In my experience, women like this usually always have had issues socially with fitting in/making friends. Therefore they decided not to try anymore and instead actively distance themselves from other women and see themselves as 'different' and 'better'. They commonly have the idea that they get along better with men, although in my experience this mostly isn't actually the case. Guys are either into them or don't necessarily mind hanging out together (while women tend to be slightly pickier) but…

Very true I had a colleague who, while he wasn't ugly, wasn't that handsome either. But he was very popular with women, a real life Chad if you will I once spoke about it with another male colleague, who was dumbfounded by it - why did all the girls go for that colleague?!

It would save lots of effort. It sounds a bit like you don't want to make the effort, so no one should, so you don't stand out? We aren't meant to be titillated all the time. Aren't we? Why do you think that?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/08/21 04:34 AM

I have never heard it in real life actually. There must have been words back in 2000 with the same contempt/meaning behind it? One of the things that interest me about the red pill that on the one hand, it isn't all that new, merely said in harsher terms, on the other hand, the believe behind it and the perspective through which it is viewed is new
/r/PurplePillDebate19/08/21 07:44 PM
2

Interesting! So the perspective has changed. The ideas aren't all new, nor did they only develop in English speaking areas The perspective through which they are viewed has changed. From a fun, joking kind to a much more serious one, a more rigid one. But there must have been some truth, some seriousness behind it already when it were mere jokes, otherwise the jokes wouldn't work Perhaps it has gone from pointing and joking about stereotypes to taking it literal, and with more disdain

I don't have a precise headcount, but before reddit quarantined us, we had about four hundred thousand subscribers, and got about a million unique visitors each month. That's definitely a lot. I once asked redpillschool the numbers of the site you created next to/instead of reddit; guess that is more popular now the subreddit is quarantined. I cannot imagine how strange that must be, to be anonimous and get anonimous messages containing such content, while real people are behind it and are helpe…

I don't know. Yeah I get that, impossible to know unfortunately It would be very interesting to know how many people (especially men) TRP had effect on to the point of action, change. The scope of TRP in general; how many people are or have been actively reading it? The term Red Pill really took off of course, but often with a different meaning/content
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/21 10:38 AM
1

Which percentage of the people reading TRP (excluding the blue or purple pilled people/people who stumble upon it once and never return) do you estimate actually read and understand it this way the way TRP intended it?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/21 09:09 PM

In that case, turn it around. Free for men who are in the one percent category, and women pay to rent such a man If it are the women looking for men who earn more, you actually offer them sth they want. It would make more sense to monetize it this way
/r/PurplePillDebate14/08/21 11:54 AM

But why do they need that? If you have to convince them that they need it, I doubt that they need it

That's definitely not true, not in the slightest. Perhaps you could send an email to your doctor? You write well, and you can send it whenever suits you 'cause yes, I think professional psychologists/psychiatrists will really help you

to develop further if a developed person is what they seek, then that's fine too. Of course! On the other hand if the rules started out on an even playing field where everyone agreed any ingredients can be used, there's no excuse to have bad results. For me, one of the most intriguing things is how TRP claims society, under influence of feminism, lied to boys/men and tried to feminise them. IMO, being lied to is a step too far. Everyone is lied to, to a certain extent - 'looks don't matter' etc.…

Not sure what you are asking here.. Of course; some complaints are valid. For example men barely seeing their children after a divorce and I can imagine the complaint that boys are raised with the image that girls are everything and boys nothing, to a certain extent Leaving longtime depressed partners is valid for both men and women and I don't see anyone complaining when a 22 yo old girl gets together with a 28 yo man who has it all - if they want, that good for them! And 22 is young, plenty of…

/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/18 12:21 AM

I think this is a correlation and not a causation. Most people live together before they get married. The people that don't often move in circles where divorces are really taboo - strict Christians, very conservative and the like. So yes, people who don't move in together until after marriage are less likely to divorce, but not because they only started living together after the wedding, but due to the taboo on divorce (and living together before marriage)

I am not following.. ? I meant that if someone is standing with a flat tire or whatever it could A) legitimately be a flat tire or B) a trick to stop a car, get the person out and then steal a purse or the car or whatever. People can easier fend off a woman who tries to rob them, than a man and thus will stop quicker for a woman who is stranded alongside a road. If it turns out to be a trick, they have much higher changes to fend her off then they would have with a man
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/18 10:27 PM
1

Well probably not a highway indeed haha But on a normal, not busy road - why not ?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/18 10:13 PM
1

I think it also has to do with the fact that men are more 'dangerous' aka If it is a trick for robbery or whatever, one can fend off women much easier than a guy

Easiest is to ask about what kind of beers they have, what their special is, and develop a conversation from that. Bartenders will talk to you. Be enthusiastic / fun, most important not boring. Other people probably will start talking to you as well. And if you are talking to a fun person, esp when they seem to know / to be known in the place, buy them a drink. I live somewhere where prostitution is legal, and marriage isn't obliterated and men still care about this 'societal female condition'. While TRP concepts and descriptions are quite, well, American, for lack of a better word; what applies still applies here as well, albeit in a slightly different version Some men still have pussy on a pedestal etc. My guess is 'cause A) why pay for something you can get for free and B) most men want to have sex with women who genuinely want to have sex with them…
/r/askTRP21/05/18 07:38 AM

That is good then! But won't it hinder you in the job ? Big part for example in big career industries is socializing etc. But otherwise - definetely go for it! But perhaps also aim to just make some friends here and now
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/18 09:49 PM
1

I'm not sure that's exclusively true, but we do see more "peer" marriages now, rather than "boss + secretary". A lot more - some even see it as a problem as it adds to the widening gap between lower and higher educated people As that relates to the OP, she would be well advise to consider broadening her horizons to better achieve her goals, certainly, and the above is one way of doing so. Definetely! I hope she will

Eh - what is ? I just skimmed your posting history; you seem to have psychiatric problems (for which you are seeing someone - really good!) and for example a post titled 'Ever tried to start a conversation with someone before or during a lecture' - if this are your problems now, you need to fix that before worrying about early retirement By learning social skills and overcoming your problems you have right now, your future will be much better as well Perhaps not as a career woman, or retiring ea…

why high-income men don't so much care if their partners work part-time or are SAHMs Very true, but only SAHMs or part-time workers with university bachelors you will be limiting your pool of potential suitors unless you consciously decide to expand your pool by being willing to date men who make less than you do, etc Most couples I know where the woman makes significantly more, the man does sth in a completely other area where he has high status - lawyer/artist, manager/musician, Wall Street eq…

Reading your posthistory, don't worry too much about the future yet, but try to fix the problems you have now. By fixing them you will also fix your future - whether that is as a career woman who retires early or not
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/18 09:12 PM

So the moment many women start to do sth, men doing the same lose status ? I mean, this is happening, teachers eg have lost status and doctors are rapidly going that way; but I don't think this is what you intended ?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/18 01:59 PM
1

3 inches are nothing, they're basically the same height, and you're forgetting that most women wear heels, which makes them taller than the men. I just can't tell whether or not you are serious 😂😂

So already at least reasonable attractive girls who get famous become more attractive! Interesting. I guess this is limited to certain branches of things with famous people ? When women become famous as a lawyer or CEO or politician orso it doesn't raise how attractive they are, it goes for those whos appearence already matters (actresses singers etc). Eg I don't see men flocking to Merkel 😂 But Nikki Haley perhaps does become more attractive ? I don't think this is true. Just because "Chad" is …
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/18 01:47 PM
1

For women, attractiveness has influence on her status. The more attractive, the higher her status. However, status has no influence on how attractive she is. High status does not make her more attractive. For men, it goes both ways. The more attractive a man is, the higher his status. But a high status also leads to higher attractiveness.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/18 08:54 AM
3

I agree with what you say, but I don't think that was OP points ? The status of the man raises when he sleeps with a celebrity - the celebrity already was very attractive, but does not become more attractive in the eyes of men by having sex with men A fat girl does not become more attractive when Chad sleeps with her (nor does his status raise), while OP asked if this would raise the status and attractiveness of the girl If I read it correctly 🤔

Women are being saved. While men are not. It would make disorders more deadly to men, hence evolution filtered them out I think the women do both. Well, yeah, everyone does both to a certain extent both ways So husbands are saving society from the disorders of their wives.. ? Who knows hahah
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/18 10:19 PM
2

