owned slaves and you should be punished for that today.

Nailed it on this one. I have pretty much stopped going for white women cause they aren't worth the effort. The entitlement that white women have is unreal. Hispanic women have proven to be much better.

Yeah no shit, statements like that scream entitlement. Some people have the value to be saying shit like that and still end up with what they want though.

Its not your choice as to how others in your age bracket are using it. Even if I choose not to use social media or OLD (which I don't for the most part) it is still going to affect the market around me due to others using it.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/20 04:58 PM
13

It will collapse eventually although it will probably be at least 20 years before that happens. Sexless low value men will cope with video games, drugs, alcohol, and other stimulating activities. In another 5 years we will start to see consequences of the current smp technology has created. At this point there is nothing that is going to take us back to where the dating world was pre internet and social media era.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/20 01:48 AM
12

Obviously OLD is terrible for men. Its a market where 80% of the users are male and women get to have their choice of their top picks. Unless you are a Chad there really is no point in using OLD.

You can still treat people with respect and be considered a "good man" without having to defend m'lady's honor.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/20 05:47 AM
1

But if the 5'7 man works out then he will be able to defend you when the 6'2 man can't. Dangerous dudes don't see a skinny 6'2 dude walking and immediately stay away.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/20 10:30 AM
1

The whole "size intimidation" is definitely a thing, without a doubt. I mean yeah 6'2 who lifts can beat 5'7 who lifts but, would you actually feel scared walking around with a 5'7 guy who has spent years in the gym
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/20 10:18 AM
1

Not it is like if a 5ft2 woman only want a 6ft2 dude, it is a bit unfair to the dude who are taller but not above 6ft Very likely that a 5'2 girl can't tell the difference between a 5'10 man and a 6'2 man
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/20 10:13 AM
1

Did you know being 6-feet tall in the United States is the 84th percentile? Defintely not true for the younger generation. Atleast 30% of gen z is over 6 foot
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/20 10:08 AM
1

I told you, and many others here that at the end of the day, women just want a man who is taller than them. Thats most of it, but they also want men who are similar to their social group. If all her male family members are tall and all her friend's boyfriends are tall then she is also going to want a tall man.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/20 10:05 AM
1

Speaking as a woman who dated shorter men in the past, and is now with an averagely tall man, you feel a hell of a lot safer if you're walking home at night in a dangerous part of town with a taller man, than a shorter man. Being short doesn't really have anything to do with strength. A 5'7 man who lifts will still beat the shit out of a 6'2 man who doesn't life

People operate on self-interest, if something doesn't benefit them then they generally won't do anything about it. People that sit and complain about how other people should operate are proving the point that they are self-interested because it would benefit themselves more. Its adapt to the current situation or drop out, complaining will never change anything.

I enjoy parts of the decline too but its certainly at a cost. I've gotten to the point where I don't want to start a family and raise kids in the future environment because I know they will likely suffer. The sex and freedom is nice but it has ruined other aspects in life that I think would have given me more fulfillment.

Its just sad. Women are taught nowadays that posting sexually explicit photos in Instagram is an normal thing to do and then with that comes the dopamine rushes from gaining hundreds and thousands of likes. Go to any college aged girl's Instagram and you will see tons of skimpy photos of them. On a side not I watched a documentary about how women get recruited into porn and nearly all of them said being a sex object was empowering LOL.

Dudes that get so little attention in real life that they are willing to pay money to get a little attention on the internet. Simps really aren't paying for the porn they are paying for the fake human interaction with an attractive female.

I mean I'm sure its true. Although the experiences one has as a trans man vs an actual man are completely different. I would imagine much of the feeling trans people had being viewed negatively by society was mostly due to being transgender and not being an average man.

I’m not advocating for riding the CC by any means, but I wonder about the headspace of someone who makes it to 30 with no/next to no sexual partners. Not really that hard. Be in a few relationships and don't do one night stands. Likely less than 5 sexual partners.

I think a male’s SMV is mediated or moderated by his status from things like a cool job and salary, but salary probably doesn’t moderate female SMV (for straight males) in the same way. Status is the most important thing, 100k Instagram followers is more important than a 100k salary for a guy's SMV.

Uh, so? Why do you think these factor in dating? All of those traits would be a plus for someone I would look at dating. You're telling me you really don't give a shit how much a woman makes at all? I would love to go on trips with partners because we can afford to due to both having large salaries.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/20 11:18 PM
1

I wouldn't say they are rewarded, they are just taught by msm and social media that having tons of sex while you are young is what a woman is supposed to do. The only way I could see them being punished socially is if they live in a very conservative area and even then it would only be by their parents and older generations.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/20 11:12 PM
3

The question was why are they not getting approached and asked out? Personal appearance is going to have a lot to do with that. A man isn't going to approach and ask out a woman he finds ugly just because she may be reading a book he also is interested in. If you are just generally asking what makes a woman low value besides physical traits then things like low ambition, laziness, unpleasant to be around, etc. are all factors that can contribute to that.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/20 03:09 AM

Are you saying that tattoos and piercings lower YOUR sexual attraction to the girl, or that you believe she is inherently a lower sexual value, society wide, because of those things? Both, 90% of people that get tattoos would be better off without them. Tattoos really only add attraction to people that were already attractive without them or to a small percentage of people that really enjoy them. Tattoos are pretty correlated with other negative low value traits.

