I chose a dvd for tonight

You have your list, you know what you need to do. Thats true, yet i seem to be NOT doing it, although i DO want to.
/r/askTRP15/06/17 02:11 PM
1

I mean psychologically, how do i get rid of the old ways/patterns of thinking?
/r/askTRP15/06/17 01:36 PM
1

Still looking for external validation and ego support? YEA, thats where all my issues are coming from. Still no idea how to get over this
/r/askTRP21/05/17 08:45 PM
2

Thats what i needed, thanks!
/r/askTRP05/05/17 12:16 PM

I actually started to care less and went into shitload of social situations which is a huge progress for me. My anixiety levels are very low, i have more confidence, i feel more sharp... and all i changed was just self-talk.
/r/askTRP04/05/17 09:19 PM
1

That's all very motivating and stuff, but for someone who has been stuck in the past 20 years at the mindset of always being comfortable making the switch isn't just going from 0 to 1, but rather long process.
/r/TheRedPill25/04/17 09:29 PM
19

please. i seen ugly, fat women on their mid 30s getting shitload of attention from men and using them to cook for them, look after their kid, shop etc. lol
/r/TheRedPill02/04/17 12:38 PM
1

Girls do that to me all the time, i usually lose interest after the second or third time she does it. Woman with high status will not fall for fourth grader games, so always keep that in mind, lol.
/r/seduction26/03/17 11:18 AM
2

So how do i handle all of this? lol
/r/askTRP24/03/17 04:43 PM
1

Because it is our job to get you to notice us. Then entice you into chasing us. Majority of women do the pattern (mentioned in first post) constantly. It makes me think they are not as interested and i just stop any contact with them after the third or fourth time. Which brings me to another idea - women don't seem to care whether they lose me or not.
/r/askTRP24/03/17 04:42 PM
2

Majority of women i met play the push/pull game a bit too much. Show interest then disinterest, a lot of mixed signals as i tried to explain in my OP. Why would woman act like that?
/r/askTRP24/03/17 01:52 PM
1

Yea i said it wrong, I don't necessarily see it as ultimatum. By "either you respond to me or we're done" i usually say something like "are we gonna seen each other?" or "you can do better", they usually apologize or follow up shit test or two, which i pass, but either way it sparks their interest. Its just indirectly calling them on their bullshit.
/r/askTRP24/03/17 01:03 PM
1

Comes off as needy. The way i say it usually comes off as "either you respond to me or we're done" (bossy), of course said indirectly. Sometimes i feel i need to be slightly direct and cut the bullshit/games, so she knows whats up.
/r/askTRP24/03/17 12:50 PM
1

I see what you mean and you're right. But i seem to lack lots of qualities needed to sustain/create attraction in real life, much easier for me to do it via text and honestly had the most success doing so.
/r/askTRP16/03/17 08:25 PM
1

It's more like giving me too many mixed signals, as if shes not THAT interested and stops responding or responses are late... or worse - seen. And then suddenly they become interested again, then disinterested etc etc.
/r/askTRP16/03/17 03:58 PM
1

What if shes doing it too much and randomly being generally not interested and then suddely becomes interested again. It literally happend with every girl i met so far.
/r/askTRP16/03/17 03:43 PM
1

confidence and charisma. And im guessing lifting is the answer to that?
/r/askTRP16/03/17 03:42 PM
2

How do i "handle" them and the "loop"? It starts annoying me since it happens with nearly every single girl.
/r/askTRP16/03/17 03:35 PM
1

Holy shit that described the past 2 years for me pretty damn well lol
/r/TheRedPill04/03/17 10:12 PM

I dont think its gonna be appropriate at most situations i find myself in.

Man i know it sounds easy to say but my brain literally goes into "you're in danger mode" as if i'm about to fight, i start shaking, my voice is trembling and i have no control over anything i do and say.

I've wrote a proper reply to your post but i realized you haven't read mine properly, anyway, thanks for trying!

