Exactly. And the way this politically correct society is set up can make it seem as if women are better communicators. The fun thing is, a man that studies and emerges himself in the dark triad/Machiavellianism can become much better at covert communication than most women ever will, as women lack strategic insight because covert communication is second nature to them. They are terrible at thinking more than 1 or 2 steps ahead and setting up elaborate schemes.

If you ask anybody working in IT, 'What is a vulnerability?' They will answer: 'A weakness that can be exploited'. Now, I don't think a confident person cannot be exploited per se, but it's orders of magnitude harder to exploit a confident person than it is to exploit an unconfident person. Which ties in beautifully with this conversation, because women do not want a man that can be easily exploited. Which raises a much more interesting question: What if she is the one seeking to exploit?

Newsflash: Women who say this are never 21. The problem is that average looking young women can get attention and sex from male 8/9/10s. However, as they reach their late 20s, they find out they cannot lock these men down for LTRs. So now they have a very high expectation that cannot be met. Fast-forward 5 more years, and the men that they thought were 'beneath' them when they were 21 don't even want them anymore. Because those guys are now 35, have a good career, more confidence, social skills …

I agree that more options make choosing harder, but that doesn't explain why women say there are no good options. I doubt your customers would complain about a lack of good ice cream options if you show them a menu with 40 different flavors of ice cream.

it's that no matter what community you're on there's always throngs of women feigning naive horror that another woman would dare do such a thing while they're hyper supportive of their boyfriends and these women must be low value and bad(not like them) This x1000. Guys will interpret this as 'Ok so I can share all my insecurities/weaknesses all the time'. Meanwhile, what they really mean is you can show 1/10th of your insecurities/weaknesses 1/10th of the time. Regardless, you shouldn't be looki…

It's very dependent on the girl and also your other behaviors. Is she emotionally mature (heads up: most people aren't), what is she looking for in a partner, etc. If her perception of you is a dominant man and that's what she's looking for, and suddenly you start behaving like a baby, she will ditch you. If, on the other hand, you are a feminine guy who doesn't lead the relationship, it's probably less of a surprise. Nevertheless, my view is that if you start showing significant weakness for a …

She slowly got introduced to feminist memes and started sharing them on social media, as well as other fem-speak influencers and pages Lmaooo I have friends with divorced parents whose moms started doing exactly this before filing for divorce. By placing her in an impossible situation where she could never have my heart permanently, (I told her it was elsewhere), she must have internalized my value as a mate being off the charts, and couldn't help herself. Maybe, but nah. Hopium is very strong for women when it comes to men they crave. Same reason women 'date' jocks knowing he will probably never commit. Same reason a woman will stay with you from 25-35 even though you said on day 1 you never wanted kids. 'He will change his mind'. Me…

The Matrix is everywhere, it's all around us, here, even in this room. You can see it out your window or on your television. You feel it when you go to work, or go to church or pay your taxes. It is the world that has been pulled over your eyes to blind you from the truth. The truth is that you are a slave. Like everyone else, you were born into bondage, kept inside a prison that you cannot smell, taste, or touch. A prison for your mind.

This just makes me wonder how do you avoid this type of woman? Or are all women like this to some degree, but many just never get the 'right' opportunity to capitalize on? How you tell the story, it's as if there were no red flags prior to the cheating. But probably there were.

Just be yourself is a bluepilled take literally dissected to death in the Rational Male and a bunch of other RP sources Nah, it's the best advice for guys who have integrated TRP to such a degree it has become second nature, at that point combining it with your natural tendencies you get into flow and people think you are a 'natural'. The problem with the 'just be yourself' advice is when it's given to noobies. Because their 'self' is still a socially conditioned piece of shit with no confidence…

Just wait until you discover that your 'authentic self' is an act as well. Just one that comes more naturally to you. Just like some actors are better at playing certain roles. There is no 'fixed' personality, it's always fluid. If you mean by being authentic, honest/direct/straightforward, it can work. But you need the game/confidence/experience to pull it off. And I'm guessing that's not a point you have reached yet. You're halfway there.

Do you know what makes you initially attracted to women? Yes I do. Your analogy is wrong/bad imo. I can deduce why I'm into a girl in about 5 seconds and give you a succinct list. You ask a woman the same question, she cannot do it in 5 days. She will come with 20 different reasons and probably still manage to miss the most important ones. Female attraction towards men has many more variables than the other way around, the most important difference being biological: there are many more risks ass…

Do you think she would've picked up your tab and the conversation that followed if you were just a rando (albeit attractive)? I doubt it. Makes things 3x easier than cold approach because you're essentially walking downhill instead of uphill. There is nothing that beats having social proof imo. That's why many men with status continually hang out in the same circle, because that's how they end up boning all the women in said circle. Your problem is that you will waste your next 20 years jigling your fist at the TV and Youtubes instead of living a good life. Don't worry, that's not me. I've thought about this quite extensively. I agree with you on many levels, yet at the same time: If I had children, they would never be mine and I could 'lose' them and gain half custody at most at any moment. I'd have to be almost 100% responsible for their education and guidance for 20 years, since I understand how cancerous the current educational system is. The super outgoing charismatic guys seem to burn out faster in careers It's funny - I'm still very much at the start of my career and already see this happening. The popular guys from high school/college who did well with the ladies (and often still do) tend to stay in 'college mode' longer and delay their careers. This is a good post, but it lacks clear action besides 'eat shit when you're young, git gud and enjoy the rewards when you're seasoned'. What would be your best actionary advice to men 25-30? Is this really as simple as; Lift, Work hard and become good/great at what you do, Read thought-provoking material, Try things, Take risks, Experiment with women but don't get one pregnant or marry, don't follow the masses, think critically, do what's best for you?

