So what are you doing then exactly. Just like kissing but for longer?
/r/seduction15/08/22 08:12 PM
1

“I’m just not into the exchange of fluids” but ok I’ll keep that in mind thanks
/r/seduction15/08/22 08:11 PM
1

That was my first thought too. She just said “I’m not really into kissing honestly”. I think it’s clear she’s into me, cause she kept kissing and clearly wanted to keep making out me but I don’t think she really likes it. Just trying to find a way to do it so she’s somewhat more into it
/r/seduction15/08/22 05:58 PM
1

Do you try something first and then cut her out? Or don’t even attempt for something to happen prior to cutting all attention?
/r/seduction17/07/22 06:35 PM
1

I’d prefer keeping her as a friend even if she’s not attracted to me.
/r/seduction07/06/22 04:56 AM
1

Thanks… I had recently gotten out of a relationship so I was hoping that would be enough of a change to put me on her radar
/r/seduction06/06/22 10:05 PM
1

Shoot ok, sounds good. Thanks
/r/seduction06/06/22 09:01 PM
1

What would you do here? Ask her? Flirt with her and eventually make a move? She’s out of town this month visiting family in Mexico but we’re talking on snap most days…. Was thinking about giving her some space since things have been getting a little less flirty recently
/r/seduction06/06/22 08:58 PM
2

Not really good friends. They just know each other. But ok, thanks for the feedback. That’s exactly what I’ve been doing, just not sure where to go from here
/r/seduction06/06/22 06:35 PM
3

Ok but also one of my mutual (female friends) inquired about me and she straight up told her she wasn’t interested in me and listed a couple clear reasons why. However this was a few weeks ago and just a week after I had broken up with my girlfriend (who she is also sorta friends with). Another positive is we were talking over text and she said “did I catch you simping” “but I liked it I’m not going to lie” It’s tough. Really not sure here
/r/seduction06/06/22 06:16 PM
2

So it’s things like her putting her legs on my lap while we’re talking. Just generally being physical with me (too a point where our mutual female friends have mentioned to me privately that it seems like something is going on). Hell I even picked her up, carried her to bed, kissed her on the forehead and said goodnight and she seemed to be into it. But a lot of those things like you said could just be friendly. So I’m not exactly sure what to do from here… was hoping to do something (eg watchin…
/r/seduction06/06/22 06:07 PM
1

Thanks I appreciate the feedback. The problem is I’ve done all of that with her prior, and I don’t know how to go from the examples of intentional touch you’ve mentioned to something more physical and/or kissing. The tough thing is we’ve been friends for a little while now so I think she’s used to all of those things (though I was previously in a relationship and am now single so maybe that changes things). Any ideas on something I could do as like an intermediate between playing with her hands …
/r/seduction06/06/22 06:02 PM
1

Fair enough, glad I ran it through here thanks
/r/seduction06/06/22 05:57 PM
1

This is great, I feel like theres so much content on first interactions with women but really not so much for first dates!
/r/seduction18/12/19 12:16 AM
12

I know this is generic shitty advice, but maybe some hobbies where you will meet people?
/r/seduction25/11/18 10:48 PM
1

Well that hurt to read, probably because I think almost everything you said is true. Thanks for taking the time to break this down, I'll definitely end up reading it a couple more times. Just for the record, give her space rather than just pretend nothing happened right?
/r/seduction23/10/18 06:07 AM
1

u/recyclablebanthas Hey man, if you're busy no worries. But I would love some constructive criticism.
/r/seduction22/10/18 01:21 AM
1

Moving forward how should I act around her? Obviously keeping in mind everything you said, but should I act like nothing happened or maybe give her a little more space than normal?
/r/seduction16/10/18 06:23 PM
1

Run after her, immediately jumped to her, asked if SHE was ok with it, even though she said "yeah lets have coffee". hey can you explain this a little more? What did I do wrong specifically? I don't mean to be argumentative, I just am trying to learn.
/r/seduction16/10/18 06:08 PM
2