The source of most of your problems right here. I did had these goals in mind, for 2015, then for 2016, now for 2017. I didn't do jack shit. I mean i did improved in like 3% of the time when i had the motivation you mention, but its extremely temporary... and pretty difficult considering all of stuff in the original post. Doctors are not magical beings that serve to change your life. YOU live in your body, YOU live your life. Start taking care of it. Meh, i mean, sure. But most said nothing wron…

I've read psychocybernetics which had similar idea, "fake it till you make it" or "be someone you're not, till you become one", putting all that into practice didn't worked as planned.
/r/askTRP17/01/17 08:39 PM

You're being unnecessary a dick, dude. I've mentioned in the OP that i CAN'T stay focused AT ALL. All my EFFORTS, everything i tried to do and learn was a complete disaster and i've been trying for months and you end up calling me a looser? Fuck you man.

I'm kind of in a tough spot, i literally have a week to sort this mess out until exams hit in. Can you summarize what they are about?

Woman do like nice guys, just not weak needy ones. Why do your average asshole has more laids than the nice guys, then? Obvisiouly women like the push-pull game assholes pull. Being nice to her and giving her all she wants is drying her V faster than the accleration of the latest Tesla.

10 “You’re too old/young for me” Don't worry, I wont use your age against you 14 “You’re too short for me” This one may or may not work, it really depends on many factors, but i usually say... it wont matter much when you're on your knees.
/r/TheRedPill12/01/17 07:36 PM
15

I'd probably get a lot of downvotes but i need to share this. The most effective way to escape from this state is being more selfish(which doesn't mean being jerk). Its about expressing your opinion, saying what you WANT, whenver you WANT and not taking shit from ANYONE, it might be ugly in the begging, after all, you kept it all in yourself... You might start saying mean things, things you didn't want to say, things that hurt other people, but thats really the only way you're ever gonna escape.…
/r/seduction18/12/16 12:28 PM

So basically pretend everything i have was effortless to achieve, although it took years to do so?
/r/askTRP15/12/16 08:17 PM

Good question. Im that fucked up?
/r/askTRP13/12/16 12:31 PM

Multiple ones lol, none of them was special, we literally talked few times in university, nothing more.

I read no more mr nice guy, it really hit hard.
/r/askTRP12/12/16 03:18 PM

So you run to mommy for happiness and when she kicks you out you run here for us to solve your issues? Never said i want anyone to solve my issues, im responsible for them. Im looking for is not magical advice either. What i wanted to hear is practical tip to deal with the burder of being too attached to every single girl in my life. I know you want to sound motivated and all with all the "STFU" "run to mommy" and arrogant style of your writings, but you're not helping dude.

Thanks, ill check it out!

Why not call her on it like a man
/r/askTRP12/12/16 12:46 PM

I'd probably have made it look like a robbery and not let anyone know for that matter. What kind of sick motherfucker you have to be to phyiscally assault a kid...
/r/askTRP08/12/16 01:32 PM
1

I had both, really. Family would tell me i will never suceed in life and compare me with other family members. In school teachers would give me shit and make me feel miserable, because i wasn't interested in studying their subjects. They would tell me i will never suceed in life and will end up as street cleaner. Other kids would bully me as well, i ended up in a lot of fights, girls would make fun of me and everyone would pick on me on the loser that i am.
/r/askTRP08/12/16 12:29 PM
1

I'm sorry for what happend to you. My abuser, however is 100 lbs overweight and a severe alcoholic, teaching high school science in an inner city shithole I'd beat the shit out of that motherfucker...
/r/askTRP08/12/16 12:26 PM

I suggest Psycho-Cybernetics. Most mindset, confidence, self-esteem etc. books are based on it. It has all the principles needed you to get rid of your "old version" and rebuild yourself. Theres ideas that even eckart tolle got from it.
/r/TheRedPill07/12/16 12:38 PM
7

Agree, its just gathering of blog posts. Nothing valuable in it.
/r/TheRedPill07/12/16 12:36 PM

I actually have translation of this book to my native language, but never started it. How do you like it so far? I though its not very related to picking up girls.

