I already pay 30 for a gym. Not the best (Anytime Fitness) which allows me 24hr access. Which is great for me cause I work a new shift every week. I can afford it most def. The $60 covers the ability to drop in at anytime for any class in 5 types of Yoga. Of course I will focus on beginner stuff at first.

I shower twice a day, morning and night. I only use Cetaphil wash and allow no other shampoos/soaps to touch my face. I get an occasional zit on my forehead, mostly I guess from having long hair that trasfers oils to my forehead plus hair product. Drink lots of water.