Entitled people both men and women are the worst. Younger people just can't accept that some things in life aren't fair and they never will be. They think complaining about it enough will solve their problems.

Pretty much everyone ends up marrying someone within their class. Plumbers marry school teachers, doctors marry lawyers, etc. Most "Hot girls" are at least middle class and most likely UMC or UC. Its pretty rare that an UMC man will settle with a fast food cashier cause she is hot enough.

The phrase is correct, but it isn't talking about the blackpill. Winners are the ones that work the hardest. Yes, some people are climbing a 1000ft mountain and some are walking up the stairs due to their situation but it doesn't change the fact. Winners are the ones who go out there and do something, losers are the ones who sit on the internet and complain about the winners all day. You can complain about how unfair it is all day long, but it will never change anything.

I don't know why anyone gets mad about FDS or TRP. Both are such a minuscule part of our current culture that it isn't hard to avoid either type if you want to. I know most in the sub are really interested in this kind of stuff but 99% of society doesn't give a shit about pills and SMP ideology.

Yup OLD, social media, technology has changed the game entirely. To all the people saying that all the previous generations say the same thing, its not comparable. This is an entire new game, you cant compare the 50s to the present, you probably cant even compare the late 90s to the present. Everything is different, this is unknown territory.

It doesn't anymore because women are graduating with degrees more and are taking the higher skilled and higher paying jobs that men all used to have. In response women aren't going to care if a man who is an engineer making 100k a year when in turn they are making atleast 60-70k a year.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/02/20 05:45 PM

I don't know how you can say women don't have an equivalent. The equivalent is the exact same, a women can absolutely go from an awful body to one that is 100x better. Every time I go to the gym its probably about 65% women that are all on cardio and leg machines (with the occasional 5lb arm lifts) while the rest of the guys are all working on chest and arms.

Lifting is just the easiest way for a guy to raise his value. Anyone who tells you muscle automatically = girls is just wrong though. It is just one factor that makes a man more attractive. The thing I like most now that I have muscles is just the more respect I am given from both men and women.

Women (and men) don't understand the time and effort it takes to put on muscle without steroids. Every single one of those actors used some sort of steroid enhancement. So many people think that people who use steroids are those 300lb bodybuilders benching 600 and blasting several different compounds into them. Steroids are insanely common among the fitness industry, just about every Instagram fitness model is on some sort of compounds. The only ones who look like absolute monsters (aka the ones…

I totally agree that men are treated like complete shit compared to women in just about all aspects of media/online presence. But I also don't blame women who don't want to be with these below average men. There are winners and losers in every aspect of life- careers, health, and relationships/sex. /r/PurplePillDebate24/12/19 05:14 AM

You make a good point. Some of the men here love the fantasy that as soon as a woman turns 35 her dating life is over, it isn't actually like that. The wall in my opinion is really just losing the social privileges that young women have. When you are a hot 25 year old woman every man on the planet wants to fuck you. You are going to get treated much better in society/get away with more things than the average person will.

But they all flop.Only Captain Marvel didn't because it was riding the Endgame hype. If you believe that then what would your explanation be? Are producers really that stupid and believe they can make profit off them? Do they really care about the feminists agenda so much that they are willing to take on millions in losses? In a world where money is king I don't believe these very experienced producers are making hundred million dollar movies just to prove a point to the media.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/19 07:55 PM
2

We are just scratching our heads wondering why Hollywood keeps pushing for movies that cost them money. Not really, Ocean's 8 made 230M, the female ghost busters made 90M, Wonder Woman made like 700M. The only reason these movies are pushed is because they can still be milked for profit. I agree they all suck but I would gladly make a shitty remake for millions of dollars.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/19 07:32 PM
1

Movie companies get influenced thinking that people want all-female reboots (female fight club is in the making ) etc. Most of these movies still make money though. I would think a few of them completely flop but wouldn't they learn from all the past female remakes that have come out in the last 10 years. I don't think producers would take heavy losses just to prove to media they aren't sexists.

I'm always curious about this assertion, if marriage is so risky how come only the people who have anything to lose are the ones who engage in It. Because people are not rationale. They fall into pressure from family, friends, society, etc. because growing up they were taught everyone is supposed to fall in love and get married too right? You are right that UMC and UC are the ones still getting married, but I do think that their marriage rates will fall in the future too.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/19 10:44 PM

I think it has caused more of a polarization then ever. With the rise in Instagram and social media it has really created extremes. Gym membership and fitness has gone through the roof in the last 10 years but the ones who haven't hopped on the "trying to look as beautiful as possible" have dropped to the "fat slobs and given up on health" category. The people in their lives become NPCs on which to enforce their vision of the perfect relationship, the perfect wedding, the perfect home, the perfect family. This is probably the thing I hate most about social media nowadays. If you go on any platform everyone there is beautiful and has a perfect life. It's really just a strategy for low value individuals both men and women. They think if they are nice enough to the individual that they will "score enough good points" to hook up or have a relationship with the person. Drunk "rape" would be a way bigger thing that it is. I have seen nearly every one of my Chad friends get blackout drunk at a party and average looking girls who he clearly does not want to hook up (even while drunk) basically pull him into a room and have sex with him or have sex with him when he is half asleep. One of my friends actually got herpes from some girl doing that. But he can't complain cause no one gives a shit if its a guy.

