1	Do people go to bars alone? Male or female I really struggle with this. I'm keen to know what works. Like, I struggle with AA currently which I'm trying to kill with daygame. But I find that women tend to be far more on their guard at the bar. Could just be a personal thing I guess. Any advice? Approach solo girls, maybe? 1	Approach Anxiety Try meditation. Tell yourself positive things you know about yourself, especially those that make you a unique person. And if the aim of approaching is simply to destroy AA, then operate on a 'cascading scale': -if you're confident enough, do a direct cold approach. "Hey, you look cute. I thought I'd say hi'. -if that's too ballsy, try asking their opinion on something. "Hey, female opinion needed.