There is research that points that way, this and this after a quick Google search for example. But as you apparently diagnose people you probably know more about it Women just have a white knight complex that wants to save them. So you mean that women want to be saved or (also) that women actually are/were being saved ? The latter would explain more disorders in women as well, as society then is/was more forgiving to women with disorders and thus they had higher changes to survive than men who h…
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/18 09:57 PM

Not an expert at all, but I thought that women generally internalise disorders while men externalise them. Mosty speculating but: Internalising a disorder sucks for that person, but doesn't bother society/the people around them that much and thus women with disorders likely got by, 'practically', relatively well. When a disorder is more externalised, it does quicker hinder a society and therefore those people, mostly men, got by less well. Evolution filtered out men with disorders more than wome…

Anxiety disorders can be for all kinds of things and those usually aren't rational. Being approached would not make it better or worse. Not sure if I read it correctly, but you are waiting/working on your social skills before you want approach women ? I know. So even women, who are very much alike, have different experiences - which doesn't make the experiences of women who do feel a victim of (what they claim is) sexism less true, but also unfair to say women who don't experience it are simply bragging

Depends completely on what the social circle is. In general, IME, it doesn't matter all that much, in all social circles. It is not decisive
/r/PurplePillDebate21/03/18 05:48 PM
5

Disclaimer: I am from western Europe. The guys that do view themselves as feminist, usually don't see it as a big part of their identity. IME, they are either very left, against borders, etc etc And oh yeah of course, also feminists! Sure! Or the queer type who's social circles are all queer and the like. Doesn't mean they are not confident, and within those circles they are seen as attractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/03/18 05:45 PM

Yes, but not because they are male feminist or due to all that women-respecting. They usually are attractive, confident, not shy etc and happen to also be feminist. Being a male feminist is not an attractive trait on its own

You are giving your perspective on how red pillers, the people, are - not a description of their ideology; while you are giving a description of what you regard as Blue Pill ideology and not of Blue Pillers as people If you want to find a 'common ground' based on descriptions of the ideologies, which might work, then you should give descriptions of RP ideology, not just your judgement on how they are as people.

And I indeed think that is bad and should change - but what you want is a whole other level He initiated something, you stopped him and he stopped. As it was said by you two months ago, in hour long conversations, over the phone, something that probably isn't too uncommon otherwise you wouldn't bring it up, and also in the midst of sex, I don't think it is impossible that he forgot it. And - he stopped
/r/PurplePillDebate20/02/18 08:47 PM
3

It really is, even on CNN
/r/PurplePillDebate20/02/18 08:33 PM
4

Eh, how do you mean ? I do think that men are more careful after #metoo though
/r/PurplePillDebate20/02/18 02:10 PM
1

It was more a 'message to men' I take it
/r/PurplePillDebate20/02/18 02:07 PM
1

Then why are you asking in your main post and labelling it as a discussion ? Tbh, I am not sure if it was assault or not. He initiated sth you didn't want, but didn't do it, as he stopped. I agree he should have stopped when you said no and pulled away; but the way you wrote it it comes across as a matter of milliseconds.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/02/18 01:40 PM
4

'Cause sexual assault is a very heavy accusation that can only be made of one is sure of it - so yeah, details and 'rules' matter
/r/PurplePillDebate20/02/18 01:31 PM
1

Feelings don't make things X or Y 'feeling that sth was assault' does not make it that. If a man stares at me in a bus, it might feel like assault, yet it isn't.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/02/18 10:18 AM
1

Nah, the opposite happens Most women agree that the Aziz case was not #metoo and actually damaged it
/r/PurplePillDebate20/02/18 09:48 AM
4

But you did ask at all before you started pushing ? From OP it seems to either be the other way around, or perhaps simultaneously: for which I started pushing him off and telling him to stop.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/02/18 09:39 AM
1

Why are you assuming this? How do you know what signs or signals that particular woman intends as signs of consent? Consent needs to be given beforehand, not afterwards. Her getting 'closer to accepting' happened well afterwards I would say she consented to sex, but not necessarily to such, likely unexpected, rough sex, as the OP (wonder if he reads those PPD threads BTW!) wrote: I'm not sure what it was, but something about her really got me going and I had some trouble controlling myself. I'm …

I think I can do a better job explaining that she seems like she's tired and resting well is good for the body. Never say to a tired kid that he/she is tired; it's oil on fire. Tell her (in a fun/story way) that resting well is important etc when she is not tired and bed time is still far away I generally like to have philosophically and logically sound reasoning for decision making, She is 2,5.. If you would fly away now she wouldn't even be phased in the slightest IME distraction works best in…

People can indeed die during sex. (0.6 percent of all sudden deaths apparently are la mort d'amour!)[https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Death_during_consensual_sex] But it happens to both men and women and has nothing to do with the quality, which the point of SW was about.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/18 11:24 AM
1

That's true, but it is also very much historical and not used anymore (at least where I come from)
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/18 10:57 AM
1

Can't disagree there! But, not sure how to get it across, bad sex does not possibly mean death to women nor causes death of women
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/18 08:07 AM
1

Nope, definitely not! For example this Head of the Household idea, I had never heard of it when I read about it here, on the internet in general, and thought it was just a niche thing. But then an American friend talked about her stepdad who wanted to be head of the household yada yada and I was like what ?! Apparently this is a kinda normal idea in the USA!
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/18 07:08 AM
1

Are you suggesting that somehow negates killing her? No. What does having satisfying sex have to do with that same partner murdering her?? Nothing. That is exactly my point; bad sex (or good sex or mediocre sex) does not mean death to women, not even possibly.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/18 07:02 AM
3

But death is possible. And when women are killed by their partners they’re criticized for it. And perhaps they had incredible sex before those women were murdered. The thing is, I think you have a good point overall, but by including this 'possibly death' you are making it ridiculous, which is a shame.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/18 06:06 AM
5

I am a woman To women bad sex means pain, possibly death Being alone with someone physically stronger can lead to death - that has nothing to do with bad sex. Can happen without sex, or with good sex, and indeed also with bad sex (latter slightly, slightly more likely if the man experiences it as bad sex I would think actually) I understand it in forced sex, the idea that 'if I don't do what he says he might kill me' - but I don't call that 'bad sex'

I went out bowling with coworkers the other day and in the lane next to us was a couple. Their names on the scoreboard were "Daddy" and "Daddy's Little Girl." The female coworkers I was with (all feminists) were visibly upset by this). Kinda ironic... Linking to your title, as they are feminists I assume that they are against the idea that men are getting something and that women are giving something. Their reaction kinda implies they do see that way - the man is getting sth he shouldn't, she is…

Mm, fair point, although small group, and everyone can find people of the other sex that say sth to make a claim about that group this way, when the 'as a man/woman, your opinion on X is invalid because as you cant experience it' card is played - a card I don't particularly like as you might have guessed haha And sorry, focusing on it as well, it was the most provoking point you made I guess; how did you jump from 'pain' to 'possibly death' while discussing bad sex ?! People can be killed after …

To men, bad sex means maybe a lack of orgasm, a boring partner. You did exactly the same in your original reply though, for men possibly death I think you are talking about rape her then, no ? Not just bad sex. And bad sex =! rape
/r/PurplePillDebate08/02/18 10:24 PM

Hahah yeah I recognize what you mean, often while reading TRP I think this must be the US
/r/PurplePillDebate08/02/18 05:12 PM
1

Maybe in the US they are overdiagnosing ADHD, drugging normal boys with meth but here it is clearly undiagnosed, 30 years ago it was simply wayy less well known worldwide Nowadays, it is overdiagnosed in kids, mostly in boys, but underdiagnosed in adults. Get cognitive behavioural therapy that is designed for ADHD, if you can

/r/RPChristians06/02/18 10:03 PM
1

So you mean that a relationship will only be good if the girl is fostering and maintaining it, as that is her role in it ? Not denying that, if one person doesn't want the relationship it ain't gonna work; But saying that guys never want to keep a relationship when women don't seems not spread wide enough to actually be a concept. But YandRPMMV here, I guess! Or Maybe I am not understanding you
/r/RPChristians06/02/18 09:44 PM
1