The most realistic one I can think of is Kathy Bates who plays very independent characters in positions of power and barks orders at people in nearly every role she has. All the female superhero "badasses" who beat up men like its nothing are just so unrealistic. Yes they really do. Its not as bad as the incels wanna tell you, but I think that study that showed 30% of men haven't had sex in the last year is good enough evidence to prove it.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/12/19 01:13 AM

The fact that I wasn't born earlier. I graduated high school right when Instagram, twitter, snapchat, tinder, etc. really started to take off so I have always been around it. I think the only way I could've avoided our social media/OLD dating scene would have been to marry one of my HS girlfriends and that certainly was not a viable option. I'm not saying its impossible to find a reliable and stable relationship nowadays but it is alot more difficult than it was 5-10 years ago.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/12/19 10:40 PM

Would everyone feel better about themselves if some of the women on this sub just admitted that OLD is easier for them? I don't know why these posts keep coming up.

I love how this sub used to be red vs blue pill and now that the reds won it is pretty much blackpill/incels vs everyone else.

Is it really that hard to understand that there is an unbalance in the online dating world. Average women will get hundreds of matches/messages while the average men will not. I agree that it gets annoying hearing the same complaints over and over again, but a lot of the points are true and this seems like the place to discuss this as this is a sub all about sex, relationships, and the marketplace.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/12/19 04:40 AM

You are making a lot of assumptions. Who the hell said that men are more likely "crawl back into a woman's life and say they've changed and they miss her?"
/r/PurplePillDebate29/11/19 06:47 PM

Everything works in theory, and then 10 minutes later the real world happens.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/11/19 06:40 PM

Yup, I always say we don't live in a perfect world, we live in the world we have. The trade-offs really are just all about who you want to be. Do you wanna be the guy who does the "good things" and get punished and left behind by society or do you wanna be the guy who does "immoral things" and capitalize on the unequal world we live in. Personally I think both are appropriate depending on the situation and context.

If I was going to have a LTR than I want it with a women who at least has some ambition, wealth, and isn't a burnout. If its a hookup then idc if she works at McDonald's as long as shes hot enough.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/11/19 12:59 AM

I would continue hooking up with women just like I am now, but it would be 10x easier and with better looking women. After I got bored I would find myself a LTR with an upper class women who is very attractive and has a very solid career to settle down with.

Yea I don't think it really matters to guys what a girl wears. A guy would rather see a girl wearing tight yoga pants and a tank top than wearing a $200 dress.

The loneliness epidemic affects both men and women alike. The only real difference is nearly any woman can make a tinder and have a few swipes to have sex with at least an average man (and possibly go on dates) while men can't. Almost all of my posts on topics like this talk about how much of a danger technology and social media is to kids and young adults. It really does seem to be driving us apart. It takes away the need to interact with humans and replaces it with all the "wonders" technology…

Online dating was a great idea that turned into a disaster. I do agree with a lot of what you say but the problem is the huge influx of availability of top tier men on these apps. Girls have access to such a larger amount of high value men that they can go on dates or hookup with many of them while leaving some of the mid tier and nearly all of the low tier men left out. I promise you nearly every average young woman can make a tinder and have hundreds of matches with 10-20% of them being top ti…

Yea I understand the point of it is mainly just to think and try to apply it to decision making but it could at least be realistic scenarios. I don't know why trying to answer scenarios like these would ever add value to one's day to day life.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/19 09:09 PM
2

I remember being in class and the teacher gave us a scenario something like we were lost at sea with 3 other guys and we could all eat one person and survive or none of us will if we don't. I wanted to raise my hand and say "when the fuck will I ever be in this scenario," but I also wanted to make an A so I shut up.

The majority of women on PPD are not an accurate representation of the majority of women in real life. This is a niche sub all about sex and relationships, you are going to have skewed answers compared to the average person. Just google female height preferences and you will see hundreds of studies that say differently.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/19 08:09 PM
1

That automatically assume women only want a guy taller than them. How do you know that women don't prefer a guy who is at least average male height?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/19 07:36 PM

I was saying what makes 5'6 that standard cutoff for women's romantic interests?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/19 07:28 PM

lol reminds me of an intro to philosophy class I had to take one time. I hated going through scenarios like these cause it's so unrealistic that it doesn't even matter what you answer.