I recall a successful business guy spilling his secret; he told that when he started his first few businesses, they all failed. He kept trying different businesses and yet they failed. He didn't know what he was doing wrong. Then one day, he recalled Thomas Edison failed 1,000 times before creating the first working lightbulb. I think the same applied to Mr. Toyota & Disney. If less men get college degrees than women now the men that do get those degrees are the more exceptional men and will get better jobs. That's exactly right. The difference is, (especially) the women that are not cut out for the more difficult degrees tend to go for garbage studies. Men who realize their intellect might not be their strongest feature become electricians, plumbers etc. They make good money because women are unwilling to do those type of jobs. What would also be interesting is somehow comparing consumption/expenditures in the same way. I considered that because it definitely would be interesting. It's common to read in these spheres that women do most of the consuming/spending, which is probably true. Maybe in the future. Would involve much more work and this already took like a day. Hasn't this been known for many years? I remember reading about 'poison dripping' many years ago in some PUA book. Basically a way for women to bring you back to their loser level once you start to outgrow them/be successful and they become fearful of losing you while at the same time thinking you are no better/don't deserve better than them. It's nagging stepped up a notch. You should dump a bitch asap once you catch her doing this. You are right, thinking it's self-sabotage, because that's wha…

Way too generalized lol My girl and I are basically the exact opposite. She runs 2 businesses (I give some financial advice on the side) and works 60hr weeks. I have a cushy corporate job as a consultant and I chill like a mfer It's true, women take less risk and are more agreeable in general. Men more often go into labor-intensive jobs or into fields like tech and make big $$ while women become nurses, teachers and work in HR. But this stuff is by no means black/white. Patrice always used to say something along the lines of 'I'm here to learn guys how to GET women, women should be taught how to KEEP men'. Women are as unaware of how to keep a man as the average BP guy is about how to get women. One of the first tactics they will use to get commitment is giving sex because they know that's valuable to men. Arguably the most important thing they have to offer. What they fail to see is that the ability to give sex as a woman is not special. A coochie is not speci…

At most you will think somewhere in the back of your mind 'Why can't this woman stfu for once... Does this ever stop?' Fun fact: after a nuclear war we will go into a nuclear winter caused by a thick layer of dust which will remain far above the clouds (tropo/stratosphere) for many years, blocking a significant amount of sunlight, comparable to the meteor that caused the extinction of the dinosaurs. This will result in below ice age temperatures for several years and billions of people all around the world will die from starvation rather than the nukes themselves. I agree with the part he's not HV enough and instead of lowering standards he should maximize his value first. Be it in terms of looks/confidence/money/social skill/status. so that youre ready in your prime between 25-30. Don't agree with this. If you peak as a man before 30 you're doing something wrong, there are almost no men who are 'established' before 30. Around 35-40 is where we peak if you take the average out of all the variables I mentioned above. Successful men can maintain 'peak' valu…

I'm currently cooking up a post that looks at male/female economics, numbers don't lie and it's quite interesting (although not surprising what they indicate) And whereas today the norm is monogamy (ehhhh....sorta), we can already see pressures, trends, and even technology moving to polygamy where an elite 6% group of men impregnate nearly all the women. Single men are the biggest threat to the system. They are the least dependent on the system. And mostly likely to give it the middle finger and ditch it. And they typically don’t put as much into the system. This is why corporate managers love telling bachelors working under them to think about marriage or starting a family. Never thought about it in that context, but makes perfect sense

My problem with posts like these is the tendency to oversimplify extremely complicated processes. Which I understand is necessary, but still. There are so many factors that contribute to shorter and longer term attraction, it's hard to account for all of them in the first place and impossible to say for what % they account, as it depends on genetics, upbringing etc. The only way to arrive at a conclusion is to generalize and oversimplify. So all we can realistically say is xyz conclusion is part…

How would you explain the epidemic of single mothers if this was so important? I would agree, you have somewhat of a point, but the thing is there are hundreds of factors at play that go into the decision-making of short and long-term mating. We should never get too stuck on a single factor.

You need 2 different categories: A) Short term attraction (in order) Status Looks/Confidence B) long-term relationships Resources Confidence Looks/Intelligence I wouldn't get too caught up over is xyz trait more important than abc trait. They are all significant and you should develop/maximize all of them. The one thing I'll say is that on average, the best way to get short term attraction from a girl is to have very high (situational) status. Captain of the team. DJ at a party. Highest mana…

There are only 2 major things that changed during the last couple of decades: Women became more educated & started earning more and became more independent and thus their demands increased. Social media. Grass always greener on the other side. Limitless opportunity. Thus meaning higher expectations. Everything else is either noise or ties into these 2 factors. Define 'opening up'. Did you tell her you're depressed and/or suicidal, completely lost and don't know what to do with your life and looked her in the eye begging for direction? Cry uncontrollably in front of her for several minutes? Told her how you used to be a loser and were bullied in school? Agree with everything you're saying. Hadn't given the black market diamonds hypothesis any thought, but it would make sense in his narrative. Being that bad guys were supposedly after him etc. None of the girls in the docu go into any detail whatsoever as to why there would be people after him (and they had to have asked him at some point) and ofc it would make them look bad if they said on camera this was supposedly the reason. I think you're pretty spot on everything because it's a combination of all the points you mentioned. Young men inherently have low value, our early-mid 30s is where we 'peak' on average in terms of SMV, whereas women peak 18-24. Add to that you were pedestalizing women and it's basically game in terms of your ability to get women at that point. Now years later, you've become more experienced (life experience is tremendously important for male SMV, whereas for women it barely matters), you've upp…

I'm not defending anyone and I don't see how agency is related to being victimized. The people who had their life savings with Lehman Brothers in 2007 had agency as well. Patrice his genius came from being able to clearly and in an entertaining way articulate what any man can feel in his stomach. I've heard him say multiple times that women will say or do something which will twist your stomach. You can feel something is wrong but you're unsure what exactly. And because Patrice is able to articulate what you're feeling and why, now your mind can catch up and understand what your intuition could already feel.

Sounds like more overcompensating. Don't do it because you want to become unrecognizable to them. In my experience the only motivation that is good enough is when you're absolutely fed up with your current life. Speaking from experience, I went through such a transformation, I have an extremely difficult time relating to my 'old' self from even 6 years ago. I barely have any memory recollection from my life prior to 5 years ago and that period of my life only on a rare occasion pops up in my min…

You're probably also overcompensating, which makes them troll you even more and it becomes a never ending cycle. Only way to win this kinda game is by not playing. Flipping over the chessboard so to speak. If you're unable to and still care too much probably best to not hang out with them anymore. I know the situation where people have made up their mind about you, sometimes it's better to dip.

You know, the thing is (stealing this from Patrice btw) women have no hobbies, not really. They don't have interests. They like what the guy they're fucking likes. Women are copycats, they live in the guy's reality. So when they fall 'out of love' with you or start fucking another guy, they will say the shit this girl or your ex said. Makes perfect sense when you think about it.