"If your marriage is dying, this will kill it faster" Then a whole lot more than I thought of those marriages over at MRP were never dying...
/r/RPChristians06/02/18 09:33 PM
1

I know the stance of MRP! And I agree with it; the goal is just different than the name implies at first sight When people disagree, you only need to point to an example of a guy wanting to keep in a relationship, and a girl not. Can't happen. Briffaults law. I do see this happening, even on askTRP once in a while. Girls do breakup relationships; also when the guy wants to continue. Even had a friend tell me this today hahah It's really not that rare. I am misunderstanding something here ?
/r/RPChristians06/02/18 09:31 PM
1

I checked! In askMRP, three indeed (different stages). But I think that is more than usual I'm pretty sure in some marriages MRP helps to end it quicker, which sometimes is probably better, but usually I think it helps. Depends indeed on the history they have, and what guys focus on and actually does; 'which tools were used' to stay in the right lingo ;)
/r/RPChristians06/02/18 07:07 PM

I remember one more who posted about it.. but can't remember the name. And the kids will be fine, but first they will go through a hard time. and I'd rather not gossip about individual mens situation. Yeah, fair enough! Not gonna lie haha, I would like to know, but I get that totally And yet Willow is now happily married! And even kicked out feminism
/r/RPChristians06/02/18 06:40 PM
3

Are there more ? That you know of? And what was it again ? 'MRP fixes men, not relationships' I usually only feel bad for eventual children involved (in any divorce, regardless of MRP etc) And also slightly for Taipanshimsons wife, she sounded nice as far as I could tell, but I obviously don't know the whole story
/r/RPChristians06/02/18 06:25 PM
1

Go read the MRP sub for awhile and you'll find that a high percentage of the men who end up there also end up in divorce court I don't think it is that bad ? I paid attention to it lately, and I can only mention three; exaddictbro, taipanshimson, and Matrixsthsth Who Writes Posts Like this. Maybe I am not paying attention enough, but I don't think it is that many!

Most single mums can still get casual sex, so no need for an incel there What they need is someone who is good with kids and organising a household; Not claiming to be an expert, but most incels don't come across as that useful here But what do I know? We should start a dating service! the place where barrel of the bottom women and incels find each other for true love <3
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/18 06:32 AM
7

Why do you think a single mother with 5 kids would be interested in an incel ? She's got trouble enough I would say Incels that are active on those forums are incels for a reason
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/18 06:13 AM

Yeah! I totally get what you mean! I always wonder: what do those people eat ? I dont mean chubby or well built people; but really fat people - what on earth and how much of it (maybe the more important point hahah) do they eat ?!
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/18 12:00 AM
1

Only scanned it - not everyone said no, though. Especially if there is prove. However, I do see your point, some redpillers stated whether it was true or not: 'damaged goods' I guess it is crucially different here that women making false rape accusations are actively doing something, while being falsely accused is passive. Making a false accusation is a choice, getting one isn't Edit: which obviously only applies in false accusations cases
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/18 12:25 AM
1

Well, that is terrible for them It is also something I have never seen nor read or heard a about - I don't think it happens regularly, but YMMV I am pretty sure that now, with #metoo, this won't happen anymore, at least not to the same extent It is however no excuse to exclude men who have been accused of rape - innocent till proven guilty. Cause that too racks lives
/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/18 03:35 PM
2

That doesn't somehow make it easier for people who are falsely accused. Also, coming forward probably isn't easy; but kicked out of their homes?! Bullied?! Have you seen this happen around you?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/18 03:13 PM
2

The false rape accusation itself isn't as bad as rape - it is how the environment reacts. Often, men who are accused are shut out of their jobs/social circles etc And believe me, social exclusion/isolation is terrible - I have seen it from up close
/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/18 02:46 PM

The sidebar is purposefully made in such a way to stir the anger, no ? Why do you think the anger is necessary? Not trying to moralise - the opportunity to learn the skills to get laid/that give control over their sex lives should already give a hell of a lot of intrinsic motivation aka fuel I would say Also, you do genuinely believe that society, following the feminist lead, lies, don't you?

Negging is teasing. Not necessarily denying that, however, why did TRP/PUA come up with a different term for this while the word teasing in flirting was already commonly used ? It implies a difference - but I don't know what Edit: thinking about it, I think that the idea behind negging is that women should qualify themselves. Teasing doesn't have that thought behind it and is much more good humoured I might be way of here though Being sexually desired is to be sexually objectified. This is basic…

Fair enough hahah Most of it, yes, if well done However not replying to text messages for two days orso would only be irritating
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/18 05:37 PM

Depends! Negging no, teasing yes; esp in the sense of banter Being treated as a sex object only no, but of course I want to be sexually desired I sure hope he trusts what I say! Can't really tell that though can you Aka it depends completely on what TRP part and how far it is taken. In general, be attractive (and don't be unattractive ;)) and don't be boring, be FUN (not to be confused with funny)
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/18 01:30 PM
1

re using strange terminology such as "SMV," "negging," "NAWALT," or "dread game," so I was curious as to what they were talking about. I am really curious how widespread the red pill/manosphere is! Did this really happen? In what kind of conversations? What kind(s) of men? Did they lift 😂 ?

What kind of electoral system would you propose ?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/18 03:31 PM
1

It definitely would mean a lot of restructuring and change throughout the whole system! I am not American but I do think that some change in the voting system would be good, as you said the current broken system is broken. I think it would be good to move to the direction of a proportional electoral system - but there are likely other things that would make it better as well!
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/18 03:04 PM
1

Loads ;) I think we are talking different wavelengths here Why do you think a proportional electoral system would not be better ? And you replied with two party system and gerrymandering - things that would be solved with proportional electoral system (well, the latter for sure, the first depends)
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/18 11:27 AM
1

It would give other parties a change to join the parliament though! It is much easier in such a system And as there wouldn't be states etc anymore, gerrymandering would be of the table

That still holds up the point that there was no "silent majority" of Trump supporters being ignored by the media. This puzzles me as well! Fox is MSM and was always on the hand of Trump According to Whisper, the media ignored issues right wingers viewed as important; I asked him what those issues were that weren't discussed on Fox but he never replied 😟 (tbh - it was some time ago, don't recall specifics) However, I do see where they come from with the 'silent majority'. Apologies for being such a nitpicker but the numbers confused me! It is a bit unfair to count in non-eligible people under 18 here - they might be Trump fans! 73 million people were too young to vote, so 250 million were eligible and of this group the percentage that voted Trump is 25.16 But we cannot automatically assume that the people who didn't vote would have voted for Clinton (or Trump for that matter) Bottom line: Get a proportional electoral system! 💥💥

I am mostly interested in how people interpreted and view TRP - that's why I would like your opinion :) AF/BB is true when put in different terms, but otherwise not ?

I described AF/BB - a key principle You want me to describe a marketplace ? Again, what, in your opinion, are TRP principles ?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/18 01:30 AM

What exactly do you think the principles of TRP are ? Some of it is bullshit, but it baffles me that someone denies it all Don't you even agree that there is a 'sexual market place' in which some people are higher up than others ? Don't you agree that a confident, non-needy, fun, slightly 'bad' man is more interesting for casual sex to the majority of women than a total pushover who agrees with everything And thus the first has more sex ? Definetely not everything is proved by science. Is it debunked though? Has there been research showing the opposide? Also, if we wait around till everything is proved undebunkable nothing would ever happen. And a TRP guy probably doesnt give a shit whether or not it is scientifically proven - it gets him laid, and that is all the prove he needs the statements are taken out of context It are a few of her main claims she makes in the book - it is not out of context. and you don't know enough about…

And nothing in TRP is confirmed. Much of it is debunked. It takes a heck of a lot to confirm something. Quite a lot is confirmed - as far as anything can be confirmed. (obv not that 'women think like children' or 'feminist lie') For example, a Dutch female scientist, at a renowed University, highest rank possible; wrote a book stating 'women primarily want sex when they dont have the guy yet' 'bad guys get more sex than nice sweethearts' 'people only leave their partners if they can get somethin…

/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/18 10:16 PM

Exactly! So not really an RP attitude
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/18 05:01 PM

So pretty common! You have a few bros who are on it, how do you know that from each other if you don't talk about it ? And apparently also those beta orbiter types had heard about it enough to try to get it out of you Interesting - thanks for your answer!
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/18 04:53 PM