Got it, thanks for being so clear.
/r/seduction16/10/18 05:52 PM
1

Dont initiate any more contact with her or act like nothing happened? I'm not sure if its possible to do both. Probably better to air on the side of giving her a little extra space?
/r/seduction16/10/18 05:47 PM
1

your intentions were extremely unclear to her Sorry to keep badgering you, but what makes you say that?
/r/seduction15/10/18 05:11 PM
1

Is that what you got from this? Thats why I tried to approach her the next day, but her "no" made it pretty clear to me that it was a pity coffee.
/r/seduction15/10/18 04:17 PM
1

So my advice, escalate the conversation from the beginning. Obviously don't go overboard. what kind of stuff do you say to them thats "friendly" but also helps escalate?
/r/seduction15/10/18 05:23 AM
3

Ask her on a date?
/r/seduction15/10/18 03:27 AM
1

Thanks! Theres actually a fancy old theatre near where I work!
/r/seduction09/10/18 04:58 AM
1

going to need a citation for that hahaha...
/r/seduction09/10/18 04:51 AM
1

Definitely helped, I'm new to the city I'm living in now. How do you go about finding these places?
/r/seduction08/10/18 02:24 AM
1

Go to a couple different places. Any examples of what you do to link a few places together? I'm kinda new to dating and have always just gotten Ice cream and went for a walk.
/r/seduction06/10/18 09:20 PM
1

ah fair enough, on to the next one!
/r/seduction06/09/18 05:30 PM
1

ok let me start over sorry. Your first comment you recommended rock climbing as a first date, do you think bouldering or top rope is more fun for someone new to climbing?
/r/seduction06/09/18 03:46 AM
1

sorry serious question (haven't been on many dates), is it not common to greet a date with a hug haha?
/r/seduction06/09/18 03:42 AM
1

I do real rock There's a indoor place near me that has both What haha?
/r/seduction06/09/18 03:31 AM
1

nice, boulder or top rope (assuming the girl doesn't climb)?
/r/seduction06/09/18 03:25 AM
1

u/muse933277 did you ever go on another date with her?
/r/seduction06/09/18 03:17 AM
1

rock climbing logistically do you do bouldering or top rope? I feel like top rope is a lot more exciting for girls who have never climbed before, but they usually have to do a little "training course" which is kinda boring
/r/seduction06/09/18 03:15 AM
1

but you better get a damn kiss how bad a sign is it if you don't or if she pulls away?
/r/seduction06/09/18 03:09 AM
1

Just to bump off this, people always make "in field" videos for picking girls up, has anyone ever made a "in field" first date video?
/r/seduction06/09/18 03:08 AM
1

We spoke a little on Facebook at the beginning of the semester but I did a fairly shitty job of keeping in contact (mostly because I hate texting) but also in part because up until a month ago I had just assumed she blew me off.
/r/seduction04/09/18 03:11 AM
2

eh probably depends on the gyms you have around you more than anything.
/r/seduction15/08/18 07:32 PM
3

Yeah I mean this is just my two cents but I'll lay it out. 1) By climbing I mean bouldering, lead climbing/top rope is a very one on one activity 2) Climbing requires a lot of rest and sitting around (more than in a gym) this naturally leads to conversation 3) its a very social sport, people share lots of tips and tricks while sitting around (called beta) and in general are just happy to make conversation while resting (MUCH more than at a normal gym) 4) ~%60 of people climb indoors to get stron…
/r/seduction15/08/18 06:57 PM
3

climbing gym is money IMO
/r/seduction14/08/18 11:04 PM
1

so how do you then go about asking them out without establishing a bit of a friendship?
/r/seduction13/08/18 02:54 AM
2

Definitely not a pickup channel at all but usually has AMAZING videos... this one IMO not so much. Was interested on everyones thoughts about what he says specifically regarding just "laying it all out there". To me this seems kinda socially inept, but I've never really been in this kinda spot before.
/r/seduction13/08/18 02:44 AM
1

what if you've met her a few times before? Still ok to say cute/pretty/beautiful"?
/r/seduction26/06/18 04:36 AM
2

