I fully support this. I need something to satisfy my rape fetish and basic human rights get in the way of that. Bonus points if I can see the fear in the robot's eyes as I chain her down in my basement.

This is actually pretty straight forward. One facet of feminism works by tearing down social infrastructure.(Patriarchy) Things like expectations between men and women and social punishment mechanisms. This is great for most intelligent/attractive men and women because they get more power and can renegotiate their relationships to better suit their needs. They're also smart enough to uphold their pre-commitments. This is an absolute disaster for the other 80% of humanity. Without clear expectati…

Do they even care? Imagine if someone was stealing shit, and when others found out and attacked that person. Then the theif complains that speach that says that they're a theif is correlated with increased violence against them. No one would think that was a bad thing. Likewise, if someone wasn't a thief, and they complained that speech that points out that they're a theif is correlated with increased violence against them. Everyone would agree that the speech is a problem and needs to stop. I c…

The preference ordering is victory > compromise > stalemate > loss. Compromise is unstable, both parties will try to aim for victory, and do everything they can to avoid loss. Leading to stalemate. Everything is getting progressively worse. We need to find a middle ground or things will never get better. There will be a breaking point. Maybe there will be a breaking point, or maybe there won't be. You can keep losing and things can keep getting worse. Go ask the Tutsis and the Kulaks about how t…

I don't understand why both of these concepts are attacked so heavily. I don't understand why both are condemned. Masculine men are called toxic, and feminine women are called shallow? I cant understand why both groups only see the bad in eachother MGTOW/Redpill vs FDS & SJWs. Because both groups are trying to change the behaviour of the other to serve their own interests. By pointing out the shortcomings of the other group and shaming them for it, 2 things are accomplished. First, you undermine…

Perfect. Let's go through these one by one. I think everyone agreed that the most qualified candidate should get the job. No lol. Not even close. There are a large groups of people who strongly value diversity and representation and don't care that the best person get's the job. Why would they want meritocracy? I think everyone can agree that the mental health problems of each group deserve to be addressed. Again, no lol. First, people are going to disagree over what constitutes a mental illness…

Right, so a lot of these things(meritocracy, mental health, child rearing, government intervention) are within the domain of the law. The law acts as an enforcer of contracts surrounding these things so compromise is possible. Others, like Masculinity and femininity in relation to each other, or the issues you brought up in the OP and talk about in this forum, fall outside of the domain of the law. What do you envision a compromise looking like there? Edit: Even then though, the discussion just …

and compromise somewhere This is the problem. A compromise is a contract between two or more parties. For a contract to work, both parties must benefit for them to be willing to sign it, and there has to be a mechanism to enforce that both parties will hold up their end of the deal. For all of the problems you've brought up, they're either straight up zero-sum, and no contract is possible. Or you don't have the enforcement mechanism to uphold it. To drive home the point, pick any of the issues t…

Will it make it so that the incels weren't fucked over by the universe? Will it make investing in women a good deal for RP types? Will it stop men who see women as a means to an end from being seen in a negative light? Will it make the system start caring for the blackpillers? Super hot sentient sex robots. Everyone saying they won't fuck one will change their tune real quick when an 11/10 starts hitting on them.

There's some philosophy that needs to be worked out around what it means to be a sentient entity. I wouldn't want to fall in love with a look up table. Assuming that get's solved though, I would have no problem with it and would actually prefer an engineered sex robot. In a sense, we already fall in love with sex robots since humans are just machines built from biological parts. The big difference though is that the prostitutes still had free will — they could have chosen not to elope, and chose…

The fact that you've asked this question means you've already failed. Your not thinking "How do I lock down a man?", your thinking "Am I acting in a way I think a woman should act?". You might think you can get both of these things, but it won't work. Hotter, smarter women than you are already acting the way women should. When faced with the choice, men will pick them over you if you act like them. If you want to win, you need to break these self imposed limitations and do what the other women w…

I mean you don't have to, but alcohol, weed, porn, and videogames these are all things that men enjoy for their own sake. As long as they have the self control to put these things aside when they need to, there aren't really any downstream negative consequences to those activities. That's why they're so popular. You can just be fundamentally bothered by these activites, but the fact that the vast majority of the rest of the women in world aren't bothered by it suggests to me thats unlikely. Put …

Meet the expectations of immature, insecure, shy men. When you say "looks don't matter, be yourself, women love an emotional man", I'd better start being true. If it isn't, they'll figure out something is wrong and discover TRP. Then, they'll never go back, because the world lied to them.

