Girls are NOT your support source. Seek advice from family or male friends.

The moment you start telling her of your problems her tingles will disappear. Like someone else said. You are HER rock. Sure if things are great and she's happy a loyal girl will support you when times get a little rough. But those moments must be few, far between, and relatively easy to fix.

Absolutely not. Don't even consider it, ever. No matter how much you think she cares about you, she doesn't love you in the same way you are capable of loving her. She only loves the feelings you provide her. If you provide her with the feeling of you being weak and unstable, she will not love you, respect you, or give you passionate sex.

If you have problems like anxiety or depression, write them into a journal every fucking day. It will naturally decrease your anxiety once your thoughts are exposed by putting them on paper. If you absolutely have to, tell a close friend or family member.

Having the desire to whine about your life to others says a lot about your frame of mind. You think your GF will "say there, there it will all be ok". Well she might but then she'll go hop on Chad's hog and ride it into the sunset.

One of the great things about gulping down the red pill is the realization that you are the one responsible for your feelings and the state of your life. Sure you might have a deck full of cards you don't like but no one cares.

I saw a kid the other day beat ass in a swimming competition... he had no fucking arms and he won the race. You need that mentality. Fix your own problems.

No don't share your problems with your gf. Don't burden her with it. Do seek support from family, male friends, and counselors (church groups, school staff, etc. )

The only thing that is bothering me is that she has a lot of options if it doesn't work out with me. I don't.

1) no. Don't ever tell a woman about your feelings or problems, what the fuck is wrong with you? REREAD THE SIDEBAR.

2) regarding the options, fuck that bitch man. Grow some balls and confidence. If you have no options, go into monk mode and build your smv up. ALSO, some forms of depression is from low T from what I know. Go to the gym and work out and work on your testosterone levels, it might help. It'll make you feel a lot better at least.
