They talk shit about other people so they do Talk shit about you. Even if they dont, why would you want friends that are two faced? You only need 2 or 3 close friends. These are people that you can drop the act, ego, etc.

Heal. Go for walks by yourself and think when you need to and then be around people as much as you can. Sports and something artistic to channel your turmoil. Dont be afraid to feel it. Depending on the type of person you are go out and get laid. Its fleeting but may make you feel better
