2	How do you get out of your head and live in the present? Thank you for your comment. I’ve been working on observing my thoughts and letting them pass. I also recognize my value as a women, but I still struggle with rejection and replay conversations in my head that could have lead to said rejection. 11	No sex until exclusivity Once you go to his house, that will make it ok for him to make minimal effort on dates. Trust your gut feeling though always, it’s your spirit trying to warn you. Always protect yourself first, and the people that value you will respect that.
