I dealt with this with an ex, and after a few arguments about it I bluntly told him that I cannot change my past. I told him the relationship was in his hands: he can either go to therapy to work through it and drop the topic, or he can end the relationship. I wasn’t going to perpetually be “the bad guy” for the rest of the relationship over something I cannot change (especially since I did a bunch of therapy about it). 2 months is still in the vetting stage… Since it’s still early, how long did…

1) He does act like he trusts me in all matters 2) I don’t believe so from a girlfriend. He does however have big issues with his mother and views her with disdain and doesn’t like her as a person (overbearing, gossips, negative attitude, few hobbies). His parents were never married but they split when he was young and she married a well off man after. My fiancée seems to view this quite negatively; he has disdain that she never really had to work a job (she raised 2 kids), like he’s upset that …

True, however it’s also the content on cheating wives, manipulating/ seducing insecure women, and bad things about marriage that has me most concerned.

We both come from broken homes. He seems to have “mommy issues”; he watches a lot of videos on the Devouring Mother, and has obvious disdain that his mother married a fairly rich man after his parents split up. I’m his longest relationship. He doesn’t like his mother very much.

I did/ do notice changes when he watches the content; a slightly colder demeanour, very delayed replies to messages, negative attitude. I should also note that we don’t fight or argue, I don’t “nag” over stuff, and I’m always sexually available (usually it’s me initiating, he kinda lays back passively till his engine heats up). Yesterday I sent him a blog post from a male coach I follow on “How the red pill is killing your marriage” (on how RPM tactics for hookups can backfire in a marriage/LTR …

Personally, I don’t like the idea of you “working off” the cost of the car parts. Did you suggest that, or him? I find I have a habit of sabotaging myself similarly (I will offer in order to not put him out too much, and then regret it because I have compromised my desire to have him lead and handle the situation fully. This is anxious attachment manifesting imo, and actually controlling his behaviour). I think you have to accept him as he is, while using positive reinforcement when he does thin…

I sympathize with some of your feelings. Gifts are definitely my love language, however my fiancé is not a man who enjoys shopping or giving “stuff”. Not for birthdays, not for holidays. (He’s so grumpy on Valentines Day when he plunks down the obligatory flowers lmao) So you’ve been with him 1.5 yrs; can you clarify if your engagement (you said 2 year timeline) will likely be in 6 months? Or does that mean hopefully engaged in another 2 years and then a wedding several months (or years?) later?…

Since you are vague on how long you’ve been exclusively dating for, I’d say if this relationship is less than 2 years he is already being very financially generous (considering you also work). Dont fall victim to “the grass is greener” syndrome; remember that material items will not hold you close at a funeral, be your cheerleader during a difficult time, kiss you after 18 hours of labour with your first child, or bring you soup when you have a cold. You won’t fill your family album with photos …

I consider “long” to be nipple/ back of bra length or longer. I’m almost 4 months post extensions, and it’s very frustrating. My hair is devastatingly thin, and thank goodness I have natural curls (which I always straightened before) to create volume because otherwise it would look so sad 🤣. I have heard good things about the Keristase Genesis line to extend the hair growth phase, as well as Minoxidil. Other supps that block DHT such as pumpkin seed oil and saw palmetto may help as well. I’d say…

I feel you. Not sure where you live, but here in Canada “common law marriage” does not entitle you to any assets or property rights upon the death of your partner (goes direct to next of kin). So for me, besides being a covenant with God and the symbolism, that is a big reason why I want to be married (I just got engaged a couple weeks ago). Unless the man can solidly state he sees you in his long term future, it’s likely best to keep your options open. Now, I am ex static to finally be engaged,…

Was this man married previously? He knows as well as anyone that a prenup is a common request (sounds like it would actually protect you more than him if you’re acquiring land, etc), so the whole “women benefit more” is rubbish. He could stipulate marriage with a prenup and that’s fair. Overall it’s not a good sign if you’ve known him this long and he won’t introduce you to his family. Personally, I would not tolerate that. So that combined with his marriage hang ups is a clear sign he does not …

I’d say either ask a sister/ friend/ someone you know socially from church or another outlet to help you, and let him be home when they arrive. Alternatively, one morning have a nanny/ caregiver come by to help you so he can see you’re so overwhelmed you needed to HIRE some help (which naturally comes out of the household budget). Then simply and happily explain that in order for you to stay happy and at peace, you needed more help. He will either step up and help you more (so he doesn’t have to…

I was actually quite scared when he suggested he take care of the tree; it’s huge with various phone/ cable lines running through the branches so hiring an arborist is much safer. Thanks for your suggestions!!