If your goal is to get into a long term relationship, just focus on the basics. Is there a specific set of "basics" that you can recommend that I watch/read?
/r/seduction25/06/18 10:06 PM
1

Thanks thats really good advice actually. Once you've gotten more advanced, you can afford a bit of romantic leeway Can I ask at what stage you consider things to be more advanced? I know its subjective but do you have a any rough examples/timlines.
/r/seduction25/06/18 09:41 PM
1

Is it not hard to then know if she's interested in hanging out platonically or romantically?
/r/seduction25/06/18 09:39 PM
1

don't you think it's un-ethical to actually be a part of it? I don't think theres any way to talk around it being un-ethical. I think some people are just willing to sacrifice there ethics a little bit to get laid, personally I don't want sex bad enough to humiliate myself.
/r/seduction25/06/18 09:36 PM
1

I don’t care if I lose either I really really don't mean to sound condescending when I say this, but I have heard of fights going very bad for these reasons before. I get the train of thought that having sex is worth potentially getting punched (don't agree but I get it), the fact of the matter is every time you make this decision you also run the risk of someone really hurting you really bad. It just takes one person to be totally irrational and ruin your life, personally I think its incredibly…
/r/seduction25/06/18 09:32 PM
2

Personally I would agree, I just think its a bad thing to do, but I get that it doesn't bother some people (I don't get why, but I see it happen). What I don't understand is how you can justify it from a self preservation perspective, If you're doing it constantly its almost guaranteed that somethings going to go very bad at some point.
/r/seduction25/06/18 07:13 AM
1

you should do what is fun for you too I'm trying to think of stuff.
/r/seduction25/06/18 07:04 AM

after we just spend the rest of the day talking at the mall Like just wandering around and talking?
/r/seduction25/06/18 06:59 AM
18

I’ve had several girls hit me up even though they had a boyfriend. You’ll never know if you don’t try. I don't mean to sound condescending or rude at all, but I'm generally curious even if you're not bothered by that from an ethical point of view, are you not worried about one of these girls boyfriends finding out and wanting to fight you?
/r/seduction25/06/18 06:56 AM
1

Fair enough, can I ask what kind of other activities you usually suggest after coffee/ice cream?
/r/seduction25/06/18 06:53 AM
6

I hope this isnt too brutal a question, but how do you find all these cool places?
/r/seduction25/06/18 06:51 AM
1

gotcha thanks, funny I asked you the same question on two posts haha
/r/seduction25/06/18 06:50 AM
1

have you done this? how long do those kind of dates usually last?
/r/seduction25/06/18 06:48 AM
1

That sounds like the problem, I would imagine I would have a pretty hard time meeting girls if I was never in a place where I could interact with them (meaning have longer conversations in relaxed environments). Maybe you need to go to places where you can chat with girls more (bouldering gyms are pretty cool) Do you have friends that go to parties? Can you go with them? Bars are less ideal because you can't talk as much.
/r/seduction25/06/18 06:46 AM
3

If you're in uni just talk to them like a person, explain that you tired hard in class (specific examples like that you never missed a lecture), explain what may have went wrong which let you fall short (maybe you were very very sick before an exam or something) and ask if there is any supplemental thing you can do you increase you're mark slightly. This is written in much more detail in /r/premed I would recommend searching through there.
/r/seduction25/06/18 05:35 AM

What do you do when you're not at school? I had a hard time with girls in high school because I really didn't like going out (I was likely a little depressed), all I really did was workout and sulk about missing my senior year of football haha. When I went to college at 18 girls just kinda gravitated towards me at the climbing gym and at house parties, I didn't try hard at all (maybe this is part of your issue?) if they were cool I would just get there snapchat (to me SC feels more casual then a…

Treating each girl with the "girlfriend gloves" is a fast-track to the friend zone when you're a beginner. This one went over my head a little can you explain "girlfriend gloves" please?
/r/seduction25/06/18 04:58 AM
1

a few months later can you explain why you recommend waiting for so long?
/r/seduction25/06/18 04:52 AM
1

So for the record, if someone has an excuse/cancles you wait for a full month before trying to make something happen again? I haven't been on a lot of dates but that feels like a VERY long time.