That's why I think it is more widespread than we think... It also is a trendy thing to be now though; the term is used in all kinds of context, often also political. But always anti-feminist I think
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/18 04:46 PM

Yet they also believe that women are children, simultaneously ?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/18 04:44 PM

Most men think that, yes. We grew up differently I think Perhaps shocked is not the right word. But 'unplugging' 'taking the red pill' 'seeing the world for what it really is' Mostly: 'eyes are opened for the feminist lies' And then they hit the anger phase cause it is such a revelation I thought this is how most RP men experienced it! But here everyone is telling me those ideas already were quite common..
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/18 10:58 AM

Nope! Just curious
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/18 10:54 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/18 10:16 AM

The old ideas were that both men and women stayed chaste till marriage... And then the men had the right to sex so no need for game or anything. Didnt exactly go like that in practice, they knew that as well, but that was the mainstream idea propagandized
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/18 01:59 AM
4

They hold a less extremely literal, more nuanced view of this yes. I think I have an awakening now hahah, I had no clue that such views were so prevalent in society. Although more so in the States Vague, lied about what, most people think "society" lies about a great many things, be specific. I meant the feminist lies RP talks about; that turns men into beta's. That last question is one I could go on and on about answering, sorry about the length. Thanks for the indeed lengthy explanation! It's …
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/18 01:56 AM
1

Some of the ideas are indeed old; I am not disputing that. Mostly how RP views women is an old idea. Different is that it is not mainstream now, where it used to be that. New is the framework, the details, the advice on how to get women willingly to have sex with them. In the 1800s they had never heard of shittests, agree and amplify, amused mastery, abundance mentality etc - Some men may have had it, but it was not put into words nor were it ideas in society. It is really new
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/18 01:48 AM
2

But did they get those ideas thanks to the manosphere, or due to divorced parents/peergroups ? And I would say that RP is more than just an anti-marriage advocating group

Oh, I totally believe you, and others, did! But I didnt and others also didnt. You can trust me on that ;) Different experiences and such
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/18 01:37 AM

But then those people dont know it is RedPill right, they do it naturally ? Is that what you mean?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/18 01:32 AM

That's clear! Do you see it IRL around you ?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/18 01:31 AM

But I am talking about people who (have) read the Manosphere and considered (parts of it) (slightly) useful - as for the big majority of them, some of it (but not all) probably goes against some ideas (but again not all) they held. Sure, some of the ideas have been around before; but it really is a new phenonema as well
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/18 01:31 AM

So I guess we agree then, right? They rap really clear and understandable! More so than English rap (but that might be me) and u/MercedesBenzoAMG you are not the only one!

Not on such societal topics, no I mean; do you think men, and a lot of them, get, on themselves, an Eureka moment of 'the whole society is lying to me due to feminism in order to make me a pushover! And now I am on it, women actually think like children! I am angry (ok I get that one at such a moment) and now I am going to be all dominant cause somehow I do now know that is what women find actually attractive! I am awoke!' I mean, it could be! Parts of it certainly. But I am not in a situation l…

Makes sense! I associate lifting now with RedPill and there being social is obv encouraged
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/18 01:02 AM

Fair enough! I still think the most RedPill describing song is Under my thumb of the Rolling Stones - amazing song also Under my thumb The girl who once had me down Under my thumb The girl who once pushed me around
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/18 12:59 AM
1

Not too bad then!
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/18 12:55 AM
1

I dont know! It hadnt occured to me that it could be so society/women wide (anger on ex, of course; but not on bigger level) Also, people here often describe the awakening and anger phase starting when they find red pill and get the perspective that they are lied to. Before that it seems to be more sadness/confusion - but no awakening ideas
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/18 12:53 AM
1

Yeah, I know hahah But didnt expect mose men who life a lot to be socially awkward! Dont know many, but that was never my impression
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/18 12:32 AM

So no feminist lies for you then!
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/18 12:31 AM

So you mean the Manosphere in general ? What would your guess be, what percentage of men knows of the whole Manosphere and had some involvement/read some tips/considered a few ideas useful aka were not completely opposed to it?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/18 12:30 AM
2

So 3 to 5 of every hunderd men..; 30 to 50 in each 1000 In a college (where the majority of RP is/has been is my guess) of 10.000 people that would be 500 guys who are RP Quite a lot actualy
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/18 12:27 AM
3

And yet it is always described as such a shock and awakening and different view on reality.. online but apparently also just in real life (u/despisedlove2 comments); You really think the majority of the society holds the believe that women are like children? The idea that society lied? Sure, feminime women/masculine men, housewive, tradcon etc; but to such an extent? And if that is the case; why are people so shocked? Both people who agree and disagree (not critizing, just curious)
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/18 12:23 AM

Mainstream getting into RP is also a thing I guess! I was kinda startled once when I heard a guy who I am pretty sure isnt RP say 'dont stick your dick in crazy' - but it is even on urban dictionary

Well, you and u/squidracer agree on something! I guess that is a first Most RP want to sleep around with multiple women, spinning plates - how to get women in bed is what they teach. Traditional religions wanted people to abstain from sex till marriage and then only let people do it within their marriage Dont you see the difference? The only thing in common, as I already said, is the view that women are good for nothing except getting kids - but crucially different is that, this used to be mains…

So you think a lot of men awake just by themselves? Even to the ideas that women are like children etc? I mean, it could be! It had never occured to me though. That men are not feminists, and against feminism as it is nowadays, sure, I can imagine; but not that they go to the complete other side.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/18 12:04 AM

I guess that, especially in the beginning, RP just copied succesfull men who were that naturally. Those men are of course still around I think more people know of reddit as a whole than they let on - most people want to stay anonymous. AFAIK two endorsed contributors are German for example
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/18 12:01 AM
1

Thanks for the documentary! interesting, didnt know that As for the ideas themselves, they tend to find their way into popular culture through other means. I've said it already but pretty much everything on TRP can be learnt from listening to hip-hop. well... slightly so, yes. But not how to agree&amplify, or not to seem to eager/clingy orso
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/18 11:59 PM
1

The entirely of traditional religions had entire codes and conducts about men and women ought to act and how, and the consequences, spiritual and actual, or not following them. And the goal of this was to stay chaste! Don't have sex before marriage. Not to fuck around, what the goal of TRP is. Crucially different

No idea how you can measure something that people are intimidated into hiding such an identity, as you realize. Me neither. Would love to see numbers; how many unique visitors a day and preferably also where they come from! Reddit probably has the numbers but wont give them, but I guess the people with their own blogs know ? I should find them on reddit! Would you really compair it to a Redpill awakening? Sure, those kind of ideas have been around - but not always that rigorously nor in such a framework nor this detailed. Key difference is that those ideas were always seen as normal - everyone supported the idea that women coulnd't vote (interesting side note: did you know that in the beginning, it wasnt even mentioned in laws that women couldn't vote? That was a given. Like, nowadays it is not specified in law that animals cannot vote - it's a given. Laws that women couldn't vote were progress -…

And yet most Russians don't view themselves as Europeans nor do they hold values they view as European And TRP really doesn't spread the values of the Russian Orthodox Church - spinning plates etc hahah Russia is not affected by feminism in the slightest, there you would be completely right (very different from Europe or the rest of Europe - whatever you prefer); yet they all marry and often divorce very, very young.. I'm a Russian my values are the polar opposite of your Anglo American ones. Then what are you doing in the States?
/r/askTRP22/01/18 04:11 PM

It's both. Feminism goes (used to go at least) against the mainstream. People only do that if mainstream society doesn't benefit them (enough). The mainstream benefits pretty, feminine girls usually - so no reason for them to not follow it. And once people are happily in a counterculture, they actively go against the, in this case, mainstream beauty standard, as a Fuck You I Don't Conform To Your Standards - aka dye hair blue That being said, I do know some pretty feminists

You identify as red(ish) now, right? (stalkstalk) in your posthistory you posted on blue pill two years ago (and cute animal pictures!) - did you change? Oxford dictionary definition of misogyny: dislike for, of contempt of, or ingrained prejudice against women. It is not only about hate. Also, I don't think you hate women per se, but definitely others at TRP and MGTOW do In a way, I would prefer it if men would hate women, but see us as equally capable; than seeing us as inferior capable But rather both not, of course
/r/PurplePillDebate15/01/18 12:41 PM
1