He owns the home but he’s not a “home owner” kinda guy; he’d much rather do fun outdoor activities or martial arts vs mowing the lawn or cleaning leaves from ducts. He’s never been a “fix it” kinda guy, so I think it’s up to me to hire an outside source 🤍

I am terrified of never finding a good person who actually likes me I think the more pertinent question is “Do I like me??” It sounds like you recognize that you don’t like “you” (aka your behaviours; try to separate the internal you of your soul away from your current actions) and want to do better. Sometimes therapy can make us go in circles, talking about issues over and over and over again which ends up creating shame and then we just throw up our arms and go “Oh well, dumb me did it again”.…

Oh man, this stuff is genuinely scary. There’s a John Deloney podcast episode where a woman has phoned in because her STEPFATHER had made nude images of her with these tools and she saw it on his phone. It’s truly disturbing. These images are so real I think it really crosses a line, and perverts will definitely share these online. Just like how having nude images online does affect job prospects, reputation, the impact on your future children (“was mommy actually in p*rn??”) or a potential spou…

Some men will tell the “heartbreak story” as a way of getting sympathy in order to acquire sex (“Aww he’s so high value yet wounded from a past gf; I bet I can heal him/ I’m different” falls into bed with him, then he leaves If his wounded story is true, it sounds like he would be a highly avoidant partner that makes a woman jump through hoops to earn his love which makes her a puppet, not a partner. Not to make this about me, but I’ve personally been ready for 3+ years to get married (basically since we moved in together). Still waiting, still have had convos about it where he enthusiastically says he wants it too, and hoping I didn’t have to walk away. Now, I know the ring has arrived (about 3+ weeks ago) and no proposal yet. He’s not the type of guy to make a big to-do over it or plan something huge, so I’m just waiting. All this to say, (and I have a guy friend who did this) that a man c…

Adding to this to say don’t move in together until there’s an engagement or full marriage (the better option). I had hopes of marriage for all my LTR’s (I’m now 47) and none ended in marriage. The resentment and frustration builds and builds, which really isn’t fair to the man either. A lot of men take this as “all she cares about is marriage and not the man”, but it’s really about “I want a man who WANTS to marry me” and then he shows it through his actions by proposing because he knows HE is r…

May I ask how long you two were dating before he proposed? And was it a proposal he initiated? Or was there pressure from yourself, subtle or not-so-subtle hints that you were eager to get married? Was he always on Reddit or is that a new thing he developed recently, prior to the break up? I am so deeply sorry you’re going through this. This is one of those things I will just never understand, that men frequently do. (I know if I could do it over again, I’d keep my own place until getting fully …

Sometimes, people don’t know how they truly feel or how they will react about a situation until they are literally in the thick of it. This has happened to me as well; bf thought he was ok with something and then wasn’t when it actually happened. He could have felt a sudden shift with his comfort by something you or the friend casually said, a touch or glance, or perhaps his imagination is running wild with a worst case scenario. If it were me I’d acknowledge his feelings, ask what boundaries he…

This video was circulating on X today, and loads of men commented that she is pretty ideal in terms of sweetness/ a kind demeanour, pretty, home- maker vibe without appearing frumpy. Most commented on how sweet she sounded, so perhaps try some variety in how you phrase/ say things with your pitch and tone of voice. She also exudes that “child like wonder” about the green beans, which men love and reminds me of tips in “Fascinating Womanhood” (recommended reading here). Another note: when Joe Rog…

How long has he been your boyfriend? You state above that you don’t know anything about his life, his past, or what kind of man he is. Sounds like you have skipped the vetting process in general so IF you still want to be with him, perhaps keep it more casual and also date other men. Get to know this guy more so that you can witness his character, have some in depth conversations about what relationships mean to you, and if you share similar values, life goals, religious or political beliefs, et…

“He said he's noticed I've pushed him away but hes just starting to act right and honestly its so annoying bc I felt like I've been asking him for a while and now he does it when I finally give up” You’re are shooting yourself in the foot here (and frankly acting childish) if you shut him out now by giving up when he is trying to appease you. It’s the same as when a woman asks for help around the house, then proceeds to tell her guy he’s doing it all wrong. Right now he needs to hear praise on h…

I highly advise not moving in with a bf until (at minimum) being engaged, or after the wedding. I’m one of those “stuck” ones; been together 5.5 years (I’ve been ready to get married for the past 3), we have lived together for about 3.5 years, and I just feel trapped. I’m anxious about staying and waiting in perpetuity, and scared to say “Listen I love you but we obviously want different things or I’m not truly wife material for you, so it’s time for me to move on”. The man really does lose all …

There have been times when he doesn’t follow through with what he says he’s going to do. So this causes me to doubt if he truly wants to follow through with marriage. He will express thoughts about the future such as “One day we will have a plot of land that’s ours and have rabbits, grow our own food etc” And yesterday I asked “Is taking care of a farm when we are 55+ years old what you really want?” to which he then laughed and said “No not really.” So I guess I do have doubts about what he say…

So I’m a sex worker who has worked in erotic massage for many years and, not to brag, but my clients always tell me they are amazed by my touch. I think your circumstance is not uncommon and that many women are used to being a “starfish” in bed, or having the man take the lead in terms of positions, touch and pressure. Many women also “jackhammer” a man’s c*ck and while that looks appealing in porn, a lot of men don’t care for it (unless it’s for the finish). Try finding books or videos on tantr…

I think a lot of men would be fine with this arrangement, provided the woman does not become a slob who binges on snacks and watches mindless soap operas all day. While men may not care about fancy careers for women, I think most would likely become turned off/ lose respect if their woman “did nothing” all day. So keeping a vibrant life with hobbies, education, sports/ working out, church or volunteering would be key, in addition to maintaining a nice household and being his soft place to land w…