Because you weren’t too physically attractive and you made her feel at ease (whereas a male adonis can be intimidating and uncomfortable to be around). Because you put in a lot of effort and she appreciated that (you made her feel desirable). Idk how you came up with these 2 tho... Also: A great way to narrow down her reasons is if she comes back for another lay the next week. That will enable you to cross 80% of above reasons off the list. (or you just lay pipe really fkn well, which btw; y…

I had this idea ingrained in my mind that women don't fuck losers or guys like dishwashers, but oh boy, I was wrong. Yep, they'll fuck him plenty if he's confident/attractive, just like we'll fuck an attractive girl even if she's a little nuts. They just don't tend to marry those guys, that's where Billy Beta comes in. Men keep the attractive psycho girls around too but you'd be crazy to marry one.

She absolutely flipped her shit. She went on to commit more logical fallacies in a single minute than in the entirety of the buzz feed catalogue. This is so fkn common among women tbh. It always goes something like this: They contradict themselves in some sort of way. You point it out. First phase: denial. You repeat what they said and point out which part clearly contradict the other part. Now the angry phase starts. Meaning: Moving the goal post and/or changing the context. You point this out.…

Marriage only lasted for a lifetime back in that era because divorce would mean becoming a social outcast. People didn't remarry. If a woman got pregnant before marriage, she was sent away to have the baby on the other side of the state. In addition, women were much more dependent on men for income/protection. World is a lot safer nowadays and women can get an education + work. Today, there's no-fault divorce, social media, high-visibility family law attorneys, unlimited porn, a more transient s…

I've said it before and I'll say it again: Marriage is not only stupid because it expensive and a potential liability, the biggest issue I have with marriage is that it is a contract without expiration. Who said that love or relationships are meant to last a lifetime? Just a human fantasy that the world is supposed to work like that and we try to force it.. Guess what; it doesn't work more often than not.

Eating (especially acidic food/drink) influences the pH level in your mouth. Takes like 2 hours for the pH level to reset back to baseline. So if you eat every 3 hours like a lot of people, the pH levels in your mouth will be fluctuating all day long. It's better for your teeth if the pH level is at that baseline level (around 7) most of the time.

Other benefits to intermittent fasting: Better for your teeth (pH level in your mouth is much more stable) Better for your digestive system (your stomach has more time off) Better for your concentration (your blood sugar is not going up & down all day long) I would recommend it to almost everyone, even people that don't work out. Back when we were hunter gatherers this eating pattern was how we lived. I like to eat my first (small) meal around 1pm. Can't stand it anymore to eat anything after ju…

You're right, I thought about using his line of logic but it doesn't account for the beta bucks part of hypergamy. Younger women will mostly be on the AF side of hypergamy and as they get older they start gravitating towards BB. Then as they reach menopause some start craving AF again. But to keep it simple they alternate between AF/BB whenever it's convenient to them/based on their feelz throughout their lifetime.

btw a woman can cuck you with a man who is below you (SMV) as well. It’s not always about to the other guy being better. Oh but it is. It's just that attractiveness is subjective to a degree and it might be hard to believe for you she finds Billy more attractive. And for women it's even more subjective because it also depends on her feelz from moment to moment who she finds most attractive... Which led you to this false conclusion

I do think a lot of people on here need to go outside a bit, because they go a bit overboard with shit like this. You have inexperienced guys thinking that their future gf will leave them because some dude who is 2 inches taller than him approaches her. Exactly. Some guys go way overboard and get into black pill territory. And, per your example, because a guy 2 inches taller exists they give up on relationships/women entirely instead of taking hypergamy with a grain of salt.

I understand that fully. My issue with his comment was that it's leaning towards black pill 'Even if I become better my girl is still going to leave me for a better option, how can I cope with this boohoo' And my view is that is generally bullshit, if you put in the work and cultivate your potential, women will not be constantly leaving you for a better option.. His definition of hypergamy was too extreme. Relationships will still end and women can leave you but generally it's unlikely they will…

I think that philosophy is exaggerated and leaning too much towards black pill imo. Your standard, average girlfriend is not going to ditch you for someone making 5 or 10k more than you, who bench presses 40 pounds more than you... And realistically speaking, your average looking girlfriend is probably not being hit up by 10 different millionaires on instagram either. 90% of the time girls go for a 'better' option is because the guy has gotten 'worse' a.k.a. stopped going to the gym, became comp…

To add to this, I think hypergamy in the sense of being 'traded up for' is especially a 'threat' to young men (20s) dating 8/9/10s. Because they are still in their building power phase and they're going to get competition from older more established guys. But if you're both 35/40/50 years old and your LTR/wife monkeybranches you're either a sucker or she's really fkn dumb. Maybe both. My issue with marriage (besides the fact that marriage laws heavily favor women) is not that men may or may not be designed for polyamory. My issue with marriage is that it does not expire. It's indefinite, 'until you die'. Where and when did we arrive at the conclusion that relationships or love is supposed to last a lifetime? Sure, it happens. His content, for the last year, has focused on getting women to the level at which they can and know how to attract quality men & keep them. His content, I'd say, is specifically geared towards 'modern women' who don't understand how to do these things. I would think common sense is common sense but not to many of the ladies who call in to his shows. It's quite astonishing at times to see how many of these women fall into …

The girl just has to be more into the threesomes than she is of losing you to another chick/becoming jealous. There's no way to force that shit on a girl, you just get lucky some times. You have a sphere of influence and some things fall outside of it. Like you said some times it's right place and you say/do the right thing and it happens. And sometimes it doesn't. Of course as you gain more experience you will figure out what works/doesn't work through trial and error but nobody gets a 100% suc…

Seems super odd to me that a guy would change his mind about having children at age 40. Also comes off as an immature guy how you paint him but obviously I don't know. This situation clearly sucks but it simply comes down to how bad you want children. If that's what you truly want you should leave this guy asap, especially considering your age. Your medical situation obviously makes this a little trickier if you end up being unable to get children at all... Which is why I think you are having is…

I also like networking in that circle, since it’s led me to most of the gigs I’m doing. I understand and I know your answer would in part be something along those lines, I just think it would be a mistake to think dating men in that world will 1) propel your career forward (although it might temporarily but you seem to get that) and 2) satisfy you in terms of long term relationships. You say you wouldn't 'mind' dating a guy in the corporate world, which tells me it's probably not your preference…

