You’re not being mysterious or you’re being weird. I understand her being upset. It’s kinda ridiculous. While I do agree having a mission should be your priority that doesn’t mean you can’t have other priorities. Just because she’s not first doesn’t mean she is nothing. You say this is a practice run, you still need to provide comfort and beta qualities in a LTR, if you want a successful practice run. Right now it’s seems like you’re trying to be so “ALFA” instead of being a male human being tha…

Paranoia can be a factor in your dick itch remember that. It’s Schrödinger’s cat cat until you get your results. A good sign is that she got paranoid too. Not saying that it means you’re good, but if she freaks out too it’s a good sign.

Guy checks at sexually attractive girl. Girl checks out sexually attractive guy. Guy overreacts making his girl think that the guy she was checking out is higher value. Where have I seen this story before?

I have no preference. I’ll bench ins bench or in the power/squat rack. I spot my GF so if she’s doing legs while I’m doing chest I’ll do it in a power rack cause I don’t feel like walking back and forth

Never on squats, I’ve seen it happen. Dude was pissed. It’s happened on bench. You can come spot me, cool thanks, just don’t touch the fucking bar, I don’t have clips on for a reason.

If you think about it from a different view he’s living rent free in a house where he probably gets sex. And he never plans on marrying this girl. Maybe he just doesn’t want to mess up a good thing.

Very few can do that. I did for mine but because I was able to take her off the pedastal once she told me about her fun times in college after we had relations one time. After that it was kinda easy to get rid of the oneitis cause I considered her marriage material...but clearly she wasn’t. General advice is to cut all contact, hormones are powerful.

News flash: This just sounds like you’re managing a relationship instead of leading one. This is very common in the army where leaders don’t let competent subordinates actually do/plan things. It sounds like the same thing is going on here. You’re micromanaging and passing it off as “leading a relationship”. Let her have a say in some of things, then make a decision and coordinate with her and her wants in mind. TRP likes to think women are dumb and incapable. They aren’t, just in a relationship…

I was in the same position, decided to pick a hobby that was interesting. At least to help me pick up girls or put on my resume, but it had to be cheap cause I was still in college. Came down to play guitar or learn Spanish. Picked Spanish. Changed my life, all the way to the fact that I even moved to Colombia. Opened opportunities for me in the states, got a Colombian Chick. What’s the point of why I’m saying this. Pick something that you’re interested in and run away with it. Could change your…

That's the thing if she doesn't care, then she doesn't care. That's it. If she wants to cheat, she will cheat. You talking just makes her work harder to hide it.

These types of situations are where you go into the process knowing the risks and you act accordingly as they come up. This is the bread and butter of a true leader and to have a family/be a worthwhile man you have to be able to have this ability. I wouldn't say write her off, just be prepared to. Calm and collected with whatever happens. Put the ball in her court and let her play. If she shoots a bad shot, then she benched. She's scoring in the opponents hoop? She's off the team.

AWALT is more a mantra to say that they have the capabilities of being like that. You are right, there are a lot of women that will remain loyal and are red pill and all that. That is true what we try to do is prepare for the lowest common denominator is saying that AWALT. In this situation, in my opinion, the right move is the move that you are comfortable with. She very well has no intention of sleeping with anybody over there, but she is saying that here and now. That's something that I know …

Your advice just helps him ignore the problem, not solve what's going on with him and that's the fact he was just boring. You saying "hard next" has an underlying message of "if she doesn't like me as who I am now then she doesn't deserve me". THAT is beta, trying to hide the problem rather than address it. Try not to just throw BETA CUCK around all the time by the way. Give some sustenance to you answers and create/open a dialog. You sound like an idiot just trying to "agree and amplify" when s…

Back when I first came to TRP there was talk of Red and Green Flags. For my current LTR I used these qualities, but realized that it's not just about checking the boxes. I judge the quality of most women by this: https://www.reddit.com/r/TheRedPill/comments/3kgbn7/the_lengthy_red_flags_warning_flags_green_flags/