Hi! I haven’t logged into this group for a long time, but I too am in the “I never say no” camp. I’ve been with my man for almost 4 years now, and I think there has only been one time I asked him to wait till morning when he was in the mood for “before bed” sex lmao. I think a lot of women forget/ don’t know that men in LTR bond from the oxytocin release with sex (typically it’s dopamine in the earlier stages of dating/ sex and that doesn’t cause the paid bond effect like it does for women). I think too, one of the reasons concepts like these (sharing a man) stresses most women is because we innately KNOW the female prerogative is to attain a real relationship out of the HMV she is hooking up with, even if he thinks it's just a casual one and done. And no matter how secure a woman feels about being "the one" for her man, we certainly don't want to deal with some random hookup texting him, him taking her to dinner, buying her flowers... all those things women desire ongoing (the dati…

Bruce Bryans has several concise and practical audio books/ guides, and a favorite among them is" 7 Irresistible Qualities Men Want in a Woman" . I also enjoyed For Women Only by Shaunti Feldhahn, and Fascinating Womanhood. For fiction: The Alchemist. To be it illustrates a lovely tale of a boy becoming a man trying to fulfill his legacy, whilst knowing he ultimately needs and yearns for the love of a woman to complete him.

Start with a low heel (I really like Nine West pumps), apply a grip pad to the sole, and walk on a flat surface for brief periods of time doing things around your home. Heck, even walk against a wall and use it for support if you need to. Really it just takes practice, and your body will acclimate to all the small muscles being used to stabilize you. Soon you'll be dancing and doing cartwheels!

I have had to navigate this in my personal relationship. A lot of people (usually women) conflate loyalty with sexual exclusivity, but many men they are perfectly capable of being emotionally invested and devoted to a loving SO while still having "urges" to have casual sex with others. What are your thoughts in utilizing it within an LTR? Married men may still have options if they wanted to cheat but if they don't, and the couple can't negotiate consensual non-monogamy, is porn use still frowned upon?

I'm a woman, I like to watch porn with and without my bf, and I think it's a healthy and fun thing to do that can enhance a couple's sex life. Men are visual, and in my opinion watching porn is an outlet that can channel the male urge for sexual variety in a way that doesn't jeopardize sexual exclusivity within a relationship. I mean, I'd much prefer THAT to a man wanting an open relationship or hall pass or hiring an escort or hanging out at the local strip club or cheating with a girl off Tind…

The book Men Chase Women Choose will help you scientifically understand the science behind what makes a man commit without sex (emotional bonding), and how to use that to a woman's advantage when she vets a man whom she wants commitment from. I never stated poly relationships lack commitment. What exactly do YOU want ? Again, you seem to focus back on "he said/ she said", as if you are a victim of their behaviour. People are allowed to change their minds, and nobody owes you anything. If the only way you could have been in a poly relationship with this man is to be the primary partner, then you needed to solidify that position in your communication. And if you're only agreeing to that because it's the 2nd best option to monogamy (whi…

Anal with your LTR partner is incredibly bonding in my experience. We don't do it that often, so it's a special thing and since we typically use the "pull-out" method for PV sex it's really great for him (and me) to feel and keep the orgasm inside. That being said, here are some tips: 1) highly recommend doing a proper cleaning with an anema. Get a basic rectal syringe so you can repeat this a couple times before the main event. 2) place a dark towel under you on the bed 3) lots and lots and lot…

You sound like you are still blaming the other woman for your situation. A situation you chose by opening things up. Yes it really really sucks that he turned into a Chad with lingering one-itis, and it sucks she became Heidi Hypergamy and decided now he's all shiny and new and she wants it. It is what it is. Focus more on yourself once the sad feelings have subsided. And, perhaps more due diligence when it comes to partners who seem to want or be invested in having open relationships. I know it…

Personally, I want a man with experience. Sex is very important to me, and important in my relationships. I find men with too little experience to be clumsy, cum quickly, often don't know how to touch a woman or listen well to feedback, tend to glamourize and obsess over porn, and often feel the need to "sow their oats" if they haven't had enough flight time with women and try for a LTR. If you personally don't value a relationship with lots of sex, then these things may not matter much so look …

I'm shy for my bf to see me with zero make-up, so I make sure my "basics" are put together: I get lash extensions, make sure my eyebrows are always filled in, and use Vaseline rose gloss or other when I'm home with him. You shouldn't feel bad about yourself in no makeup, but you can still enhance your natural assets when he is with you. Perhaps take away one "thing" at a time, gradually, so he can adjust to seeing you with less on your face: skip foundation or mix w moisturizer so it's lighter c…

I hadn't done martial arts in many many years, and only ever had rudimentary skills in karate and tai chi. But when I got to know my bf more, and saw how much he loves martial arts, it piqued my interest again and now it's something we do together, in addition to watching MMA and a lot of martial arts movies. I also love just watching him immerse himself in class, and viewing him as a separate entity from myself, or the relationship, gives me a different appreciation for who he is as a man ❤️

You're attracted to him, but you feel there is no chemistry... Can you elaborate on these? What, specifically, attracts you to him? Is it his smell, his physical appearance, his demeanor, his success, his fashion sense, his productivity, his face, etc? Do you feel the desire to sleep with him? There's a book called "The Alter Ego Effect", which is about creating an alternate persona in situations where a person doesn't feel like they can "show up" as themselves, and it may benefit you to take a page from it. Don't think of yourself as "you"... Create your own version of a Batman, Catwoman, sex goddess, nasty girl stripper, or other alternative personality to get you going. How old are you and how old is he? Do you live together, or spend so much time together that it's essentially the same as living together? I second this post. Even people in happy relationships can cheat. Some people are simply not capable of being exclusive to one partner despite loving them very much, and it has nothing to do with lack of love or devotion; they are just people who need open doors to sexually explore. Unfortunately many do not understand this about themselves or haven't put in the personal reflection to understand what type of sexual lifestyle might be the best for them, as they try to fit a square peg into a roun…