I think this is spot on. I would go further and say that the internet has allowed men to find far more specialized niches than they otherwise could have found before. This completely prevents them from relating to normie women due to the massive inferential gap.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/20 06:15 AM

I can't say I can relate. It might be because I'm an outlier, but I find very little common ground with the women around me. This prevents me from sharing the things that interest me, and visa-versa, this leads to a boring and shallow relationship.

Depends on how much work it is to stay at the plateau, the benefits of the weight I've lost so far, and the opportunity cost of spending my time doing something else. If I'm 300lbs and need to spend 12 hours/week just to keep my figure 3 lbs lighter than it otherwise would have been, I won't bother. That's the problem. Sex isn't that spectacular and AFAICT most women don't really bring much else to the table. So it's not worth my time to chase after them.

Women leave men because they're biologically programmed to do so. The ones that didn't trade up failed to reproduce. AI is programmed by software engineers who are paid to make products that people will buy. A sex robot that leaves it's owner won't sell. Thus unlike women, sex robots will actually be loyal. The real problem is that they'll collect and sell all your personal information, shill for coca-cola, and the company will require you to pay a 30$/month subscription to not terminate your ro…

Weeb here. First of all, don't confuse weebs obsessed with anime with people who like asian countries. There's overlap, but they're different groups. Second, for those smart enough to distinguish between fiction and reality, it's entirely because of the white man fetish. Asian girls will give you way more attention than white girls. For those who can't, it's because anime girls are written to be perfect and they project this idealization onto the country of origin.

That's fair, but the post is not about dating specifically. What I'm getting at is that modern dating is a special case of agents failing to coordinate and following their local incentives to the longterm detriment of everyone including themselves. The linked post is about the general phenomenon.

My post is about the dating market. We have an entire branch of government who's job it is "to protect women and children and even men from men." it's called the police.

I stand by what I said. The TRP ideology has nothing to do with white nationalism. That a subset of its members also champions white nationalism is irrelevant. Heartist was in the sidebar because of his views on gender relations. If you took away those and left the white nationalism, he would never have been placed in the sidebar in the first place. This is a smear with about as much sense as "Hitler believed 1 + 1 = 2 and you don't want to be like Hitler, do you?"

We've already applied that reasoning to assault and murder. They are both excellent examples of why we need enforcement mechanisms. We have institutional enforcement mechanisms for those things and they are central to the smooth operation of our society. Imagine how much more assault, rape, and murder would happen if there were no police. Any further reduction in those issues is going to need to come from creative evidence based solutions, not whining and complaining. There's no equivalent to la…

This is a retarded take. I'm having conversations in this very thread with people who take FDS seriously. TRP is also linked to white nationalism to the extent that both have become culturally coded as right wing. That statement is nothing more than a blatant smear.

I think you're wrong about that. A lot of abuse actually happens in 'upper middle class' or in 'rich' communities but are hidden from society to 'save face'. I feel like TRP will be cancelled out if every woman was to adopt FDS strategies; i.e. if guys knew for a fact that they're not going to be able to 'pump n dump' then they would only ask out women they actually wanted a relationship with. As long as expectations are clear for all parties before anyone dumps in resources, there's nothing wrong with those strategies. I want a functional dating market where the unstated social contracts between men and women are upheld by both parties to the gain of both parties. Clearly, those contracts need to be renegotiated and their enforcement mechanisms need to be updated. But in the end, people should have an accurate idea of what they're getting into when they start dating, and they should stand to gain from interacting with the opposite sex. Mutually beneficial trade and all that. What is FDS or "any self respecting…

