I’m recognized by the US Military/Federal government as being a victim of DV. When the Army forced me to go to classes to deal with the DV I suffered, I was shocked at how petty much of the “abuse” was. One of the women got a guy UCMJ and chaptered for calling her a cunt after she gave him an STD and broke a bunch of stuff at their house. He never touched her. There she was going on and on about being a survivor. I spent time in jail for filing custody.

Don’t murder your baby because some dude is an asshole. I’m a single father and my ex is hell, but I still don’t regret having our daughter and dealing with all the crap she gives me including false accusations.

How about getting to sue women who lie about birth control?

I have no problem drafting women to serve, but God knows I don’t want to go back to the front lines with women. They just sucked on deployment. Literally and figuratively.

I don’t, I am glad I did it. Fellow soldier did it late in life. He said there was no sensation difference and actually was happy he had it done when he was having problems with the foreskin.

That is fine, but your poll is not much of an improvement, because I don’t know of any pro-life person that denies abortions of non-viable babies and when the mother’s life is at risk, yet that is the only position you have for banning abortions. So the real position isn’t even available to respond to on the pro-life side.
/r/MensRights25/06/22 06:45 PM

What is a bullshit poll. I am pro-life, but I absolutely make exceptions for non-viability and to protect the life of the mother. I’d even be willing to allow abortion for rape, if everything else is banned, but they must file a police report, take DNA from the baby so they can pursue the rapist. I mean, they wouldn’t lie about rape would they?

No, o know what a straw man is. No, I say all life starts at conception, I do NOT say all life has the same moral value and this doesn’t violate A=A(r.t) because “r” is different. No, it was found not to use deception, it was asked neutrally, the ethics board even agreed that it was not deceptive and that it was the best methodology to prevent biases to be entered into the sample size. You also didn’t address that it is a pro-choice paper, so it literally takes your side and says you are wrong. …

First argument is a straw man. I never said all life, I said all human life. You are complaining in this sub that men don’t have the same rights. Here you are logically irrational to argue that men don’t have the same rights as women, but they should get the same rights. Simply replace gender with time frame and you have the same argument. Second is false so. It was NOT designed to deceive. It was designed to get a neutral response not a response that is biased based on politics. When it came ou…

Wrong, I get to declare something illogical when there is no logically consistent case made. Seeing how I used Aristotelian Logic, I challenge you to make a simple logical argument justifying your position, because you have yet to make a position clear. Again, the science is settled that life starts at conception. You saying it isn’t is bullshit lies, otherwise you would have actual scientists say otherwise, while it is an appeal to authority, which could be considered a fallacy, it is pretty cl…

Right, that isn’t an argument you are making of my position, you are making a straw man and have yet to list one logical coherent argument, I had repeatedly laid out the logic in non-formal format, but you haven’t laid out anything other than answerable objections. The logical argument for abortion being immoral is: Major Premise: It is wrong to intentionally kill an innocent human being. Minor Premise: Elective abortion intentionally kills an innocent human being. Conclusion: Therefore, electiv…

Well, if your life sucks, you can solve that pretty easy. If it doesn’t, then who are you to judge someone else’s life current or future?

Yes, I just don’t believe it is as bad as the doom and gloomers make it out to be. I am pretty in line with Alex Epstein. Fossil Future: Why Global Human Flourishing Requires More Oil, Coal, and Natural Gas--Not Less https://a.co/d/d3iwXxj The Moral Case for Fossil Fuels https://a.co/d/7ehUIjz

Nope, it is when does human life start. The premise is that all humans deserve rights. If you deny rights to the unborn there is no logical reason not make exceptions to any other group of people.
/r/MensRights25/06/22 02:24 AM

We use science to inform up, because philosophically we say all humans have right.
/r/MensRights25/06/22 02:17 AM

