For the record I'm not incredibly worried about the whole don't shit where you eat thing because we are both only there for the summer and won't be working together on anything.

That being said I see her every day for maybe 3-4 brief intervals. What I don't understand is how to balance not coming of too strong (obviously I can't be as flirty in this kind of environment) with being too passive and missing a window (its already been 3 weeks and really we are just friendly).

Any advice would be terrific.
