Purpose is the sun in the masculine solar system. If you are on your purpose you will experience not just happiness but fulfillment. As men our function is to penetrate, overcome, organize, optimize the world in line wuth a greater vision. The process of struggling brings satisfaction within the confines of purpose. It's like penetrating a women; your working to bring the experience to a level of joy you'll both experience. There is work along the way but the effort is pleasurable. The word succ…

Well in the situation you outlined I wouldn't consider that a bad thing. When faced with danger we either go into to fight or flight mode. You fought. That's good. However, having these reactions "all the time" is not good. These are physiological reactions. You can control them as far as you can control your outlook on life and situations. The more you feel a sense of imminent danger the more you'll react on a visceral level. Quite frankly we lived in such a tamed society nothing is really that…

Abundance in my experience is about being fulfilled. You don't need to have women to exude abundance. Success, purpose, and reaching goals can create abundance. What abundance looks like is if I approach a girl and she rejects me it's okay because I don't need anything from her to feel happy or complete. A matter of fact I approached her because I know I have something to offer. Being young you might not have everything figured out in terms of doing what really matters to you in life. At the ver…

Childish. Polarity creates attraction and interest - the more of a man she feels you are the more interested she'll be. Don't be a clown for her. We are not here to entertain these females we are here to lead them.

Depends on your goals. If you are trying to get strong don't worry too much about cardio. If you are cutting walk instead of doing HIIT. While cutting you wan't to maintain your strength - opt for low impact cardio so it doesn't affect your recovery. Also don't worry about extra ab work if you are doing the compound lifts correctly you will be working your abs pretty hard.

I'm 22 and what I would say is that this time is the perfect time to figure out what your purpose is - what cause will you center all your actions around. Figuring out your values and principals. In general your focus should be on creating the foundation for your entire life. This comes mainly by trial and error, but you can't be afraid of failure. With that being said it is a time to test yourself and really get to understand who you are as a person. Experience a lot of things. Go to parties, j…

I currently Lift and Box and I use to play soccer. Lifting will help you significantly. But stick to the Olympic strength based lifts: Squats, Deadlifts, Bench Press, Overhead press, Rows. I run a program called Fierce 5. Check it out it works for me. If you do do all 3 at once make sure you really safeguard your recovery (sleep, food, hydration, etc). Make sure to dedicate time to stretching as well; dynamic stretching before lifting and static stretching at night + Foam rolling. Lifting can ma…

You should explain your vision for the relationship. I'm not sure how this will work for LTR but with my plates whenever we have those "discussions" and I say my piece about what I expect and how I envision things I'll give her the option to move on if she can't take part in my vision.... They usually stay. But at the end of the day whats crucial is that you stay congruent with what you want and in doing that you have to be prepared to lose her completely.

Personally through my research of people I respect and who've accomplished substantial things, everyone purpose is founded on the idea of servicing others. Especially as a man. I wrote this somewhere else, but in a tribal setting what separates boys from men is their ability to produce something that the whole tribe can consume. It's hard to find your mission in life and takes a lot of introspection. Read this post in which I answered a similar question. I prioritize self-care and self-developme…

In my opinion lifting is simply what we were made to do. Heavy compound lifting aids in testosterone production. If I was to compare the times that I lift consistently to the times where I don't, I can note that I've had more focus, was more confident, and generally more masculine. Really, go read the benefits of heavy compound lifting on the brain. Also, I'd like to make that distinction. 3 hours of curls does not have the same effect. When I say lift I am not advocating bodybuilding per say. G…

I set boundaries especially if they verbally express their neediness. I actually had this conversation with a plate last week. She complained that I don't make the effort to hit her up and that she felt like I don't care about her etc. I told her that I'm a very busy man, If I didn't care you wouldn't be here right now (she was at my place), and if you can't handle me being distant at times then you might need to move on.

