All, hope someone with a past similar situation can shed some light.

Final decree states CP shall have possession of the child beginning at 6pm on the day the child is dismissed from school for the Xmas school vacation and ending at noon on Dec 28th.

It turns out children's lat day of school is Dec 17th, and I was supposed to have possession of them Dec 17th- Dec 19th (3rd weekend of Dec). And CP wants to travel with the kids starting Dec 17th.

The school calendar indicates Holiday Break starts Dec 20th.

So I am confused on how to interpretive this. Does she have possession of the children starting Dec 17th or Dec 20th when winter vacation starts per children's ISD?

If she is entitled Dec 17th, I will be away from my children for 24 days. Is that how it is supposed to be? Hope someone can help me.
