I stopped whacking altogether for the past few months and I work out pretty intensely. I can't say for certain whether or not I'm a more confident person now, but on days where my T feels like it's bursting out of my balls, it's like being high but instead of an inebriating euphoria I get an incredible amount of energy throughout the whole day and I have to stop myself from flirting at work (I don't like to shit where I eat). And when I say energy, I mean working a 10 hour shift at work and stil…

Keep at it man. I'm there with you in spirit. Now that I've done this at least once, like you I'll try to be more open to talking to anybody out in the wild. I do sometimes, but only when the situation "allows" for it. Like most everyone else, my mind is usually focused on completing my task and heading straight home. Even when I think to talk to someone, more often than not I feel it's not worth the effort. Gotta bring myself out of that mindset. Every interaction is a potential story to tell w…

You mad lad. Went from learning how to cold approach to straight up homewrecker. Lol but for real, nice. Any experience is good experience. I'm right behind you, brother.

Well done man! I'm still struggling with my approach anxiety as well. I'm not a virgin but not exactly a ladies man, either. I made a promise to myself to level up this weekend by moving up my goals (go to my local bar and talk to 3 girls, after having the goal of talking to 3 people no matter who last week). I bitched out of even going. Now as punishment, I'm making myself talk to at least one girl every day this week. But I digress. The point I'm trying to make is, it's the baby steps that tran…

Nice job, man. As they say, the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.

Thank you! I just thought I'd be realistic since I can't always drink my anxiety away.

Thanks for the advice. I never heard this one before. I'll give it a try next time.

No matter how you look at it, the uncomfortable truth is women who only have guy friends aren't the long term relationship type, to keep it respectful. I don't want to do a sexism, so I'll just simply say your best bet is to look for a girl who surrounds herself with other women who have healthy relationships. The worst long term picks are usually party girls and girls with a lot of guy friends/no female friends. Birds of a feather flock together, and these birds usually fly away from serious co…

Light makeup. Guys can tell when girls literally painted on their face. It's hot at first, but natural beauty always wins in the end.

What a coincidence. Last nite I just randomly decided to go visit a bar. I just wanted to scope the place out and see if enough people were still in town to fill the place up (it's summer break now and it's a college town). Parked my car, decided might as well go in too. Objective: talk to someone, anyone. I go inside, walk around, use the bathroom, sit at a table, play on my phone all while being super self-conscious, then leave without talking to a single person. It was nerve wracking. I've ne…