No, we aren’t talking about biological life, we are talking about human life and humans have rights, where except for the most extreme animal advocates, animals do not have rights, but they have some protections, many times more protection than a fetus (go break an bald eagle’s egg.)
/r/MensRights25/06/22 02:16 AM

Of course not, because the key word is non-viable, just as we don’t see it as murder to turn off someone from life support if their brain is dead, we don’t see aborting a non-viable baby as murder. Intellectual light weight. And there you go with the straw man. States have exceptions for your final sentence: The bill specifically authorizes doctors to remove a “dead unborn child caused by spontaneous abortion," or miscarriage, or to remove an ectopic pregnancy, a potentially life-threatening eme…

I recognize that they are events in development, but they are not a unique even tin forming a human life. I noticed you didn’t bother to answer why Sanger’s position isn’t more right than mine or yours. For your position and his is subjective and debatable, mine is unique and defined.

So we can agree to disagree. See I point to the one unique event that occurs for human life to start and have value, you reject that, I am unsure why your position could ever be right, compared to Peter Sanger who says 2 years old it should be allowed or even a Dictator who rejects it for those he labels sub human. Have a good one.

Your obviously not serious. Please feel free to show me a cancer tumor that developed into a living thinking human as a general rule. Yes, every living thing can and will die on a long enough timeline. Anyways, I’m done, you’ve moved into the absurd to maintain and semblance of logical consistency.

Except there is consensus, I wouldn’t take Wikipedia as gospel. See, this PhD dissertation, the guy went and wrote a bunch of biologists and told them, I am doing a study on life. When does life begin. About 91% said at conception. https://knowledge.uchicago.edu/record/1883 First from the paper pointing out a biologist’s thoughts: Scott Gilbert’s textbook, Developmental Biology: “When we consider a dog, for instance, we usually picture an adult. What facts were kept away from anybody? He simply asked biologist’s when does life being and said it was for a research paper. That isn’t keeping anything from anyone, it is them realizing that they just scientifically answered something that clearly went against their political position.

No, the point Is that it objectively considered life, there are questions, but not about if it biologically a life. There can be questions about it determining when the baby deserves human life, but there is not any objective dispute it id a separate life form apart from the mother and the father. The development of a human being begins with fertilization, a process by which two highly specialized cells, the spermatozoon from the male and the oocyte from the female, unite to give rise to a new o…

Well, I mean if I am told that 90% of scientists believe in global warming and that means the science is settled, I’m okay with saying the same thing when 91% of biologists say life is started at conception. Funny thing was, they said that, when found out it was a question to be used for abortion, they requested to either change their answer or to have their response removed. Here is the doctorate work about it: https://knowledge.uchicago.edu/record/1883

The Science is already settled, it is life at the moment of conception. When do blacks deserve civil rights? Was it before or after the 13th and 14th Amendment? Youre welcome. Yes, I have been accused 4 times of abuse, arrested 3 times, a military investigation, and a CPS investigation. I fully expect when my daughter hits puberty to have my ex make another accusation for me sexually assaulting her. My ex has 2 felonies, but they still give us joint custody. No problem. The story has been out for over a week, I thought it was rape rape and not, “I’m 21, been drinking at a bar and telling you about college.” rape. I visited my parents and Saturday the news had her saying it was for a phone and she was raped at 16 and said there was no other reason for it other than he is well liked in the small town. Yes, unfortunately, it looks like there is no excuse in LA. So if the DA decides to press charges based on media histeria, then this guy is screwed, because he admitted he slept with her. There isn’t a chance in hell he will be convicted or even charged with drugging her. The only bad person in the story is the slut who has all the feminists and liberals up in arms that she is falsely a rape victim. This guy is absolutely a victim of her whoring and lying.

Oh, absolutely. I was in graduate school and they had a 4 day board game convention at the university. Met a girl, there with the community college group took her number, she said she attended the community college. Ends up, she did, but that was through a high school program. I found out, because about 2 weeks after I met her, she asked if I’d go to homecoming with her. So glad I hadn’t slept with her at that point.