I enjoy seeing people debate the crazy topics that come up in this sub. This whole sub has turned into "here is my experience and that must be how it is for everyone so if you disagree with me then you are wrong." No matter what anyone says here I will always use TRP and statistics to aid my dating and sex life because that is what has proven to work for me. So many on this sub forget that statistics outweighs an individual's experience. Guess what ladies if you honestly don't care about height …
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/19 07:02 PM
1

When it comes to women's romantic interests, it's actually 5'6. lol how did you come up with that arbitrary number, your experience doesn't establish a societal standard.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/19 06:50 PM
1

It is partly true. Unless a woman is 5'9 or taller she isn't going to judge a man on her height she judges a man on his height compared to other men. A 5'2 girl is shorter than nearly every guy but it doesn't mean she doesn't want a guy who is similar height to all her friend's boyfriends and other men. Having said that a 5'2 girl is going to have no idea how tall a 5'10 man is, he can claim 6'1 and she probably would believe it.

/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/19 06:38 AM

Don't use apps cause you have no chance unless you are actually a Chad. Girls will get 20x the amount of likes an average guy will get, there is literally no point. Guys will have much better success in real life.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/11/19 10:45 PM

There is a big difference between thick and fat. Thick means bigger ass, legs, or boobs without extra fat around the stomach. It doesn't mean they want a girl with more fat in her face and stomach.

This study is bullshit. I think buff guys are gross. I've always preferred skinny men. Statistics trump your personal experience.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/11/19 07:37 PM

I've met guys who looked like they lifted weights 4+ times per week and was astonished to find out they had never set foot in a gym Most guys can have the shredded look with a low body fat percentage. It really isn't that hard to have a 6 pack and look like you have muscle when you are skinny, but you aren't going to get any special attention with a shirt on.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/11/19 07:34 PM

Who the fuck is actually disagreeing with this? Women find attractive men more attractive than non attractive men, no shit. People lie in public contexts to seem better/nicer than they actually are, no shit. This is all common sense. Don't listen to what people say on the internet, look at the statistics.

I do understand the tremendous advantages of technology, I just believe it starts to have diminishing returns after awhile and most of us in the modern western world have reached that point. I understand self control is the biggest factor but I don't think there is any other way to explain just how much mental health issues, suicide, depression, anxiety, mass shootings, drug abuse rates, etc. have risen in the last 10 years as social media has become mainstream for everyone. I do agree that porn is a large part of the problem especially since kids growing up have unlimited free access to it whenever they want. Kids 40 years ago didn't grow up thinking you are suppose to cum on a girls face, they had to figure out what to do on their own without "learning from porn" even when it teaches kids the wrong thing. I'm a firm believer that our advances in technology (mainly social media) has destroyed people's overall happiness and mental health.

Women prefer to have sex and spend a small amount of time with a high value man (even if she is just girl number 4 to the man) over spending all her time with a lower value man. In this technological day and age it is now possible to do that.

You're going to get a bunch of answers from 35+ women who are married and aren't apart of the SMP who claim its not real. TRP real philosophy (not what some random dumbass user claims) is most certainly effective in the modern day marketplace.

Feminists have conveniently ignored that because American feminism has always been about serving the needs of UMC educated white women. Yea this is 100% true. Every single "feminist" protest you see is just full of college and middle aged MC and UMC white women. Every single university in America is full of UMC white girls majoring in journalism and "fighting for inequality and justice" when they have their full tuition paid by daddy and have never been outside their 95% white communities.

/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/19 08:00 PM

I think both are to blame. I'm pretty sure there is a lot of evidence out there that shows social media platforms are partially built to cause addiction in their users. But like anything you can argue its the individual's self control.

The real MGTOW is pretty much made up of all men who have been burned some way in past relationships by women. When they find others just like them then its easy to rationalize their thoughts. The other "trolls and asocial guys" are most likely just joining in for like you said trolling or bitterness.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/19 02:59 AM

Basically the same as a male beta bux. A woman who puts in way more resources/effort to the relationship than her partner and receives far less. It doesn't just have to be money, it can be anything that adds utility to the relationship.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/19 02:46 AM

I think it's more a combo of "sunk cost fallacy" and the women being too afraid/low self esteem to break up and hit the dating market again. Great way to put it. I think both genders experience this quite a bit.

I still enjoy some of the posts but it isn't even red vs blue anymore. Just looking at the the new tab nearly every post is making an assumption as to how women have x thing easier or better and then all the comments are either women saying how they actually have it worse or men arguing that they are wrong.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/19 11:57 PM

This sub has turned so much into men vs women. Seems like every single post is just arguing to who has the worst situation.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/19 10:40 PM

Cause 95% of girls that say that are just like all the other girls. They are saying it to differentiate or feel better about themselves. You can have other likes/hobbies that are different than most girls and still be/behave exactly the same in the SMP. AWALT is 95% true with 5% actually being outliers (or girls who are actually different).

