For most people training deadlift is a good idea. I would not recommend anyone trying to move past 2x own weight in deadlift/ 1.5 weight in squat if this person is not competing. Maybe it depends more on genetics though, I dont know. I have definitely injured top part of spine with squats and lower part of spine with deadlifts.

I dont know if my comment will add anything meaningful to your topic (and please write using easier language), but anyway. I am from Russia and we recently had World Football cup and now we are having Global University sport games. With football it was a country-wide shitshow. You wrote about global sexual market place and how it is stronger now than local SMP. So even before football cup our Health Minister (of some sort) advised russian girls to basically "dont sleep with foreign guys". Yeah o…

In case you were wondering about the title image here: Dutch and French women who slept with German soldiers during World War II publicly had their heads shaved to shame them for their natural Hypergamous impulses. This is an example of the survival-level conflict between Hypergamy and tribal affiliation. I recently read an article about WW2 when german was close to Moscow and there was several days of chaos. Author of the article inlcudes words from withness (my loose translation): "Literary hi…

This is interesting. I read your posts occasionally, and found out about TRP about 5 years ago. Also I am from Russia so pardon my poor English. But this post is way more vague for me. We dont have such feminine conditioning at all. Teachers in goverment schools got paid about 100-200$ a month and do not really care about children and psychology stuff. I am 33 yo now and I remember we very slightly ridiculed in school as boys only once, when we were compared to other class which boys were strong…

there is an old russian/jewish joke: late in the night there is a loud banging in a door of a jew family. He goes, opens the door, there are many men from KGB saying: "We know you are hiding 100 kg of pure gold!" He turns back and says: "Sarah, my dear, its for you!"

Sometimes I think that all people of this sub are kissless virgins.. Hope its not the case. I am translating Rollo's book now (got some free time at work), and I'm not sure who is his "Alpha" in the end. Is he a master PUA or a MGTOW one? Rollo is married by the way. Is he flawed by this? I dont really see your questions. Yes, women can be dangerous. LTR is a direct threat to your ambitions. But why you should become a monk and post bitter texts here or there?

My father several months before he died told me a story. I live in Russia in regional center, close to Moscow. And a century ago we had tsar and so on. In my city there was a rich guy who made a fortune by trading. His wife was very popular and generous, like "patron of the arts". Many portraits of her made by famous artists, we have a museum and a street named by her. But nobody knows her husband. Nobody cherish him... he made all this possible but died in vain. I think it depends on a country's mentality. I was translating this video for Roosh from russian (believe it or not). Starting at 5:00 mark of the video, the host of the TV show brings in two women that Roosh allegedly met and banged while in the Ukraine. Roosh had pictures of them on his website. Neither woman knew who Roosh was. One of the women said that she was going to sue Roosh for using pictures of her without her permission. Roosh did not say what he had banged those women. I saw it the day before yesterday and cant say Max is 100% supporting char. Mostly he helps her because he had no choice (1st part of the film) and because it is profitable for him (second part and just whynot be a good guy for a while). but taking orders and getting his ass beat by a ninety pound Theron (with a prosthetic arm) Go see the movie, its false; I dont like the name of the movie though. "fury road" is a clear hint to "furiosa"; so max is second even on the title. thats bad.

for some reason that reminds me of money. you know, it goes like this: "money wont make you happy". but usually it is said by more or less cheap man with no access or effort to become rich. how could he know? its like saying motorcycle riding is not cool while not having any ride at all. and while I try to find better job with moderate success, everybody keeps saying "be with us, stop trying, its not that good".

We have to define "beginner" here. Use them only if you understand why you need it and you are very close to your natural limits. I'd recommend sustanon (testosterone mix) for about 200-300 mg once a week for a month or 6 weeks. My dealer said its "kids dosage", but you will gain 5-7 kgs from that. Use tamoxifen+some testosterone booster afterward to recover and keep gains, like that -> 4 weeks on sust, start booster from 6 to 8 week. And ofc u have to eat/lift like a madman. Also, /r/steroids.
/r/TheRedPill05/10/14 05:55 AM

I know this will be downvoted to hell, but I recommend steroids. Just use really low doses, make a good recovery, dont drink much - and you will have no side effects.

My neighbour is an iconical alpha-male. Rollo once wrote something like this "we are trying to live with alphas" and I can confirm it. We are not friends, more like acquaintances. He is ~7 years older than me, I am 29. No wife/kids, but once he was close to marriage. He was drinking for about whole life, I suppose even used some drugs. in the former USSR, women accounted for 58% of the engineering workforce. Let me explain this as a russian. I work at a factory for goverment, we create satellite antennas and some other stuff. There are ~20 people in my department, 7 women. Only one of them does a kind of engineering job. All other do paperwork. But all of them are "engineers". My mother was an engineer for all her life. The MGTOW (Men Going Their Own Way) have terms such as "mangina" and "white knight" for men with families, implying that these men are in a state of servitude. wat? The MGTOW have a slogan "My Wallet, My Choice" which is a way of saying that men should be able to get women pregnant and avoid the consequences, having nothing to do with his seed. It's preposterous, and something a healthy society wouldn't allow. closed the article, downvoted the post.

Almost all of my old friends play videogames. They are exactly like I was a year ago. They come home from work, and play for hours on end, eventually falling asleep during the early hours of the morning (3,4, or even 5 am). I remember my days doing this, and they aren't really pleasant memories. I remember being bored as shit, but still playing games like League of Legends for hours, just because that was the only thing I felt there was to do. modern games suck.

yeah, that not as bad. As far as I remember the book, it has nothing in common with TRP. John's only goal in life is to seduce women. He is a pure pleasure seeker. I would not say that..I think, he delights the process of seduction. He does not want to sleep with as many girls as possible. TRP does not want it too.

for me, gym does not have much impact, because I've been into it for 7 years. It's more like a habit now. I can not live without sport. Current gf always compliments me on my muscles and shape, I like it ofc, but not so much. Your inner state will be better/greater when you are doing little wins. Like, lifting +10kilos on BP. It might be positive for your game for some days. Just curious - all these numbers are in pounds? so, u are 190 pounds and do 300pounds in DL?

Once upon a time, there was a man named Goldicock whose dick was neither way too big, nor small enough to mock. Yet every night, a different woman told him it felt wrong; they left him all alone and sad, betrayed by his own dong. One ex-girlfriend laughed at him, and called him "little dick," another one complained it was uncomfortably thick. Goldicock was so confused; it made no sense at all! How could one dick be too big, yet also much too small? But finally, he banged a chick who said it felt…