Exactly this. I guarantee you if just look for her flaws then you'll start being sick of her shit too. My LTR is beautiful and guys try and get with her and I just laugh because they don't know how fucking annoying she can be. That mindset helps a lot.
/r/askTRP25/03/17 07:39 PM

The fact of the matter remains is that she would rather do homework than hang out with you. Is it her fault? Not really, if I were bored and I knew I had work to do I would go right ahead and do it. Next time be so busy that she can't even think about homework. Girls, will destroy there entire lives to be with Chad. Girls will fail the course to have a good time with Chad. Sidenote: If you cared about her you would have an awesome time, then tell her to do her homework. This also helps you in th…

I get the point that you are making. My question is why go to such extremes in terms of reactions when it didn't seem necessary for the situation? Better said, Why go to a level of 7 or 8 with a situation that's a 2, when a three would work (while making your point)? I mean obviously it worked, there is a lot to go from that, but it just seems over doing it to me.

Ok, you never been violent towards a girl, but I think you're extremely underestimating the lengths a girl will go to prove that you're the most abusive person ever (Hint: It's a lot). I'm not "probably right". I'm definitely right, cover your ass.

Yes, girls don't put themselves out there all that often. It's not like it's over and you can't recuperate, but now that she's been rejected she thinks you're out of her league. Most girls are not gonna try once they've been denied. Hit her up.

If it's something legit, just be a human being and hug her. By legit I don't mean she broke up with her BF and now your consoling her. I mean say her mother died....then hug her, maybe say a few words if you're good at that kind of thing, if not then just shut up.

I compliment on things that I like: Did she get dressed up real nice? Was that an amazing blow job? Was the dinner she made really good? Things like that. The thing is if you're like me then you may not compliment her all that often. If that's the case and you drop so random compliment she will melt because she'll be confused why you're acting beta. I have noticed that a girl will appreciate the things that you do for her but not in the way you want it or expect it. The best way I have come across a girl appreciating what I do for her is acting how a king would act. Which, truthfully, has been difficult because I've never had confidence in myself. In other words, imagine a king doing something, but only because he feels like being benevolent. In that way I have found my LTR of 2 years to respect and appreciate the good things I do for her.

I always hated when people posted on Facebook "I can't sleep". Do you think the carpenter that is working 10 hours a day can't sleep? One good thing is that my sex drive goes up when I lift, but I'm usually passed out within seconds after we have sex.
/r/TheRedPill09/11/16 05:15 PM

Yes, it's because alcohol lowers inhibition and inhibition is one of the biggest factors in adults when it comes to language learning. Another big thing with language retention is REM sleep. If you practice speaking but can't retain/remember then it's of little to no benefit. Also, again it might be fine in that moment, but then from the lack of sleep your mind is cloudy all day, the next day. Doing things you're normally used to doing is ok hungover or dazed. But tryna survive in another countr…

One mistake most people make is they seriously underestimate the amount of calories they intake. They always say "I eat a lot" but can never measure what "a lot" is. Well if you eat a shit ton of rice of course you're not gonna gain much weight. Once they start to track how much calories they actually ingest then they realize "oh wow I was eating a lot but it wasn't really calorie dense food."
/r/MarriedRedPill31/08/16 09:11 PM

Exactly, even a harsher sentence to further "help" her make the right choice.
/r/TheRedPill31/08/16 06:29 PM
3

Yeah, just looking at the other side of the coin and what about the men in prison right now. If we were to enact this then those men would never be proven innocent. That's why I would propose a grace period.
/r/TheRedPill30/08/16 05:59 PM
1

That's true, I would like to see a grace period (if this were to ever become law) to allow the women to come clean without the punishment for the wellbeing of those still in prison.
/r/TheRedPill30/08/16 05:57 PM
3

And of course that is the other side of coin. My mind was thinking about the dudes already in jail or have their lives affected. For the sake of the guy I would have a grace period where you can admit to lying without punishment and then after that enforce a law where you charged equal or more.
/r/TheRedPill30/08/16 02:49 PM
25

I was thinking the same thing. The only reason these girls come forward is that there is no punishment. If we give the same sentences more innocent men would remain in jail for fear (from the women) of the sentence she would receive.