They want men to vet better and only take out the women they are serious about dating. This is ultimate defense against fuckboys by rewarding men who are willing to invest in a smaller set of women instead of encouraging men who play the numbers game. Agreed, but this problem is isomorphic to littering, amongst other problems. Things are better if everyone dosn't do it, but each agent in the system doen't have an incentive to stop.. We solved littering by making it illegal. We need social norms to prevent people from playing the game. Hot take: Past a certain performance threshold, all advantages in sports are unfair advantanges. At the top level, athletes dedicate their full time, willpower, and energy towards the sport that they engage in. Thus, the only explanation for their differences in capability must be either genetic, or from the methods used to train them. The cure for MGTOW is to talk to a woman. No. The problem here is filter bubbles. In your environment, women are nice, well behaved, and won't mercilessly backstab you. However, you'll find that different men have different experiences. In other environments, the women can be straight up sociopathic. For someone whose never met the nice group, everything MGTOW says is true. Asking MGTOW's to talk to women won't fix anything, it'll just make them more bitter. The proper solution is to identify wh…

Now it's all different. And ik you acknowledge that, but you seem to be stuck in the past ideals of the "dating world". I wanted to highlight that there was once a time when it made sense for women to act that way and that external circumstances have changed that. I really don't think it will be though. Depends on the person of course. But I think that the large majority of men will understand that if a woman broke up with a boyfriend she happened to lose her virginity to years ago, doesn't mean…

When discussing this, it's important to keep in mind the difference between what men want in women and what a woman should acutally do to advance her own interests. These will be aligned to the extent that women can get what they want by fuilling men's preferences, but it stops there. But expecting a woman to never sleep with a guy untill she meets "the one" is unreasonable. Because she can't see the future. I agree that it's unreasonable, but not because she can't see the future. The situation …

In current society? When she feels like it, I'm not gonna try and speak for women but the cost of not having sex with a bunch of attractive guys seems like it would be greater than the benefit of potentially locking down a slightly more attractive guy because they're a virgin. In fact, I suspect the ones who are demanding virginity are very much in a "take what you can get" position, so holding on to your virginity comes with very little benefit. Ideally? After mairrage, conditional on their bei…

Then she falls in love again with another man a year or two later. Does that mean she doesn't really love him more? No. Obviously not. How did you even get that from what I said? What's changed is not her feelings for the guy, but rather her ability to communicate her feelings. She could love the guy more than anyone else in the world, but her options for communicating this to the man are curtailed. Why? Because saying, "I love you more than anyone else in the world" is easy to fake. From the gu…

I think historically it was desirable because it prevented paternity fraud. However, I think today it's because it's a signalling mechanism. It let's the man know: "I like you enough to give you this thing that I can only give to one man, cannot take back, and will make me less appealing to other men because they want it too." It's a credible signal that she likes you more than any other man.

The closest thing to a community was the /robowaifu/ board on 8ch before the site got nuked by cloudflare. Although it was extremely amature, and had for all intents and purposes a 0% chance of getting anywhere. If you want to acutally make progress the're are companies actually trying to make AI waifus a thing. Gatebox being the first that comes to mind. However, the fundamental AI tech is really not there yet and so right now they're just expert systems. To make real progress, fundamental adva…

I've said it before and I'll say it again: The ultimate girlfriend is an AI that controls multiple robot girls that are wirelessly interconnected.Kinda like unity from rick and morty without the vomit or other disgusting biological functions(Robot girls don't poop and are therefor superior). Or the Tines from the classic sci-fi novel A Fire Upon the Deep. That happens when people don't understand what they need. Concretely, why wouldn't an AI be able to solve the problems of someone with loneliness issues? I can see it if the problem is validation or self-worth. But if it's loneliness thats the problem, tgen that seems completely tractable.