So you are not pretending then? I tried to explain to you why people see TRP as misogynistic; not because of men sleeping with multiple women at the same time while not pretending not to, but because of their view on women. I think I failed to get it across
/r/PurplePillDebate15/01/18 09:05 AM
1

Yeah that all makes sense. Teasing doesn't need to be passed by a girl like shittesting and both have different goals TRP uses the word flirting almost never actually - funny considering what it is about

So equal here means 'equally useful for the survival of society' women to produce live, men to keep the population alive, right ? When I say 'men and women are equal' I indeed mean in the eyes of the law, but also equally good in their abilities. We simply disagree here. Men are what mostly progressed our species, Because mostly men were sent to school, were taught how to read, do math, etc etc That basis is needed to further develop things and it was a basis women did not get. Same goes for, sa…
/r/PurplePillDebate15/01/18 01:09 AM

Would you argue that men and women are equal then ? Cause if women aren't inherently inferior, that is what you get (or, of course, other option; women are inherently better! But then we would still disagree) Cause AFAIK Vanguard etc don't say that men and women are equal
/r/PurplePillDebate15/01/18 12:34 AM
1

Most Redpillers dont say men are inherently better because of the evolved differences in their psychology. Evolved differences = men think logically and use rational thought where women use emotions and their feelings that very moment This is what you mean right ? Many people see this as blatantly false. Not that there are psychological differences, but that this is one of them. And this assumed male trait makes them better at basically everything and women inferior at basically everything. So, …

Most Redpillers dont say men and women inherently better because of the evolved differences in their psychology. I don't get this sentence at all Edit: saw your edit. I get that (hopefully) all redpillers don't think that women actually are children who should be brought to their parents ;) However, the underlying thought that is taken literally by most RPers: While Redpillers believe that womens actions are mostly determined by their emotions and what they "feel" in the moment, rather than rational thought or logic. and the subsequent idea that men use this 'logic' and 'rational thought'1 and are therefore inherently 'better' than women; this combination one…

I don't think you're a misogynist for this; and in general IMO the issues people have with TRP is the view that 'women are children' who need 'men' to guide them & the double standard & of course not to forget the anger phase, that frankly often doesn't seem to be a phase, etc The issue is not that men sleep around with multiple women at the same time, while being completely upfront and honest about it (and actually, if people aren't open about it, it makes you mean and a liar - not a misogynist…

Now we are on the topic of what society teaches; where on earth did you get this message: Men are worthless pieces of shit that are good only for walking wallets, and most of them aren't even good for that. ?? And in a broader sense, where did men get the message to be total pushovers, that women are automatically on the highest pedestal you should crawl to and bow for; aka be complete betas ? For both sides goes, I think, that just because you cannot see it, does not mean it is not the case.

True.. In general, I think the 'SJW voice' (don't know a name that covers better unfortunately) is a much smaller group then one would think, judging their media presence. Example: at the last Dutch elections the party with as main issues racism, intersectionality etc got loads and loads of media attention, and exactly zero seats. A woman, any woman, is the single worst person in the world to teach a man how to pick up women. Curiously, the reverse is not true. A man can definitely teach a woman how to pick up a guy, but can he (non RP aware) teach a woman to keep a guy in a relationship? That is, after all, what men are the gate keepers of A pity fuck, cause they know it would be one, likely won't resolve anything longterm for the guys

Yes, that is exactly how it works! Also in Europe. Surprised to read it is so similar in the States

We are cogs in a machine Always will be and always have been But I am extremely grateful to live in this machine, eventhough it is 6 am and I am woken by a musquito while I had already killed 5, and not, say, during the second world war. Or during a Black Death outbreak. Or the Middle Ages in general. Or the super strickt Victorian times. Or the Civil War. Or in North Korea or South Sudan nowadays.

In Lewis posts ?! I should give them a closer look
/r/PurplePillDebate06/11/17 05:04 AM

In my case that started happening at about age 8. And I don't really blame myself that I wasn't clever enough at that age to not let it affect my subconsciousness. Damn, that really sucks/ed for you. My parents didn't fight, didn't call each other names, supported each other and laughed a lot. I think I would have been very different if this wasn't the case, as it are such formative years.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/11/17 12:13 AM

Ah that is nice to hear!! Thanks! Don't worry about it, go pick some fights ;)
/r/PurplePillDebate05/11/17 11:17 PM

why are we even talking about it at PPD? Because you guys keep asking us. You want to know why guys turn to the red pill and we are doing the best we can to explain it. Yeah we/I do! Thanks to you and u/exit_sandman for trying to explain it
/r/PurplePillDebate05/11/17 10:20 PM

Wondering exactly the same! How did you miss that looks, of course, do matter?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/11/17 06:46 PM
1

It's hard to say what someone else sees. Exactly. Therefore one shouldnt think that others think/want/need/feel/whatever else the same I just know how it feels for me to wake up and have somebody leave. How different and miserable that is for me compared to finding someone who loves you. FTFY
/r/PurplePillDebate05/11/17 06:40 PM
2

Of course it doesnt make everybody happy. Nothing makes everybody happy. It clearly doesnt make you happy. So you shouldn't do it. So you should find someone who shares this dislike with you. Does NOT mean that everyone who does like it 'doesnt see partners as full human beings' or/and 'uses a living being as an object to masturbate with'
/r/PurplePillDebate05/11/17 05:14 PM

They are having casual sex - for mutual happiness.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/11/17 05:01 PM

Sex without love isn't love it's solipsism. Well, I agree that isnt love (and I dont think anyone denies that) How it becomes solipsisim is beyond me I'm just asking that they appreciate the irony of being hypocrites. They can definetely be hypocrites; but I dont see how they are that here
/r/PurplePillDebate05/11/17 04:50 PM
1

Enosspick is the one refusing to acknowledge the full human nature of the being he is with as evidenced by no desire to spend days at the beach with her. You are kidding here right? If two people just want casual sex with each other, and nothing more, they dont see each other as human beings? And exactly how are you criticizing the red pill? That they dont preach your idea of love?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/11/17 04:43 PM
1

Well, you are obviously not forcing other people to do this. I also read your conversation with u/Enosspick; where you said: So she's basically just functioning as a third hand? Aren't you missing something...like breakfast? Brunch? The day at the beach? Enosspick clearly has no interest in days at the beach with her. But this is a full human being. It's solipsism to say otherwise. A full human being who probably does not want to spend days on the beach with Enosspick either The whole point is t…
/r/PurplePillDebate05/11/17 03:59 PM

I think you are the more solipsistic one here. Some people want what you describe, good for them. Some people want casual sex, good for them. Dont take yourself, your ideas and your wants as a standard for others. And love? Love is different for everyone and outed different by everyone.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/11/17 03:31 PM

RP men would probably say: Do Not Marry & Awalt = worldwide Although I've never been a fan of arranged marriages, being a son of that culture, I now realize how practical handy and good for men it is, the man can basically make the demands. He can demand that's she's 18, not promiscuous or that she has a university degree. FTFY Women who grow up in such cultures are just happy when an educated man with a good job shows an interest in marrying them. I hope this is the part where your feministic s…

Legitimately curious, what is feminist about you then?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/11/17 01:54 AM

I would be very up for that hahah You are German right ? Cause loads of descriptions of people here on PPD/TRP I am like 'Americans' duhhh (probably also unjustified) But you are German A culture I know and relate to
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/17 02:11 PM
2

I'll just play the "women on PPD aren't representative of the average women out there"-card now. plays card I really, really wonder in what kind of circles you move IRL. For me, how women are here is exactly like real life - so far possible online etc
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/17 01:59 PM
1

Yeah exactly, I really think it's culture I've an American friend who said that male friends, and just friends, paid for her once in a while - and that that didn't really happen here in NL
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/17 09:27 PM
2

Is this an American culture thing ? In the Netherlands, everyone, men or women, goes 99% of the time Dutch

I even have read the article! Thats why I know this damned 6% ;) So to what did they admit? That they have done things that others classify as rape, but they themselves do not see as rape? What they see as 'not raping behaviour', is what loads of people do see as 'raping behaviour'; but they wont change their opinion due to an awareness campaign. Probably see feminists as even more stuck up orso - 'how can you define this as rape? They dont know what real rape is! So they probably dont see Weins…
/r/PurplePillDebate01/11/17 05:20 PM
3