It’s just a whole list of lies from her, and the accusation didn’t come out till things were going bad for her. Like she decided she wasn’t going to get what she wanted, so she was going to o use the nuclear option. Because one thing we know, in the world of gender roles, there is no M.A.D. Men have a non-proliferation treaty and women have nuclear weapons.

Again, she met him at a bar, claiming she was a college student in 2005! She got pregnant and lied about the father. Then it came out (which is in dispute how he found out he was the father) in 2010/2011. She never accused him of rape, until she basically realized she wasn’t going to have full custody. Good job on bringing up how criminal charges work, now please address how mandatory reporting works. If he felt there was abuse when she was a child, that judge could have and strongly encouraged to report that. False, it is a mandatory report, just as when i was a teacher, if I ever found out another teacher had sex with a minor, even if the student had become an adult 5 years earlier, I still have to report. Louisiana is a mandatory report if the judge felt a crime against a minor was committed, the judge did not, therefore did not forward it. Multiple court decisions. The facts about the sexual encounter were generally agreed upping in 2015 and the court felt there was no sexual misconduct by him since the events leading up to it were basically agreed upon. No, I am not. The court investigated the accusation in 2015 and found in his favor. The court investigated her accusations of sexual assault on his daughter and found in his favor. The media did take her at her word that it was because it was because she gave their daughter a cellphone, then it became clear in the court records it was a lot more than that.

We can agree to disagree, especially how much the court has agreed with him on virtually everything till the media got involved. The fact is he did, and he admits to sleeping with her at 16. He states and the court accepted that she was at a bar, using a false ID, and she was stating she was in college. Point stands, mom was letting her daughter make child porn, that may or may not be covered by current laws. It also stands that the courts found the sexual activity by the daughter being under the age of consent. Hence, she is a bad mother. Anyways, I’m done. No, she is at fault for deceiving him, it has been admitted into evidence that she was portraying herself as being in college at the time and the courts accepted that. Therefore, your entire premise is garbage and you are defending an abuser and wanting to convict a man who did nothing wrong. Not every felony results in prison, but they definitely need a charge that sticks with them for a long time. Hearsay? She has yet to dispute it. Also, it isn’t hearsay, it is his testimony that they met at a bar, you really need to understand what hearsay evidence is. That isn’t hearsay. She has totally left out where they met in interviews, she just says he gave her a ride home, and either reporters didn’t ask or she just skipped over where. In fact the court documents make it appear that the bar isn’t even in dispute with her: Abelseth's saga began in 2005 when she went to the Pine Street bar, Poncha…

False, some states wrongly exclude the defense of deception by the minor, but some states do. This is why you have jury nullification. I would never convict a man in this type of case.

Again, you are missing a huge fact: She met him at a bar, was drinking with him, and clearly told him she was an adult. How can you claim a man statutory raped someone when they had ever reasonable expectation that she was 21 or at least 18. The woman committed fraud, he didn’t rape her based on his reasonable expectation that she was an adult and could provide consent.

Absolutely…NOT! In fact, I’d argue it should be a crime for her. We are told that women want to be treated equal, well fraud is a crime. I find it appalling how many obvious females in the article comments are saying, “She was 16 so she couldn’t consent, so he needs to be charged.” He consented based on the false information she gave him. I was madly in love at the time, this girl flashed use in the barracks. Offered me and a few others to sleep with her. Another drunk soldier took her drunk ass up on the offer. No complaints until the girls she worked with in the DEFAC called her a Ho. Then she went and filed. I had to sign a sworn statement that she offered to sleep with me. Fi…

I don’t understand why a judge couldn’t reschedule a trial she has extended for over 2 years, what is another month? Where was my justice? She already feels untouchable and the courts have proven it to her. And I wish I could find a low cost MRA lawyer, I have yet to find out, cheapest one that was willing to fight for me to get full custody was $300 an hour.