I lift on an empty stomach. Personally I feel I have more energy first thing in the morning. If you are worried about loosing muscle take BCAA's before and after working out, but even when I didn't take BCAA's I didn't experience any muscle loss. It's always best to try things and document your results. Everyone's body is different. The only idea that is universal is calories in calories out.

Figure out your strengths and interest and find a way to marry the two. Read the book called Mastery by Robert Green. There's something in your life that has attracted you. Continue to follow these things. If you have not had anything do that for you then you need to experience life more. Anything you have even an remote interest in pursue it and see if it speaks to you on a deeper level. Understand that the path to purpose is not linear. It's like peeling back an onion. You have to experience v…

I'm currently in college, doing academic research, I do boxing, Lift, etc. But it seems like all these activities just spike up my testosterone/sexual desire more. I may start fasting and avoid triggers like you said, but at that point I'm pretty much Christian MGTOW. And yeah I desire to get married and like you said that's God's intentions for us. The purpose of lifting is not just to have a six pack and be shredded. You need to lift heavy for strength and have a steady progression. The purpose is to constantly challenge your limits. Lifting also has other positive effects on the brain and one self-esteem and efficacy. So what do you do until you reach your goal ? Learn to enjoy the pain and subsequent growth from the process.

I've been through this kind of depression before. There are some things to understand: 1) No one is going to save you. No one outside of yourself can do anything to help you. 2) You've earned everything you have in life. What your life is like has a direct correlation with all the actions or lack thereof you've taken in life. Death doesn't fix anything, being drunk all the time doesn't fix anything. We can't escape our problems. We have to face them head on. You are a man. You are a warrior. You…

I remember my mom telling my older sister that she was stupid for paying for her meal on a date. One of my other sisters was interested in a guy and would spend a lot of time with him. My mom told her that she needs to pull back and make him chase her or else he'll think that he can get her (well isn't that the point if they both like each other). It's taught among Them. I grew up around women you should see how they talk among each other when it comes to men. I also think that there is an instinctual component. For many years women could not support themselves. So their livelihood was dependent upon their ability to get a man. They had no choice but to know the game.

If a woman is attracted to you she'll make the approach easy on you/less intimidating. One of the ways she does this is through eye contact. if she gives you eye contact and you don't approach...you just rejected her. Since she feels rejected she'll go out of her way to avoid you. The fix is to approach her. On another note you are an excellent writer...you should write poetry or some shit.

Alpha behavior is doing what you want / what is best for you and not caring what others have to say. I'm vegan for my own personal reasons. Some women find it attractive...not because of veganism in itself but like you said because its strict and that I have remained committed to it. Personally I could care less about animals. Shit I'll cook up a good steak for you. I just feel that my body is at it's most optimal on a vegan diet and trust me I tried all the other shit too. All I ask from other …

Not inherently. Depends on your attitude. If you go to her palms sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy then you are sub-communicating that she is of higher value than you. If you are relaxed and comfortable in your approach you show the opposite - this comes from an abundance mindset. Edit: Also the act of approaching whether you are nervous or not also shows that you feel you deserve the girl on some kind of level, so even if you are clearly nervous you still get points for the approach. So don't …

False. You see something you want and you go for it. That's an "alpha"/masculine trait. This applies to all areas of your life. To be passive and wait for things to come to you is to be feminine.

It's impossible. You will lose some muscle mass (Probably not that much in your case). To minimize this lost try using bcaa's before you train and up protein intake. Also don't cut more than 500 calories. As long as you continue lifting you'll be fine, there won't be any noticeable changes in muscle mass...at least it won't be noticeable to others.

Read both. I see a lot of people asking if books are worth reading. If it catches your interest read it. Read multiple books in the same area where you see overlap is where you'll find the undeniable truth. Stop looking for the easy answers.