Do some research on Attachment Theory. Sounds like you both are Anxious/ Avoidant and need to learn skills to objectively handle conflict. Usually those styles are best suited to finding a Secure style partner, although this becomes more challenging as you get older because typically, secure/ stable people pair off with each other. Your first statement is a strawman argument which I fail to see as relevant. The point I'm trying to make is that, just like a man who improves his game, a woman can improve behaviour, skills, and feminine attributes to overcome a "low status " upbringing or job, and that ultimately these qualities matter more to men looking for a relationship.
/r/RedPillWomen12/05/22 04:59 PM

Social status can be achieved through behavior, which is why we put in work to make ourselves suitable to be chosen. A woman in a high paying career who acts like trash, is disrespectful, or lacks loyalty will have far fewer prospects than a kind, feminine, nurturing and playful woman who works in a shoe store.

Women do this, not men. Many men who are successful don't give a flying Tuesday what a woman does for work, as long as she isn't a potential drain on his finances. Matt Damon married the waitress he met at a restaurant.

To paraphrase a random internet quote from I'm-not-sure-who: Women most fear violence from men, and men most fear women who laugh at and humiliate them. I think appreciation is a by-product of respect, and valued just as much by men. If you keep the mindset that nobody/ no man owes you anything, then you can appreciate even the smallest gestures. When you're mindful that they typically operate in a "winner take all" mindset vs "sharing cause it's nice", then it's easier to keep the appreciation …

From what I've read mother nature does that so the man will basically stick around long enough for the infant to mature a bit, and not leave the mother high and dry in the pursuit of a different woman. Marriage as the institution has nothing to do with it, it's nature. Likewise, women's testosterone increases slightly in addition to estrogen dropping, thus creating more aggression and dominance. When a man tells you he isn't ready for commitment or exclusivity due to XYZ, then I think it's best to take that at face value. How do you feel, or what do you think, when you see him with Rollo? Is RP new to you, or were you already familiar with it? If he is a man you have vetted and would like a relationship with, then tell him so and see what he says. I'm sure he will outline how he likes his relationships to function, and if he can see that working with you. Some of your advice is wise, but why would a man commit 110% to a woman and give her the "ultimate prize" of marriage when she is actively carrot dangling for him to prove himself before she makes any effort at all? This isn't a good approach unless you're trying to secure a desperate man with no backbone. Male culture tends to value reciprocity, so zero effort is likely to land zero boyfriend and zero husband.

Similar to saying "I love you" first, most men are reluctant to express sentiments which indicate to others that they are vulnerable, or which may give the receiver the upper hand. I think this is one of the reasons RP often encourages men to date someone new rather than "sifting through the garbage" so to speak. Imo ceasing all contact for 6+ months and then extending a warm "Hello I miss you" opens the door in a gentle and receptive way. But, to each their own.

I now find it laughable when people exclaim it's only deviants or freaks who engage in various lifestyles of sexual activity with multiple partners... Nope! I think each person has to decide for themselves in accordance with their values, social contract…

If you maintain yourself, your looks can move laterally as you age. Frankly I have a better body, face and mindset now at 43 then I did at 23, and that's because after 23ish I started watching my exercise and nutrition, regularly use sunscreen, and indulged in certain upgrades like a boob job. So physically: lift weights or have a good workout routine, mind your diet/ nutrition, don't smoke/ drink/ party, and use makeup etc to play up your best attributes. I also find wearing clothing that is se…

Lots of moralizing going on here, it seems. And realistically, all the same comments about unsuccessful open relationships can apply to monogamous relationships too, especially when people have different needs and desires in relationships. Monogamous relationships can also result in divorce, unhappiness, cheating, splitting up families, trauma, adultery, etc... Especially if the wife is sexually difficult or uninterested. OP: are you asking for the purpose of taking a poll in this particular gro…

Hi there! F 44, I have recently introduced transparent non - monogamy into my relationship (2 yrs), for my boyfriend (M 44). I want to offer some suggestions, but I'd like to caution that I believe these options should likely only be explored with a partner who DEFINITELY sees you holding a permanent place in their life, as the potential for anxiety and heartache on your side is probably huge if you don't have the emotional security you crave in your relationship to explore these. (For the recor…

I'm a professional whore, and I approve this message. U/Whisper is correct: wealthy men use professional escorts in lieu of a relationship because they simply do not want to bother with covert gold-digging, emotional manipulation, temper tantrums, and the entitlement that accompany most women in the dating pool. Once they click with a pro who is reliable and fits well into their frame/ lifestyle, usually a long term arrangement happens where he takes care of her financially in exchange for exclu…

TBH when a man says "I'm not looking for anything serious/ a relationship/ exclusivity", you'd be wise to fully believe that and choose how much contact you are comfortable with. Men give this disclaimer, and most women think they're going to still change him/ convince him to be in a relationship aka "he will see how awesome I am and everything will fall into place... Cue the wedding!" . Nope. Believe him. He doesn't want a relationship, either in general or with you. Don't take it personally.