We will try to rush you to bed regardless of your instagram. Honestly, what do you think you're trying to achieve by going on dates with B/C list celebrities? That they will go out of their way to court you because you look good? You need to be honest with what you truly want. Because to me your question doesn't seem genuine, instead, it seems to me, what you really want to ask is if you can get someone with some clout to commit to you instead of just trying to pump & dump. It's very hard, because they're so distrusting and spiteful that they lash out at you for no reason. This was me in a distant past. Took me some time to understand being ugly was only a minor reasons for why my interactions (or lack thereof) followed certain trajectories. The major reason was not 'operating on the same wavelength' as others were, if that makes sense? (I believe very strongly nowadays that other people can unconsciously pick up on fear/lack of confidence in a split second and it …

Their opinions/beliefs are not their own because they have never had a career or been a housewife. They're just parroting beliefs they picked up from others (family, teachers, friends, media etc.) So really they don't have a clue what they're talking about; it's essentially nothing more than bluff. People do this all the time (especially kids) to make themselves seem superior, meanwhile they're just talking out of their asses. About as common as being born with 2 arms. Also quite funny to have such a strong opinion on something you've never experienced but only heard/read about. Remember that not too long ago we were apes. To me it doesn't seem that animals think or feel that sex is 'intimate, profound and meaningful'. Perhaps it's just human delusion to place more importance on something of which the main purpose is reproduction? Always better to ask yourself question rather than forming conclusions.

I don't think there is necessarily a huge problem here. Virtually all girls who are into their 20s have had 5+ sexual partners. Unless it's 20+ I wouldn't say it's an huge issue. (Remember they could've gotten dick every night they went out ever) So if girls go to college for say 5 years on average, let's give them the benefit of the doubt and say they go to parties every other week, that's a bare minimum of 5 x 26 = 130 times they could've gotten cock on average. (For some it's 100s or even a 1…

If you truly believe any of your male 'friends' are just friends, text them at 22:30 'I'm horny do you want to come over?' and see what happens. Only naïve women and self-deceiving guys think men and women can be friends. (Besides being friendly in the office for 2 minutes per day, talk about nothing and make a few lame jokes) It's hard to be friends with women (besides the fact they have a vagina) because many (not all) are not easy to be around/likable. Distinction: friendly =/= friendship. You can be friendly with women at the office and talk about nothing for 2 minute and make a few cringey jokes. But you cannot confide in them, ask them for advice or go somewhere 1-on-1 and get drunk for shits n giggles, nor would you want her around your other homies when you're hanging out.. Not even when you're seemingly not sexually interested in each other.

You're a funny guy. First you say this: "Maybe you get along on a platonic level and have some laughs and whatnot." Then: "She'll do all the little things women do to find out if her vagina tingles for you or if it doesn't, even though you two are 'friends'" Which brings us to the conclusion that, men and women can, in fact, not be friends. With real friends, things are platonic and there's no catch, which, with women, there always is. It's very entertaining to me that you would think you …

Yes looks are the root cause of the wall, what I meant to say is, the reason why the impact of 'The Wall' is so devastating for many women is because they never learned other skills to compensate for fading looks. The Wall is not a huge problem if you are a vibrant woman (as other comments point out correctly), men will still want to be around you, in spite of your age because you have more substance/more to offer besides looks. In addition, a good gym routine and skin care can delay the wall by…

There is alpha and beta. The two are just not as rigid as you imagined them to be. Saying or doing one thing in a certain situation can be alpha and saying it in another situation beta. It's not black/white. You need to get a feel for it. What you went through is something many guys go through especially who come to this sub. It's the attitude. And I'm sure low value man would wifey her up but HVM will only plate a girl like her for a while and move on when things inevitably breaks down. Also I'm sure she's only looking for a HVM for relationships(or she would've found someone by now); the price she's asking is simply too high with an attitude like that. It's simpler than this. To women, emotions are much more important than they are to us guys. Emotions are very much 'right now' and 'in the moment'. This is why their happiness can fluctuate much more in a day than for us. One day she can be happy with you and the next day unhappy, complain etc. (Lightswitch) This is also why it doesn't work to do thing to 'keep them happy'. I think the guy in question here has his priorities right but as a woman that's not a man you want to be around while he's in his 20s grinding. Something essential to understand: Why did your mom/sis 'date down' (date bums). Is it really because they are shy? I know plenty shy women who don't date bums. Or because they are people pleasers (read; co-dependent) have low standards and little boundaries? Like attracts like. Your mom/sis married chaotic people because they are a chaos themselves. Decent social skills is a prerequisite to spitting game. There's a difference between normal social conversation you would have with your colleagues vs push/pull technique and smooth talking you way into some pu$$y. One of the reasons other than economic is that 'average' women nowadays look down on - and don't want to marry - average men. Lots of ladies with a lot of entitlement and overinflated sense of value they think they can add to a man his life(but they are not wifey material). You don't…

Men definitely care about how intelligent their woman is, especially successfil men; we don't like airheads generally. What is important with regards to a degree is how useful it is to the man. Complementary. We generally don't like women who know how to use the law against us might we ever divorce (lawschool) don't want to be psycho analyzed by our woman (psychology) don't want a partner that is stressed out a lot (nurses etc.) On the other hand, an education in marketing or accounting can be m…

Idk about match makers, might work but you gotta vet properly many are probably borderline scams. There are organizations like for example the church that facilitate these kind of matchmaking processes as well I think. Prioritize being physically around the kind of men you would like from what I have seen. Most women find their LTR through social circle/network/college. If you don't hang in circles with HVM and are not accustomed to these kind of men it's going to be quite hard. Definitely stay …

Men and women cannot be friends. This is nothing more than young/naïve girl fantasy. Myself and most other men do not want to be seriously involved with any woman who has lots of (or any) 'guy friends' and casually hangs out with them. Because we know the other guy is trying to get into your pants. And it's my conviction women know this deep down as well; don't play stupid with me. I'm sorry for not going full detail on every point, sometimes I forget not everybody has the capacity to read between the lines. I'm fully aware there are many men who will struggle financially as well in their later years. But there are differences. Women tend to consume more than men and live longer on average. Anyway, this post discusses why women need men. Especially the last sentence is of importance. I'm not saying women will fight over average or low value men (although many women do need…

Yep you should. The funny thing is - there are 3.5 billion men and although it seems options are limitless I'd argue the contrary. You're certainly not going to meet 3.5 billion men in your life. In addition, most men you will meet, you will never really 'get to know'. And out of all the guys you get to know, how many of those do you get to know in your 20s to early 30s, are suitable and not already in a LTR? The response is not as important as the place you're coming from. When a chick says this you should 1) not be fazed and 2) don't take her words at face value. If you seem fazed you're going to come off a little thirsty. And if you straight up believe her you seem like a sucka. I think the (sad?) reality is that most women never end up finding that 'dream' job they were promised, earn below average money (because of the professions they choose) and discover raising their children gives them much more satisfaction and happiness than their job ever could... Just take a look at the top 10 female dominated occupations. Example: Is teaching someone else's children really so much better than raising your own?

