Ok, what I meant is when you approach a girl, you need to subcommunicate (body language, voice tonality) that you want to have intense sex with her. For 'little guys' like you and me, it is harder to be seen as a sexual option and thus we must get rid of the 'nice guy approach'. You can do much more than put your hands on their arm. Find excuses to spin them around or dance, softly touch their necks or waist, play with hair. Ask her if she works out and feel her biceps, jokingly slap her hand if…

They see you as a non-sexual fun guy. You must use a more direct approach and escalate aggressively. If I had to make that change being a 5'7 Spanish guy, Buddha knows you need it to. Have your usual fun, but be increasingly dominant and masculine and close strongly - it's better if she says no to a proper date than to get a friendly number that will get you nowhere. Unless what you want is a social circle of women, that is.

Very true. I come here to add value, I'm not selling anything. Intelligent people get it and make use of my insights...others will just frown upon useful information.

I am assuming you did not read the article in which I mention I've slept with 75+ women. Don't you have something better to do - say petting your cats?

Great comment - glad someone is getting my points. Your value, whether self-perceived or perceived by others is always fluctuating. The 'secret' is to keep the baseline rather high during a long enough timeline.

'There's things that you can do that work almost every time. Nothing is 100%' So I ask you: what would "work" in a situation such as the one I've described above?

Ok so it's your wedding day and you're happier than you've ever been. How do I seduce you if you've just met me?

Not here to impress - but to help. Still, you and I both know people are more willing to listen to others who can actually prove they're getting laid on a regular basis :)

Power to you my man! You should treasure this feeling and this motivation and remember it every time you get pushed towards a monogamous relationship. Also, reading my free book can help you make the most of it: thesinglerebel.com/10-mindsets As long as you plan for long-term sustainable happiness, there is no need to bow down to classic relationships ;)

Hey mate, I can respect that. Still, email lists are just a way for me to keep track of my reach and progress in the world of blogging - a way for us to keep in touch, if you will. A few not-so-mainstream options here that I've gotten much more from than from any other book: 60 years of challenge - Can't remember the author Daygame Nitro - Nick Krauser The Unchained Man - Caleb Jones aka Blackdragon (not seduction specifically, but the best book I've read in a year or so) Rapid escalation (Liam Mcrae) Minimal game (Aaron Sleazy) The possibility of sex (Alan Roger Curry)

I think it's pretty clear they - for one reason or another - rated the sexual experience pretty low in their heads. Just a few tips off the top of the hat. Make sure your sex space is welcoming and clean Take control in bed: you are the master and you will decide how to please her and yourself. Women love that. Spank them every once in a while. If you're a quick shooter, take it easy and change positions when you sense you're going to orgasm soon. Master the art of finger banging a woman intense…

My question is: how did you agree to a relationship with a woman who has not earned it? (I assume she has always been like this) When you put a cheap price on your sexual exclusivity, poor women will have access to it. Bad business.

Intermittent, random rewarding. Make yourself unavailable randomly, passionate randomly, reward good behaviour discountinously instead of being tempted to reward it all the time. That'll fry their circuits and they'll be in love with you.

Get this in your head. On a regular Thursday night, I usually get about one decent lead per night. 2 Thursday nights on phenibut = 7 numbers/leads, 3 make outs, 2 lays. Call it a crutch. I couldn't care less. I can't hear you because of the nipples in my mouth.
/r/TheRedPill01/10/15 10:26 PM

I usually get Powder City's phenibut, but heard good stuff from happy hippo and liftmode.

+1 to everything you're mentioning. In my experience the half life tends to be more on the 24 hour side, although it's true effects start tapering off after the 15 hour mark.
/r/TheRedPill01/10/15 10:30 AM
1

Well, once every 7-10 days on rather decent (3-4) gram doses. If you're doing 500mg or so per dose you can easily up that to 2x week and you should be fine. In any case, NEVER do phenibut on consecutive days.
/r/TheRedPill01/10/15 08:28 AM

Yeah I hear you, it seems complex as hell. Have you heard about the potential of Fasoracetam in upregulating gaba-b receptors? Most stores take it for granted and advertise this fact, and from anectotal reports it seems to be realistic. Still haven't come across a proper scientific paper establishing causation, though. I suppose it doesn't help that a lot of literature regarding phenibut is in printed version, in Russian.
/r/TheRedPill30/09/15 07:55 PM
1