I vehemently agree with self-improvement and goals won't make you happy in the long term. Especially as men. We are mission driven/goal oriented. That's why they say having a woman in your life is "icing on the cake." The actual cake consist of mission/purpose/goals. No matter what a man improving himself and attaining goals will be happier and more fulfilled long-term regardless of if he has a woman in his life or not. Nah, when a women allow herself to have sex with you she is yielding to your control. You are penetrating her. Whether the sex is "successful" is up to you. No matter how you cut it. If you judge sex being successful on whether she squirts on not. It would behoove you to learn how to a get a girl to that point.

You need to get your confidence up bro. You have a mindset of scarcity. Women can smell that. When you're looking at a woman you are probably projecting your need for her and it makes her uncomfortable. You might have seen those "Work on yourself king" meme's. That shits real. You're not ugly. Even if you were I know ugly guys who get good looking women. It's all mindset and presentation. In my opinion it all starts with self-development. I can see that. But then we have to define what it mean to be "successful with women". Before I went through my journey I wouldn't call myself successful by any stretch of the imagination. The little females I did manage to get dicked me around and took advantage of me. Emotionally I was in a place where I looked to women to validate me. I took this time off primarily to get better with women. I sacrificed 8 months for better years down the line. If you are an incel. Then that may be a different…

It's about control. If you show weakness they will assume the dominant position in the way they know how (Emotional manipulation). It's not necessarily about getting satisfaction from it (although they probably do) it's just balance. Play your position as a grounded man and she'll gain satisfaction from being with you and submit. She'll never want to see you weak, but become weak and she'll weaken you further.

Always have some kind of plan of action. That's a lesson that will become increasingly more valuable as you get older. It's good to cultivate that skill now. Propose a night in which you think she'll be available and that you are available (don't sacrifice anything for the sake of the date). Looks like it will most likely be a weeknight. Good luck.

Art is cathartic. It allows people to live through unresolved conflict/emotions and provides a release. You appreciate art the most if you are in a mindset correlating with it. Consuming Art by nature is receiving feminine energy. The same way we deal with women is the way we deal with art (and life in general - the world is feminine). You can set up another date...give it some time though. I have a 3 date rule. If by the 3rd date you haven't reciprocated any sexual interest I'm going to keep it moving. I have to ask. Do you intend on having sex with her? She might have already friend zoned you because you failed to let your intentions be known/felt.

She made him wait 2 weeks so she wouldn't feel like a slut/ so she could feel special. In all actuality she would have fucked him on the first night if she did not have these mental guards up. I deleted my social media in the 9th grade. I'm about to graduate college now. If framed right it can show a high SMV. When guys ask me why I don't have it I say that, "I leave that shit to the females." (Most people use social media to seek validation, so to me it is a feminine exercise). When women ask me I say, "I don't care what everyone else is doing and everyone doesn't need to know what I'm doing" it honestly adds to the mystery and peaks their interest. The fact that you have a room to yourself is already a big deal especially in college. I remember my freshman year having 2 other roommate in the same room. For me it was that no one really care about you the way you think or would want. At the end of the day (especially as a man) you are all you have. No one will save or rescue you. Actually men (strong men) have a lot to offer women or at the very least have the one thing they need in this day and age. Even if she is "independent" women naturally have a need for relationships; the need to be able to trust and man enough to allow him to lead and for her to be able to rest in her femininity while he is in his full masculine. Don't conceal your intentions with women. That's how you get into the friend zone. Make it know that you are sexually attracted to the girl and not trying to be her friend. The golden mean is to be charismatic / sexy. You can be funny but don't be a performer. You should maintain a masculine demeanor but that doesn't mean you can't make jokes or that you can't smile. The key is just being in control. You can't be overly expressive like a comedian but you also can't be a stick in the mud who take himself too seriously. Women shit test to see if the perceived confidence you posses (eye contact) is genuine. The more confident you appear the more shit test you will receive....or you look creepy as fuck without knowing it.