Your father has the notion, as do many women, that 'your 20s are for you'. The main issue with having 28-30 as marriage years in mind is that if shit fits the fan, whatever it may be, and your marriage is delayed you will be 32-33 in the blink of an eye. And that's when things become a lot harder/problematic for most women. In your early 20s you should be building up your LTR skills. As far as an ideal range to get married on average I'd say about 25-28. With regards to the age gap, there are pr…

Maybe in your example the guy is actually a 'manchild': I don't know. But there are also plenty of champs around 30 who don't want children or get married (yet). And the majority of women that age (if they haven't already) usually only have marriage and children on their mind. If that's the case, I think calling a man 'immature' is silly for not wanting to date women his own age, 'shaming' is what comes to mind. "Double standards" are only double standards when you think of men and women as being equal. Dogs and cats are both pets, yet only one is allowed to lie on the couch. Since men and women are different it's not a double standard when we 'measure' them on different qualities. So this: > 'So if you're not a virgin when they get to you, you're at the level of a "plate", a quick meal that won't last long. If you're a virgin and have good morals you're more likely to be looked at as marriage material.…

At 30 yes, but from there on out it starts to rapidly decrease and inverts with the amount interest successful males that age receive like Rollo's SMV graph demonstrates. Truth is a bit more nuanced. There is a bell curve distribution. On one end, there are virgins and girls who have been with 1 or 2 dudes and on the other end girls who have been with 100+ men. The reality is most women fall somewhere in the middle. For some, the 'hoe phase' is a multiple year thing, for others 1 or 2 months tops. And some go from one 3 year ltr into the next ltr. The funny thing is, an average girl can rack up 20 bodies in 1 month if she wants to, more than most guys in their en…

Lose interest or hidden narcissist? Things like that can be avoided for the most part by living together with someone for an extended amount of time before having children. If you follow the 'correct' steps as a woman and this applies to man as well, the odds of stuff like that happening are extremely slim. Issue: many women have children with men they know for less than 2 years and have barely or not at all lived together with. Marriage doesn't cost a lot. You are talking about the party and th…

This post super misleading imo. If men are just looking to hook up, they will want sex by the 2nd date. They won't care about N count. On the other hand, if a man is looking for a serious relationship, we are perfectly fine waiting 3-4 dates if we know she's a high quality woman. The issue with 'making men wait' is that women will often (not always) employ this 'tactic' on chumps to extract resources from them (free diners) or play hard to get while in reality they have given up sex much easier …

You have to realize, a woman can, for whatever reason rack up her body count by 10 in a single month if she wants to. She just broke up with her bf, hot girl summer, 'craving experiences', craving dick, just because she feels like it. This is why you will never know. A girl might have been celibate for 249 out of the 250 months of her life and have a body count of 15. I don't think any man can do the same and hence why it is hard to imagine.

Yes there are those kind of men. In my view they have been misguided into believing something like that is desirable. Why would a man want to come home to a wife who is just as stressed out as he is? I think you misunderstood because you are thinking too black/white. First off, there is not something such as 'unconditional love'. The difference between males and females is that females love is 'more' conditional so to speak. I don't think there is anything factually wrong with what you are saying but you are mixing together certain concepts such as AF and BB while you should keep them separate. You cannot mix these two concepts and compare the dynamics in one to the other.

I guess it's also related to a girls background. A girl who comes from a 'good' family is probably less inclined to raise a kid as a single mom than a girl who was raised by a single mother herself. Nope. Men have a much better understanding of their ranking on the socio-economic ladder. We know our SMV and manage our expectations accordingly. Of course women encourage men to step up, as a way to dodge responsibility themselves. If a woman wants to become wifey material it doesn't happen just 'magically'. She definitely hit the wall bro... like 5 years ago probably. Well, actually as soon as she had the kid. That's pretty neat actually as soon as a woman becomes a single mom, regardless of her age she hit that wall. Getting knocked up by a bum is like a 9-month hit-the-wall shortcut.

I'm not talking about revenge cheating or where the relationship has already fallen apart or open relationships. And I guess I just answered my own question in a way, because it will always be 1 of the above 3 scenarios. lol. With that I mean there will never be 'happy' relationships which are supposedly monogamous where both participants to the LTR are sneaking behind each others backs fucking around. Because at that point either 1) it's an open relationship or 2) it's already done/on the brink…

I agree if you say the best way to minimize cheating is by vetting your LTR properly and maximizing your SMV. I disagree about the 'give her crazy/exciting sex' part. It will definitely work short and mid-term, like 0-36 months. But are you really gonna tell me you will do that shit for 10+ years? Or even 5? Come on. Even following your own logic, at some point you hit her comfortability threshold, then you tone it down to the 'sweet spot' and eventually that will become boring too. There's no w…

1 person always has the leverage in the LTR and will be the one who (potentially) cheats. I doubt that it's possible for 2 people to be cheating on each other at the same time unless the marriage is just a front for the kids or a situation along those lines. I agree with the self-fulfilling prophecy part, if your partner already hassles you as if you're cheating you might just as well go do it. (And it makes them look weak/unattractive, which also increases the odds of cheating..)

Yep that's why I mentioned the pre-arranged marriage stuff. Women have to be a lot more mature at a younger age. Issue is, while it's true that women mature faster initially(age 12-16), to me it seems that they stagnate their development in certain areas around age 20 or so. Someone here once said something along the lines of 'women stop maturing at 18, they just remain big children for the rest of their lives, that's why women are incapable of leading the family/relationship and it is a man's b…

The pie concept is great because you don't get over focused on 1 component; rather it's about the entire pie. From my POV if you want to maximize your SMV you should score a solid 8 on every component related to SMV, perhaps a bit higher on the one(s) you have a natural talent for. If you're a blue collar worker it's unlikely you will become a multi millionaire but do your job well and get the best compensation you can get. If you're not good-looking, wear nice clothes, go to the gym, be well gr…

I read a YouTube comment recently that went 'The older I become, the more I understand why in other cultures and in our own past, there were prearranged marriages.' That's real shit. You mention how women get their 'superpower' early on before they manage how to wield and how that's different than the male experience. I totally agree. They understood this in the past as well although perhaps not completely consciously. Issue is; because in human history there happened so many fucked up things we…

Women talk about being how they are caring and supportive when asked what they bring to the table besides sex, but don't ever want to hear about your problems and struggles. An increase in a man's income opens doors, an increase in a woman's income closes doors. Women don't want to run the race with you, they just want to wait at the finish line for the guy that finishes first.

