God forbid we talk about science and social behaviors, but those people can be blatantly racist and murderous. That's all good!

Way too long. In short, Have good form, good reps at low weight are better than shirty reps at heavy weight. Eat fucking smart. Compound exercises are the shit. Isolation exercises should be used for hypertrophy. Don't be an annoying cunt in the gym. That's all.

I'm done Edit: now I remember why I don't ever occupy /r/sex, /r/relationships or any other sub along those lines. Their rationalization for insanely high sex partners is so absurd, it's almost comical to watch these nitwits talk. God damn.

In an LTR, this is not how you want to think. Adopting this mindset in a non serious relationship with a plate is good but not in a serious, marriage worthy one. Compromise is necessary, change on both sides is necessary to maintain order. Of course he shouldn't do it just for himself or just for her. It needs to be a mixture of both. Good job OP

You think in the 9 years I've been training that I've never tried a high protein/high fat low carb diet? As a 6 year wrestler that I've never tried it? Holy shit that was ignorant. It doesn't work for being shredded and building muscle. It just doesn't. Experience 101
/r/TheRedPill22/01/15 04:52 PM

Define just fine because for as long as I've been in the fitness industry, upwards of 9 years, keto has been a fucking joke. 100 carbs is insanely low for anyone that's not a competitor or an athlete reliant on making weight. You won't make any strength gains or muscle gains with enough carbs to barely walk 10 miles, let alone push40-80% of your lifts. Now, if you wanna cut and eat 100 carbs a day? Go ahead, be an idiot. There's plenty of bodybuilders and athletes who maintain shredded physiques…

Effective? Sure. I can eat 200 grams of protein and 200 grams of fat and have an effective workout, and then nothing to show from it.

An asshat? Keto is a joke in the fitness community. In most cases, people only do it for health reasons. Then you have dumbasses like this that say eat under 100 carbs a day? good luck making any strength or muscle gains using fat as a substitute for carbohydrates. Get the fuck out of here.
/r/TheRedPill21/01/15 06:22 PM

Sorry, you said weight training and keep your carbs under 100 grams a day? Don't fucking listen to this guy. Any asshat on this thread can type a long paragraph and make it seem legit. Do some research.

I'd wager my left nut that none of these happened, but your point is clear. You can be shifty and nervous and use the best pick up line in the universe, but it won't mean shit. Confidence and frame are key.

Lifting has nothing to do with aggressiveness and toughness. Some of the biggest pussies ive ever met were benching 305 like nothing. I'd suggest taking a boxing/jiu jitsu class so you can learn how to fight and hold your ground, not just puff up your chest and hope for the best. Though lifting does help

It happened my freshman year of college. I was into this girl, ill call her X, and she was into me, but one drunken night I did something that freaked me out regarding the status of our "relationship", and I asked for some time to think about what I wanted. She said okay, and we didn't talk for about 4 days. I started texting her again, and about a week later I'm thinking about asking her out. Flash forward to Thursday, the day before I planned on asking her out, I'm in my dorm playing GTA V bef…

Exactly. Depending on your area, different body types work. In Miami, muscles reign king. In places were fashion trumps muscle, skinny tends to be the way to go. Undeniably, a little more muscle can take someone a long way, but its what that someone feels best in.

My personal favorite: Victimize the absolute shit out of everything in a sincere fashion. Make a status saying how we all oppress the road by driving on it everyday without giving it a break. Anything really. It's so funny to watch the feminists go crazy

I've been reading a lot of the comments here lately and thinking "what the fuck is TRP coming to?" I've been lurking since last December and subbed in at about March, so I can vouch for what MR is saying. The amount of pseudo TRPers is astonishing. Just keep fucking her. Don't give her any other attention. Fuck her, then kick her out, or fuck her again then kick her out. Edit: there was another post like this a few weeks back where OPs ex wanted to fuck him, so he fucked her and fucked her and fucked her, but didn't get back together with her. He made her another plate, and that was the right thing to do. He benefitted from her without letting her use him for anything else.

Your situation is almost exactly like one I was in 2 years ago. Great platonic friend, huge tits, boyfriend of like 3 years, but super feminist. I would always shoot her down with logic and she would always back off. It got to the point where she would post about things on facebook and I'd shoot those down too, so she blocked me. But that's how the feminist mentality works.

When my girlfriend tried to shit test me. I'd told my friend about it and he directed me here, at which point I immediately read up on everything I could. From that point on, my relationship has gotten so much better. Less fighting, more sex.

It's not his fault. His family was surrounded by feminist culture and beta behavior, not just in the household but in the public school system, other households and society in general. He can't prevent his family form experiencing those things out of his house. Saying it's his fault is like saying that global warming is entirely your fault because you drive your car to work. Should he have left his wife? Yeah. As soon as it turns into a dead bedroom he should have left.

There's a way to maintain both, at least in my experience. When my girlfriend is ovulating (her fertile time) I notice she likes when I'm more dominant/exhibiting alpha traits (holding frame, etc). When she's not ovulating, she likes when I'm gentle and thoughtful and sweet. It's almost like a game. Just know when to turn the switch on/off. But never go full beta.

A great template for gaining/losing. If you want to keep the lean toned look, make sure you always bump up your protein input as well as amino acids. You can use powder or food, it doesn't matter. Whey protein only gives an easy extra added spike of protein, it isn't necessary. Also make sure you vary your training schedule every 3 weeks to prevent your muscles from settling into a routine, because that will prevent gains.

I'd be a prick if I said I was better at it than other people. Which, obviously, I'm not. I have strengths and weaknesses just like everybody else. Just because I was good at it doesn't make me a prick. Unless of course you feel threatened by me being good at programming.

They couldn't even do a simple pointer problem because they didn't understand it. That's incompetency, not enjoyment. Granted programming logic is difficult for a lot of men to understand too.

I was originally a computer science major, and in my intro to C/C++ class there were 11 girls during the first week. After week 2, there were 3. By add/drop there were 0 females in the class other than the professor. They just don't have the capacity to grasp the logical thinking that comes with coding. Edit: to those saying women do grasp the logic but don't want to do it, that's fine. In this instance, all the girls didn't have the critical thinking skills required to do a basic programming pr…

Back mount. Is. The. Worst. That's how he beat me, I was so sure I could just hook him and be done, but he ducked it, swept me, then back mounted me and pulled til I had to tap. This was in fucking high school too. I then went and trained BJJ to never lose like that again. It's arguably the most impressive and precise discipline out there, but so damn expensive to train at a good place

I once trained with the Valentes, very close relatives of the Gracies. I know what you mean by the way, and the best I can say is just be the mysterious, quiet reserved guy that exudes confidence and power. "Exactly like how slutty girls tell their friends to do something slutty so they don't feel bad when they sleep around." This is so accurate it hurts. I was sitting with a girl that was known to be a slut and her roommate and she told her roommate "you should go ask that guy over there to fuck. He looks like your type. Go have some fun!" The other girl looked unbelievably uncomfortable. Needless to say, I stopped hanging out with her.

I mean if you do the math, regardless if you think 600 at 300 is impressive, 350 at 150 is 2.3 whereas 600 at 300 is 2. So mathematically it's more impressive to be 350 at 150. edit: if numbers were counted as impressive by how big it is no matter what your weight, the only impressive strong men would be giant guys or genetically gifted short guys. Most people peak. At 5'10 165, I can say my bench being 245, squat 365 and deadlift at 405 is impressive, but by the standard you described its not i…