Only if you make it clear that you want to kiss her, but can't. This is my mindset with women. We are hanging out so I can get to know you; to see if you meet my standards. I've already assumed that she likes me moreover I'm not afraid to loose her. So I don't need to kiss you to see if you like me. When women sense this it increases their interest. A high value man with a lot of women and activities going on in his life is not going to be scared of loosing any woman. And is not going to be so q…

It doesn't matter where she acquired that knowledge. What does matter is that she want's to use that knowledge for your benefit. That's like if I want to get a certain job and I do the research needed to make sure I am a good candidate for the Job or I work at a different job with similar end goals and learned the in's and out's. The company that I want to work for is not going to be like, "I wonder where he learned this? what company did he use to work for?" Whats important is that you don't le…

I don't kiss on the first day. Don't give her the power to reject you, also it makes her wonder if you really like her or not which will increase her interest in you. Subconsciously we try to kiss on the first date to gauge if she likes us or not and women know this. You already said she seemed distracted and didn't make eye contact, so she might not be that interested in you. You probably met her minimum attraction standards and she was bored. I wouldn't contacted her for a couple of weeks then…

I saw a dentist a while ago. Back in the day and he said that I'd have to additional hardware to pull my upper teeth back and down. He actually said my lower set of teeth were perfect. My top front teeth flair out. If they pointed straight down and were together I'd have perfect teeth. But even if id need jaw surgery It's whatever. Invest in your teeth. I can't wait to get braces. I have a gap and an overbite. I already do pretty well with women and other types of interactions. Once I get this out the way, I'll be unstoppable. I might be run for president who knows. Overall nice list man. I agree with everything...no so much the manners. I'd replace that with invest in a set of values.

I don't care about your validation. It's a genuine question. In principle is a man truly a leader if everyone doesn't cede to his leadership / trying to establish their own dominance. Because quite frankly as a men we do seek the respect of other men. Also, I don't base much on the opinion of women because they are shifty; the next time we all hang out I could not be in the same state and suddenly not the alpha leader. But men understand principles, which is why their respect would matter more. …

Between .7-1 gram per lb if bulking. If you were cutting I'd recommend at least 1 gram. Don't buy too much into the excess protein thing. Remember the fitness industry is a money making machine. Of course they'll recommend you'll need obscene amounts of protein. Also as you get older you'll require less protein, because your body becomes more efficient at protein synthesis.

There's a fine line between saying what's on your mind because you're secure in who you are and don't give a fuck who agrees vs. saying what's on your mind because you feel the need to externally validate yourself. That is a very good point. And is something you have to reconcile within yourself. You just have to be self aware of the emotions you feel when you are saying these things. And there is no reason why you can't be a man who says whats on his mind and says what needs to be said. There i…

"Man, even though she was wrong, I lost in that conversation. I made the mistake of engaging a woman in debate, and I made the mistake of showing my hand in an environment I shouldn't have." This is not a good mindset to have in my opinion. It's not about winning in terms of a debate. What is important is that you stay true to your principles and values. All the other guys around you probably feel the same; however, they are unable to speak to that because of fear of being rejected by the female…

If she leave her boyfriend for you, you don't want her. She'll have no problem leaving you for someone she views as higher value. You say you are "looking for real love" if you've read the sidebar you'd know the issue with that. The masculine and feminine ideals of love are different. Confidence is literally defined as, "the feeling or belief that one can rely on someone or something; firm trust." In the grand scheme of life confidence is a belief that we are able to handle the challenges that come with life, that we are appropriate to life. Every belief needs a reference the more references deeper the belief. So to build confidence you need to experience life and to accomplish things over and over. Lift weights and increase weight, read a book til the end, learn a new skill,…