What is admirable to me is not necessarily the ability to fuck a bitch that left you. Because one can still hold a grudge and just wanting to fuck her one more time because of revenge fantasies. What is admirable is the ability to fuck her and remain completely cold about it. Because she means nothing to you anymore, you're just ok busting a quick nut and moving on.

Back in the day 1 man with an average wage could sustain a wife and 6 children. Nowadays it's hard for 1 man to buy or rent a place by himself. Let alone having a woman and children be completely dependent on him, life has become much more expensive. I think one of the largest culprits is housing costs. Much of it (I believe) is also related to abandoning the gold standard. Bitcoin will get much larger in the coming decades and fiat currencies will start disappearing I hope that will solve much …

I don't get the link to the past. So 50 years ago low value men got to choose their partner? What you're saying only makes sense in as far as that the average man will usually need a relationship to have access to sex. Therefore he is more eager to enter one and this decreases his leverage so to speak. Successful men on the other hand have access to sex without relationships and are therefore less inclined to enter one which increases their leverage. I still don't see how this was any different …

Pretty spot on and the depth is also nice. How I look at it is when your game is at a certain level, you will get more results by being able to allocate resources correctly than by increasing the quality of your game if that makes sense. Example: A business will make much more $ if it's able to target its customers very well than by making the product 10% better. What I'm trying to say is that when your game is decent you will not miss out on a lot of punani because your game isn't 10% better bu…

I doubt anyone here thinks money does not matter. The question is how much does it matter? From my POV you can use money to get basic necessities like buying food and paying your rent. Luxury goods, expensive vacations etc will only make your life marginally better (if at all). I almost pity people who think money will bring you happiness or freedom. There is plenty of evidence that contrasts this. It all depends on the individual.

And I completely agree with that because that's great. That's the mental aspect. I completely agree with you. However, the reason TRP exists is to suck BP men out of their conditioning. And I think the best way to explain this is by analogy. Imagine a boat is off course 10 degrees to the left. To get back on course, you have to overcompensate, meaning steer by more than 10 degrees to the right for a while, let's say 15. After correction, the steer can once again go back in neutral and you maintain that course. It's like this with TRP, you have to go deep and hard at first be…

I especially agree on the part about the parasitical political system. Very interesting and I'm curious how this will develop and work out long-term. Idk about blackballing. You either believe in bitcoin and its hypothesis or you don't. If you believe, you buy it and don't look at it for 20 years. Then there are people who don't believe or don't know much about it (usually the latter) and just try to flip it (buy low sell high). Yes, this post is still a little too much anger stage.. It's rarely ever about taking pleasure in 'destroying' a man's life. From the most money hungry person ever to philanthropists; equally selfish, the only difference being that acquiring wealth for himself gives the first person a good feeling while the second person feels good when they give it away. You have not become 'truly selfish' just more honest about it and therefore far …

Thanks for the reply. I'm early 20s but figured the answer would be something along those lines. Looks like I'm in for a lot of fun lmao. There's no way I'm getting married though. About that last part, in which industries is trophy wife-(or man) still a real thing? Shit sounds so stupidly outdated and I know for a fact that it's definitely not required everywhere anymore.

Definitely agreed, if you care even a little you're in for a rollercoaster, that's for sure. But even when you don't care, look at your example, he's having to take care of his kid past 20 because she hasn't mentally developed past 16. What are you going to do at that point? Leave her to die or take care of her and the baby until she's 30-40-etc. Total lose-lose situation. Having kids is Russian roulette

You misunderstood me lol. I mentioned death, people cheating and losing their jobs because life is fucking rough. Nothing lasts, everything is in constant flux. Therefore, the idea of marriage in the context of 'till death do us apart' is completely ridiculous and unrealistic. Relationships last as long as there are common goals and the wind is blowing in the right direction. But people change all the time, especially when they're young. So the odds of sticking together (and being happy) from 25…

Marriage is a fantasy for naive child-men/women. To believe the 'together forever' narrative proves that you've never looked at reality ONCE. People die, people cheat, people lose their jobs etc etc. There is not a single thing you can hold onto 'forever'. Everything that has a beginning has a middle and an end. More like 1.5x probably (I don't trust most research on this for obvious reasons) 60+ is probably in the top 5 percentile, lol. Post contains some good points but I think this topic is a little more nuanced in some aspects. Also, I'd like to point out that 'statistics' don't say anything about your chances as an individual. All you need is 1 or a couple of girls to be really into you, not 10% of the entire population. Don't sweat this race or relationship topic too much, it's just a tiny aspect of life, our minds tend to get way too obsessed over one small topic. Relax.

There's a nuance you're missing. Being kind is NOT the same as lacking a backbone. Being kind comes from a place of knowing your own power, from a place of self-trust. Not having a backbone and being 'nice' comes from a place of weakness, deference, lack in self-trust. People who are 'nice' are being 'nice' to create a feeling of belonging within a group, to secure a place in the social hierarchy. Someone like the Rock is a good example of a kind man, he's very kind to everyone most of the time …

Fun thing is that like you said, you can't fake not caring. You naturally will stop caring once you get abundance. Making someone else your #1 priority just reeks of insecurity, that's why it's not attractive. Men will be much more forgiving when a woman makes them their #1 priority but after a while it becomes annyoing as well and the relationship becomes toxic.

Very complicated and nuanced topic. Women want (must) experience a range of emotions to be "happy". You know, an argument I see come up often and also in this article, that is pro 'more females in the workforce/diversity' etc. is something along the lines of "a diverse workforce performs better and bla bla" How much 'diversity' are we talking about here? 50/50 or what? To me it seems unlikely that the most productive diversity would be 50/50. Also, I think it depends on the industry and that some industries need more or less diversity than others? Anybody knows where to find this?