That's what I've been struggling to realize. That maybe she just isn't jaded like I'm making her to be. Maybe I'm damaged from the american culture and since she's from a hispanic culture (grew up there till she was a teenager) that i'm letting it affect me.

It finally reached the end and stopped... I was just arguing with my LTR the other day about this. Honestly I let the emotions get the better of me and got a little angry, but she had been disrespecting for 2 days and I was tired of it. So we argued, I hit a sweet spot where I said exactly what you said in your post "Nowhere else in my life is that behavior tolerated, and especially not from an underperforming team member. They get performance managed, demoted, fired, and now, divorced." Then I …

Exactly this. It's the same type of advice as saying "to be happy, just be happy". What people who have already reached that level fail to realize is that they have already internalized what makes them happy or in this case...masculine.

The anger phase is a necessary place to start out in but it's destructive to be in for even a "reasonable" amount of time. The quicker you are in and out of the anger phase the better. Like ripping off a bandaid...the bandaid will still come off, the end result will still be the same, it's more of how long are you going to let yourself suffer to get to the same place. I give advice on and off of TRP, but very strategically. When presented in context of the problem that a close friend is having i…

I like to look at it like Passive game and active game Passive game are the things that you do that make you interesting/attractive without you even purposely trying to seduce the girl: Lifting Hobbies Career Active game is when you're doing things that are intentionally trying to seduce women. That's self explanatory. There is a plethora of information on youtube and even in the main TRP page. You can search top links all-time and just work your way down.

Let me be the first to say after a long hard week, a beer is well deserved. It's just that you have to sit there and take her suggestions and decide whether they're going to make you beta or not. The first mate offers the suggestion, you decide if it's the correct course of action then you execute...that's it. Now you're drinking might not have affect on your career or kids, but in a LTR you do have to take her feelings about it into consideration. That's the crappy part of being the leader. You…

My response whenever someone is trying to AMOG me, I just look at them like I'm confused. Like in a way that says, "What made you ever think that you could get away with this?". The best way I've been able to kill this attitude is by raising my ego. It took practice but I really began to internalize everything that I have going for me. How did I do this? She is pushing you into relationship behavior. If she is LTR quality that's fine. She is expecting this to become a norm, so if you're ok with that then you can let it happen (don't let the sex dwindle past what you want). In general, girls just love sleeping with guys. they like feeling safe, they like being comfortable. She sees you as one of those guys. No big deal.

This is more a problem of your girlfriend's behavior rather than the guy. If you send an angry message to the boyfriend all that tells him is that: What he is doing is working It's going to cause you a rift in your relationship and cause you to break up What I suggest is if you are serious about your girlfriend is to tell her that this kind of behaviour is disrespectful to you and you will not stand for it. Complacency and indifference are two holes you don't want to be stuck in. Mainly, complacency in your life and indifference in terms of women being indifferent towards you. I say this just so I'm in the clear morally for my own sake. Girls, just want to get their foot in the door. As soon as they do that, they assume you're theirs until told otherwise...even then... This theory has been discussed here forever though. It's also a way to keep the door open in the future for resuming as a FWB or whatever.

That's what is hard about psychology it's hard to quantify certain things. In general, women are more natural at reading language. Once you have taken the pill you start to see the message in between the lines. While it is her propensity for instant gratification that has her going back to the AF, we know that it's also because she can't resist her engrained biological nature. Improving is not only about doing the physical things, but it's a mindset as well. You were dealt a certain set of cards, so what? You have a small penis? All that means is you're going to have to work harder to become a sex god. You may think it's too late, but it's not. You're time limit is when you die. Now, for the actual advice: stop being a little bitch. You are complaining about shit and the only people that can complain and people will help are women and children. No one is going to do t…

There was a post on here awhile ago of a guy that doesn't show emotion to his girl. Not out of choice he just generally doesn't show affection and it was eating away at his girl. While ethnicity plays a role in getting plates ie some girls are just not attracted to whatever race, your analysis is off base. There is a reason girls and guys tan. It's to get darker skin. While I do agree that looks matter to spin plates you missed other factors such as attitude, how well you dress, and running game. An ugly guy that runs a tight game can pull bitches. A guy that dresses well can drastically increase his attractiveness. This post all in all doesn't really help at all.