The 6% will probably say: we had sex! it was awesome! or it sucked! which actually in a way might be good as well! They wont say: I had to hold her down because she tried to run away. Or she was so drunk she was passed out. They know that is not socially acceptable Edit: so I dont think more campaigns help. What does help is this whole 'MeToo' thing and seeing people who were on top of the world like Weinstein or Kevin Spacey being brought down, hard. What they did (or atleast Weinstein - Spacey…
/r/PurplePillDebate01/11/17 04:59 PM
1

Nope, me neither But given that the number is 6%, do you think campaigns would help?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/11/17 04:13 PM
2

Yeah we agree I think If a big part of men raped, then it is a societial problem, apparently something went wrong in their education/socialization. However, it is only 6 percent who somehow missed the message 'dont rape' 'dont force sex' and if they managed to miss it, or they don't care about it, a campaign is not gonna help
/r/PurplePillDebate01/11/17 03:16 PM
0

That's the question! I would say it is worth it, if it would help, and I sincerely doubt that. See my answer elsewhere in this thread
/r/PurplePillDebate01/11/17 02:53 PM
2

What percentage? From the linked article: six percent of the survey's respondents who copped to either rape or attempted rape. So u/biggerdthanyou wasn't too far of with 7 percent! But he/she did miss the quoted sentence ?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/11/17 02:48 PM
2

For me it was more the wording of the question - if someone is too drunk to give consent or say no one really shouldn't have sex with them. Cause you can't know if they want it But tipsy orso - no problem, then a person really can give or not give consent
/r/PurplePillDebate01/11/17 02:38 PM
10

Especially with this question: had sexual intercourse with someone, even though they did not want to, because they were too intoxicated So drunk women dont want to have sex?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/11/17 02:16 PM
12

Those 120 rapists in the article formed six percent of the men in the survey. So 94% didnt commit rape, even if it was asked in a more ambigious way. Is 6% too much ? Of course. But I dont think more consent awareness campaigns will really help. If it had been, say, 20%: yes, because apparently a lot of men missed quite a crucial lesson in life and that indicates that something in society is going wrong. But it is only 6%, 94% did get the message, and it is highly unlikely that more consent camp…

That I really dont think - sometimes, definetely, but in cases of systematic abuse, no. But I dont know anyone in such a relationship, do you?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/11/17 12:23 AM

If you look at studies on domestic violence, in most cases the violence is reciprocal. Really ? I did a quick google search and apparently it is more common than one would expect. Edit: about 50 percent
/r/PurplePillDebate01/11/17 12:08 AM
1

Nah - for cheating it really can be one person's 'fault'. Not necessarily, not always, but often How can abuse be the fault of two people? If one person beats their partner, I really think it is the fault of the beating person and not of the beated person
/r/PurplePillDebate31/10/17 11:48 PM

That's how I picture the Blond All American Girl Next Door in movies!

I'm 173 cm and 59 kilos (5'67 feet and 130 pounds) No clue about bodyfat but that is 19.7 bmi, hourglass shaped (but not like super curvy orso) Early twenties Long hair, ok face, nice eyes For my social circle, I would say pretty average. Model circle in NY - below average. Compared to the 1/3 obesitas Americans, above average

You describe it as 'a little discomfort' A little discomfort is getting a glass of wine over you during a date. Or romantically walking through the park and it starts raining cats and dogs. Or driving somewhere and getting a flat tire. Or going to the cinema and discovering that the movie is sold out. I've seen a little of the film, and she does not do any kind of in-depth interview. How do you know that she doesnt make an attempt if you have seen little of it? And considering her two other documentaries (about marriage equality for LGBTQ people and purity balls/abstinence programs), which are quite pro-feminist (although that is not the topic at hand); at least she didnt go into it with a positive MRA bias. So she highly likely attempted to paint a full picture. It was not like Atlas made th…

no no, thats the opposite of good usually they mean for example dribbling Edit: and it also kinda proves u/Littleknownfacts point; two super popular football players are not in it because their statistics aint good enough, while other less well known guys are in it due to statistics

I only read trp/mrp/asktrp; no other blogs or sites or books related to it And also not the frontpages or posts, I follow a few people with always an easy writing style, and either an interesting life or interesting comments (or both) I assume you mean that in the 'whinemoreplease' way I guess so? I mean that you get out of writing+reading what you want, that you dont care what others do with it, or actually (edit:forgot word) do in general, so you say to them: you do you.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/10/17 09:22 PM

Pulling the overton window, put perhaps too far I still dont fully understand how men get that image - I had a whole conversation about it with u/exit_sandman How many RP regular/EC you think see it that way ? u/88will88 doesnt really seem there yet for example
/r/PurplePillDebate24/10/17 08:32 PM
1

Well, In the end, half of the population is men, that they need to deal with And such a better than women image of the gender men probably won't help But perhaps if one grows up as a man, one already knows that men aren't that good either
/r/PurplePillDebate24/10/17 08:27 PM
1

'the second unplugging' One that many probably never reach
/r/PurplePillDebate24/10/17 08:20 PM
2

Yet the metaphor is the 'red pill' where people are 'unplugged' and see the 'truth' of the world Instead you are replacing their pretty little lies with our own, so that we may benefit. When do you think the average RedPill gets here? And realizes that they are told lies again, 'plugged into another matrix', albeit more beneficial lies for them. My guess: never
/r/PurplePillDebate24/10/17 08:18 PM
2

Truth would be nice, but tangental to it. So one of the main things RP is critized for, the image that men are better than women, not equal, isn't even perceived as true by atleast one endorsed contributor, just as a utility. Damn, interesting How universal in the RedPill world is this idea?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/10/17 07:50 PM
1

Interesting blog, not really part of the manosphere at first glance ? Also, you have to think men are better, it's a vague subjective term anyways. If you think they are equal, or better, than you easily forget your role in self determination, for various reasons. So only when a man has the inherent idea that 'he is better then women' due to being man, for which he has done nothing, he knows/remembers that he should decide his life (self-determination)? That's ridiculous
/r/PurplePillDebate24/10/17 07:40 PM
1

Oh yeah I've seen that Although I mostly follow specific people, not the mainpage Literally hundreds a day though? That's a l o t From some (not all), I see a men are better attitude. More loyal and logical, doing the real work, 'honour is a men's trade' and I can only wonder: do you read TRP/MRP? And still think that? NB not that I think women are better, people are all quite alike
/r/PurplePillDebate24/10/17 07:22 PM
1

The RedPill sure is a positive worldview ! But yeah, on RP I see your point. With that willysmiles guy as almost a parody of it (or troll?) It sounds like you (and probably other ECs) are in a second anger phase sometimes but then on men, who are looking for validation for nothing
/r/PurplePillDebate24/10/17 07:10 PM
1

Well it sure does make men angry! And I hope it spurs them to action - and not to MGTOW or worse incels
/r/PurplePillDebate24/10/17 06:51 PM
1

Ahh - makes sense And nope, didn't read that book either. She seems to feed the anger, whenever she/her book is mentioned. Perhaps I'll give it a try

Yeah you don't come across girly-girly
/r/PurplePillDebate24/10/17 06:20 PM

I read quite a few endorsed contributors - as long as they wrote well - and most do. I think one could get a lot out of that SME - senior endorsed ? Villa ? I'm proving your point now ;)
/r/PurplePillDebate24/10/17 06:18 PM

Fair enough! That does change it for you personally then Do you still mostly hangout with guys ?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/10/17 06:14 PM

I dont think so either Maybe I missed a lot by not reading Rollo, but I would say the basics are pretty simple. Just really internalising/understanding it (& bringing it into practice I guess) is harder
/r/PurplePillDebate24/10/17 06:03 PM
1

Did you not go to high school ? Girls would rarely attack each other directly, always behind each others back Boys would directly confront each other This is a mainstream view I always thought? Both does get loadsss less when people get older thank god - but the basics are still there
/r/PurplePillDebate24/10/17 05:58 PM
1

Yeah it is good! Those kind of texts keep my attention at it Like, I once tried to read Rollo and I just couldn't get through it - impossible. I am legitimately impressed by all those RP who could hahah Podcast ? Probably not - don't really listen to them often, it goes s o slow, but speeding them up helps
/r/PurplePillDebate24/10/17 05:51 PM
1

Thats a better explanation of the first indeed It just has two different meanings for me, nothing new, just mixed up often by people. And also more clearly distinguished in my native language to be fair
/r/PurplePillDebate24/10/17 05:47 PM
2

Nah I like your writing style - it just requires active reading; but I do easily get through it usually
/r/PurplePillDebate24/10/17 05:45 PM
5

I'm a firm believer in respect and deference being earned, not given This always confuses me, doesnt it have two different meanings ? I have respect for someone who got out of a real difficult situation, did something brilliant - it is a form of admiration I respect people's opinions I don't agree with, or people's choices I find weird, etc etc Do you do/agree on the latter ?