I lost my counsel s week before the family court hearing, because I was unemployed from the Army and was in debt over $3000 to my lawyer. His firm was so compassionate, that they at least wrote off almost all of the balance as pro-Bono, but when I went to court, all the documents that were admitted to show a history of abuse, where dismissed. Felony drug smuggling was 14 years earlier, so that was forgiven. The felony theft was a suspended sentence and to be vacated if the terms of the probation…

I have an arrest though. I was fully cleared, by ex has gotten off on the fact a DA scheduled 3 trials, so dismissed her first one, the 2nd one a DA didn’t get an official copy of the protection order for the 2nd and so it was dismissed as a technicality. There should be more liability for when a DA makes a mistake.

I am going to enjoy the last 6 months I have with my daughter, because it was the same with my daughter’s brother. His father left at 5. When my ex got full custody. He has a family now, great father. My daughter’s brother told me how great it was to see his dad last Christmas. The courts enabled and messed up my daughter’s brother and they are going to do the same with my daughter. If you are a DA, you should be ashamed at what a POS your profession is, so is saying it is a “training moment”. I…

Many schools don’t allow filming of the classroom. They tried to get me to cover the windows, I absolutely refused the administration that demand. They said too many students in the hall were disrupting and they wanted them blocked in the even of a mass shooter to make it harder to know what rooms are occupied. I was like, “Nope, not happening.” I got pressured a lot about it, but they never disciplined me for it.

That was my issue as a teacher. Graduation week I saw more HS girls tits than my entire HS time. When I reported it to the office, they made me out to be a creep or that I should appreciate it. After a couple years teaching I was so happy to have left. Not only that, but I can’t tell you how many girls I failed and they claimed I was creeping on them, you don’t fail someone you’re creeping on. I got victim status and was told the Army was tired of dealing with my problems and the repeated limitations to mission readiness due to needing to go to court over my daughter. The CPT was a bitch and used my false arrest to refuse my re-enlistment when I finally had a chance to get a age waiver for OCS. Didn’t even care that I was exonerated, just said I had too many family problems to serve. No one cares if you are a man who has been abused.

Well, that is the plan for the DV case. Her defense attorney tried to get it dropped as it being mutual abuse. It wasn’t. DA was going to vacate the case, till I showed her that. She never knew the military did an investigation and the unit called me a unicorn for getting cleared. It is common when you apply for clearance jobs,’I gave that route up. Just going to do IT now.

As a courtesy they removed the pending charges, but they said they do not have to seal their investigation. If I get asked about it, I have FAP investigation, they not only cleared me of abuse, but then turned around and declared I am a victim of it by her. So it isn’t all bad, but if the HR person is a pro with military records, well, it’ll come up.

The problem was the court sealed the case, the state police didn’t seal it. So when I applied for the license, they denied me based on an arrest for DV. I managed to get it appealed, but the denial for arrest is in the record. Can’t get it removed. Tried and don’t have the cash for a lawyer to do it. So not worth it. The other problem I have is my DD214 has the arrest listed so if you know how to read them, it’s clear I was arrested, just not for what. CID refused to seal it, took me a year to g…

Yup, Lost my military career after a judge cleared me and I finally had gotten them to agree to an exception to policy memo for OCS (age) and it all crashed and burned on a false arrest. Ex got a suspended sentence for felony theft against the elderly after she got arrested 2 weeks after my false accusation. She used that as the “reason” and the courts didn’t care I was cleared and excepted her excuse on why she stole from an old man.

It’s a she that is the judge. Drives me up the wall. They are allowed one trial a week and mine is low priority. The criminal judge keeps delaying all hearings because of the pandemic. It is just overall bad.