Are you aware that women are not autistic robots making our life decisions with a spreadsheet of pros and cons? That is pretty much how I make every important decision in my life. It is sad, but what am I supposed to do. There are more potential downsides than potential positives. What positives happens if I do help her? I feel better about myself and maybe a little recognition from others. What possible negatives happen if I help her? /r/PurplePillDebate23/10/19 09:41 PM

It's the girls fault for comparing herself although you can argue social media has brainwashed so many young people that part of the blame can be put on the developers. The reason so much of her value is based on looks is because that's how society is driven nowadays for young people. Young women value themselves on likes, followers, and how others perceive her. Obviously a young woman's value isn't solely made up of her looks, but its what gets her through the door.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/10/19 08:37 PM
1

Unattractive women feel like this. Not young women. Young women are insanely insecure about their body and appearance regardless if they are attractive or not. No matter how good looking a young woman thinks she is there will always be hundreds of better looking girls to compare herself to when she opens Instagram.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/10/19 08:14 PM
1

If you were walking home and stumbled upon a young woman drunkenly unconscious in the street, they are normal and dressed well. What would you do? Help her? Not my problem, there are too many risks associated with doing anything. Would step over both men and women, but 1 million percent of the time with women.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/10/19 08:05 PM

He isn't wrong about women sitting in the middle of the bell curve. Men will always be the best and worst of society. Compared to men women do have an easier life if they choose. We will never reach a society where the majority of top leaders, CEOs, Innovators, etc. will be women. Likewise we will never reach a society where the majority of murderers, drug abusers, people who abuse power, etc. will be women.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/10/19 07:09 PM

Every post here is "they have it easier" or "we have it harder". Atleast 1/3 of all the threads on this sub are about how x group is marginalized. Complaining about unfair things in life will never make them disappear.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/10/19 06:11 PM
2

I don't even think this is dishonesty, it is more about a combination of social pressure from other women, and the media. It's really just young women spending 2 hours a day on Instagram and social media and seeing photo shopped women with 8 filters on that make the girl look like playboy model and then comparing that to themselves
/r/PurplePillDebate23/10/19 06:08 PM
2

Even when they have an endless stream of men who tell them they're interest and who tell her they're beautiful, women are still seeing themselves as shit and compare themselves, all by themselves, with surgically enhanced women Instagram has ruined the security of so many young people it's pretty sad.

No one deserves a virgin. You can have a preference for wanting a virgin all you want as being a virgin or having a low N count is a desirable trait in women for lots of men. You can have whatever preference you want it doesn't mean you are going to get it unless you have the value to afford it.

That is like one of the best things to judge a potential new relationship with a woman. Although the best way is to see her mother, if she has a good looking, hardworking, well put together mother then chances are she is going to be similar.

The wall is real, but it isn't what the incels or alot of the reds will tell you. It just means that women lose many of their social privileges as they get older because they are in less demand. Its not at 25 its mid to late 30s

As far as just the general world, women need men much more than men need women. Women generally aren't the ones going to war, building cities, curing diseases, and solving economic problems. Here comes the comments of I know x woman who is in the military, or who is this head position.

Sex on the first date isn't really necessary as some girls will want to wait a little bit. You shouldn't call everything quits if she doesn't want to right away, but if it has been 5-6 dates and sex hasn't happened then its time to drop her.

Traditionally societies were ruled by 100% males because they were bigger and stronger and could do what they wanted without consequence. I have a hard time believing that the high status powerful men of ancient empires weren't fucking as many women as they wanted.

Yea you definitely aren't wrong about video games being cost effective. Video games are just one way for struggling guys to cope with. There definitely isn't economic discrimination when it comes to gaming though. The rich low status men and the poor low status men are still coping with the same xbox or the same game.

If you do comment on this post, please include your IQ (145+) - I think this is the underlying problem with most views here. You're giving the opinion of idiots equal weight. lmao this comment reminds me of so many of my college professors. If you don't have x credential then your opinion is worthless. There is a very good argument to be made that once your IQ is past a certain level then it starts to have diminishing returns on happiness.

It literally just means they like the guy to be in control and take the lead. Nothing more turns off a woman during sex than asking permission to do something. It doesn't mean she wants to be fucked like a hardcore porn video.

You are right about lots of dudes who don't put in any effort and still complain. They get into the incel mindset that no one except Chad is getting laid or having relationships. The thing I will say is that the bar to getting casual sex for a normal guy has raised significantly. It can get discouraging for guys who put in effort and still are struggling.

I think its pretty obvious that a western white guy can go from a 4 to a 7 or 8 in Asia or South America, although you are nothing more than a walking ATM/green card.

You basically just describes a girl getting attached to a Chad when he is pumping and dumping her. I'm not a pickup artists but I have had women who are super into me and want a relationship when I strictly told them I'm not looking for anything. I still hook up with them, and they still express that they want more when we get together and nothing ever changes. Why should I feel bad about that? It's not my fault that she expects more even though I explicitly state my intentions.

Yea majority privilege is another way of saying it. It's always beneficial to be in the majority regardless of the circumstances. I wouldn't say in America but in alot of countries whiteness is prioritized. I remember going to an amusement park with my Indian friend on a very hot day and he wore a hat and a long sleeve shirt and he said it was because his parents didn't want him to get darker which I thought was insane.

