Amicable Divorce? There is no amicable divorce, mark my words and lawyer up. | /r/Divorce_Men | 10/01/21 11:45 PM
Language Divorce Decree, travel abroad and period of possessionYes, I also intepret that way. the word ORDERED is what I don't like (The devil is in the details) I already informed authorities, thank you for that tip. | /r/Divorce_Men | 22/10/20 05:40 PM
Holiday Schedule and New YearNo worries, and thank you for the feedback, it helps a lot. Ok if the winter break is listed on the school site to 1/1 then that clears it up. On my kids vacation its to that Tuesday. I think the 5th. - So is mine. And decree states return one day prior to school starts. So, I'd consent 12/28 @ noon to 1/4/21 at 6pm | /r/Divorce_Men | 22/10/20 05:38 PM

But per decree, provisions, I am accepting travel abroad. - In that… | /r/Divorce_Men | 22/10/20 05:37 PM |
Holiday Schedule and New Yearlemmingsrevenge- While I understand where you come from, I do not have the do what I want attitude. The school ISD indicates winter break is from 12/21/20 to 1/1/21. And CP is requesting dates beyond school starts and conflicting with my visitation, Thursday, 6pm- 8pm. And while people in this forum may think I can make up later, my rational are the following: 1) I do not get to spend enough time with my children (CP moved to a 1 hour away drive) 2) CP is hard to work with, she is flexible when … | /r/Divorce_Men | 22/10/20 01:40 PM
Holiday Schedule and New YearI just read the decree, and no specification. I did see the period she is asking consent goes beyond start of classes, so I do not have to consent for the period after school starts. Additionally, CP is going abroad where the CDC considers high Risk for Covid. | /r/Divorce_Men | 21/10/20 05:36 AM
