I have learnt so much from my mistakes. I also have learnt swallowing the Red Pill takes a hell of a long time.

But I wanted to list some mistakes I've made that will certainly help others who can relate. If not, its light reading I suppose.

  1. Give a girl 5 dates keep them at arms length. - I'd always fall for a girl straight away. Even with a TRP mindset. But thats not the way to be. It will fuck with your emotions. Trust, go out with them 5 times. Then you'd know there and then if shes a girlfriend potential or just a lay. Theres absolutely no rush whatsoever.

  2. Have a clear plan of your career and finances - I always had an idea. But never had a plan. After watching the Wolf of Wall Street I got my passion for making money and business back. Posted above me in my office are two financial and very obtainable plans which I want to achieve over the next 5 years. Do the same. Make a target. Then hit that target then redo it. Getting out of bed every day knowing you are on a journey to financial freedom, a new car, new pad, well its exciting! More exciting then throwing your eggs into the basket of some girl.

  3. Limit the nasty habits - You aren't sleeping? Change your diet. Smoking too much? Cut it down. Hanging out with negative losers? Delete their number. It will lonely, it will be boring at first. But I swear to god, you will naturally feel so much better. Be ruthless too. Build comfort zones. I am 28, but there are certain venues, areas and types of people I do not wish to socialize with. Because I know that I don't enjoy these things. Do not be a chameleon. Thats beta bulshit. If you know what you like and you enjoy, fucking do it.

  4. Ignore family and friends who think they know best - My traditional family and culture encourage me to settle down and get married.I mean I haven't met a woman anywhere near that I'd like to do that with. Yes its an easy option, but its easier then ever to meet women these days. So why not concentrate on what makes you happy. At the moment Tinder makes me happy. No joke.

  5. Find a fitness program that you excel at - I tried to do gains, I got fat. I tried to lift heavy and hardly any cardio I wasn't fit at all. I discovered that I wanted to do something that made me sweat. 5 years of attending the gym, only 3 months have i discovered HIIT and also high rep low weight training. I've maintained my frame and can actually fucking run now! I couldn't before. Forget what your mate does. Find a fitness program that you can do well at and stick to it.

Most importantly of all, fucking enjoy your life. I always stressed one way or another due to one of these 5 things. Mainly because I had no control of my life. So grab your life by the balls and control it and be a happier, healthier better man.