You aren't wrong that he shouldn't be complaining about women's privilege in real life, but he also isn't wrong in complaining about women's privilege. But I mean this whole sub is about how the marketplace works so it seems like the appropriate place to make a thread about that.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/09/19 06:01 PM

The reason so many don't recognize their privilege because is because they don't realize it. Being privileged doesn't mean you receive a check every week for nothing, it means you have social benefits that affect your life in a positive way. The same reason white people hate the term white privilege, because they don't have to live with the negatives that minorities have to deal with. I would agree that women have most of the privilege in today's sex and relationship marketplace. The bad news is…

This is the 2nd time in a row you've added stuff that I never stated when you respond to me. The original post was about how women like to be sexually dominated, there was never anything about "rape role play." My whole point was that TRP is there for a reason and its because it works. I know it has nothing to do with YOU personally, but it has to do with MOST which is why it works.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/09/19 05:27 PM
2

but you do not have aboslute insight into what turns all 5 billion women on the planet on because there's so much variation there literally is no "normal. This is the whole reason TRP exists. It is about what works with the numbers. Just because you do not fall into the category doesn't mean the majority don't. I love how so many on this sub can't accept that just because you individually aren't apart of the group, the group still exists.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/09/19 05:39 AM

I wouldn't say the average man is spending money on cam girls, he is probably watching free porn like almost every guy does. The very low value man is because he has no other attention. But yea if you are a normal guy and are blowing money on cam girls then you are an idiot.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/09/19 01:18 AM

There are hardly any statistics or studies that are posted in this sub. Even when they are its just "no I know x person and they are the complete opposite." Its just projecting their beliefs and findings onto others.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/09/19 09:47 PM

I just don't get why people are mad at them and not at the men who give them money. You could make an argument that they are preying on the very low value men who likely are donating to them because they have no other female connection. Kinda like how old people get preyed upon by scams.

When did I ever say that? I'm not saying that the women should be giving ugly guys sex, it's just a broken system that punishes the bottom and only rewards the top. Hence this is why they are complaining.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/19 05:30 AM
5

They are complaining because it isn't fair just as everyone complains about stuff that isn't fair. This is a sub dedicated to everything about sex, relationships, and the marketplace so this topic is going to come up a lot. By this logic why should anyone care about income inequality, racial discrimination, or any other topic where the top succeed and the bottom are punished? I guess they are all scapegoating their problems too?

If you are a virgin then you are likely not desired by other women. Women want men who are desirable by other women, hypergamy 101. Also women enjoy sex too, inexperience is a good indicator of bad sex.

I mean you could say the same thing about men. For a lot of people marriage is just what they were taught to do. Women will have alot of social pressure to get married when they approach 30+, especially when they are seeing all their friends getting married and having kids.

You can afford to be as blue pilled as you want if you are a 6'4 dude with a model face. The problem is most guys aren't that and being blue pilled doesn't work for them. This is the whole reason the red pilled exists. This is the same reason you see ultra rich guys who are insanely far left economically. When you have already won then you can afford support the thing that most normal people cannot.

I'm almost positive there is a relationship to young men being more feminine and growing up without a father. A son needs both a masculine and feminine presence growing up to have the best chance in this world. I'm not saying they need to have masculinity shoved down their throat but they need a strong leader to look up to while growing up.

It's not that they are sensing someone being misogynistic they are projecting thoughts based on first appearance. The halo effect is a real thing and if a woman is being hit on by someone she doesn't deem attractive then she will assume he is a "creep or misogynistic" until proven otherwise. The biggest slayers I know are all pretty misogynistic but they aren't showing it unless they are just hanging out with the guys.

You can show your vulnerabilities to your woman. Just don't do it in such a way where you want her to solve them. I used to be emotional around partners but it drove so many of them away that I pretty much never show negative emotion anymore.

They are really common, even if a guy thinks he has a 5% chance of having sex then he will stick around. The best way to tell orbiters is if a girl gets out a relationship and then makes it clear she isn't going to have sex or a relationship with them. I have had girls tell about experiences like that and they are shocked when their male "friends" turn cold to them after that.

It isn't my biggest selection criteria, it is just what I enjoy most in women. It isn't just humor, it is the ability to not take yourself to seriously and not get offended when I make fun of something about her. I don't specifically seek out women who are fun to be around, I spend time with women I meet and if I don't enjoy being around them then I move onto the next.

It depends on what your definition of better is. Men are going to be on the more extreme end of everything. This means that almost all the violent criminals, abusive people, immoral acts, are going to be men, but the ones who invent life saving drugs, solve major economic problems, and go to war to protect the ones they love are almost all men too.

There aren't any real consequences, girls aren't filing reports of harassment when they reject someone. I think it is just the fear of humiliation of a girl running back to her friends and saying "omg this creep keeps trying to hit on me." I have been with girls at bars and seen this exact scenario when a dude was literally just talking to them.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/19 04:16 AM

I think a lot of men get discouraged from trying to talk to women cause they don't want to come off as a creep. Not to mention MeToo and feminist media makes everything worse too.

