Models and Mode One definitely do not have same philosophy. In you mean both teach "no game is best game" then yes they have same philosophy but ARC's mode one is no nonsense approach to sexual connections. ARC had never had a successful long term relationship and one he did have he played himself (Tyler Collins). He has often said he never met a women he would like to spend time with without fucking. That's his game -- by being "upfront and straightforward" root out all the women who not interested in casual sex.

MM's book is based upon his life as tricks and techniques based pua and the realization all the work of pua to gain women does not produce anything substantial. The women one games usually looks good but based their personality,life and values are actually low value. In words of Patrice O'neal these women are not better than their pussy. So he teaches by being vulnerable (real/authentic) this roots out low value women and women not interested in any substantial.

The Manual - I want to hate on the book but I can't it does have solid information. The only caveat it's not straight forward and one will feel as they are faking it to make it. I offer that one who basic social skills (which sadly many newbies lack) should just be themselves. No routines or techniques and then delve into the manual when they reach sticking a point.

The Natural is a waste. Gambler is very good looking guy thus he needs very actual techniques or routines. I would advise anyone to read the Manual instead and/or watch Gambler's videos of youtube for specific topics.