I have never had a Christmas with my daughter, because the judge gave me non-Christmas week and since there is 52 weeks and we exchange weekly, I don’t get the holiday. Four years and not one Christmas, she’s pending charges for DV (case has been delayed because of COVID and has now been 2 years ago since she was charged) and the judge doesn’t care to change the exchanges. So when I see this crap, it pisses me off how women play the victim, when they are anything but.

Ex-teacher. Got tired of them demanding I be more empathetic and that I needed to be more understanding when kids refused to meet the standard. I failed 111 students out of 122 my last semester. You can have her held in contempt of court. The cops won’t do it, but if it is your week and you grab your kid, they won’t stop you. I did it myself. Sat in the car and called the cops. /r/MensRights19/02/20 06:31 PM

Actually, we as a society do get to decide. Society (those States) have decided an ID is a requirement to vote. It’s why felons can’t vote in most states, and why mentally incompetent aren’t allowed to vote either. It’s also why Voter ID laws are okay, because we do get to determine who can vote in order to insure that the integrity of the vote is valid.
/r/MensRights19/02/20 05:09 PM

Then maybe that person isn’t responsible enough to deserve to vote. It’s more important to have voting integrity and that means an ID, than to give an irresponsible fool the power to vote.

My ex has a CPS case and they were shocked at the evidence of emotional abuse (they said the physical was minor), but still refuse to give me full custody and are trying to get her to agree to 3 months of counseling. 🙄

Good, I spent $30k just to have my daughter part time after she (ex) cleared me of the rest of my savings before i filed for custody. I know I have 2 more years and will be spending another $30k so I can provide my daughter education choices. I managed to have 50/50 custody, but I am the one that has to spend one full day driving 300 miles round trip to get my daughter. My ex had the judge rule she didn’t need to drive more than 3 miles to the pick up point. If I didn’t love my daughter so much,…

Not in the Toyota Wars, but in 2014 and 15 we took numerous trips to that region and sat in our ass requesting the Administration to give us permission to do stuff. AFRICOM kept telling us no.

And her POS husband sent me and a ton of other men to sit on our asses and refused to authorize force even when we knew where they were. Yea, and worse, when my ex accused me of abuse the court wouldn’t let me see my daughter for 4 months u less I paid a state organization $50 for each 60 minute visit. Then When the Army declares me a victim of abuse, the state only let me have 2 days a week for another 6 months till the judge could make a final judgement which was 50/50. Since then my ex has had 3 DV charges (still facing 2 since one just made her go to counseling to drop), and has a CPS case that is opened by her older son that…

The new AFPT is gender neutral, it was delayed a year because women barely passed and there basically none that made it to the top two tiers for combat MOSs. They integrated the SOF support and so being SOF it used to be held to higher standards (which they cut when the girls showed up). Well, then they got the idea that it would be good to get a measure of the new PT and to show everyone the expected standards. The girls did so bad, they never repeated it again. No my telling is 100% accurate. Even if the guy was drugging women just to steal from them, there would be outrage instead of this “You go girl, get yours!” Attitude across the internet. There wouldn’t be victim shaming. Hell if a woman gets drunk and acts like a slut you aren’t allowed to place any blame on them for getting drunk. The victims of Cardi B were not looking to take sexual advantage of her. She was offering, they accepted the consent. You are twisting yourself to try to justify why the victim is at fault. Listen, if a man was drugging a woman just to steal and not have sex, they’d be as vilified as Cosby. It’s obviously a double standard.
/r/MensRights01/08/19 03:46 PM
3

It is. She used drugs to take advantage of men. My example uses drugs to take advantage of women. No difference, except she is laughed about how men were suckers while Bill Cosby was (rightfully) vilified.
/r/MensRights31/07/19 03:34 PM
6

Actually the analogy is accurate. She used drugs to take advantage of people and was excused by the public. Bill Cosby used drugs to take advantage of people and was condemned by the public. See, analogy lines right up. Now, if you think 3 to 5 guys coming up and willing to testify to her drugging them will get her in jail, you are fooling yourself. Also, I am less upset about her not going to jail than I am that society has justified her behavior and excused it.
/r/MensRights31/07/19 12:43 AM
6

Ok I get it your not that smart and never took a class in Logic (most Americans haven’t). That tweet isn’t justifying her behavior because she is rich. Therefore, they are justifying it as she is a woman and men deserved it. So my point about roofies and women stands. It wouldn’t be accepted and justified when a man does it, but women are given a pass for drugging men.