9 out of 10 our problems are we give too much importance to unimportant things.
/r/TheRedPill03/12/16 12:40 PM
1

It's a frame of resentment and scarcity mentality. I think you're right. I'm too far concerned with others perception of me (whether its good or bad). How do i deal with this? I've read No More Mr Nice Guy but it didn't do much for me.
/r/askTRP30/11/16 10:17 AM
1

they are overly energetic at first, to seduce people truth is... they manage to do it for a good while. at least this one did.
/r/askTRP29/11/16 09:58 PM
1

So how do i handle them in my group? I feel they just "hijack" it, lol.
/r/askTRP29/11/16 09:00 PM

when i said something it didn't seem as important as what he was saying
/r/askTRP29/11/16 06:47 PM

Now question is.. how do you build strong frame? P.S. Lifting is obvious guys, dont even bother. :D
/r/TheRedPill29/11/16 06:00 PM

That actually is an amazing idea, never thought of it, thanks!

How do i get past being awkward, uncofindent etc when speaknig though? Just practice?
/r/askTRP22/11/16 08:55 PM

do you get rejected half the time as well?
/r/TheRedPill21/11/16 03:05 PM

Go ahead and do it. Im in the same position, thats what will build you as independent character.
/r/askTRP13/11/16 10:56 PM

Spin plates for now if you're desperate, then fuck 18 - 20 year olds when you're older. thing is i have them at abundance now... and for the next 4 years, lol.
/r/askTRP10/11/16 04:38 PM
1

Porn probably did. It has given you false expectations of sex and more importantly interacting with women. Stop watching it. anything else i can do about it? im getting obessive/perverted whenever i see hot babe.. imagene what happens to my brain when i see multiple ones lol
/r/askTRP10/11/16 04:36 PM
1

I think my issue is mostly my obsession towards hot babes, i can't stop looking, i get anxiety as well from that... Thats why i considered monk mode at first place.
/r/askTRP10/11/16 04:32 PM
1

I have about 4 years at the university and theres lots of hot pussy in here which drives me crazy, lol. However its relatively small (less than 5000 people).
/r/askTRP10/11/16 04:24 PM
1

So basically just chat 'em up with no expectations and include flirting if to spice things up, but never move past that? I also realized when i see hot girl its driving me crazy.. sort of when an addict sees his favorite drug and can't use it, but brain is expecting the additional stimulation and the dopamine boost and doesn't get it.... I think porn screwed me up pretty good for that part.
/r/askTRP09/11/16 10:47 AM

doesn't read reddit posts that tell him whats right, wrong, how to behave and what to do.
/r/seduction02/11/16 11:57 PM

Its simple. Brain and nervous system cannot register "no", if ur thinking about not having sex and having sex your brain(and your entire nervous system) is experienceing it as the exact same thing - thinking about sex.
/r/seduction01/11/16 03:25 PM

You're right. But what do i do next?

What would be your advice and plan for a hardcase newbie (definition of RSD is virgin, skinny/overweight, no friends, no experience with girls, women or very little and he ended up deep in the friendzone and being emotional tampon...) ?

Tyler so far has been great influence in my life only by watching his youtube videos. Hes good at talking indeed, but experienced a lot as well.
/r/seduction14/10/16 08:33 PM

I still like the idea of being more of a natural, confident man, than being logic-based robot, analyzing every single step of the human interaction. I'm sure there's quite a lot of "outer game" tips and tricks that may and will help, but they're only small part of the picture. Is there any worth in their free youtube videos and stuff that aren't mentioned in the paid products?
/r/seduction14/10/16 04:23 PM
2

I noticed that some of their videos are intentionally made not give you the full picture. He points out issue, talks about it, gives you half the information you need, but never says on how to deal with it, only on certain occassions.
/r/seduction14/10/16 12:59 PM

Yea but isn't learning social skills and seduction exactly that - getting people to like you.

Yea i now realize what you guys mean. Although i really have strong desire towards the hot girls there... and there's a lot, it drives me crazy man, lol.
/r/askTRP06/10/16 06:33 PM

Thanks a lot man. You're making things very simple and straightforward, i appreciate that, no pressure, no tricks, no games, no complicated routines. Very appreciated once again.
/r/askTRP06/10/16 06:00 PM

Yea i changed my mind after reading your post. Although i really have strong desire towards the hot girls there... and there's a lot, it drives me crazy man, lol. I was asking about general tips for not screwing up hard when making friendships and trying to "seduce" women i'm interested in(with no cold approaching involved).
/r/askTRP06/10/16 05:33 PM

You're not really bad at it, and you don't act super weird. I never done it, so i guess that's not the place i'll do it, lol.

