How exactly is it predatory? Seriously spell it out for me. Because from where I’m standing I see a lonely guy being vulnerable and a mob of self-righteous idiots sprinting to slap the most damaging label they can find on him. I’m not saying losing your virginity should be some holy life objective but twisting a dude’s insecurity into “predatory” without concrete proof is pathetic as hell. It’s insane how fast people demonize men the second they admit they’re hurting and are open about their fee…

Wow this is so bad faith. You didn’t even bother engaging with the discussion before jumping into full-on feminist. That’s fine though, at least it exposes your true colors instead of pretending to have an honest discussion in this sub, in which you didn’t even bother to understand the original commenter.

It’s weird because feminism is so deeply embedded in Western society that most people don’t even question it anymore. Women are given the benefit of the doubt, and the misandry mindset is widely accepted. You can see it clearly in how women get lighter punishment than men for the same behavior. It makes it hard to believe that men can even have normal interactions with women anymore when this mindset is so deeply ingrained in society. It’s sad and fucked up.
/r/MensRights08/02/26 04:20 PM

Yeah, sincerely fuck these people. Misandrists like these need to be avoided like the plague. They are a cancer.

“No longer be a man” As if that matters in 2025 Lmaooo. I just love to watch feminists trip on their own bullshit and blame men for their own stupidity.

She definitely got rejected by that guy, and now she’s launching a full-scale overreaction campaign online and needs to add bullshit to her story to make it more believable. It’s textbook deflection, generate enough noise and theatrics so no one notices the dent in her ego.

So tired of this shit, makes me lose faith in humanity. Bad women end up influencing good women, and that’s what I see happening with feminism in the West. They try to twist your perspective as a woman and convince you that men are the oppressors. Edit: Holy shit just read thru all of them and these psychotic bitches are CRAZY🤦‍♂️
/r/MensRights16/11/25 12:37 PM

ehhh… that’s debatable but we can agree to disagree. I don’t like putting people into one box either, but feminism influences almost every major institution in the West.

Yeah, like being called a “pick me.” 🙄 They’ll literally gang up on those women like a pack of wolves just because they don’t follow the feminist script.
/r/MensRights08/11/25 05:40 PM

I agree, but the problem is that many are feminists who influence their non-feminist friends, and unfortunately, that mindset tends to spread. Of course, not all of them are like that, but it seems to be pretty common here in the West.

That’s such a lazy take. Not every guy is some man-child you have to babysit. Maybe these women just keep dating guys who match their attitude. Good men exist, you just can’t recognize them when you’re too busy generalizing and playing victim. It’s no wonder men are walking away, y’all treat relationships like a group project where only he does the work, and you still complain about the grade.

Yes, but modern feminists have hijacked the word to shame men. That’s why the term “femcel” was created, since “incel” is used almost exclusively for men.

Honestly, this is one of the reasons I refuse to have a wife or kids. I understand the responsibility of providing for them, but it’s not worth draining my resources and mental health. I’m also a very frugal person, I do waste on my hobbies but not more than I have to, and if choosing that path means women ignore or reject me, then so be it.

Very Good Insight! The message has basically turned into “men, serve harder” while women get a free pass under the guise of “you’re already enough.” And you’re right, pastors, influencers, and even so-called “Christian relationship experts” walk on eggshells to avoid women’s accountability because they know it’ll spark outrage. It’s all fear-driven. Meanwhile, the dating pool is a mess. You either get women who claim to be Christian but live by secular values, or ones who see Christian men as bo…

It’s a clear double standard. Pastors will tiptoe around issues that hold women accountable but have no problem calling out men for every shortcoming imaginable. You’ll never hear a sermon about women’s irresponsibility, unfaithfulness, or how divorce destroys men and families. But men? They’re dunked on every Sunday.

You are very spot on! Father’s Day sermons tell men to “do better,” while Mother’s Day sermons praise women endlessly. Churches cater to women because they’re the majority in attendance and giving, while men are expected to sacrifice without recognition or authority. No wonder so many single men check out from the institutionalized church.