Yes, it depends on your leadership. I had a leader that refused to chapter me until the court finished. I won, he kept my career. No, there is no Apartheid in Israel. Every citizen has the same rights. Muslim, Christian, and Jew. Sorry, but the Palestinians (which is a made up term used for PR purposes) aren’t Israelis. She supports Iran and Hezbollah that both call for the murder of all Jews. They believe it is a requirement of Muslims to kill the Jews. Israel doesn’t commit war crimes, Muslims do. She laughed and thought it was funny, but to me it explained so much. She always got away with things. It’s why she stole a check, because she deserved the check. It was an arrest. Because the female CPT didn’t want anyone in the unit that was accused of DV, even if cleared. So she refused my re-enlistment. So I got an honorable and an RE-1, but it screwed me up royally. The court sealed and apologized for wasting my time and money, but they refused to charge her. They told me to have the Army charge her. The Army told me they don’t charge civilians.

Carson. I was told that I was one of the only people that that base cleared for accusations of DV. Since it's not a criminal charge they only require a preponderance of the evidence and not reasonable doubt. The Army finally cleared me and gave me victim status. I helped change the attitudes of the department that investigates situations like that, they are now much more open to when soldiers claim that they are being harassed and claims of DV are being used as a weapon against the innocent.

It was hard, trust me, I did all I could not to snap. It was so much, I often thought it was either kill her or kill myself. There are huge issues with confirmation bias, real bias in rape studies on campus. Self-reporting is the first issue. She still insists it was true, but the evidence disputes her. She even testified under oath it happened. They still haven’t charged her with perjury. The lie was to get political points. So I have reality on my side.

It takes no mental gymnastics to say she is trying to stick it on him for political reasons. Again, why did the details change and the “witness” she claims says never happened. Sure maybe the counselor got the details wrong, but again that doesn’t make for a credible claim. I am not disputing she maybe possibly had something bad happen. I am saying there is absolutely zero evidence that he was there. I know that people make up stories all the time to justify bad behavior. Then it was easily to f…

That’s fine, but she didn’t name him in the notes. She didn’t bring this up on his other confirmation hearings. Also, her story changed, first it was 4 guys, then 2. I have had traumatic experiences in the military. I remember the details. My story didn’t change. The other issue is that the behavior she is describing tends to be a pattern, there is no pattern. I doubt it would be a one off. I’m still waiting for you to point out where he perjured himself. Make sure you tell the Democrats too so …

He didn’t perjured himself. This lady is making it up because she doesn’t want him on the Court. There are inconsistencies in her story and over 60 women who have worked or known him say this isn’t in his nature. The one witness she claims is basically calling her a liar.

Oh joy...that’s what happened with my ex fiancé from 2013-2015. She decided the grass was greener on the other side, since I was deployed. I am grateful we were only engaged. She couldn’t manage to keep the next guy for a year and then got married less than a year later to the next one. Hope she never gets to settle down and gets left when her health issues get worse and she loses that nice little body.

I don’t care if she is a virgin. I don’t like tattoos, but a number of exes had them. I just hate that gaudy nasty ones that are popular. I wanna see your tits natural, not a huge tattoo covering them. I can take some debt, but damn if I am marrying one in 90k of debt for a BA in Basket Weaving. I just want a woman that doesn’t realize she will be rewarded to leave with kids, alimony, and child support if she decides the grass is greener on the other side.