Any tips for not screwing up hard?
/r/askTRP06/10/16 05:16 PM

Well i have like 2-3 hours lectures per day and i'm going back home, nobody lives there, its not a classical "campus". I've been there for about a week now, my bachelor ends in 4 years. I also got involved myself in many groups, classes etc. activities that are far outside my comfort zone.
/r/askTRP06/10/16 04:19 PM

Im not sure if i understand how did you deal with it. Can you be more specific? I feel im in the same spot
/r/askTRP03/10/16 08:05 PM
1

Are you speaking of inferiority complex?
/r/askTRP03/10/16 07:37 PM

Can you share in better detail? I can tailor a more personal response for your situation. When i was in HS a teacher would be giving me shit, raging, telling me straight to the face i'll suck in life etc. Few months after that i was in driving school and the lecturer(an old lady) would give me shit for being "introverted", "closed", scream and rage at me. Fast foreward 2 years from then, im now in university... Teacher told me im being lazy infront of the entire group. Nothing too serious, but i…

So how do you exactly handle negative behavior, if shes trying to be mean, tries to mock/tease etc. and you're in no position to just ignore it.
/r/askTRP23/08/16 03:56 PM

already remarked that, although the keys were already in the car... how do i handle all of this since it happend few days ago and we might see each other soon in our social circle?
/r/askTRP22/08/16 05:17 PM

I'm just not sure how to do it properly, if i have to be honest
/r/askTRP22/08/16 01:27 PM

Have you read any of my list, which would you suggest? Also any other confidence/self-esteem/social conditioning books i would love, since thats where i lack.

While i agree, in this particular book i didn't found anything practical, correct me if im missing something. It was mostly the ideas above (in the title) with some practical examples. Still, correct me if im wrong.
/r/seduction16/08/16 04:14 PM

When you put it that way i believe it was a decent book after all, but it didn't really click with me, maybe i expected it to flip my life away or transform me.
/r/seduction16/08/16 03:37 PM

That actually made me feel pretty good as fat slob myself currently working out. I've been upset that i wasn't getting results with women and barely any status/value in social circle, but i now realized its a very long road ahead of me, as i haven't started from zero, but rather a negative value.

Not sure what i need. I'd say i'm what you guys call "hardcase newbie", had no friends until recently, been in depressed state, very asocial during high school, but slowly heading towards where i wanna be.
/r/seduction07/08/16 06:16 PM

Yea but most of them were "talk to safe person", "feel this feel that." Nothing useful, or did i missed something?
/r/askTRP06/08/16 04:14 PM

but if you don't feel like the book was exactly speaking I felt like half of the book was written for me, but i didn't found it much practical on how to get rid of those certain behaviors.

You're right. Understanding yourself, having confidence, self-esteem and already rock solid self-image is the foundation, which I started building few days ago, which cleary the other dude had it going better for him than me.
/r/askTRP14/07/16 10:58 PM

Thanks, but unfortunately no gym memberships where i am currently (small village, nearest city is 25km away). Is there anything i can do in this particular situation and just express myself just as if there isn't anyone "superior" than me.

/r/askTRP26/06/16 08:05 PM

Are you so fucking high off your own ego you think yourself better than other people? More intelligent? Superior? In fact yes. I find certain attitude annoying. I can't really force myself to like someone i dislike.
/r/askTRP26/06/16 06:39 PM

What if i find the other males annoying and/or retarded? Otherwise i end up making friends fairy easily.
/r/askTRP26/06/16 05:55 PM
1

Sounds like youre subconsciously hating on the guy. Honestly, i fully consciously realize the dude is an idiot. He didn't really have appealing aura and or confidence, he used to get slapped by girls and his mom would defend him. Hes was 22 years old male at the time, rest of the group were around my age (18-20). I don't even see him as competetion, what made me wonder was the attention he was getting considering he didn't really do anything apart from being himself. P.S. Another case https://ww…

Its more like i want to engage in and feel interested, but from within i really don't know what to do, pretty much boredom.
/r/askTRP26/06/16 04:14 PM
1

I think you're spot on, in the begging i always end up with high energy and be interesting, but then i just become boring and got nothing to say or contribute in anyway. Not sure what happens there.
/r/askTRP26/06/16 04:08 PM
2