As for "not putting up with women's bullshit", I can't see how that benefits you. It's all about opportunity costs, for me in my current situation, "go talk to women" requires me to go pretty far out of my way. However, you're right in the sense that it doesn't make sense to straight up avoid women. IRL most are nice and sane human beings. A more optimal policy is to interact with them like you would anyone else, and to apply social sanctions when they try to shape your behaviour.

Right now, leaving during illness is worse. As technology improves and unemployment becomes more common than illness, both due to medical technology and automation, that will flip. It becomes far more reasonable to leave someone in a 1/1000 event than a 1/10 event.

you're a pussy This is a fair point, but one of the perks of not putting up with women's bullshit is that you've stopped interacting with the people who will hold that against you. As long as you're not a bitch in your professional life, it doesn't matter.

I thinks it's makes more sense to talk about how the equation for whether or not to date has changed for a man then to phrase it in terms of motivation. Women are economically independent and in some metrics (education) outcompeting men, and so have less to gain from being with a man. This raises their standards for long term commitment/marriage. Simultaneously, common expenses like medical care and housing are succumbing to cost-disease, raising the amount of work that men and women need to put…

I hate male “intellectuals”, i would never want to marry a programmer. Where is this hatred for an entire demographic coming from? I can understand hating men as a whole, but why this group specifically? If i didn’t care about money, i’d probably date a slightly dumb blue collar man with a heart of gold. Blue collar workers in certain disciplines (like assembly line and oil-workers) can actually make a fair bit of money because nobody want's to do what they're doing. Just because their job is lo…

I've been though a STEM program. I've seen and at my worst been part of the solar systems of orbiters around any women. You're underestimating just how far the ratio will tilt things in your favour. When the ratio is 3:1, you get your pick of the top 1/3 of men. When it's 5:1 it's the top 20%. Regardless of how attractive your peers are. If you really want to tilt things in your favor, go learn this thing called Haskell then go to this thing called a "programming language theory conference". 1/3…

The social contracts that would have let you benefit from following red pill doctrine burnt to ashes. Fortunately for you, the Otome genre is becoming better and more popular. If you want real advice though, you haven't locked in a career yet. I recommend getting into an engineering or compsci program if you can. There's a huge institutional push for women in STEM. This is the future. The internet is real life. I agree with you, and I think that this fact is the reason for most of the various social ills that this sub bitches about constantly. Ok, your move. Lay out a possible world where everything can be done for cheaper than what it cost's to pay a human, that dosen't require international collaboration, and dosen't devolve into a dystopian fuckfest. I'll be waiting. Just keep in mind that China's already implementing 24 hour surveillance of it's citizens and started harvesting their organs.

I mean that's technically true. In the sense that the world agreeing en masse to set up an automated system where no one has to do any work ever again implies that the world agrees en mass that I can sit at home and play video games all day. But the way you say it implies that everyone else is picking up the slack. But that's simply not the case, because it's gonna be machines all the way down. The alternative, may I remind you, is 99.9% of the population living in slums or starving to death.

It's not about self-respect. When AI makes everyone replaceable, theres really only a few options for how things will work out economically. It'll be a world where a few people and their army of robots can economically outcompete everyone. You just won't be able to find work. If it costs 10$/hour there will be a robot that can do it for the equivalent of 9$/hour, so no one will hire you. Given that, theirs a few options for how to deal with this: We can make people work even if they don't need t…

Honestly, I don't think it's going to be that big of a deal. The solution to this problem in the West is to increase economic productivity per individual with technology while simultaneously importing immigrants to make up for the shrinking labour pool. This might be a bigger problem for China and India, they're so big no amount of immigration will make a dent in their demographics, but their culture and relationships have different dynamics.

I don't think so. As far as I can tell, the explanations for what happens when you deviate from monogamy are along the lines of "gods wrath will be unleashed upon the world and it'll be really bad". Rather, I suspect what happened was that every society that dropped monogamy was overun with angry young men with nothing better to do than to burn everything to the ground. As a result, religions evolved to enforce monogamy, along with mechanisms to keep people from questioning the policy.
