Very logical and straightforward advice. I guess I didn’t think of that because I couldn’t envision a way for me to suggest that as a guy. I also for some reason didn’t think she would be able to implement that advice for some reason. She doesn’t seem overly slutty, just impulsive. I asked my gf to casually suggest it in person and let me know how she takes the advice.

Definitely not my problem. I barely even know her. I'm interested in male/female dynamics. The problem of a guy getting laid is fairly straight forward. Lift, raise your smv, approach. For a high smv woman with high standards, I don't see any reliable solution to prevent the pump and dump. Its just interesting.

Yeah that would be great. I can send you some of the convos where I successfully closed and you can see if we are someone similar.

I have the upgraded version of Tinder and can find out if that is possible with bumble.

I'd be more than happy to pay $20 per date set up or $15-20/hour. I'd rather pay based on results.

Just read the dox comment. I don't see how it applies. Everyone should be concerned about doxing. If I paid someone with bitcoin and talked anonymously, I would be at risk of doxing but not the person doing the work.

If I spend 2-3 hours per week I can line up two dates per week. I'd rather just delegate that time to someone else. If I'm off base here, let me know why.

I've read the sidebar many times. Using bumble and tinder is an inconvenience that I'd rather pay someone to handle for me.

I came across this same problem and I am sure it is a common one for most people on this site. The answer is a lot of hard work. As you are transitioning out of being BP and into RP, true RP men wont fully respect you or see you as valuable, because you haven't done enough to deserve it. -Work hard at your career and search out careers where RP traits are rewarded instead of punished. -Work hard at lifting and RP men will want to lift with you -Sports are a great option. Certain sports are more …

Get the most red pill job you can get. I'm not sure what that will be for you, everyone is different. Bartender would be my first choice. Any job that forces you to practice day game and sales, which are basically the same thing. If you force yourself to focus on nothing but cold approaches for 6 hours a day, you will see massive results quickly. Lifting is important, but unless you are taking steroids, you wont see the quick results you are looking for.

I needed to hear this. Made the mistake of not wrapping it up recently and tried to rationalize it. No excuses, don't be a fucking retard. I remember being with a girl in college that told me she "couldn't get pregnant". Fortunately I wasn't with her long and nothing happened, but I was actually dumb enough to believe it at the time.

If she isn't putting much into the conversation, but not rejecting you and you want to determine if she is shy or just afraid of being confrontational, look at her body language. Are her hips facing you? Are her feet facing you? Are her arms close to her body or more relaxed? Don't listen to what she says, look at her body language.

Ask her what dance she is learning. Practice it religiously on your own. Tell her you've never danced before and "pick it up naturally" when you are with her.

Going to a movie is a horrible idea. You need to be doing something together. Go on a walk, play a board game, anything but a movie where you barely talk or interact with each other. You didn't provide enough information for us to help you. Get a notebook and keep a journal with a field report for every date or interaction you have. Especially the unsuccessful ones. This will not only help you realize where you are making mistakes, it will help us as well.

I've never had any single good male role model in my life. I look at all the men in my life and try to identify positive characteristics that create positive results. Some men are excellent in business and extremely alpha when it comes to work, but are complete betas when it comes to women. Take everything that works from anyone you can. It isn't impossible to find a single male role model that can show you the way, but it is sure as hell not easy. Putting all your stock in one person is never a…

Do not rock it. Read up on stoicism (meditations by Marcus Aurelius). Focus on your diet and limit carbs to get rid of the baby face.

What can you do to make yourself proud? Only you know what you are good at and what you can achieve if you truly gave 100% of your effort. Stop seeking external validation.

Squat really heavy weights (with a spotter) until you feel like you are going to black out and pass out on the gym floor. Repeat until the feelings go away.

I understand that women are solipsistic and have observed it. I have also observed it in BP men and it is very common in children. I doubt that there would be any scientific studies on the subject, but If anyone knows of any I would greatly appreciate a link.

You're still in the anger phase and that's okay. As a man who is starting his RP journey you are at a great point in life. You have access to information that our fathers could never dream of. Dating is all one big game and once you start consistently winning the game, your anger will subside. Once you work hard to acquire an abundance of women it will be easy to have an abundance mindset. You will have lots of great options in women and the low value sluts wont even cross your mind. Be thankful…

Did she lie? I don't know and don't care. Does she have a lot to gain by lying and nothing to lose? Yes.

First of all, try not to judge yourself. You were indoctrinated into a BP mindset for years. It could take almost as long to erase the brainwashing completely. You have already made progress in reducing these tendencies. Focus on your success. Writing the thoughts that are causing you problems in a journal can have a great impact on exposing the flawed logic. Sometimes when you have ruminative unhelpful thoughts they can keep swirling around without end. Exposing them out onto paper allows them …

Yes 9 at 18 is most likely too high for a LTR, especially when you realize that 9 is not counting BJs or that "one guy from the party" whos name she can't remember so it doesn't count. Perfect number for a plate though because n-count doesn't really matter. What matters is what is in your control and her actions. Does she act loyal? Is your frame and game tight? If she defies common TRP truths and proves herself LTR material, then proceed with caution just like always.