Hes right, i did cared too much. Probably more than i have to. I still don't get what do i do if another "alpha" male enters the room and gets all the attention. For example i had even more hardcore case than that, but the girl with me still kept her interest and wasn't impressed at all. Not sure what i did right there. Dude had an bike, got off from it, started mocking people around, even asked "can i fart" and farted right away, lol. Complete idiot, yet people wouldn't stop looking at him.
/r/askTRP26/06/16 03:59 PM
3

Yea fact is all of them were into him. I believe i had created strong frame and attraction in the begging, but it got worse towards the end, maybe even before he joined. Not sure what happend there.
/r/askTRP26/06/16 02:46 PM
2

You're right i care too much about social status and their approval though, but it used to be much worse than that. I'll ask you direct question, what im supposed to do if other guy is clearly getting the chick and the entire social setting to his advantage and I'm being left ignored considering previously i'd be the one leading them.
/r/askTRP26/06/16 02:43 PM
1

Look at this guys natural confidence and aura. Analyse what was so captivating about him. Decide whether the you like the qualities you indentified and try to adopt them. Honestly, nothing really. He was being total idiot, but he didn't cared. I could sense lots of insecurity though, but perhaps mine is more. And you're right, I'm trying to learn and expect to "alpha up" on every single interaction, apparently there is long way ahead of someone with past like mine and no social experience.
/r/askTRP26/06/16 01:20 PM

what.
/r/askTRP26/06/16 12:39 PM

Most girls do this, i believe they use what we call "push/pull" method naturally.
/r/askTRP25/06/16 09:51 PM
1

The female attention would have shifted right back to you if you wouldn't have let this guy bother you. I pretty much didn't do or say anything when he joined, i didn't had expression or body language of someone who was bothered either. What was i supposed to do? It's because men are always competing and improving or failing. I try to avoid failing in front of group of people or being made fun of, so having someone more alpha than me automatically makes shit worse for me in such setting.
/r/askTRP25/06/16 08:07 PM

I believe the key is in the balance and adapting to different situations accordingly. Sometimes you need to be good listener, nice and polite, sometimes you need to tell people straight in the face they are wrong and to shut up. Having fixed attitude wont lead you anywhere, being too much of an asshole who puts people down wont get you anywhere, being too much of a nice guy wont get you anywhere as well. I believe most important of all however is not taking people(and women) seriously, not getti…

You're right. It's just I've been taught and conditioned otherwise. I didn't get you, which is the correct way, how to win friends and influence people? Most people who insult or put others down usually are the ones that have failed their life's, look ugly, fat, broke etc. They criticize and insult others so they don't get that treatment from others, its defense mechanism.

Being detached from your own ego is the key point here. As a natural narcissist(someone who has huge and fragile ego) i feel the need to defend every opinion, comment or statement that is related to me, whether is the place i live, what am i wearing or whether it is something I've said. When i successfully defend and win - ego is well fed, but it still wants more. However when i lose it gets fragile, takes over my entire emotional state and i get angry and very fucked up afterwards. First step t…

Lol this relates so much to me like a week ago. I had this case where a new met friend would try to pick on me, because there's a girl he liked in the group and would try to look strong and alpha(Hes the best definition of beta you can meet), I'd usually ignore or laugh along, since i couldn't care less. I agree with you, but my point was generally that everyone has different preferences(and was concerned only as far as looks are, which are small part of being attractive man), Being attractive man is very broad term, for me its confidence, self-esteem, courage as well as being well-groomed and in shape.

Here's the thing, i realize our insignificance. Nobody gives a shit about me, nobody gives a shit about you, nobody owes me shit... What i experience is automated response. I can't control it. I can't handle it. I know rejection or certain attitude i expect isn't gonna change shit. World keeps spinning, life goes on, nobody got killed. .. Yet it still fucking affects me.

I think by looks he means genetics, things such as height, pretty face, jawline, race... Things you can't control. He said multiple times there's girls that pick on looks, some like tall handsome men, some like bald men, some like bearded men, some like nerds... Sweating over looks is pretty much the same problem as i have - worrying on things you can't control. But as mentioned in this topic you can get ripped by lifting, work on appearance.. that you can control.