You only have to worry about brain damage if you get hit a lot. In general boxing technique classes you won't be getting hit at all. If you begin sparring you'll have protective headgear. I don't have all the information, but from my experience guys I've known who have these same sentiments tend validate themselves through sex i.e. they don't feel like a man unless they are having sex with someone. When it comes to the topic of sex I like to use a little self deprecation. I feel it works for me because I'm arrogant with everything else. Literally 2 days ago I told this girl I had a 3 in dick and she told me that it was sexy and that she wants to see it. Out comes my not 3 in dick I think I've had the, "most guys suck at sex." conversation. I use it as a way to just talk about sex. I'd ask why she felt that way then we'll talk about what most guys don't do right. I get to showcase my knowle…

To be honest I've never really thought about my standards. I've put women to the side for a while until recently. I guess these are my standards based on my recent experiences: • Funny/goofy/likes to laugh • Doesn't take herself too seriously • Solid self esteem ( Dont Don't like girls who over extend themselves to others and neglect themselves) • Someone intelligent with some kind of interesting ideas to bring to the table • Someone who knows how to be a women and relax under my leadership • So…

The act of intentionally meditating trains you to control your mind and your thoughts better. It helps you become better with yourself because you have no external stimuli distracting you from yourself. Meditation is about relating with yourself and self awareness not just focus and mindfulness. It helps in understanding that you are not your thoughts and that you have control over them. Exercising is not necessarily going to do all that for you.

I'm overtly arrogant. A lot of times I respond to compliments with more compliments to myself or saying, "I know." I always speak highly of myself, but it's natural for me because I know how much effort I put in being the man I am and crafting my life. I would imagine that there are some people who are insecure who are arrogant to compensate. The girl might be shit testing you when she said it's a sign of insecurity to pretty much see if it's genuine or she might not see why you are arrogant. At…

Don't go into Monk Mode go into Warrior mode. You saying 'fuck this; just because your boss didn't give you a raise was a bad decision in my opinion. If he didn't give you a raise that means you didn't earn it in his eyes the next step would be to work harder for the sake of attaining what you feel you deserve. I don't have a car I was taking summer classes and working and my commute via bus and train was about the same. This is why i say warrior mode a lot of times we have to go through pain an…

I would argue that its worst to have a domineering father then to not have one ever. When I say abusive I mean physically, to my mother and to my siblings and I. We lived in fear. But that's besides the point really. Father or not you can't control it. It doesn't matter you act in spite of it. And I understand what you mean and I stand by what I said. You can be masculine and vulnerable. You can show you're weakness and emotions but you can't let them take you off your grounding. That's what mak…

Beyond performance anxiety try to getting in touch with your masculine core do things that awaken that animal instinct. For whatever reason you might be disconnected with it. Take a cold shower, do some sprints, calistenics. If you are lifting lift heavy. Just do anything that takes you out your comfort zone. If you really are doing everything you say you are there could be some suppressed emotions and doubts. Feeling inept as a person can translate in the bedroom. There might be a area in your …

I was raised by a single mother and I've had some of the same ideals as you. Stop fapping and watching porn everyone has said it and I'll say it again. Bein raised by a dominant single mother harms you mentally causes you to put your masculinity to the side to accommodate hers because she is providing for you like a masculine figure would. However this is not natural I've been depressed most of my life medicating myself through porn because I was living far from who I am at my core which is a st…

If you really want her sexually you have to drop her as a friend for a while then reintroduce yourself as someone sexually interested in her; talk to her different, touch her different, look at her different. At that point she might pursue you If you're presenting yourself right. If she's still resistant at that point then forget her or try it again; create distance and reintroduce yourself. Often times we get friend zones because we fail to let our sexual desire for the girl be known and by the…

If she bit my lip I would have kissed her anyways to be honest. If she gave me shit about it I would've been like "Well you can't tease me like that." Otherwise i would have played it cool like her biting me didn't satisfy me at all which I wouldn't because that's not what I wanted. But her doing that does show interest. Gotta make her play your game/ buy into your frame. I dont have time for games unless I like what's being played.