I think most of them dont really care much - it is not their problem nor does it cause them problems. But the ones who do, more likely to be in favour of feminism I would argue. They never had problems getting girls and therefore dont carry the anger against feminism nor women in general.

The great conflict of the future is the barbaric and ignorant masses of the muslim third world vs the economic superpower that will emerge when China finally discards communism for good. Huh ? Thank you. You made me remember one or two that I forgot: You're welcome! And thanks for elaborating And that is indeed not happening any time sooner or later - yet if it was a practical possibility, I wouldn't put is pass the manosphere, people are all very much alike. And also, although a witch hunt on an individual feminist isn't possible in current society, doesn't mean they, including the left wing, are 'winning' necessarily: the overton window is further pulled away from them. Aka only white, straight males can be racist in the States now. Interesting My impression, but I might be way of here, is that in the US racism is more in interpersonal, direct relationships, 'I don't date brown guys' - person to person, but less visible in public spaces. In Europe this is other way around, much less person to person yet in a way more visible in public spaces - although it is of course heavily debated what is and isn't racism. For example, this is part of a national holiday, unt…

Maybe redpillers do want to convince people - I don't know. From some I get the impression they do, from others not. Debating is however and luckily more than only stating scientific studies and hard evidence :) And it is a debate: not a 'redpillers have to prove that they are right to bluepillers' while the latter don't even have a position cause they don't make any claims and don't even believe the opposite
/r/PurplePillDebate19/10/17 06:23 PM

If you make a claim, you have to provide evidence for it. Only if you want to convince people of your point of view. I dont think RPers care if you do or don't believe it. It aint an actual study on a university It just means that your evidence isn't compelling enough for me to believe your specific claim. And that is ok. I never said it was impolite to ask ? OP didnt ask for scientific study though, it said that TRP falsily claimed to be based on evo psychological science - without showing any evo psychological science that goes against it
/r/PurplePillDebate19/10/17 04:16 PM
2

Yeah, you are right. I would love to see some scientific studies proving or disproving RP theories. What irks me is the attitude of 'you have to provide scientific evidence!' while not giving any scientific evidence him/herself. Please, give some studies that disprove RP theory, or show another picture, or an article that shows women do date down, or are as good in stem studies and therefore think logically etc etc I can't stand the attitude 'until you have proven you are right, I won't believe …

Yes. As I said, this is not my field at all but I stumbled across a Dutch professor (highest rank possible in the NL) at Radboud University (one of the main uni's in the NL) Roos Vonk who is a social psychologist and wrote quite a lot about this. For example, this article, about sex and intimacy which was published in, lo-and-behold a feminist magazine. The summary states: 'It is a common idea that female lust grows and flowers with intimacy. But certainty security and lowers the libido of women…

Well that's just because we know that what we assume is true is often a falsehood that our confirmation bias makes seem true. That is true (or is this my confirmation bias talking?). Are all your believes based on science? Do you have scientific ideas that disprove RP theories? What I meant to say is that for many RP'ers it is mostly irrelevant, because it makes their lives better - and that is better prove than any scientific paper could give. And, Im not an expert at all but what I have read f…

This Need for Sciene is mostly a blue pill thing; wanting Scientific Facts because otherwise they dont believe it. I think the average RP does not care about scientific prove at all. I mean, you dont think a guy who is struggling sexually finds RP and then realizes... there is no scientific base! Therefore this must be bullshit!, do you ? And actually, when I stumble across articles from actual scientists at universities and stuff, they often prove quite a lot of RP theory. Not that women are ch…

No real need to follow them, the post in themselves should give you a sufficiently clear idea. Dont worry, wasnt planning to ;) Try to imagine just for a moment that you grow up in an environment that facilitates, even encourages developing these ideas. And at some point, once enough indoctrination has taken place, your mind starts to automatically dismiss or reject messages that aren't incompatible with the stuff you're believing - which leads to stuff that's actually helpful being filtered out…

So they are angry because they have been lied to by society, under influence of feminism, about what girls want. Right? I think most guys who find RP were already angry before that cause they couldnt have sex easily, and that this is just justifying their anger. See! I have been lied to! I have a right to be angry and I am gonna be angry at those awful lying women and feminists! Nah, I can understand it to a certain extent. I think the anger comes more from being rejected by a lot of women, and not necessarily by an individual(s); so I get the anger at a whole gender. I can also understand that it is frustating to be judged by things people of your gender did, but you personally didnt. Like the #metoo campaign now; it is focused on men in general. Everyone knows it's not all men, but it is not really clearly stated. That's why I like marriedredpill; guys themselves are …

Glad you remembered that metaphor hahah If I would believe that RP guys only met such women, then yes I would understand that. I looked up the author and, well, she is a classic example of how RP describes early thirties women - so perfect it is almost parody. It's all about how men are boring, not treating her well, where have the good men gone, dating sucks, under so weiter und sofort

I really wonder what the writer (of the article) meant with how she isn't treated with 'common courtesy' and doesn't get 'respectful treatment'. The only thing she comes up with is that guys don't plan dates (sidenote: the RP advice of Lead! and Tell! seems to work here haha), I just wish she gave more examples. Point is, is she just spoiled or are all those guys really douches?

You don't say it, but the general tone is that "listen men, please do these to ease women's life, because for some reason that is your fault and your problem". /u/harbo is perfectly right in what he says It definetely is the general tone of the list and I get harbo's irritation. So there's a part where you should behave correctly and the other where it's your problem if you feel threatened. It's a precious balance, that yet somehow in my experience 99% of the people know how to handle :p

English isn't my first language; with elders did you mean your parents or like older/higher up people in general ? I understood the latter, and was surprised that you like being called young man by elders. I dont think it is a gendered issue, but I do think it happens to (young) women more. All in all I dont think it is such a big issue for anyone to start with.

/r/PurplePillDebate17/10/17 11:47 AM

Yeah, I didnt get what she meant either. To do so would be to DEER; and a woman inherently won't because it will feel like she is losing that social interaction. Damn.. so one of the main things men are taught over at marriedredpill NOT to do because it makes you lose the social interaction, women dont do inherently ? Good to know!
/r/PurplePillDebate17/10/17 11:40 AM

young lady is disrespectful? I like to be called young man by my elders. I am with her here - outside work it doesnt matter that much; but within the workplace it is irritating and does underminde your opinion a bit. People should learn to read others. But this feels very wrong. Indeed! She is expecting men to be mind readers - and that is just impossible

What are your thoughts on this post? I cannot stand the arrogance in the post, her proclaimed moral high ground. But they do think differently from a majority of other feminist about certain feministic topics. What is feminism according to you?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/10/17 09:10 PM

Yeah probably! I always viewed proclaimed red pill women as wanting to do what 'high value' man want in a woman for a LTR - so that comes down the male imperative. With the current Redpillwomen I dont think I am too far off - there is a reason Atlas is gone there

When it comes down to 40+ people, apparently not.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/10/17 08:58 PM

I meant to say that within feminism, people who all proclaim to be feminist, still disagree on many feminist issues and what exactly is and isnt feminist/m. First thing that comes to mind is Terfs and the rest of feminism
/r/PurplePillDebate16/10/17 08:56 PM

I agree totally! Look at Weinstein, he had all the money and power and his SMV was still l o w. An EC called money a force multiplier (or sth like that) and I think that is exactly what it is - and not only in SMP/RMP but everywhere in life.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/10/17 08:35 PM
2

That is indeed fundamentally different! do you think i would advise a young women to live my life? After this sentence, no. Before that, I legitimately wasnt sure. none of you know what feminism is. feminism is not a lifestyle either No one really knows - even feminists disagree (although almost all ideologies? believes? theories? whatever have that problem)