Just chiming in to say I understand how you feel. It's very very hard to trust on this topic, because for many of us women we see marriage as the ultimate finish line and it's SO HARD to just keep the faith... To feel you're just this close and that one day the ribbon is going to fly away as we run through it hand in hand with our man. I'm in a similar boat, bf says he still wants to wait 1-2 years after living together and travelling together. I wouldn't end my relationship if he never proposes…

Don't sacrifice your mental health for someone else. No love is unconditional, and it sounds like you are reaching a breaking point. The simplest way to tell him is simply "I can't". It's wonderful to be supportive, but it shouldn't turn you into a martyr or cause you anguish and declining health. It has nothing to do with "bf vs husband" privileges and that you should give less to somehow make HIM give more; it's about personal boundaries because at the end of the day you will not be a good par…

There are quite a few of "us" in this community, and the great thing about RPW is that (unbeknownst to many), it's not just for Christians or traditionalists or right-leaning conservatives... I will happily sign a prenup, and have offered such to my bf. To me, especially since I am financially secure and 43, I can't imagine trying to take away things that he has worked hard for before he met me. If I don't have enough savings or financial savvy at this point to be stable if we were to get a divorce, then it's my own damn fault. My gf's all think I'm crazy, but I earnestly believe that. Hypergamy is the specific action of marrying or having sexual relations with those only at or above ones current social class, for example Indian women in a caste system. But men will have sex with women from a variety of different economic, social, and a variety of physical attributes... He doesn't necessarily only have sex with 10's, or sex with only women at his economic "level". And, usually without the specific end goal of finding a long term partner.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/02/22 05:46 AM

It's not the same because men and women are not the same, and each tends to have its own end goal which conflicts with the opposing sex. Men also consider women below them in looks for relationships, and it usually works out better than if he was with a vapid supermodel type for an LTR. Very attractive women are usually "nuts" (see the crazy/ hot matrix) and thus make poor long term partners, or are looking to upgrade if they want more financial security.

I think it's prudent (and sad but that's life) to remember that he (or you or I) could die just from walking out the front door each day, so that fear shouldn't stop you from cultivating a happy life in the present if you want a second child. Is your main concern that he is masterbating? Or rather, when you are intimate together he only focuses on him climaxing and not on your orgasm? People masterbate even when they're sexually satisfied by a partner. I know I do, and my man does too. Sometimes you just want to pleasure yourself, or just need a quick "one off" and then get on with your day/ get to sleep. If it's when you're together, then try focusing on yourself (or him on you) before you have penetrative sex with him. It's ok to p…

Men like alllll kinds of variety and yes even heterosexual males get turned on by seeing a phallus. He is basically doing what he thinks "women want" aka letting you talk about yourself. He may have been nervous or trying to be polite. He may not have a lot going on to talk about either. I wouldn't see it as a red flag. Some injectors have now been using Botox to create a "lip flip" with filler so that the philtrum doesn't lengthen. Perks up the top lip and allows one to show a bit of teeth in photos. Also, when too much filler is applied to the upper portion of the top lip as opposed to the bottom portion of the top lip, there is an overhang which looks undesirable, especially when talking.

I certainly don't want to give ultimatums. To me we have the same goals, just a different timeline for getting married. Certainly marriage never protects against uprooting; I see it as a boundary so I don't repeat the same mistake of living with a man who isn't life partner material (perhaps this view is irrational?). I had a toxic friend who was gorgeous (Playboy model) who always tried to show the men she was dating that she could "better deal" them because she had dated ( aka for the most part just slept with) men who were elite athletes, actors, etc... And it never ever ever worked to secure the relationship, and in fact only pushed the current beaux away. The woman who proclaimes "I'm nOt lIkE eVeRy OtHEr WOmaN!!!"... usually is.

I said it first to my man, and I was terrified! When I finally did, after almost 8 months of dating and debating to say it, and he reciprocated right away, and told me the exact moment (months earlier) that he knew he loved me. Lol. I've read RP articles that warn men of being the first to say it (16 Commandments of Poon)... That it will make them appear too vulnerable or change the "frame".. Go for it!
/r/RedPillWives28/08/21 05:52 PM

Also remember that most of the RP men on YouTube are coaches/ authors who have monetized the "lifestyle", and stand to gain a lot of money and fame from the outrage men experience when "taking the pill." It becomes a feedback loop of profit to upset men and then sell them the solution. And of course the mob mentality with online anonymity encourages it too. Try to glean what you can from it without taking it personally, remembering the context with possible ulterior motives.

Does the jealous behaviour negatively impact the overall relationship, or is it a minor thing which may fade over time as he develops security with you (likely he is this way because he was cheated on). The prospect of losing money in a divorce will not prevent a man from cheating. A man who wants to cheat will find a way. A better mindset imo is: once you have properly vetted and found "the one", what are the continual actions you can take to mitigate any wandering outside of the marriage. I think financial issues are the main driver of divorce, not the occasional wandering eye. So your actual issue is deciding how to break up with this guy you are attached to. Just end things. Simply say it's just not working out for you. Then go cold turkey and stop any contact to avoid mind games. Maybe he will grow into his masculinity, and maybe he won't. Always assume a man will stay exactly as he is when you first met him. It's obviously not working for you, and you can only change yourself. I don't think it's uncommon for a beautiful young woman to wonder about other prospects i…

With all due respect you sound entitled, have an inflated ego, and are filled with contempt over a guy that YOU CHOSE to be in a relationship with. "I'm 21" is not an excuse to be so venomous towards this guy. This may be one of those "live and learn" situations where you'll only realise down the road, after being a plate, that "the good ones are always taken" ... Or you could be right and score someone better who is more appropriate for an up and coming model to date. I'm not sure. How long hav…

