Yes. There is space here for some new ideas. Men aren't going to be able to get a foot in the door until people start to question some deeper, long-held beliefs. I do speak about faith and religion because that's how I was raised. But probably while you were writing your post, I changed the word faith to ontology. A bit more precise.

Yes, I agree we need to do it well. It's hard and involves putting my foot in my mouth a few times first. OK. It sounds like we have goals that are partly overlapping - we both see mens' rights as part of a wider movement. At this point, it's definitely genetic but we don't really know how and why (and honestly I don't know much about it). It's possible that there are genes on the X chromosome that protect from it, so obviously you're more likely to be protected if you have two of them. There's also some studies that correlate it with some sort of infection early on in development, which again is associated with the Y chromosome. It's definitely passed down in families.