Part of the reason you feel obligated to meet women at bars is because it is socially conditioned into you. It is also one of the few places where there are an abundance of single girls, albeit low quality ones. Think outside the box. Don't feel like you need to meet women at bars just because it is the default thing to do for most guys in our society. Raise your standards and you will have more options, not less.

You can buy a pack of viagra off the darknet relatively easily. Don't take a whole one to start. Maybe 1/6th at most. Also do plenty of research on any possible complications. Sure there is some risk, but there is nothing like the confidence of knowing for damn sure that you will have a rock hard cock for the next 2 hours minimum. You will probably only need to use it once to get over the initial anxiety over the situation.

Absolutely not. Don't even consider it, ever. No matter how much you think she cares about you, she doesn't love you in the same way you are capable of loving her. She only loves the feelings you provide her. If you provide her with the feeling of you being weak and unstable, she will not love you, respect you, or give you passionate sex. If you have problems like anxiety or depression, write them into a journal every fucking day. It will naturally decrease your anxiety once your thoughts are ex…

When you first get to campus you will have relatively low SMV. You are an underclassman and the fairy-tale of slaying pussy every night as soon as you get there is a lie. Have realistic expectation. I asked this question to a senior when I was a freshman and his response was, "Always Inspect it first." I guess he was implying that he might have caught something and that you should always finger a girl and look at her pussy before sticking your dick in it. Luckily I've never had any problems with…

The best advice by far is to record everything you put in your mouth and the time of dayonto a small pocket sized notebook . $0.50 at Walmart. Write as little detail as possible to start to make it easier on yourself to start. You will definitely notice where your diet is lacking and will make improvements naturally. The shortcut way for lazy fucks like you is to take a small amount of Bronkaide (ephedrine) and caffeine pills.

I agree that you shouldn't tell women what you do for a living and have been trying to remember this myself. A CS degree as a generalization is not alpha due to the fact that you will not be interacting with females, or people in general that much and you will also be sitting at a desk for 8+ hours a day. That doesn't mean however that you can't make it an alpha career, especially if you are passionate about it. First way: Use the large amounts of money you make from CS to afford an alpha life s…

The middle path to me sounds too much like an even split. Use fun as a way of making yourself more productive. If you do nothing but work, study, and workout all day without much social interaction you will burn out. Find out for yourself what the perfect amount of fun is that will allow you to maximize your progress. For me its about 85/15

20s, white, Denver. Denver has the perfect variety of college girls and young professionals. Lots of girls enjoy the outdoors and are more down to earth than other places I've lived.

Another good idea is to find a solid reason not to drink. For me it is Jiu Jitsu. It doesn't matter how far away the next tournament is, I can always tell people that I can't drink because I am training for a tournament and need to make weight. It is a legitimate reason and displays higher value.

I've had this same problem for a long time. One book that has useful information is "The Power of Habit" the TL/DR of this book is that habits form from a Cue->Routine->Reward structure. The easiest way to modify a habit is to keep the Cue and Reward the same and change the Routine. For me the Cue is a small amount of social anxiety, the routine is drinking, and the reward is a reduction of anxiety, along with a reduction in game and money. One easy way to change the routine is to have a cup of …

Someone on TRP said a comment that truly changed my perspective on this subject. They said whenever this topic comes up with a girl they say "I FUCKING LOVE astrology". I fucking hate astrology with a passion. I am an engineer and pride myself on using logic and reasoning. believing in psychics is the dumbest thing I've ever heard and it makes me sick thinking about it. To be truly RP, you need to let go of this attachment to logic and reasoning from a male perspective and see that astrology, ps…

I will definitely focus on hands to start. I recently tried the hand reading "retard line" this past weekend with moderate success. I actually know a decent amount about fingernails because my last girlfriend was a nail artist.

Now that I am re-reading my comment, forget is just a euphemism for not being confident enough to do what I want. I just need to blast past my insecurities. I think by first trying to take kino to the extreme and realizing that there is nothing to fear, I will be able to find a healthy balance between too much and not enough. I can't think of any time in my life where I ever did too much and can think of plenty of times where I didn't do enough.

My biggest problem is starting kino early and often. It is difficult for me because I did not grow up with parents who showed physical affection for one another. I forget to start early and by the time I am ready, the momentum just isn't there.

Solid point. I don't have a history on TRP so I can't use that to help me meet up with anyone. Any advice for meeting up with other TRP guys? I work in engineering and it seems like everyone is BP to the extreme.