Well, being 50 is (thank god) still far away so Ill take your word for it. The Mighty Wall is less excruciating than I thought! But frankly, I think if a man is willing to have sex with a 50+ woman he is willing to have a relationship with them. Why on earth would he otherwise have sex with them? If a man can get younger, he will highly highly likely do that. And if a man cannot get younger, he probably is quite 'beta' and likely willing to start a relationship. My bluepill radar is off the char…

I think I am at loss here. SMV wise 50 plus women don't do well - faaarrr lost beyond the wall and such ;) RMV wise - who knows ? They might do pretty well! Have their live sorted out, have a job, no risk of cheating while clubbing (although once in a club I saw a woman celebrate her 50th birthday..) Loads of men spent their lives as beta's: high RMV (job stability trustworthy) and low SMV (game lifting und so weiter). TRP focuses on SMV, how to get sex - not on how to raise your Betabucks skill…

Atlas, I don't get it - why are you red? You have been a mod of redpillwomen right? Isn't the whole point there for women to keep their n-count low, to stay 'valuable'? To not lose the capability to 'pair bond'? To not just have sex with men? When I read what you have done it comes across so.. well, sorry, almost (second wave) feminist to me
/r/PurplePillDebate16/10/17 07:39 PM

What is bread following this reasoning? There is shitty bread; nice bread; a whole lot of different kinds of bread, baguette, Kaiserbrödchen, Ciabatta, tigerbread (although not sure if that is universal hahah) Anyway, following this line of thinking, is bread a commodity or not ?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/10/17 07:17 PM
2

Yeah, exactly. I always thought that most nice guys and beta's have money, jobs, stable situation etc. Exactly the things that make for a high RMP - they lack game and such, the things that make a high SMV. I mean, from a RP perspective, women who are close to/at/fallen of the wall try to lock down a beta - and not for his high SMV

Shitloads men spend their lives being the equivalent of a 50+ yo woman RMP-wise, You mean SMP wise right? If you dont succeed in being a 'succes' you simply arent a "succes object". If you aren't that attractive as a woman (not pretty, overweight) you are simply not a "sex object". Both are changeable to a certain extent, but the former moreso than the latter. And for men, there is wayy less of a timelimit as there is no Walltm. (unless she dies prematurely)? Glad you took all possible scenarios…

Or are we simply 'naturally' RP and had success with women because a)we were attractive enough and b) applied RP principles instinctively? Are we gaming our own wives without even knowing it? Very much this!! Shitty metaphor ahead: RP did not invent the bike nor how to cycle one. It got a bike and tried to cycle, failed, blamed the bike, looked at what guys who could cycle did, wrote it down and copied, SUCCEEDED!! .....but still is angry at the bike.

Because it is seen as confirming to the feminist/female (SJW probably) etc imperative, the veryvery last thing TRP wants. It is seen as a first step down an icy hill Mont Blanc where control is lost immediately. Secondly, casual dating often has the conation that it will lead to sth more, that is kinda the goal usually. Plate spinning isn't about that at all. It just doesn't cover it Edit: it got me thinking more about it. Sorry if this is a bit outside the scoop of your argument haha Anyway, ca…

Yeah exactly! There definitely is an extreme side to it. I think most guys don't pick up on that, but that might be wishful thinking

The initial ideas of RP are often good, but then it gets taken too far. Women of a pedastal? Good! Proceeding to kick them to the curb? Not so much. Abundance mentality: not being depressed for two weeks if a girl you approach rejects you, good! But on the long term, it stops people from building genuine relationships. You can opt out every minute without it affecting you! You are seeing multiple people! Awalt - in the sense that women people aren't that special in general, good. Awalt that all …

I dont get it. You identify as Red. And yet you are going against their Number One Advice Life Rule: Do Not Marry. Perhaps your bride has a similar fetish and will divorce rape you ATM (but also, on a more serious note: congratulations on getting married!)

Damn.. poor babies! I just read it leads to 'extreme pain' for them. That's really awful!

Thanks for the info! Interesting So this 1/3 who still gets it when born, do they get it as a baby or later ? Narcosis (sedation?) can't be healthy at such a young age

Wow. I had no idea! I looked it up, in Europe it is not even 10 percent - and then the reason is almost always religion
/r/PurplePillDebate03/10/17 08:56 PM

How common is this in the United States?! In Europe barely anyone does it, only some Muslims

Yeah I probably romanticise it a bit! But for a week it would definitely be fun. Shame you don't have horses anymore, but I've always liked cows!

u/Willow-girl I've always wanted to life in rural America! Preferably somewhere with cowboys and Once upon a time in the west landscapes. Do you have horses by any change ? And seriously, your life story sounds really interesting :)

I am quite new here and first I thought you were quite good at this Purging thing - but I think I'm miss understanding you totally :p

Part of Marriedredpill is doing this, in a way Own Your Shit! Lead! Men's (Anotherword) Plan! Be the Captain! Control the Finances! It legitimately is taking over emotional labour! The most feminist redpill subreddit ;)

Or just go over to asktrp! Where they ask Real Life Questions: Is this shitting where I sleep?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/17 09:32 AM

They laugh at and make fun of the same things! I'll see if I can find an example
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/17 12:43 PM

Nah not really! The only similarities I see is how some new people of askmrp are torn apart by both red and blue pill - who often focus on the same aspects

Not more or less than the rest of Europe (Le Pen, Wilders, the right wing governments in Poland and Hungary, the Danish construction, the close call in Austria, in a way Brexit etc). The Germans still feel severe severe guilt about WWII though - it's probably why only now the extreme right will highly likely get in to parliament and not 5 years ago already And I don't think the Communists will make that mistake again! Interesting, didn't know that

If a guy is 'naturally' RP and treats the woman similarly but has no idea what RP is I don't find that manipulative. Because he's been that way from the beginning. So a naturally manipulative person isn't manipulative because that person is born like that ? That's bullshit
/r/PurplePillDebate21/09/17 03:18 PM

So you don't want to have plans and goals because they change overtime ? It is very true - but why wouldn't you still have them ?

How often do you see your OLTRs on average ? Weekly, monthly ?

I think we kinda agree then ? BP wants RP to come up with scientific evidence and RP wants BP to provide a different structure - both sides don't. I have no color Me neither :)

Me neither! But I did just eat some cookies so maybe it is the sugar afterall ;)

Unless you ask them, it's hard to "realize" what made you attractive to your gf/wife. True! But it is equally hard to exactly pinpoint what made your SO attractive to you. The first steps are like an educated guess - I gained however many kilos/lbs - perhaps she is more attractive to the fit(ter;) person I used to be. I had more interesting stories to tell when I still played in a band - perhaps she is more attractive to that. Und so weiter und sofort. I would say the first levels of dread are o…

Well, yes I guess ? The subreddit is there for satire. Why would they create whole structures ? To please some strangers on Reddit ? But the fact that they don't have a whole alternative theory doesn't mean that they can't point out flaws in RP theory. Cause in the end, it is based on 'guys swapping notes' - and BP have very different experiences and observations. They show up with their notes - that don't form a whole theory (cause they don't have the need for that), but that does not make thei…

I agree! Those first steps should be continuous and are just a normal, albeit good way to life. Can't find quotes atm, but pretty sure this is also mrps point of view - passive dread and all that jazz. I don't think those steps are that foreign to most men over at MRP either. Probably just kids + work + settling down + lazyness made them stop actually have hobbies etc. What highly likely is revealing to them is the link between those and their sexual attractiveness to their wives (and women in g…

You don't think that a guy who has "insufficient attraction or options" is using dread game because he knows that he can't likely get better than what he has in his current situation, and therefore uses ...the (first) steps of dread to change that situation and become more attractive / raise smv! Dont really get the second part - like they only read/write about it and don't actually do something ?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/09/17 07:15 PM

'almost everything' Yeah I agree! It's often all people are like that

'if they want to actually prove a point' Don't think that theredpill wants that though. If someone reads it and doesn't believe it or demands prove - well, good for you, enjoy your life. Do you believe it ? Here are 10000 more blogs posts theories etc to read! And as far as I can tell, it is growing. They sure have a good aim at winning the popularity contestant ;)
