You didn't answer my question. Your follow-up question can't be answered. My entire point is that I don't think there is an age. I think there is mental maturity. Some people reach that mental maturity at 16, some probably reach it at 14, some outliers might even reach it at 10 or 12. Others don't reach that point until 21, or 25 or later. Some people never reach it at all.