I never said acknowledging is bad, in fact first step to handling it is acknowledging the issue and working on it. What do you consider healthy dose of ego feeding? Some people apparently believe narcissism is acknowledging your success and getting motivated from it, but trust me, those are TWO COMPLETELY different things. Narcissist personalities are getting motivated by outside sources as well as getting validation and attention, not from your own ACTUAL success, which you will usually exagger…

It motivates me when comparing with others. I see other people's success and I realise it is possible to do great things. That's a good thing, but as narcissist you see competition as bad thing, not as motivator. Good food is feeling good about accomplishments, overcoming a hard task and stuff like that. Feel good because you became better. Thi…

Your argument is invalid and I'll tell you why. Feeding the body is necessary. Your body wont function properly and up to his potential if you don't eat properly, it results in optimal performance for both your body and brain. Do the opposite of that and you'll die. However feeding the ego on the other side has the opposite affect for you, it makes functioning properly impossible. Your life becomes centered around the ego. I can't agree with you. Men don't need narcissism. Narcissism is fragile. Its ego. Ego needs to be fed. You need to feed it constantly. You are depended on it. This is NOT what you want. What men need is masculinity. Confidence, self-esteem and independence are the main parts that build it, not the ego.

My first goal is being able to fully express my thoughts without filters, since I'm rather reserved now(depending on my comfort). Not getting affected by other people mood, opinion, insults or whatever. So basically as you call it having a strong frame. Having comfort in any interaction or whatever environment you put me into. It is also important to me to develop better awareness, assertiveness, advanced social skills and in-depth knowledge of the social dynamics overall. I've always been inter…

If i have to be 100% honest, i know what my end goal is, but i don't know EXACTLY what my behavior is and what it should be.

I usually respond to shit-test by joking/teasing. If she says "are you gay" i'd usually say something like "no, but my boyfriend is, however im up for threesome" or "are you virgin" "yes, wanna be my first?". Sometimes i ended up getting 3 or 4 times shit tests in a row although i didn't take them seriously(and i dont have any interest in the girl what so ever) she got so MAD that started insulting me, lol.

Great post, you gave me a lot of insights to think of. "I have to always act dominant and masculine because that's what RP says." Yea i noticed the same thing in me. I became asshole and rude to people because i was in panic that they're shit testing me. I always wanted to be in control OF EVERY SOCIAL SITUATION and when i wasn't I'd feel "beta", inferior and what not. That i guess is the ego, i still have partly the same issues and i would love response on that one as well. So finally, practice…

So how does a man act?

Honestly my social awareness is close to 0. But from what i notice people rather prefer someone who is rather dominant most of the time, they respect him WAY more. While being easy going, funny guy, it doesn't seem as respectful.

Yea, but it does seem that they respect it way more

So how im supposed to erase this beliefs which are pretty much facts in my mind?

Same goes for me, even if i had slight interest in the girl and i learn something nasty about her I'm just not up for it, can't even look her anymore tbh.

They're far from average, honestly most of them are no less than a 7. What i find nasty and disgusting is their behavior, rather than their looks. But yea i got the idea and benefits from lifting, i might as well start once im done with the exams.

Its not staged. Guy shows confidence and cleary attracts them. Of course there will be women that WILL NOT date him because of his height, but there is also women that don't like too tall men. We're not meant to attract everyone on this planet.

Honestly i dont even know how to move foreward. Even tyler suggests its ok for them to be whores, but in my opinion most girls are just nasty whores that would end up fucking nearly any guy that is forcing himself on them.

Would you be kind and give some examples?

I agree with your statement, but the issue i mentioned in the original post isn't related. I don't find women intimidating, i find the ones mentioned disgusting, while with my previous mindset i had belifes that all women are delicate little flowers.

Sure, but thats not what this post is about, not everything comes down to lifting, man.

Add Mode One, The Way of the Superior Man and Gorilla Mindset to the list as well, great reads.

This post is actually better than the entire topic, you should really go in depth with this concept to motivate hard-case newbies.

You're right, because following the concept of always being in charge will make you feel paranoid and when you're not in the center of attention, you'll end up losing frame pretty easily.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
