Jack Donovan's "The Way of Men" Currently getting through "How To Win Friends and Influence People". Hopefully I can get around to that this summer. He actually just released a new book, "Becoming a Barbarian", which looks great.

I stopped reading for like half a year cause I was going through some changes in my life. I've finally gotten back into it. What works for me is I read 25 pages every morning with my breakfast, and on weekends, if I'm bored I go to the library and binge read. U/IAmGale's post on relapses also helpful The "RedPill Psych and Marketing Guy" lmao? Nah his posts are pretty good, I'll have to check that one out.

I don't refer to all girls in my life as hoes cause they aren't all hoes ( at least on the outside) or it isn"t appropriate given the context. But a good amount are slutty, in which case I have no issue calling them what they are, hoes. Maybe "must" isnt the best word for Principal 4. If one truly said eveything they thought, they would have no friends. The idea is more so that you can't have any large discrepensies between how you think of yourself, how you talk, and how you act. For example a …

Your comment makes no sense. There is no reason or evidence to think that a trans person can't be just as rational as a normal person.

You can't be gender X for 25 years and then have some hormones injected and suddenly feel like gender Y. You've still got an X brain, X body, X experiences, X brain wiring and so on. According to them, they always felt like gender Y, it's just that the hormones in their body didnt match how they felt. I've heard of evidence that trans peoples brains looked more like the opposote genders. I don't know the cause of such abnormalaties, but if it makes them happy, good for them.

I find number 4 helpful when I stray from Principle 5 Number 4 is crucial for long term success. It is easy for ambitious people to get weighed down by their own irrationally high expectations. You're only human. There is always someone that's better than you. Deep work by Cal Newport comes to mind here Currently working my way through So Good They Can't Ignore you. Deep work is on my summer reading list.

The idea behind this principle comes from the paper, The Mundanity Of Excellence: An Ethnographic Report On Stratification and Olympic swimmers (PDF link). Here's a quote from the paper... Excellence is mundane. Excellence is accomplished through the doing of actions, ordinary in themselves, performed consistently and carefully, habitualized, compounded together, added up over time. [...] The action, in itself, is nothing special; the care and consistency with which it is made is.

No I haven't. That book seemed too mystical to me. Could you be more specific on how it helped you?

Exactly. While im not there yet, simply knowing this isnt enough. You have to deeply understand that this is the nature of reality and feel the freedom it gives you. The reason for these principles is so i have daily reminder to push my mind towards this state of being.

And ironically, a lot of stuff in the present figures itself out because people respect a dedicated man.

I'm currently in the "get my ass into shape" phase as well as developing new interests and hobbies I talked about my five categories, and physical and mental health is the most important one for me after philosphy (this one). I can't overstate the value of physical fitness amd mental health. I have a list of 6 principles for mental/physical health that I might later share.

it's more about sexual humility/virtue than it is "sexual shame." I think there's a clear line between girls with self-respect, and girls ashamed of their sexuality through their culture/religion/family. The former have a fairly low-n count and don't tend to be super religious. They've mostly ever been in relationships and don't do casual sex, but if they find a guy that respects them, they'll put out. Sex isn't a sacred thing. It's just about trust. On the other hand you have the girls ashamed …

Obviously attitude and personality has a great effect on attraction for both sexes. Men tend to value loyalty and modesty above all. I'm gonna assume we're talking purely about sexual attraction. Attitude and personality play almost no role for men in choosing women. Men's attraction is mostly physical. We are attracted to women bodies, not their personalities or character traits. On the other hand, for women, personality and character traits play a stronger role. While physical attractiveness i…

Fair enough. I see it as the relationship was doomed anyway if the girls was willing to sleep with me. If not me than she wouldve cheated with someone else. Even if you're not hooking up with other guys women, I think it's beneficial to spin plates before getting into a relationship. Knowing how easy it is to get sex without commitment these days, makes you cautious with who you commit to. Why commit to a women who's willing to fuck guys on night one?

Good shit OP but yeah I got the same vibe. I'm not a TRP guy in the sense that I roll from women to women, but I have respect for the guys that choose that life style. This is a crucial step one must take before getting into LTR. After you've seen girldfriends and wives cheat on their men with you, you're expectations for a LTR are adjusted.

If she's had sex before, that statement is a shit test. If she's not ultra religious then it's a shit test. Just means she thinks of you as her beta, while she searches for an alpha to fuck behind a dumpster. Only exception is if she's a religious virgin. In which case it still ain't worth it. They're ashamed of sexuality because their daddy told them it's wrong to have sex, aka they're fucked in the head. If you don't like sluts, I think a good balance is a girl who has a low n count and is sub…

IM says in his Champions Mentality post ... monk mode is not for everyone. Monk mode is life support for losers who need to prevent themselves from drowning in an abyss devoid of discipline, and dominated by depression. http://illimitablemen.com/2016/02/28/champions-mentality-how-to-stop-being-a-loser-become-epic/ If you're not a complete fucking loser, cutting off social contact for long periods of time is not "making progress". Monk mode is for people who have lack all sense of displine and st…

Monk mode? Not exactly as it's described because it's really extreme measure for complete losers. I've never been a complete loser. But I try to replicate "monk mode" in my mornings. Like I leave me phone in my room and disconnect myself from the world to focus on work and the gym.

I'm convinced that girls only want muscular and outgoing guys Add dominant and high status and that sums up all that matters to women. Sounds like you need monk mode. Sit down and carefully read these 3 posts, and then everything on TRP. Monk Mode How To Be Happy Champions Mentality