Do what's best for you and complies with your ideals. Im 5'8 too I was 183 with a little muscle. I lost 10lbs and increased my lifts. My concern is looking lean but being strong and I train to accomplish that. What's important to you? Strength, mass, being lean, performance, or do you just like the pump. Follow a protocol that highlights whatever it is you think is important and do that. Have an ideal look, strength or performance standards in mind and go for it. If you look better than average …

Lift definitely. But consider this male lions will be weary of other lions especially if they are bigger, so I guess its natural. However, when in the presents of other men physical conflicts isn't an eminent concern. Don't allow the physical to influence how you feel about yourself. You are a man, you are a leader no matter who is around. Solidify this idea within yourself continue to build yourself internally and really embody this idea and other men will be intimidated by you regardless of ho…

Great breakdown and insight. I'm an INTP myself. In my earlier years I was very awkward and socially inept but through self development I built confidence and worked on my masculinity. I did engage in activities that went against my type; I was in leadership positions in some of my organizations, making efforts to be more social, was a panelist a did public speaking engagements(which I actually really enjoyed) but during this time is when I realized I didn't care for the social hierarchy/ positi…

Very true thanks for the reminder. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't shorchanging myself by refusing to be so readily social.

Alpha, Beta, Sigma, Omega. Im I'm starting to believe there is a full spectrum of male identies spanning the alphabet. It's kinda funny to me. But As you guys explain what it means I don't mind the sigma/omega title as long as I'm masculine. Thanks for the input.

Thanks I'll definitely look at the book. I'm not really "beating myself up about it." Im moreso curious about how being alpha relates to introversion.

Interesting. So is being an omega bad? Something you think I need to correct? Like I said I can function socially I just don't desire it. As far as I can tell people respect me and my opinion but that's my percieption. For instance when I'm a mixed group of men and women I'm familiar with. Women will look to me for direction/make me leader. Some men will do the same while others will force themselves in that position. However I don't care to be leader nor will i force it, but will lead efficient…

I'm the same. It all depends on how you feel about yourself as mentioned below. If you are quiet due to social deficiencies then try to work on it. If you have nothing to say then cool. It's part of the 48 Laws of power; don't talk too much and don't oversaturate people with your presents (Im paraphrasing). The think about being quiet is when you do speak and speak with sureness and authority people listen. A girl pointing out that you're quiet can be her way of trying to get to know you and sol…

To answer that question you need to analyze why you feel awkward. That aside you might be thinking too much and not in the moment. Meditation can fix that. And sometime you just might not be in the mood in those instances I sit back and take in everyone's else energy and over time it warms me up.

If you want to bulk up with minimal fat gain do Leangains or something. Keto works to a certain extent but it is not sustainable especially if you are lifting heavy. I did it for a while and saw result but not anything significant as compared to me tracking my calories and eating clean. I also didn't see the brain benefits I feel a lot better the way I eat now. Keto macro split is 20/5/75 (P/C/F). What I found to be optimal for me is 35/30/35. Good for testosterone optimization based on my exper…

Like the feedback this is kind of where I was getting too. She acts like she wants to be a wingman but ultimately she gets jealous when I mention other girls. I think I'll just keep her as an aquantance. Ever since the me putting her on the couch situation I told her we are not friends - she probably thought I was kidding. As she jokes about it but that's really how go about things. I think she is just craving attention from me. However, when she way staying with me I would slap her ass and she …

Pay attention to body language, the tone of his voice, micro expressions, etc. These things make a big difference in how much a woman invest. Its about creating a vibe/energy that women want to buy into. Appeal to emotion rather than logic and that can be done with little to no effort, it can literally just be the way you look a girl in the eyes that tells her you're masculine, that you did her attractive and want her.

I guess I see where you are coming from. I also will give you another piece of advice. It would be beneficial to have female friends and to not limit the role a woman can play in your life, especially if you want to be good with women in general. Just something to think about.