I play basketball extensively and just like anything you practice and do a lot, over time you stop "playing" and you start "understanding" the game. Anyone who has played at a collegiate level will understand the transference of mindset, but i digress. One of the lessons that I applied from basketball into my life is as a point guard you don't have to force anything. The more you force in basketball the more resistance you meet. The more resistance you meet the more bad decisions you make, turno…

That's been my whole thing for the last year now. I've been way to busy to busy focusing on my career and studying and having hobbies. My most recent example is when my friends were joking about masturbation I was wondering how they found the time. They looked at me bewildered and I explained to them that I can never find the time to masturbate and I didn't even think about it. Keeping busy keeps you out of those supplicating beta tendencies.

I completely agree and I was just thinking about this, this morning. Classes were cancelled allowing me to sleep in. I slept in until 11am and while no work or suffered I could feel myself "taking it easy". I usually reserve the weekends to do that. I'm glad I noticed so I could get back on the grind, but it's very dangerous and could have derailed me for most of the semester.

I say that I like the natural look, but I genuinely mean it. For some reason I hate fake nails, eyelashes, and hair. It just grosses me out. The concept of nail polish is just weird to me (especially chipped). If it looks kept up I can deal with it though. There's a lot of science and theory behind this, but it's very contextual(in terms of practical application). "What every BODY is saying" is a nice start. What you are looking for specifically is the study of Kinesics(Non-verbal behavior) and social psychologies. There really isn't a lot of information to go on here, but look at your standing body posture in a mirror. Do you slouch? Do you tilt your head to far down? Are your shoulders hunched forward. Research correct posture and apply it. In terms of body language pick up a book and read on how to fix it. This question is way to broad to give you an all encompassing answering on a post in reddit. I was having a conversation with a girl and of course the age old debate came up "Why can guys be sluts, but girls can't?" Of course I didn't engage in the debate but in my head I was thinking of responses. The first one guys= gatekeeper to commitment/girls=gatekeeper to sex. This is reinforced in TRP constantly, but then I realized she would've just said "but guys beg me to get in relationships all the time". Which is very true. Guys nowadays throw away their only power way to easily.

Another way to help with this is to slow down your natural speaking speed. A lot of the time the reason why people say "um' and "uh" is because they are talking faster than they are thinking. So, in an effort for there thought process to catch up they use "um" and "uh". You see this most often in public speakers. This advice would be best summed up as "Think before you speak". This does hinder the confidence of the speaker because in essence you really don't know what you're going to say yet.

It's about honor and being a man of your word. If you have agreed to an exclusive relationship with a woman you have entered into a contract. "You'd think someone who never cries would be taken more seriously for the sentiment that his crying represents." Unfortunately it doesn't work that way,but it does work the other way around. When you cry, as a man, it's because it's something serious to you. So when you see someone cry, man or woman, you will generally think it's something serious. Woman cry for just about everything, so when they see someone else crying, they don't register it on as serious of a level.

I never saw it as a bad thing to be a girls emotional tampon if she's my girlfriend or a plate that is LTR material. It's relieving to know that I'm emotionally strong enough for two people. The only time I don't deal with girls emotions is if I'm not sleeping with them or if I don't consider them LTR material.

He also could be masturbating too much. Sometimes guys get into a lull with too much masturbating because it's generally effortless and you don't have to worry about another person's needs.

I was in the exact same position you're in right now about 5 months ago. I did a couple things to get out of the funk of unhappiness. I sat down and truly thought about what I was unhappy about in my life. For me it was being lonely and not really putting my full potential or effort into my studies. Every time a friend asked me to hang out I'd make up some excuse. My life consisted of lifting and watching tv apart from school. What I did was remedy those isolated negative feelings I was having a…

If you're interested in more deciphering of body language/non verbal communication than check out "What ever BODY is saying". It's a great intro into reading body language. This is my field of study and it's the first book I read to get interested in it. There are also other books that focus on attraction and relationships as well.

