First off, you're not dating if it was only two dates. Second, if a strong enough connection wasn't made during those first two dates, there's a slim chance of anything happening. You could let it air out for a couple of months and text her in hopes that her situation has shifted or her thought of something happening between you two. Here's what I would do to get the score. You're going to need to lay down the law. Try again to get the score and break through the LMR. If she denies you more than once, tell her you're done hanging out. Once she realizes that she's not in control of the situation, she may give you the green light. If she continues to deny, cut it off and move on.

This one is a unique animal. I personally wouldn't go because I'm not very social. I only play ball 1 on 1 or 1 on 2 if there's a chance of a 3some with two girls. I recently didn't meet a girl when she offered me this situation. The next day I met her in the mall and we banged about 2 hours after meeting.