Good to hear and not to say that everything has to have some deep metaphysical meaning. I know a lot of people who get tattoos for aesthetic purposes, but even then to it's about art and expression values in which they hold deep in their hearts. Also, you have to take in other life factors into account like potential job markets and so on. Good Luck to you.

Trolling? yes? no? Selfies are corny to me always have been. have someone take pictures of you, but not anything too over the top or too try hard (Kind of like " I'm walking and someone took a picture I wasn't expecting but it looks nice) . upload pictures of you doing something interesting, being somewhere interesting, of things that matter to you. Fuck being attractive lol there are a lot of attractive men who can't keep women. Surely you have more to offer than your looks so focus on those th…

I don't think there was a Chad lol she broke up with you because you weren't validating her like she wanted you to. She came back however because it's easy to try to work with you to get that validation then to try to generate a whole new relationship to do so. Furthermore, she didn't want to flush 6 months down the drain. I will also say you never told her how you feel, what you wanted or didn't want from the relationship. You don't need a plan that takes a few months to tell someone that you a…

I was in a similar place as you when I came to college I'm 21 now. I've struggled with my family holding me back most of my life especially as it pertains to me becoming a masculine male. My father was abusive so either overtly or covertly my two older sisters and my mom have been putting me down I feel, getting in my head, demonizing my masculinity, not really being supportive etc. So I understand where you're coming from and my honest opinion is to do what you want to do and forget what you're…

That's up to you. Getting the lay from her would be a good learning experience. Talking to women is like solving math problems the nature of math is the same but for each situation you may need different tools focus on different aspects of the problem. This might be good experience for you even if you don't get the lay. If you want to get generally good with women don't think of having sex with them as the complete end goal. So if you can still talk with her and see if you can get her to open up…

Yeah to the ,"I always say things wrong" comment does say quite a bit. Like I said it will probably take a lot to really get her to open up to you because she might think very little of herself so her fear would be saying or doing something wrong. To circumvent this you have to make her feel comfortable. The moment she feels uncomfortable is the moment she'll flee because its easier to run away. And her level of being comfortable is something you have to gauge. You have to be able to adapt; read…

Whatever you are passionate about. Being alpha is being yourself and forging your own path in life. There is no alpha careers there are alpha men who assume their career of interest. Working for yourself doesn't make you alpha (there are a lot of entrepreneurs who are beta who are still mentally children), so if that's why you want to reconsider. But if you truly want to you have to understand that you most likely will have to work under somebody unless you create a thriving app before graduatio…

Like stated before, women don't care as much about physical appearance like men do. It's all about how you make a women feel and more specifically making a woman feel womanly and to do that you have to be masculine. And I will say that masculinity doesn't look the same everywhere there is no universal way that masculinity manifest but there are underlying principles. Principles such as confidence, decisiveness, and contrary to popular belief begin caring. Imagine a king; to be a good king you mu…

Regardless of your intentions with a girl you have to make her feel comfortable and make a connection. If she's an introvert dial back your energy have a conversation in a way that prompts her to talk about herself and have some genuine interest in her. The fact that you're so boisterous might be a turn off for her regardless of the fact that she finds you physically attractive. Also you seem kind of like you're fishing for attention and you put too much focus on the things around you and how yo…

I dont have social media so Im not really in my phone like that. If I am, Im either talking to someone or on reddit lol. The issue imo isnt the phone itself but what we use it for, same with all technology. If we are using these devices to "check out" and indulge is weak forms of stimulation then yeah it's detrimental. And thats usually the case and since it is technology is not the blame but the user.

I would recommend you read the book King, Warrior, Lover, Magician. I read your post and I see a tyrant not a king which is the archetype of a mature masculine male. To you're points: No onee needs to please abd satisfy us because we cultivate pleasure and satisfaction internally and whether some one does right by us or not we still are content in our core. No one owes us anything. Just because some one puts themselves over you doesn't make them a rival it makes them human we all do it. Everyone…