Deleting social media will do wonders for your mental health. I have taken month long breaks and I do feel much better. However I do agree its almost a necessary to have instagram/facebook/twitter if your goal is to spin plates. Almost every girl under 25 is addicted to social media and the first thing they are going to do after meeting you is look you up and see you aren't a loser. women today work hard af to make it seem like they're totes happy and content and living their best life. but on the inside, they're BROKEN. In theory it does work, but this is the reality for many. People don't put together the social privileges they have. It's the same reason lots of white people hate the world white privilege, they aren't realizing the social privileges they live with because they have never had to deal with the negatives of being in the minority.

The rich college girls who go to big schools are the sluttiest by far. Getting an undergrad degree really isn't as big a deal as people think (even if you go to Harvard). The UMC girls who don't have to work while going to school have lots of time to slut it up Wednesday-Saturday night.

Every social media platform you go on is filled with "men should do x thing", "men are wrong because of x thing", "men are not entitled to x thing". 2 movies where the lead actor is a female fantasy doesn't disprove the message of "men are privileged misogynists who don't respect women" message that is pushed through bluepilled/feminist media. I'm not saying all media and society is like that but TRP helps people who are taught that stuff and have no idea that being nice enough to women will not…

TRP is good for average men who wan't to get laid but are struggling. It also helps young men wake up to alot of the BS they are fed by society and the media. As far as the actual subreddit I think there are some bad things on there and people who do have success in getting more girls and relationships shouldn't live by what people are posting on there. It seems like most of the stuff posted on there are 20 year olds who finally got laid and think they are the ultimate slayer now.

I never said men are entitled to sex and relationships. I also never said women don't have mental health issues too. The difference is men are testosterone filled and will commit more acts of violence compared to women. You can't tell me people who commit shootings aren't fucked up in the head. Anyone who commits a murder is fucked up mentally.

White people are still privileged in ways just by being in the majority though. The system isn't turning on them, it may be on twitter where people just talk shit, but it isn't in the real world.

Yes marriage is declining. Most of my friends (both male and female) are within the age bracket of 20-30 and most of them have not have significant long term relationships that will end in marriage. For males it honestly is not worth the risk of having a government contract. And for the females they can't find a stable man that fits their criteria (call it hypergamy or whatever you want to it's just been my observation).

UBI won't happen for atleast for 20 years (Yang isn't going to get elected and even somehow if he did there are still way too many variables right now). The only thing is that it would cause even more people (mainly men) to completely drop out of society and dating and settle in their virtual world.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/04/19 09:32 PM
2

Why though? Do they really believe people on this sub can't have a serious discussion about race as it has to do with sex and dating?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/19 02:03 AM
3

How serious are the mods about race posts? I really want to have a serious discussion about the racial impacts on the smp, dating, and sex, but I don't want to be banned lol.

I think we all know the reasons for failing men (porn, video games, hypergamy, higher women's standards, tinder, etc). I honestly don't believe there is a solution to fix this. There are too many variables that will never line up. I'm more interested in a discussion about the impact it will have 10 or 20 years from now.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/19 12:51 AM
3

It's not the cause, but it is a way to cope that makes it even worse. It's an addiction that so many young men are growing up with now. Why go out and try to get real women when you can watch unlimited porn with way hotter girls than you can get. Why go out to a club/bar/party and socialize when you can play your favorite game. These people over 35 have no idea how radically different it is for young men growing up today than it was for them.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/19 10:53 PM

Every time I see stuff like this I just laugh. Of course they think its men's fault. "There is a lot of evidence that sex culture is making women unhappy." It is making men unhappy too. Everyone on this sub knows that the top 20% of men are winning while the 80% are losing and women are unhappy cause they can't get a relationship with a top 20% man.

The social policies of the left are going to come back and end them alive. In 10 years when all these toxic masculinity preachers can't find a good man they are probably going to cry about a new problem. Right wing and left wing both have there problems though. Its crazy to me how if you identify as a republican or democrat you basically have to sign on with all their beliefs, Either way I don't care, my life got a lot better when I stopped caring completely about politics. Its just to make them look more attractive or just formal attire for women. Also generally taller women with longer legs are considered more attractive which is why all female models are like 5'9+.

There is no way rates are the same as pre internet with unlimited porn/video games/online thing that guys can cope with instead of actually talking and having sex with women.

A lot of people on this sub and reddit are a bit delusional. 98 out of 100 guys in the real world have never heard of MGTOW. These niche subs and followings aren't what the average person out there is following. Dating is still a thing for most people. Yes, are the incels, mgtow, feminist etc. rising but it is still a huge minority. Romance is not dead. Now if we keep seeing this trend continue then I would have a conversation about this in 10 years.

Im sure the study is inaccurate and I never really trusted it to begin with (Also 136 sample size lol). But I do believe that it is at least 20% and may well be 28 or 30% or even higher. I think the point is there has been a giant leap in male sexlessness and it is continuing to grow.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/04/19 03:59 AM

If she is like college aged then she could just be really naive, but it's likely she knows they are orbiters before she broke up. Either way she just wants to say boohoo me, some of my male friends want to have sex with me. Who cares.

