I dropped something like 8kg in a week working with my father rebuilding orchard terraces in the alps during july. Easily a good 3rd of it must have been sweat. It's a doable technical exercise (10-15hrs maybe) to auto-download the entire subreddit and put an alternate search function through AWS - cost maybe $5/mo or so if it's done right (before traffic). The French version of the MGTOW Wikipedia article verges on supportive, and even provided me with some extra English reading material. Very sound advice on the second. As a supplement, get a storage lockers in different vaults/parks, then insist on her moving "her" stuff out of the house ahead of the sale/split/etc, and lock away your own stuff too.