Thank you for elaborating on this, it's clear you know what you're talking about. I read somewhere (can't find link) that downregulation of Gaba-b caused by phenibut happens quicker than with other substances such as baclofen due to something about the sodium potassium exchange. It's a fascinating subject for even us who have no formal background on it. I keep wondering why both the effects and dangers of Picamilon are reportedly much lower if their chemical composition is rather similar. So far…

Objectively. Asked acquaintances and coworkers. Also landed more clients, so if it's placebo that's a fucking strong placebo ;) I like to use it for nightgame mainly. Definite increase on suaveness baser on: Comments and things you want to say come to your mind much quicker than they usually would, giving it a very natural effect when doing some push/pull. You lose all sorts of inhibition so end up saying stuff you'd usually be hesitant to. I'm usually cheeky but when using Phenibut that gets to…

If your doctor is cool with it, skip the Phenibut and ask for a Baclofen prescription. Same effects, shorter half-life but also much less addictive and easier to get off it.

Sure. Powder city for instance is based in PA. Totally legal and sold as a dietary supplement. If you have any sort of social anxiety, phenibut will destroy it. If you're a normal person (my case) with no anxiety and usually sociable around people, you basically become amazing at connecting with people. Physically, it feels like being quite drunk but without the mental impairment. Your reflexes are the same, you think logically. You can even work. Here's a short list of my personal experience: V…

It is true not everyone gets the same feelings from phenibut, but it's effectiveness is brutal. Like stated earlier, this is not a herbal product or inoffensive dietary supplement. This is a drug and a decently powerful one at that. Respect it and it'll respect you ;) Let us know how your daygame goes after applying the guidelines!

Kratom is definitely an alternative. I enjoyed it and can understand why Chris is such a fan. It can get pricey if you take it often tho, but definitely a great tool in the Arsenal. There's also a danger of tolerance and addiction if you don't rotate the different strains. I think Phenibut one day of the week + Kratom another day of the week could be a winning combination. I've recently started experimenting with kava kava (gll also has an article on it) but it's a herb and less noticeable, too …

I'm in Europe, Spain to be precise. I like to order my Phenibut from powder city but I've heard good things about liftmode and happy hippo. Not a lot to look at when ordering, the two types of Phenibut are HCL and FFA. Former is the normal one, second one (more expensive) is less acidic and indicated in case you're one of the unlucky ones who get a funny stomach from regular phenibut. Any of the vendors mentioned above are safe and reputable, from my own experience (powder city) and friends' (li…

As a nootropics aficionado, let me give you my two cents: For anyone into direct game, Phenibut is THE TOOL. Seriously, you don't know how fucking tight your game is until you try it. I usually become a social and seductive God, there's no other way to put it. Alas, as everything good in life, it comes at a price. And the price for accessing the Phenibut enhanced version of yourself is high. Not talking about money tho, the stuff is cheap as fuck. Problem is, tolerance builds quickly and if you'…

Agreed. The promise of male monogamy has enormous value and should not be given away at a whim. We should by default keep it out of reach of women the same way they once kept their virginities from unfit men.

First of all, one's got to admire your willingness to work for a chump who won't put in a shift himself. Secondly, I see a couple mistakes that could have been easily avoided. 1: Once you've set up your friend, wasn't it just easier to be honest and tell them the gay line was just a strategy to get your friend with her? If you frame it as if you're doing both your mate and the girl a solid, you'd come across as cool and generous but would also appear as honest since you explained your move. 2: A…

This is definitely one of the most annoying situations, going back to a smaller town when you've gotten used to the advantages of having access to a huge dating pool in a major city. Don't have the answer to that. It's a bit like daygaming in the countryside...not impossible of course, just really challenging. Hope there are bigger cities within reasonable reach!

Don't worry, that chemistry will come back and you'll soon be on a date and feel it. It's just that you're subconsciously not open to it again, even if you really want to, since you're coming from a recent breakup. Not misogynistic at all. I actually think most of the time that pressure or manipulation is self-inflicted. I never said I could write or explain the problem better than Savoy. 'Abundance mentality' isn't necessarily PUA lingo. It has been used in many areas of study. I believe this is still relevant to what we do on many levels. Definitely not against monogamy. Just against accepting monogamy at all times because it's what's expected.