It will only matter if the guy is A) a huge "foodie" and he becomes frustrated with you if you're always making menu changes or can't eat his favorite dish or B) try to guilt or lecture him into eating the way you do. Having done fitness competitions, I can attest that people can become "weird" about food and restrictive diets (usually it's obese people who want you to feel guilty for having discipline), and that it may be best to keep it to yourself for the first bit. Eating food is an importan…

Men do care about nice skin, and it is very important. A guy knows eventually he will be waking up beside you in the morning, and he will probably prefer to see clean, fresh, bare skin vs a girl who wears makeup all the time (poorly covering the bad skin) or waking up to a red and irritated face that is painful or causes stress to the girl (not so fun for morning sex).

Has he asked you to "help him" with this? Why do think it is your responsibility to help him make friends? Why do you think you need to guide him on this process? I would venture to say that, unless he has specifically asked for your "help", there is no need to take this on. And, will probably seem meddlesome and put you into "mommy" category. If he is a mature man, he will allocate friendships and hobbies and male bonding as he sees best for himself. Don't try to influence this or change who he…

Female sex worker chiming in here. Unless he has a hormonal issue (like low T) that needs resolving that is causing a low sex drive, I'd say you have driven him away emotionally and therefore he doesn't desire you physically. And the irony is that most men NEED the physical in order to also emotionally connect, which makes it challenging. Reframe every daily interaction and "check in" with yourself constantly to see if you are doing/ saying subtle things that drive him away. For example, how do …

With all due respect, the "just leave him girl" advice is not really advocated here. Leave 10 years in the dust because he is starting a business and things may be stressful? I understand sex is vital, but all aspects of a relationship can ebb and flow, and you never get it all. Approaching the situation with grace vs an ultimatum is probably going to work better.

How did you react to his 20 min of "grabbing at your body"? Is that his way of initiating? Do you act excited and start reciprocating? I'm a bit confused how there can be physical contact for 20 min yet nothing happens... Maybe when he starts touching you it is the perfect time to touch and pleasure yourself, in front of him, so he knows you are eager and ready. My man LOVES w…

It can be a terrifying thought to be "Alpha widowed" by your perfect man, and I too feel this way at times. Entirely do-able. It's easier to find a man who does NOT desire children than it is to find a woman who does not... Therefore you present yourself as having a rarer and potentially more prized quality vs the typical woman in the dating pool who is obsessed with her biological clock. A lot of men are turned on or intrigued by it. It's quite a primal, animalistic thing. And very different from anything a man can experience, so I'm sure he is just curious. Also makes sex more fun with the extra lubrication. If there's anything the show Fear Factor taught us, it's that men love it when hot and attractive women do "gross" things. This reminds me of the work of Esther Perel, and to paraphrase: fire needs air in order to breathe. The pair bonding may have occurred and all the documents may be signed, but that does not mean the internal drive of a man for freedom and autonomy has been extinguished. As an adult entertainer/ sex worker, I agree with this wholeheartedly. Many male clients I typically see still love their wives, and unfortunately resort to procuring services because they simply so not get sex or intimacy at home. My biggest advice to women is to ALWAYS be happy to engage in sex with your man, and understand they truly DO need it to remain feeling bonded in a relationship.

This is a great response, and echos Laura Doyle's "stay on your own paper" method. At the end of the day we can't control other people, we can only control our own actions and responses and style of communication. All the OP can do is be the best version of herself that will make her bf WANT to stay committed, and do her best to understand him in a way other women can't... Then she becomes a rare and valuable addition to his life.

. There is a reason why people shame women for sleeping around (sluts) & shame men for giving resources freely (simps) because they are both trading their commodity for free and without getting commitment from the other party. It is not a double standard, we are different, thus have different standards. I love this response. I was dumbfounded why there is so much "simp hate" online, and this makes sense that many men would not respect a man who is giving away his resources to a woman who is not/…

Yes it's nice to have your "goal" in common with the man, but realistically it's a useless barometer because neither party knows each other well enough to determine if they want marriage to THAT person. You need to find internal peace with your own self, looks, and accomplishments. Men don't want to feel like they're the "nurturing one" who has to hand you a cookie each time you look pretty ( a basic relationship duty, if you will) or do something cool; it's the woman's job imo to be verbal and communicate adoration and affection and praise to her man as he accomplishes tasks on his / their plan. To be fair, you had your own number system in place (3 dates, 3 months, etc) which was an effective strategy for you. Rather than keeping it vague or "playing cool" to let him guide the experience for years (since most men won't break up with a woman even if they know she's not "the one"), you achieved your success by having the specific boundaries. Again, it's not about the point system, but about using a similar concept to optimize LTR.

But the article quote specifically relates optimizing a man's LTR strategy so I'm looking for input in context to high SMV females.

I'm not sure how that statement relateds to a high SMV female ensuring Long Term Relationship success : a quality pair bond, cherishing to be a part of your man's frame, and enjoying a life you both desire.

It can be visual variety like clothes, hair colour/ style, it can be cherishing the rols of nurturing mother while also being a seductress, embracing childlike girly behavior, or encouraging hobbies your man enjoys while appreciating how hard he works, etc. So a variety of personality "hats" to wear. I see men providing emotional stability when women are feeling chaotic (like at period time), direct financial stability or giving sound financial advice to his lady, or encouraging prudent/ logical…

I saw it on twitter, and I believe it actually comes from some reality tv woman (which I don't follow so don't really know). I Googled the quote and saw a couple different references, which is why I did not attribute it to a specific person.

