This person desperately wants to believe they matter and their opinions matter. This person is irrelevant, and this type of talk is disgusting.

No i would not lash out as they have done. Any action i took would first protect the life of my family. You keep making the mistake that Hamas cared about Palestinians. They hate Israel, it's not the same thing. hamas killed many Palestinians who resisted their ideology, and this went on for years before October 7.
/r/MensRights09/11/24 03:52 AM
2

It was never Hamas intention to fight for the liberation of Palestinian land. It was to ignite a conflict that they hoped would spread throughout the middle east. This would then lead to the destruction of Israel. They don't care about Palestinian lives. If a bear was in my kitchen eating my food, i would not throw rocks at it then hide behind my wife and child hoping their death would lead to someone else killing the bear

Hamas started a war and then and hid behind woman and children. Its disgusting. This is not a place to go "poor men." Hamas should be demonised for their actions, and Israel's reaction is not much better.

Why do you conflate the two? You are being petty. I know that abortion rights are often seen as just a women's issue, but it affects men and families. No civilised country should outright ban abortion.

You're correct, but I didn't say most, or a majority, i said a lot. Methods of sex or methods of contraception? What's wrong about explaining birth control methods to children?

You must not have been around in the Bush Jr years when they were pushing abstinence as the only birth control to be taught in school. Or when US foreign aid was given on the condition it could not be used for any kind of Sex education or contraception including comdoms, and this was for countries with AIDS epidemics. This year is Missouri republicans voted down legislation that was designed to ensure the availability to birth control. And we are NOT talking about products like plan B. Their rea…

When an ideal becomes integral to a persons identity, any resistance or rebuttal is received as a direct insult or attack. This is why it is useless to argue with some peolpe. Its never limited to one side of a movment. Im sure you have met MRA's that are the same.

Society is changing at an alarming rate. Things that seemed to be essential for society to prosper 30 years ago are now becoming obsolete. Unfortunately the victim of modern thinking is what was once considered male attributes. This is mostly due to people living in a fantasy land where everything bad happened because some one caused it. This is the main problem with modern post-modernist thinking. Reason has been replaced with feeling.

Its a common troupe in romantic movies and literature that the guy who keeps trying until there are seemed worthy of the attention of the the female protagonist. Worse is when they show boys fighting over the womans affection. Boys do need to be taught that the real way to win a girls affection is to earn money, get fit or get talented as something that make you stand out.

I tried to leave a comment but the 'service was down' The second problem is also obvious—women tend to wear lighter clothing, and expose more skin. In an office you don't often see a man's naked knees. I stated what we all know. They should relax the standard for what men wear. Shorts, shorts sleeve shirts, sandals and no tie, then we can turn the heat up. Can you really expect men to just sweat it out?

I really don't have a problem with this. What are the physical requirements of a FBI officer? This might be put into place to make sure the officers are reasonably healthy. How often does an FBI agent use there gun? If this was Army/firefighters/SWAT I would think differently. But an FBI member is just a pen pusher.

I really don't see a problem with this poster. It is not making men out to be monsters. I do understand that there is some contention on where the line is drawn on being to drunk, and this line is conveniently moved to support the narrative that all men are rapists. But if some one is blotto they can't consent. And it is a fact that their are both men and woman that will take advantage of women that are to drunk to consent.

Do you think there is any corollation between woman taking on more traditional male roles and the increase in female suicides? The preasures on men is intense wich indicated on the large amount of them taking their own lives. And they think men are privileged.

In the future I see them trying to implement censorship under the name of equality. They will say that at least 50% of the books reviewed are to be written by women. Which under any definitions is censoring art.

it is a shame that there will never be a reliable way of estimating the amount of men that take their own life as a result of being in a violent relationship. I am sure if there was a way of quantifying this the world would be shocked.

I Agree, and this was the same 20 years ago when I had friends studying engineering, the grants for girls even then far exceeded what was available for men. Woman over the decades have broken down countless boundaries in education and now make up the majority of students at most facilities. You can not tell me that there was more resistance to woman at an engineering school then medicine or law. If they are under represented in STEM subjects, its because of choice not misogyny.

To be honest I am not plagued by a lot of the problems that are often discussed on this forum. What does interest me is the growing problem with anti intellectualism and modern feminism appears to embrace this. No progress can be made by purposely falsifying information and shifting blame. I don't claim to be a very intelligent person (my grammar and spelling will confirm that), but listening to reason, logic and facts to make sound decision is I believe very important for society to progress.

I agree, Moffat writes positive female characters and Clara and Amy have been as competent as the Doctor in situations and he has 1000 years of experience on them. If Moffat has a great story for a female doctor I'm a 100% behind it. If its 'make the Doctor a woman just because' then I would really be pissed. I think Moffat has been pushing towards the chance of a female Doctor this season and beautifully explained why the Doctor changes faces when he regenerates at the start of the season. Mayb…

Yes, the access argument is sound and important. Great if we are having a whos more evil men or woman argument. But it doesn't change the fact that when we want to steer policy towards better protection of those being mistreated. The fact that most of child abuse is coming from woman means there should be more emphasis on stopping it.

What about the other girls at school who shouldn't have to feel pressure to dress in a manner that might make them feel uncomfortable just so they can fit in with the girls that like having there ass cheeks hanging out? Girls do not dress to get the interest of the boys. They dress to get more interest from boys than the other girls around them. They are in fact oppressing the other girls.

I have never really seen this behaviour in my male friends, definitely seen it in some of my female friends. I think it actually stems from a historical need for woman to have security for her and her children. Now they get the house and most of everything else so its kind of antiquated. When you also look at the way some woman treat their female friends its like they are always trying to maneuver, control, alienate and/or strengthen allegiances with other woman in their life, its not anti male …

Some times I think we need a new name to incorporate its not just fathers rights to be with and look after his children. Society is also trying to rob children of the right to be with their father. And my relationship with my father was the most important thing to me, lets not let modern society rob the children of this. I might sound a bit extreme but this is shit is wacked.

The 'Misogyny' speech was terrible. Instead of highlighting the progress that woman have made in both business and politics. I don't think I was arguing that. Gillard should be dragged over the coals like every one else. Gillard is a very competent person, lawyer and politician. When she took over the position of Prime Minster the party was already fracturing beyond repair. What about false imprisonment, by the look of the video he was trying to pack up his gear and leave and she stopped him. If she though he was committing a crime could she just take a photo and as many details as possible and give these to the police. Did she have a young child there and she thought the vitctim was taking photos of them? This would be the only way that leniency should be given, other than that she is just a horrible person.

Also most importantly. Professional athletes are paid performers. People do not get up set if Beyonce earns more than celio per show due to fact that Beyonce is more popular. Male professional athletes get paid more because more people want to watch them. A professional athletes income is not always comparable to the athletes skill level. Look at Greg Norman.

In no way dose the article state the number of men that would be involved with prostitution and/or sex trafficking, When ever there is a large influx of people for an event crime of all types will increase. I do not believe that the article is insinuating that all men are child rapist. I think the OP title is far more miss leading then the article. And so doing this sub reddit a major disservice.

To be honest, I just thought they loved variety to shop from. While woman are doing better at school and going straight in to office environments. Those who didn't fit well at school left to start apprenticeships and are still working there way up the work force of shovelling shit, with the constant reinforcement that they are some how less important to society due to the amount of money they earn. Being a bigger guy at 6'4” and over 330lbs. For some reason because im a big guy I am expected to just laugh off being hit. I can tell you getting hit fucking hurts. And any action on my behalf would be viewed as the aggressor. Quite often we are expected to handle ourselves different because we are larger and stronger. Thats crap.