No, General under Honorable, maybe General under less than Honorable. Cans get dishonorable without a court martial. Depends on how vindictive they decide to be. If it is General under Honorable, it will only require a COL to sign. If it is General under less than Honorable, it requires a 2 Star.

My unit had 4 sexual assault cases, 3 of them had the girls offering themselves up to the guys and then later claimed assault. I don’t know the details of the 4th one. I also am the victim of a false DV claim that was made 3 days after I filed for custody. It cost me $11-12k in legal fees and ultimately my military career. The case is now sealed, but the waiver was refused for the “lost time” I was in jail getting bailed out.

But your case was special. I was refused re-enlistment because I was spending one day a week for 4 months fighting off a false DV charge. The old CPT (who supported me through the first 2 months till he left to another duty station) told me either go to counseling or he would order it. Ordering me to go would have affected my clearance. New CPT listed the arrest and too many personal appointments as the reason she refused me to re-enlist. What was I supposed to do about court? So far the family court has sided with her, even though she is a previous felon and is facing another felony charge. The court was so concerned about my "DV" history (which there is none, but this charge of harassment). After $10K I'm in the final stages of them dropping the charge, but my legal fees…

Depends, if I feel they are false, then yes. If I feel they have some validity...usually no. What pisses me off is when someone had an affair and then the girl complains about it 2+ years later. No, that girl had no problem with the sex at the time, only when she feels guilty or slighted does she feel abused. That's not how this game is played...

Everyone can have a sidebar now and then. Some men don't have what it takes, but it also amazes me how many judge them who never even donned the uniform.

Ok. When you get visitation and hopefully at least partial custody, she will try to program the kids into hating you. Put a wall of photos of good times and when the kids get to your house, show them the pictures and talk about them, the experiences and how much they mean to you, the times/experiences and the kids. She will probably let the kids do anything they want, because they are the parent wanting to show they are cool and the "awesome" parent. Kids might not say it, but they really want l…

Jendir Iikwallitii My buddy agreed to alimony, because it stated if he re-married he would be able to get out of alimony. She was laughing, because he was supposed to give her 50% of his income, he went an got married to a girl who needed the health insurance. The hag got 25% of one check because it was a week he was single. We still laugh about that. The new wife doesn't care, she's getting her care and he can do his thing in the Army.

I know it is painful, I know a lot of guys are against it, but I'm grateful I was cut. Guy in my unit was cut as an adult, he said there was no change in feelings, but he said the recovery was a rough 3 weeks. He had a medical issue that required it to be done.

...and don't forget the nutty ones that say they'll scream SHARP if you don't give in. We had a girl in my unit that was pissed because she didn't get the assignment she wanted (which was by family) so she found out that if you make a SHARP complaint, you get the pick of duty stations. Two weeks after that, she was packing her bags and the dudes career was done. Three other guys, including myself made sworn statements that she came over to our rooms and offered herself up and while she had a dri…

I showed up for a blind date once, she was super cute in the photos. I then saw her and her hips were as wide as a bus. I figured out she learned to use the angles in photos to make them appear normal size, and that is how she got away with it with me.

It's how I ended up with a child with a complete witch. I got stuck at her place due to an ice storm and didn't have condoms. She assured me it would be fine, but she was really pressuring me to have sex with her. I didn't want a fight, so I gave in. A couple of days later, she went nuts on me. So I just blocked out out of my life, 3 weeks later I found out she was pregnant. Created 2 years of hell that isn't done. The bright side is soon I should have my daughter if things continue as they have…

He seems down to earth, after all he had no problem going into combat. I give him credit, I've seen guys panic at just being deployed to a place safer than I was deployed.

Plus tourism and other stuff brings in a ton of money for the government. Personally, I'm apathetic to the entire thing, she is cute though.