Except for this one intern? :P (It's all good) Yeah that was a weird one, not 100% on what happened there. But I think its a outlier.

A lot of people, don't figure out what they feel for sure, until they experience more interactions with someone. This is why the word, "date" is unhelpful. Part of the process for many people is feeling the interaction out in the moment. Thanks for that, it's just generally really good advice. You're kind of worried over nothing. Yeah I totally am. The thing is I've always just kinda had girls gravitate towards me at parties throughout university and that was all I really wanted, now that I'm ou…

Nothing you can do if this ship has sailed, but it seems like a better situation than most situations where the guy has waited 4 months to make a move. ahh tomorrow when I get home from work I'll send you a quick PM about this if thats ok, this specific case was kinda a head scratcher for me (not sure if theres anything I can do now, just hoping you can help me learn from it haha). No head feelings if you don't have time to respond! >lol. Yeah, this is such a common misconception. Asking her on …
/r/seduction21/06/18 06:51 AM
1

You're absolutely right. My thought was, I know this girl thinks I'm at least somewhat interesting, if I ask her to hang out its almost 100% that she says yes. By asking her on a date then if she says yes its clear that she's attracted to me, if she says no then I don't have to worry about misreading the situation. But if you place expectations on it by calling it a date, that can ruin it for you I completely couldn't see what was wrong with this train of thought until I read this, thanks for ma…

Hey thanks again for the advice, let me ask one follow up question, no worries if you don't have time to respond, I get the sense that you put a lot of effort into replying to everyone. Just to make sure I get it right in my head: 1) I have her on Facebook so invite her to something one on one (and under no circumstances use the word date), I get the sense that you wouldn't want me to do anything to suggest I'm romantically interested at this stage, just purely figure out a time to meet for some…
/r/seduction11/06/18 04:35 AM

interesting how so? at 33 it's not like you're physically lacking when compared to 21, plus you're likely way more established (I've had to move back in with my parents for example)...
/r/seduction11/06/18 02:34 AM
1

sorry, IOIs?
/r/seduction10/06/18 02:52 AM
1

Would it be super awkward to use the word date in a situation like this? Just to make it a little more clear that I'm interested in hanging out romantically? Something like "hey I know this is kinda out of the blue but would you want to go on a date next wednesday"?
/r/seduction10/06/18 02:46 AM

I agree completely, and I will. Just wondering if I should approach this differently then a normal interaction.
/r/seduction10/06/18 02:42 AM

As a 21 year old male this kinda bums me out, I guess I just don't see how I can "compete" with a 33 year old at 21.

oh jesus, that really does help.

you can make fun of u/Kingruthless if you want but he raises a good point, not dating co workers is a good rule of thumb. You can do it (especially if you're a teenager which I imagine you are?), but there are definitely reasons not to

/r/seduction08/06/18 09:45 AM
1

I don't want to tell you what to do because I've never really been in this kind of situation, however I would be cautious to "let it develop" and risk establishing a friendship. Probably best to try and flirt just a little at work and then ask her to hang out some time out of work, and to do this sooner rather than later.
/r/seduction08/06/18 05:12 AM
1

and then get some isolation with the chick I know this is mostly context dependent but any general tips on how to do this?