All of them should be on a watch list if this is really what they’ve done. Imagine a guy posting the same thing, he’d be burned at the stake before the post even loaded and his account would get Thanos-snapped out of existence. But somehow, this is what passes as empowerment. Edit: Fuck that, they should be jailed.

Watching everyone get married and have kids like it’s some checkbox is frustrating, but the truth is, avoiding all that spares you a lot of stress and suffering. Divorce has become so common for men (normally without real cause) that it’s almost expected. Add the financial strain of kids on top of that, and it’s a recipe for misery. Honestly, being single is a blessing, and in today’s economy, not having kids is an even bigger one.

It’s like throwing a ball against a wall, it just bounces right back. You can’t have a real conversation with someone who constantly responds to a valid point with, “well, women suffer more from this.” It’s not a competition. If you want me to understand you, you also have to be willing to hear and understand me. I don’t get the constant need to dismiss and turn men’s struggles into some kind of oppression Olympics with women. Men suffer so much and their voices are never heard, it’s the reason …

Don’t you think that’s extreme? Perhaps not in public but not even in private??? I would have agreed if you balanced it out, you know, there’s a time and a place. I’ve never really understood why some women say, “Where have all the good men gone?” when they’ve been ignoring them for their entire lives. They gravitate towards the bad boys (the ones who treat them like crap) simply because they get that initial “spark” or attraction. It’s like that situation where a wife left her husband and kids to “find herself,” which basically meant going off to sleep around. She admitted her husband was a good man and had done everything right, but she still felt the n…

It’s true, individuals within feminism may oppose misandry, the problem lies in the movement’s collective silence on it. When feminists fail to address toxic subgroups like femcels, it creates the perception that these behaviors are tolerated. The fact that some feminists fear cyberbullying if they speak out shows how radical voices dominate the conversation. I am not expecting every feminist to publicly denounce misandry, but the lack of pushback allows harmful ideologies to thrive under the fe…

And you think feminists don’t know about this femcel subgroup within their ideology? 100% they know, but they turn a blind eye to it, they do not care and do not speak up about it because just like femcels, they don’t care about men or men’s issues.

A lot of them subconsiously hate men. Like, REALLY hate men. Like truly miserable people, feminists will never admit how unhappy they are or how little control they feel they have over their lives. This lack of control explains why they seek to dominate the world around them. When a woman cares for and pampers her man, it poses a threat to the feminist ideology.

Feminists will eventually throw them out once they have no purpose, like they do not give a fuck if you are a male feminist or not. As long as you have a penis, you are a threat to them and their ideology. It’s a classic case of, “You’re damned if you do and you’re damned if you don’t.”

Almost everyone treats girls better than boys, especially when it comes to arguments, responding to them, allowing them to vent, and granting their requests. This is largely because girls are seen as more emotionally expressive, which leads others to offer more patience and understanding. Meanwhile, boys are expected to manage things on their own, receiving less emotional support and help in similar situations. The U.S. school system is a breeding ground for Misandry and unfairness towards boys.…

Yes, In a separate incident in 2010, Crystal Mangum was involved in the stabbing death of her boyfriend, Reginald Daye, during a domestic dispute. She was convicted of second-degree murder in 2013 and is currently serving a prison sentence for that crime. The two events, though both involving Mangum, are unrelated.

Subs that allow anti-man rhetoric are totally fine, but the moment men try to vent about being labeled as the oppressors or the bad guys, we’re suddenly accused of being anti-women? Why is it that men aren’t allowed to express their frustrations without being shut down? Stop trying to silence us. We deserve to have our space and be heard, just like anyone else.