Well, I think it's more about making a smart investing move for him, rather than us "playing house"... We would purchase as a rental investment/ income property, not a house for us to live in together, and would likely both still stay where we each currently live.
/r/RedPillWomen21/01/21 05:57 PM

The quote doesn't say anything about needing a man :) and your input is a bit contrary to RPW because the man in is the Captain aka leader to whom we embrace to follow (being in his frame). I do think we woman have to "play both sides" so to speak; it's best to actively work on yourself (success, fitness, hobbies etc) in order to meet and keep your ideal mate. Then bring that best self into a relationship.

Once you have your look down it will be easier. I always keep neutral shellac on nails, red / pink shellac on toes, lash extensions and groomed brows so no eye makeup is needed, simple hair (long, straight, sometimes a bun or pony), and neutral colored clothing (black, grey, white), and neutral heels for a dressy look (Nine West 7ACT9 style are so comfy and in patent nude go with everything) or even black cowboy boots or leather Chuck Taylors for casual etc, and a simple black leather jacket. My female perspective is I think for hook ups a hot body is male priority, but for LTR a man wants to be able to see a pretty face day in, day out, and a pretty face is key to a lasting sexual chemistry. Many men love eye contact during sexual acts, love to watch a woman's face when she orgasms, love to watch her face doing all the sexy acts they fantasize about. And they love things like glasses and wigs and different makeup etc to create novelty. A man will not typically LTR a "butter face".
/r/RedPillWomen20/01/21 06:39 PM

Just curious: why do you interpret my concerns as an "insecurity", and not merely a natural expression of the female desire for stability and a long term pair bond? Sometimes it seems that RP is very supportive of "innate male nature" (sexual variety, Alpha male nature etc) yet interprets female concerns with a negative connotation (ie I'm insecure). Thx.

I agree, and as stated neither of us wants children. Aside from marriage though, is there any viable way for a woman to know her man is really commited to "build a future together?" (In general it's recommended to RPM to build their own empire and not "combine forces" with a woman and to avoid marriage). *Sometimes I get frustrated because the values of RPM vs RPW seem quite opposed... Is there a compromise?

I sleep naked. However, there are some cute rompers that button up the front with "shorts" for the legs (vs full pants) and it's a sexy look to pair it (or a long sleeve tee) with warm thigh high socks. I find my bf loves thigh high socks or leg warmers. Looks cute, sexy, cheeky, and you can be playful in them.

This is very valid, and TBH I have expressed this worry to my GF because I'm not sure my bf truly wants me "for the long haul". It does scare me that a lot of men see nothing wrong with occupying a woman's time even if they know deep down "she's not the one". We have been together one year, but neither of us wants kids and he doesn't want marriage. So there are nuances for sure. I would be very wary... This man sounds like a "project", and imo these are red flags. At 23 you are still very young so your smv is desirable. Imo a man in his 40's at this level is either A) looking to secure you so he can keep living a bachelor's life while you are young and have a good career Or B) will be motivated to work so hard to "get his life on track" that he simply won't have the mental or emotional space to have a fulfilling relationship with you while he works on himself (unlikely)…

I think the best approach is to be flattered he wants to give you your own space, and tell him that! I can see how this is a rational approach for him. He obviously WANTS you there; he isn't making excuses for you to not be with him, nor is he asking for less time together or listing reasons why it's better for you to leave rather than sleep over. Imo you should be concerned if he asks you to leave before sleep time, or doesn't want you to come over as much, or starts spending less time with you…

Very true. We are dealing with some "abnormal" factors, such as a bad motorcycle injury which happened a couple days before he started his month off from work. So I've definitely been assisting him more than usual. Plus we are in lockdown and it's cold here, so there's not much to do outside the house. Maybe this will all shift now that he's starting work again, and has some more exercise equipment to use so he's not stuck on the couch. I will encourage his business, hobbies, etc more.

It depends. I think a person should be honest, but not necessarily an open book. First, what is the purpose of telling the information? Is it something that will benefit the relationship or your partner in some way? Or is it merely to absolve yourself of a guilt you still carry? Have you grown from the experience or are you still struggling with it? I'd you are still struggling, why haven't you dealt with it yet? It also depends on how you present the information: succinct and to the point vs cr…

Examine your need to feel needed. Did this ever backfire in previous relationships? Did you become too maternal? He sounds like an ultimate provider, and if children are in the future then he has definitely set the stage for you to be able to focus all your energy on them and him which is amazing. If children are a ways off still, how can you add value that is not maternal? How long were you exclusively dating for? And how satisfying was your sex life? It sounds like he wants a "mommy" figure to motivate him in life, which is not appealing. I'd like to note though, that a lot of women seem to conflate a man's relationship commitment with his sexual fidelity, however it seems many men will continue the relationship yet be unfaithful (isn't this its own version of trading up, if only for brief encounters?) and I don't really see how that is "more admirable" than hypergamy (this is moralizing, yes), especially if there is a mutual agreement upon monogamy in said relationship. The reality is that marrying for love is a new concept; it's been highly romanticised (and advertised) in our N American/ European culture. But traditionally marriage is about amalgamating assets, wealth, bloodlines, property and ensuring family successors. Not about fleeting romantic trysts or infatuation feelings. How tall are you? Most average men don't mind curves and plumpness; only bodybuilders or really vain men will consider weight to be a deal breaker in the beginning. Not to sound crass, but men will always prefer to be with a "6" who is happy and sexual, vs a "10" who is frigid and unpleasant. In RP they acknowledge that men will "date down" (preferred), vs women who continually "date up".