Hey I just wanted to say thanks for taking the time to write out two very detailed responses, really appreciate it. The point is, when you ask for someone's time, for something one on one, that's plenty obvious enough. I want to follow up on this briefly, I think this is usually the case including this past time I've mentioned. I just wanted to bring up a special case and hear your thoughts on it if thats alright. What if you've already established a bit of a friendship with someone? Do you just…

Would there be a better way to ask someone out when you only have a couple minutes to talk to them, and make it feel like less of a surprise? I meant if I'm ever in a similar situation, with a different girl. Also thanks for the info, I'll youtube him!
/r/seduction08/06/18 04:42 AM
1

Thanks for taking the time to write out such a detailed response. Honestly thats what I generally do in less formal (i.e. generic house parties with people more my age) environments, sometimes with success. The thing is, this girl isn't the kind of person I'm used to seeing at house parties. I wanted to approach things differently, I suppose not only because its a slightly more professional environment (at least for her), but also because as far as I can tell she's very much a "good girl", like …

Fair enough, my intention was never to startle her into going on a date with me or anything, really the last thing I would want to do is make someone feel uncomfortable. In that specific situation was there anything that I could specifically do differently? She wasn't in my social circle really, so the issue is it could be another year until I see her again, running into her was totally coincidental. Thanks for writing out such a detailed response, I really appreciate it. Especially your second point, that was something I hadn't ever considered. I dont think the word date should be explicitly mentioned, there are other ways to male your intentions clear like flirting, complimenting, teasing, and touching (with boundaries). This absolutely makes sense to me 95% of the time, when you're asking out a girl that you don't really know or you've only know for a couple weeks. But do you think this a…

Thanks I appreciate that. I'm curious what do you think of "would want to go on a date some time?", I know people here kinda cringe at the word date, but I like that it makes my intentions clear (especially if you half know the person already).
/r/seduction08/06/18 01:02 AM

I was thinking because she still works there, I would have to be a little lighter than I am when I flirt with a girl at a house party or something. Is that not a logical train of thought?
/r/seduction07/06/18 10:38 PM

/r/seduction30/05/18 08:50 PM

wasted energy I guess, I don't mean to sound critical all I was trying to say was that IMO its still important to try and understand if she's into you or not. IDK maybe I'm looking at things the wrong way.
/r/seduction30/05/18 10:39 AM
1

Everything else means she is into you. What if she's just being polite?
/r/seduction30/05/18 08:58 AM

I haven't hooked up with that many girls, but every time I've either stayed the night or they have. Would you say this still applies? We usually talk a little in the morning before someone leaves, to me this seems like enough.

Generally I agree with you, and I appreciate the advice. In this specific case, I had worked with this person for a couple months (last summer, than went back to school) but only really realized I was interested in her after running into her a couple days ago. I'm going to be seeing her again tomorrow, would it be better to just ask her out for something platonic and then try and escalate? I was hoping to make it clear that I wanted to hang out as more than friends (I would say we've never been …

"lets go out some time" or should it really be an activity? If I'm just suggesting an activity my worry is they might expect something strictly platonic

I think your comment raises a good question, is there a right time to bring up a second date?

Just my two cents, but it sounds pretty desperate / needy still thinking about her like that I can totally see why you think that reading my post again. The truth is I hadn't really thought about her after I went back to school, and I'm honestly not too invested in her or the outcome. I just saw her today and thought it would be nice if I could follow up and see her outside of work, thats about it. Can I ask why you would suggest not bothering at all?

I hope this isn't a ridiculous question, but if you go out for lunch without implying its a date (this is what I think you're suggesting, I hope I read it correctly), then how do you further escalate things at your "date" which she might approach as just lunch with a friend.

IDK I get what he's saying, I'm 21 and have hooked up with lots of girls but never been on a date. Now I'm worried that there are certain things I should know, and that women expect me to know that I don't.

how do you make it clear that you want to go on a date rather than just hang out? Its how you act. You must flirt and escalate when you are out with them. Doesn't even need to be a date. That's how you show the girl how you feel. Her reaction to your teases and touches will tell you all you need to know. Let me ask you for a little clarification here if you don't mind, I've put myself in a bit of an award situation. I'm grabbing coffee with a girl I like and going for a walk. I've made the mista…

Anyone have any suggestions for a girl at work who I've see for brief moments daily for the past 3 weeks? Would it be fair to say I've missed my window there? And I'm not really worried about the whole don't shit where you eat thing because we don't have any projects together and its just a summer job.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