Truth is somewhere in the middle. If you have an IQ below 100 (half the fucking population) odds that you'll ever be a millionaire are small as fuck. Maybe if you become a pro athlete or something like that but you'll NEVER become rich by working for someone else with an IQ that low and the chances of setting up a successful business are insanely small as well. You will still be able to make a decent living if you approach it in a smart way but by no means wealthy. As for looks, yes how your fac…

"really not so difficult" We both know this is not a philosophy you internalize in a few months. Most people never realize this and remain clueless all throughout their lives, ECs here took decades to reach the point you're talking about and it will still take years for people with the current information/knowledge that's available now. If you genuinely fully internalized this philosophy it's odd you'd be telling people it's not so difficult. The steps are simple but the process is long and tedi…

Btw OP, women are not inherently attracted to money. They love the comfort money can buy them. But to women, a loser with money is still a loser. Thinking that money will get you women will only turn you into an ATM. A better way to look at it is looks + game. Game also includes things like power as people without 'game' will virtually never acquire power. Game is not just flirting with womyn, it's how you carry yourself, how you behave yourself in social settings etc. It's frame, confidence, so…

Agreed, but it must be noted that there is a fine line between being so confident that seeking approval has no more inherent value and being a social retard/autist. There are probably very few people with a complete absence of approval seeking and I think it's beneficial to seek approval to some degree. The problem is most people always want to blend in with the crowd, be liked, following the herd too much etc. Self-reliant in terms of emotions and physical manifestations would be a better defin…

This is so bullshit lol. Women will talk behind her back and ostracize her. Most high value men will quickly try to avoid her. Women get rarely thirsty in the first place since it's more of an issue for men in general, 80/20 rule and all. They only get thirsty for a much higher SMV guy. That's why many cougars are considered thirsty, their SMV has already declined significantly thus many males are 'above' them in terms of SMV. You will rarely, if ever see a high SMV girl become thirsty. They wil…

Yep, that's how girls experience most interactions with most males and probably much worse... You really need to experience it yourself just to see how unattractive thirsty behavior is. To have someone be all over you, super invested, while you're not invested at all makes you feel disgusted and wanting to ditch them asap.
/r/TheRedPill21/06/19 10:02 AM

First, you understand thirstiness is unattractive from a theoretical viewpoint. Next, you really start to understand it when you see men behaving thirsty and seeing women repulsed by their behavior. But it's only when you've acquired high SMV yourself and WOMEN BECOME THIRSTY TOWARDS YOU that you fully realize how unattractive it is. Only then you are able to fully understand how repulsive it is to be chased by someone so unconfident/ in a scarcity mindset. (Being chased by such a person doesn't…

They kind of are. When they complain about drugs alcohol etc they are (unconsciously or not) trying to get you to drop the drugs and socializing/going out for her. For multiple reasons, she wants more of your time, attention, her being the center of your universe, wants you to not give attention to other girls etc. One of the biggest 'victories' a woman can have is to make you drop/give up something you love, for her, they will try it (multiple times) in every relationship. Definitely. Top 80% for tinder game will do ok but far from great. To get decent results you need to be top 90% and for great results top 95%. Top 80% doesn't cut it when there are 5 thirsty dudes for every girl on tinder. Besides, becoming top 80% requires like a year of effort since the average is so low.

It's called pareto distribution. 80/20 is apparently just pretty accurate in most cases. What isn't said often however is that although for instance the top 20% own 80% of the wealth, the top 1% own like 50%. Therefore that other 19% 'only' has 30%. Imo, you shouldn't even be on tinder unless you're at least top 90 or 95% looks wise and you still need good pictures. Being top 80% on tinder will get you the occasional 5/6 but nothing fancy.

I think the other replier has some validity but only offers a wooowoo solution. You won't ever be as attracted to the body of a 6 as you were to the body of a 9, that's the simple truth. It means that when you come to the conclusion a ship is sinking as in your analogy and there's no way to stop it, instead of trying to rescue the ship (which is futile) you determine a course of action which is in your best interest. It's very simple as it's just about who's less invested. aka who has more leverage. If the man is less invested in the woman he holds the leverage. This does not mean she will never leave him but she's much less likelier to leave him compared to a man who's over invested in his girl.

I used to lift heavy. 6-12 reps. It's fun until you get an injury, can't lift for 6 months and the injury never fully recovers. Yes, low reps get you the fastest results indeed but slow and steady wins the race my friend. Nowadays I go for 12-20 reps, it doesn't build muscle as fast but with proper training and diet I'll still get big with little risk of injury.

8 sets of 8 reps builds more stamina than strength.... If you don't want to ego lift do the kai Greene method. Go for 16-20 reps with 1 minute of rest in between. It builds a lot of strength and also some stamina. You can't put on more weight than you can handle using this method, because you'd never be able to go above 8 reps or so. I don't think it's anything more than sunk cost fallacy in combination with having an emotional addiction to someone. And basically both of those come down to scarcity mindset. I mean it's very easy to fix a scarcity mindset, if you actually want to fix it. But most people don't want to fix it and prefer to live in an easy, 'have it both ways', fantasy world. Don't bother convincing them waste of time in 99% of the cases and the other 1% will figure it out themselves.

Excellent post to give perspective to men (especially noobies) what standards to have when going into a relationship. I must add though that what you describe is only the first 3-6 months or so. Girls will stutter and twirl their hair maybe for the first 1-2 months then this will mostly stop. Regarding your other points, the crazy sex, the trying to please, responding immediately to messages, clearing their schedule, being sweet all becomes less over time as well... This is one of the most impor…

Yea bro I'll tell you why... It's useless to ask questions like she said xyz what should I have said back? First of all, what you say or do not say is never that important. Of course when you say something really autistic/stupid people will drop you but generally, if you have high value people will cut you slack all the time for saying dumb shit. That's why we say focus on becoming high value. In addition, even if it did matter to say the 'perfect thing' all the time, there would be no way you c…

Great job at simply explaining the 'agree and amplify' concept. You definitely put some thought into it and made it easy to understand, I never thought about it this extensively before. Setting the boundary further, in the way you described, to show people they can't crawl under your skin as easily sets the frame very fast.