/r/PurplePillDebate03/04/19 05:20 PM
6

Of course not. What world are you living in where women have to make that many sacrifices. The only men who can afford to do something like this are extremely high value men. And any young woman stupid enough to give up all those sacrifices deserves what she gets.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/04/19 11:01 PM

Absolutely a lot of men have just given up trying for real women and settled for virtual ones.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/04/19 05:37 AM

Yes working out is worth it. You won't go from getting no action to slaying every girl just by getting ripped, but it is one giant step to becoming more attractive. I guarantee you that if your are really thin and put on muscle you will become more confident and get more respect from everyday people.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/04/19 02:38 AM
2

Yea 25 is kind of the upper bracket, I would say it's mainly kids under 22 which shows just how insanely fast technology impacted our society. Your husband is an outlier when it comes to OLD. Yes some people can have success with apps if they are short, low status, and not super attractive, but the overall picture is that it hurts men like him more than it helps them.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/04/19 09:53 PM
4

I would assume the more advanced we get then the more social settings will be replaced by technology. If women are becoming more picky due to all the factors (OLD, hypergamy, more low valued men, etc.) then more men will essentially drop out of even trying places like that to get women. I would think clubs and bars are past their peak and will be slowly declining.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/04/19 09:45 PM

Instagram is definitely not useless in raising status for a college kid trying to have sex.

/r/PurplePillDebate01/04/19 01:12 AM

I've said this before, but for the people under age 30 it is like 90% because of technology. Technology has made people disposable, it has made them extremely anxious, and it has made them depressed. Alot of the posters here are older and don't understand just how much of a difference in how a 25 year old grew up vs a 35 year old. Once you get past 30 that is when I would say 2,3, and 4 are a bigger part of it.

Not surprised at all. In my university its honestly somewhat rare to see couples walking around. From my experience its the frat guys that are fucking all the chicks, while the average guy or lower tier frat guys getting laid every now and then and then a bottom third that are probably getting no action at all. I blame it 100% on the internet and technology. Guys can cope from not being laid with weed/alcohol/video games/porn and so they just choose to stay in their comfort. The younger generati…

I'm still pretty young so I wouldn't say I have ever been in a real LTR, but even if I do when I'm older I just can't see the purpose in getting married. You can have kids, live together, have a married lifestyle without having a government contract. I just couldn't live with myself if I married a girl and she cheated on me a few years later and now you have to get divorced and possibly her taking half your shit.

Yea in high school the varsity athletes are basically the highest social status you can get. When I was in high school I was on the varsity football team in a very football oriented town and all of my friends would just go after the hottest girls a year or 2 younger than us and it didn't matter what we looked like cause they all wanted to date the varsity starter.

The thing about a woman in her mid/late twenties that is a virgin is that there is most likely a significant reason she is a virgin. Either super religious, awful social skills, medical issues, etc. I wouldn't have an issue if she was 24 and just had never found someone she really wanted to have sex with. But if she is 30 there has gotta be a red flag reason why she is still a virgin.

For most guys no their status isn't how many followers and likes they have. I will say though if you are an average looking guy and have like 15k+ followers from being like a video game streamer or something then that will definitely boost your status, college aged girls are obsessed with how many followers they or the people they know have.

A few celebrities doesn't prove your point. There were plenty of people who found Tall built guys like Jason Mamoa attractive while also finding dicaprio attractive too. It really just comes down to people disagree with the way it works. Like you said alot of people think TRP focuses on controlling women and other negative things towards women. In the end it just comes down to people getting worked up about things that don't affect them. Now as far as being a top 5% women (aka the instagram girls with 5k+ followers) I would say it takes alot of effort and some genetic help. I'm not huge into TRP, but I don't understand any arguments against it. If you are a struggling guy and this helps you become better at getting sex and relationships then go for it. If the argument is the tactics are manipulative or immoral then I would just argue that it didn't work before and now it works so it doesn't matter if its immoral. It has a broad meaning. Some of it has to do with looks and some of it has to do with how a guy acts. I mean technically incel just means you can't get laid even if you try. If a woman wants to have sex she can do so any night she wants with a few swipes. The term incel doesn't have any relationship aspects to it, it is strictly about sex. A woman who can't get a man to stay with her after sex is not an incel, she is just a low SMV person.

Pretty much every female friend i've had I have either had sex with or tried to. I have a few female acquaintances that I will have a casual conversation with, but never actually hang out with outside of school/work. I'd rather hang out with my guy friends if there is no chance of getting laid to be honest.

More empathy would help no doubt, the problem is it just isn't the world we live in. Most people do not give a shit about a random person and their problems. They may feel empathy towards them, but most of the time it passes and they go on with their life.

This is ridiculous, I don't know what point you are trying to make. If you are getting messages like this you are getting trolled.

Nope, It depends on your own morals. No one is obligated to do anything even if many may think you are a shitty person.

Not "I'm literally shaking" posts on this subreddit, but still plenty of people bitching about him

It's all opinion, I know plenty of people that support him. There is no evidence of sexual assaults it doesn't matter how many people think he is a shitty person.

Reddit and social media in general, but also some here on PPD. The amount of posts i've seen along the lines of: "I'm literally shaking, I've never been so angry" are absurd considering the fact that there is a 99.9% chance nothing will change and it will not affect their life in any way.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
