I know this isn't the perfect place for it, but I really don't want to go to a single parenting sub, they tend to be women talking about how to screw over their ex for more money and less time.

I'm a single father with a nightmare of an ex (Abuse, False Arrest, High Conflict, using my daughter as a pawn). The judge ordered us to submit a family care plan. I looked online and all I find are ones for the military. I no longer am in the military and I don't know if they apply to the situation.

Does anyone have any links for templates or what not for this? I appreciate any help you can provide.