Well with all due respect there must be some concrete reason you're unable to connect with these men. This will require self analysis on your part. I'd try and reflect logically on your last 2-3 interactions with men where you didn't get the results you were hoping for. Kind of like a "post game" recap to see where you can improve.
/r/RedPillWomen11/11/20 08:36 PM

You can't motivate a man. A man like this could still be "finding himself" well into his 40's. A good RP man will build up his life and then invite his ideal woman to be a part of it because she completes the puzzle. A man such as yours will lock himself down early in a relationship, and then years later he will feel "unfinished" and need to be free to find his true self, or he will hop from woman to woman to fulfill this need. Don't wait around for potential.

He was waiting for me to say it first after all :) He actually described the moment he "knew", and it was so long ago. And here I was terrified and waiting for him to say it first. TY

I read this and I honestly think it's true : "Man loves woman- woman loves children- children love dog- dog loves man." Often times women have children because they need/ give unconditional love IN THE WAY THEY WANT, vs the way a man can actually give it. Man, I watched the last episode of The Boys last night and it even illustrated this concept: main man desperately loves his woman and will do anything for her, but because she has a child all her love is on the kid and she can't love the man mo…

It's so fascinating to me that men CAN and will have more casual sex without any "emotion" attached, but once he pair bonds then sex does indeed become DEEPLY emotional for a man and he cannot function well in the relationship without it. To put it bluntly, if his woman won't f*CK him then he feels he is no longer the "best". Whereas women say they need the "pair bond" / commitment to have sex in the beginning, yet often STOP or drastically lower the quantity of sex once commited. It seems so cr…

This!! Being childlike adds so much... I think it brings out a man's protector instinct, as well as re-creating "innocence lost" if he is a man who is suspicious of a woman's "motives" for being with him (children and dogs don't care about material possession); being cute will reflect his desire for unconditional love. This is why men love dogs: loyal, unconditional, accepts who he is in the present moment and not for what is to gain down the road.

And a man's version/ ideal of love is usually based on his experiences with his mother or first LTR. These will shape how he views love in further relationships. Its beneficial to ask about these and see if he will share.

Respect his choice and encourage him! Men's testosterone naturally drops once they're in a monogamous relationship (may not apply if not living together), so this may be a sub conscious way for him to boost his hormones and get back into his "manhood". There's interesting information on male and female hormones and neurotransmitters, and they all affect our relationships and dating/ mating strategies.

I truly hope he is being honest that he doesn't want to replace me or "date" anyone else (of course there's no guarantee)... I worry he just says this so he can keep enjoying sex with me until something "better" comes along. TBH my "fully monogamous" relationships have never lasted, so I may open myself to this idea as long as there are boundaries in place. I have been reading The Red Queen and other books about human evolutionary science, and it seems that men are predisposed to want a primary …

Is it realistic to tell him how I feel and to ask that we broach this topic again further down the line when he actually feels the "need" to go? (Seeing as how he says this is something he wants in the future). I want him to freely choose me, not give him an ultimatum (which I won't do). I keep wondering if he actually needs the variety, or if this is just a way for him to reclaim his autonomy and freedom. I know it's a huge thing for a man to commit to exclusivity with a female, and perhaps he …

And I guess I'm terrified this is my Alpha widow moment... That I'll never find a man I desire as much as this one. :(

I guess I feel hurt that he has, effectively, changed his mind on being exclusive yet he also doesn't want to end the relationship.

His perspective is that it will help him stay "exclusively dating" me longer (for company and activities and sex) I guess, if he can get the "side action" fun of going to a spa for a "friendly handshake". He says it's not "personal", just a physical outlet. But I think it's the same as non exclusive dating like when you first meet someone. I guess ultimately men really are the gatekeepers of commitment. Even tho I don't want kids etc, i still have the drive to pair bond with a partner and I'm sc…

I'm actually not opposed to exploring this, especially since he said he doesn't want to date anyone else or replace me. It just seems too soon... Most people start saying I love you at this stage, not that they want to open up the bedroom. Lol... to me that's something that happens way down the line in a relationship I'm not sure if I can go back to essentially "stage 1" of dating... However, I'm in love with him, and I want to accept his male nature and also my female nature, and come to a comp…

I love all these!!! A cute thing I thought of tonight was to sweetly ask my man "Babe, I have a question: can I be your girlfriend?" And then smile big! I think this plays up a cute, childlike attitude, as well as shows the man you hope you are his choice, sweetly asking permission to be his.

Just keep focusing on your hobbies and interests and appearance. Men don't really care if you're "highly educated", just that you can be self sufficient and responsible with your finances. You may want to modify your criteria for certain things that are out of a man's control, such as his height. He can't change this to fit your standards. Good luck!

Focus on what is directly in front of you, each day. Make sure you exercise, get quality sleep, and eat nutritious food. Take a look at yourself when you're ready to see where you could have done better, but also be gentle and don't self punish. We don't know better, until we know better 💞