As a pretty much textbook introvert I like to do a lot of introspection. I realized something was missing in my life. I knew it had something to do with lifting but I just couldn't get a finger on it. One day I realized that the ideal was "self improvement".

"Expect him to get up in the night with the kids" -Yeah no problem I'll pull my weight if she's working full time as well. "You know what, you have to work, too.......or you might be a stay at home mom. It doesn’t matter. You have stuff to do" -Nope if your job is to stay at home and take care of the kids then you're getting up all the time.

Why are you sleeping on the couch? It's your bed. You don't have to be as sloppy just to prove a point. You can eat healthy if you want, you don't have to play these kind of mind games. I'd say you're on the right track though.

I've had two female 1SG and 1 Male. Both tried to be very passive aggressive. Male one was very good. Had a female commander which is the one I previously stated. Knew her shit and did her job well. Wasn't a bitch and she really didn't have to be firm, she did have a tendency to get flustered/frustrated though. I think she owes her leadership presence to her confidence.

This. While in Italy I stayed with one of my friends for about two weeks once. His daughter is 15, she does act like a typical naive girl with the whole "love" thing, but when it comes to housework, not talking back, and cooking she is spot on. Italian is her first language but she also speaks german, spanish, and english. She's also a straight A student. At 15 she's already better than at least 70% of the girls in the US

The majority of your compliments will be guys. The girls DO notice, they just don't say it. If you talk to them long enough it will slip out though. People stop to hear me talk now that I have a lot of muscle (I'm the stereotypical "big black guy") which in my profession (military) pays HUGE dividends.
/r/TheRedPill24/05/14 02:45 AM

What? If anything the black people I meet are always the easiest to garner respect or at least not to be openly disrespected. Even the ones from a lower socioeconomic standing, while they may not fit into a more corporate/temperance society, are some of the most alpha mindsetted people. Albeit, just like in "The Rationale Male", their alpha mindset is misplaced.

You do have to wade through the bull shit but honestly most of it is just capitalizing on what people want to hear. If you listen to the music that isn't promoted by record labels that the main stream artists produce then you can find what you're looking for. Even J. Cole on "Let Nas Down" told us how he was pressured into making "Power Trip" and that's not the kind of music he wants to make.

There's a lot on social psychology and kinesics that people can research on their own in this field. Playing with hair, Hair placement that reveals the neck, and even foot placement. One general rule is that the further away from the brain the body part is the less conscious control that have and the more subconscious cues will be given. For example if your in a conversation with someone and both their feet are pointed towards you then they are engaged in the conversation.

It's really personal preference. In terms of just getting big hypertrophy is the way to go, but I found that a combination of both is the way to go. So Whatever compound I train for like Bench Press, the first half of my workout will be for strength. Then on the second half of the workout is focused on getting the muscle bigger. I was able to make phenomenal gains on a split like this.

The Matrix is a system, Neo. That system is our enemy. But when you're inside, you look around, what do you see? Businessmen, teachers, lawyers, carpenters. The very minds of the people we are trying to save. But until we do, these people are still a part of that system and that makes them our enemy. You have to understand, most of these people are not ready to be unplugged. And many of them are so inured, so hopelessly dependent on the system, that they will fight to protect it.

Do not admit to drug use UNLESS it's in your medical record for some reason (like hospitalized for an overdose). With the military downsizing and all they'll say it can be waived but they'd rather take the guy who hasn't done drugs to save the paperwork.

You can also take a TRP lesson from lifting weights. Right now I find myself scared to do a few things. At first it was talking to girls, but I remembered two things: 1. I can pick up 350 pounds off the ground with my bare fucking hands. What am I scared of messing up with a girl for? 2. Each time I failed a 1 rep max did I stop lifting or care what others in the gym thought? No I regrouped trained and tried again. What's the difference in girls? So lifting kind of helped me there.