I'll bite. At some point, yes, most of us will feel the need to have a girl lust after us. But don't make the mistake to think this is the end goal. Some of us are not even at the stage of having the need to have a girl lust after us and some of us are already past that point. Having the need to have a girl lust after you is ego stroking and ultimately is rooted in insecurity. Therefore, it can not be final. This is nothing more than Maslow his fucking pyramid. Secondly to address this post; Indeed, most men care about what their women do. This is called 'Male Drama'. Male Drama is mostly men trying to correct their woman and tell them what to do. Usually it goes along the lines of Don't do X do Y instead. This can take many forms. Ultimately, male drama is based purely on insecurity. You don't want …

Becoming fat from alcohol consumption is only one of the problems that come with it. More importantly imo, it fucks up your brain chemistry, gets you hungover which all ends up in you living in a 'fog' a.k.a. not having a clear and focused mind, you become unmotivated, lazy and piss your time & eventually your life away. I want to add something to this. TRP says we must become men and leave our teenage years behind. Why? The easiest way to get a woman is by understanding how they think. You can only understand how she thinks (like a teenager) when you're no longer one yourself. To understand something (a paradigm) you must be able to rise above it (next paradigm). Nobody ever said it was necessary. Patrice was a pimp and he was fat as fuck. I never met Tyler or Luke or any of their girls. But I'd bet my left nut they would have more success if they lifted. We say focus on the variables you can control to get laid. Lifting is one of the easiest, everybody can do it and improve his SMV significantly.

Men have killed men with whom their woman cheated. Idk not really worth the risk to get butchered by some chump over poon. Personally I can't even understand why a dude would be angry with the dude his chick cheated on. Literally makes 0 sense to me, imo all he did was do you a favor. But apparently many are.

If you're fugly, poor, out of shape I agree with you, chances of getting some quality pussy are veryyy low. Of course there are ways in which to optimize your looks you can improve your game etc which all works. But yes we all have a limit we cannot go beyond. However, most people give up long before reaching this because they're lazy and love comfort. if you were born with a 1/10 face (unlikely but ok) you will probably never fuck a 10/10 chick unless you become exceptional at something. You only notice when you start paying attention. Many movies and series portray women like goddesses/princesses. Many male characters are being treated like losers. More so, the fantasy hollywood is trying to create that it's sexy for a man to stalk women give up everything for her because it;'s so romantic blahblah. Buy her presents 100s of roses on valentines etc. basically that you should treat women like princesses to get some poon... while in reality it's more like the opposite.

Put in the work and you shall reap the rewards. 20 minutes is nothing. Sit your ass down for an entire day reading and then maybe think about asking a question. Besides the fact that this seems shortsighted to me it tells me you lack the skills to use this tool effectively. Instagram increases your reach, allows you to scale your game to a much higher degree. I like to think of myself as a business and instagram is a great opportunity to be exploited to scale my business. All this scalability does is make the rich richer and the poor poorer. Patrice talked about this many times. It's not necessarily that there aren't any consequences, they're either just too stupid to realize their actions can have consequences, or so entitled they think they will never get hit. Usually it's the men that end up fighting because of the women. Woman A insults woman B. Man B can't let woman A insult his bitch. Both of you are right. Unless the relationship has been going on for years or you're married she will have orbiters to fall back on. It's unacceptable that a married woman/a 2 year gf would give orbiters any more attention than strictly necessary. On the other hand if your LTR is only a few months old she will still interact with orbiters. The key factor is how much. I don't give a fuck if they sent each other snapchats. Simply untrue but apparently you’ve never experienced or known a person HB8/9s fight over and meanwhile he has oneites for a HB7. On a side note, have you read rollo tomassi? You don’t mention anything about social conditioning, that’s why many believe in the ONE. Even most girls do and they have plenty of options. Secondly, oneitis or the ONE is used as a buffer against rejection. Shit post tbh

If you find yourself wondering where you stand, you're not living in accordance with an appropriate value structure. I see now. Fair enough, thanks.

I agree 100%. Complete waste of time to read the rest if this guy thinks or thought a long distance relationship is a good idea. It's such a fundamental mistake that I don't even want to bother reading the rest because you just know it's downhill from there with the same noobie mistakes.

What do you want to accomplish by posting this? Are you looking for validation, do you want us to tell you we feel for you and that women have it easier? Encouragement to keep going? Really the opposite of what this sub is meant for, I get how tough it must be, but I won’t start supporting these kind of posts, sorry.

The problem here is you’re trying to emulate this faggie “asshole behavior” by pushing. You’re doing it to get a reaction out of her. Which is still beta af. The one and only good reason to do it is because you ENJOY fucking a little with girls. Ultimately, it shouldn’t matter how and even if she responds/ is triggered by your teasing. The teasing should be the goal in itself, no ulterior motive or goal it should accomplish. I like to fuck a bit with everyone, especially my friends but also my b…

Well the first and most important red flag was that she practically has no female friends. Why do you think that is? Because most women can’t even stand her. Probably she would say something along the lines of “most women are bitches anyway, I just can’t stand them, they are so manipulative and conflict seeking.” While she was the problem because her behavior is probably very toxic in general. And I think that the validation she needed from other guys was just the tip of the iceberg. Probably we…

Don’t wear white to dates. It reflects light and makes your jawline harder visible. Wear darker colors if you want to compliment your jawline.

Idk dude. I always say never do a bluff you’re not willing to follow through on, because when someone calls your bluff, you’re done.

Yes ultimately nothing is black and white. The reason why people on this sub tend to “exaggerate” is to make things more clear, especially for newbies. Understanding the nuances of TRP is the ultimate goal. However as many of us started with BP thinking, which is one “extreme” let’s define it as white for this example. To be able to understand the nuances, which are in the grey area, you first must understand the other side of the spectrum as well; black. Black is TRP. Only when you’ve experienc…

So on one hand I uderstand what you’re saying because you want to be the one leading, framing etc. On the other hand, what’s wrong with asking a girl you’re new with if you’re hitting the right spot so you can make her cum harder? Don’t see what’s wrong with wanting to improve your sexual skills and asking for a bit of advice. Obviously you don’t want to overdo it but if you aren’t willing to take any feedback you’re just acting like a retard pretending to be the shit imo.

Real AF. If you eat garbage daily, you don’t even really feel the effects it has on your body. You feel more or less ok. However, once you start eating clean and then go back to eating garbage for a day you will feel so fucking bad. Like you’re hungover, unable to do anything productive, can’t focus, cloudy thinking. Junkfood is the worst once you’ve experienced the other side and its benefits.

What the hell the point of this post? It feels like you’re just ranting on and on like a woman and not making any point whatsoever.