The way men are treated in many of these college institutions has become frustrating. It feels like the narrative has shifted so far that men are automatically seen as privileged or oppressors, regardless of their individual experiences. Colleges are supposed to be places of open dialogue, but men’s voices are dismissed or ignored. Men are facing real issues that aren’t being taken seriously. The constant portrayal of men as the “privileged class” while ignoring their struggles is exhausting, an…

It feels like you’re avoiding the fact that men face inequalities that women don’t and you are using your examples of women facing inequalities as a cop out. I could list them, but based on the tone of your response, it seems like you’re not engaging in good faith. One of the challenges that is worth mentioning is that while societal expectations for women have evolved, the expectations for men have largely stayed the same. Modern women now have the option to excel career-wise, which is great. But this shift also means many women are seeking partners who can match or exceed their level of success, particularly financially. This makes things tough for men, especially those who are average earners or average in appearance. The dating pool for the average man…

This is exactly why men don’t open up, they’re afraid of being vulnerable and having that vulnerability used against them. This reminds me of a quote I’ve been reflecting on,”Hard times create strong men, strong men create good times, good times create weak men, and weak men create hard times.” It’s sad because it feels like men are always expected to endure and be strong during tough times just to keep society functioning. Okay, I’m getting tired, so I’m going to finish off with this: You’re trying to justify something that’s essentially spreading misandry under the guise of “awareness.” The distinction you’re pointing to is really just a backdoor way to suggest that all men should be treated with suspicion because a few are capable of harm. That’s dangerous thinking. You can’t create a culture of constant fear, paranoia and mistrust around an entire group of people just because a few of them are guilty. When you …

Hold up. When did I ever deny that rapists can hide among ordinary people? That was literally the first thing I pointed out in my previous reply to you. What I’m trying to get across is that this list goes way beyond just that point. It paints all men, even those who are nothing like rapists, as people who should be suspected. And that’s the issue. It’s one thing to acknowledge that abuse can come from unexpected places, but it’s another to broadly suggest that all men are potential rapists just…
/r/MensRights02/03/25 05:53 AM
2

It’s true that rapists can hide behind normal appearances, the problem with this list is that it creates an atmosphere of mistrust by painting all men with the same broad brush. Imagine showing it to a loved one, they would probably feel hurt and uncomfortable because it suggests that they could be viewed as potential rapists just because they’re men. No reasonable person would be okay with that kind of generalization because it damages trust in everyday relationships. This list implies that eve…
/r/MensRights02/03/25 03:42 AM

So, if I were to provide a similar list labeling normal women as “cheaters,” you would be perfectly fine with it? Then I proceed to list them as your mothers, daughters, sisters, the girl who sits next to you in the train, your teacher, and your wife. You would be 100% okay with me saying that? Especially considering it’s much less severe than accusing someone of rape, which is nothing to joke about. If you were to show that list to a brother, father, or male friend, you really think they would …
/r/MensRights02/03/25 03:00 AM

I’m sorry for your experience. These people don’t understand how heartbroken their brothers, husbands, colleagues, and fathers would be. /r/MensRights01/03/25 11:05 PM

This really shows the double standard when it comes to how men are treated in these situations. If a man had done the same thing to a female officer, he’d be facing years in jail and he would face serious problems finding work afterward since it would be on his criminal record. But here, even though it was a degrading assault, the woman gets a conditional discharge and can walk away without a record if she follows the conditions.
/r/MensRights01/03/25 09:09 PM
5

This is why the expectations of modern average women have increased to the point where the average modern man cannot meet them. For instance, since both partners may earn the same income, she might still expect a man who makes twice as much as her for security reasons. But what happened to rejecting traditional gender roles? Why is it that now, women want a man who earns more to feel secure? Not to mention the expectation for the man to pay the bill, they’re often seen as the protectors and prov…
/r/MensRights01/03/25 08:38 PM

They are projecting their sexism towards men, imagine a man jokingly saying “women will be women.” They would be sent death threats while women who openly practice their misandry get a slap on the wrist or get little to no consequences at all.
/r/MensRights01/03/25 05:52 PM