Best of luck. I am dealing with it right now, a few things: It's not over yet, keep fighting. Without physical evidence, you'll be able to continue to fight. Crazy tends to show itself to other people. It won't be over night, but slowly my ex is showing everyone she's nuts. Document everything, never admit to anything, get a lawyer and go into debt. Deal with it, but a lawyer is a must. I haven't seen my daughter in a month, it's hard, but you can get through it. If you have insurance go to a co…

Shame, I have experienced watching my abuser get counselors and benefits and is milking it to the end. Even though her lies are starting to fall apart, her counselor is ignoring the red flags like her recent accusation with ZERO proof. Even the Army isn't buying her newest claims and that is saying something, the Army always sides with the woman.

They are bad. They just go through the motions too often. So I have too much on the line with my daughter and my career. I can’t risk it.

She can seem very professional. It’s why my parents kept pushing me to date her. It wasn’t until later that they realized she puts up a good front, when she attacked me and scratched me as I tried to get away from her. I should have called the cops then, but I didn’t. I do have the photos (I put them in the text).

I am, it’s not a fine. It’s to get a lawyer, because the risk of losing is too much to trust to a Public Defender.

I haven’t plead guilty. I have discovery in a month. Going to get those texts and the note admitted. If they get accepted, lawyer thinks it’ll be a pretty clear cut case. Doesn’t mean I’m not scared about my career. Doesn’t mean I’m not frustrated at the BS the courts are putting me through.

So far, everyone who has read both sides, including my COL, my CPT, my 1SG have all taken my side. My issue is I'm nervous about the court system and their BS. I've already asked about countering and he said it has to wait till child custody, then he'll start making her life hell, especially if I win. There is no indication of conflict of interest of anything, I just know that they haven't looked at the texts or the note. Long story short: She claims on Sunday morning at 0100, I grabbed her in a…

What do you mean before? EDIT: I just didn’t even think about MRA. I just wasn’t focused on this. Didn’t even know it was an issue before. She kept promising change and kept blaming her issues on the fact I was friends with my ex. So I cut her out and the problems actually got worse.

This is about par for the course. My abuser is getting the state to give her battered protection. We spent the weekend together. She thanked me in both text and a hand-written note on Sunday night and Monday morning. When she realized about noon that I wasn't going to drop my child custody case, she started getting nasty and then went to the police. They arrested me and refused to even look at my texts or the note. My lawyer thinks it's a good case, but it's going to cost me about half a year of…

I wasn't married to that hag. I knew better than that. I just put up with her for so long, because I love my daughter. I realized when she yelled at my daughter, she was going to be abused too. So then I started planning my escape, her behavior when I was out of state enforced my belief that I made the right decision.

I guess I can't do it with Gofundme. They said the nature of the fundraiser isn't acceptable. This is ruining my life. I am amazed at how much damage a woman can do by just claiming something.

What do I do about my daughter though? She’s stuck there and baby mama already uses her as bait and a pawn, what happens when she turns my daughter into a weapon by convincing her I was “touching” her in the “bad spot”. That scares me. I wish I could get full custody, but this state sided with women mostly and the custody lawyer said the texts won’t be admissible in this state for her mental state with my daughter. I have to prove she is abusive with my daughter. The court won’t allow the jump f…

Thanks for the advice. I will never in a million years talk to her again. I will request supervised child exchange. What do I do after I win and in 3-5 years she claims I am molesting my daughter. 😥 She literally can get away with anything and have the State automatically assume I am at fault or guilty.

I serve the baby mama with child custody papers on the 13th and she turns around claims Assault DV on the 16th. Cops found no basis for the assault. On the 17th I got arrested for “Harassment DV”. The texts and letter are her telling me Sunday the 15th and Monday morning the 16th thanking me for a great weekend.

I was charged with Harassment DV, she claimed I assaulted her. No witnesses. I am scared, because my lawyer says I have a good case, but an out of state lawyer I'm friends with, says texts are really hard to be admitted into evidence...My abuser has the government helping her abuse me and I'm going to lose my career for standing up to her for myself and my daughter.
