Just want to ask brother. You're going to buy a business but can't afford therapy? Is therapy expensive where you live? Or is it that you just don't feel the space? Mentally. Are you sure that you aren't in a burnout? And you're just focusing on your responsibilities while being exhausted? Because then I'd say at least take a few sessions. Just enough to give you some insight into yourself so that you make a better informed discussion.

hahahaha! I'm still waiting on my "verdict". But if I can believe the stories online there is a solid chance I get out unscathed. Can't wait till it's all behind me and I can really start rebuilding with my son.

Her talking to her ex would for me be reason to call it quits. Lawyer up asap. What was her reason for feeling no attraction? What was she missing? Two kids of 5 and 3 probably means a strain on your relationship. Which is normal. I find nowadays women have this fantasy that everyday needs to be a Hallmark romantic slop movie. She was probably reminiscing the better moments with her ex. Now she went back on a high. She'll realize what she really did in a month or two. You my friend need to pick …

Sounds rough man. Honestly I think you need therapy, together and individually. Don't have kids with her until it's resolved. If she refuses therapy or you don't see improvement, then take the hard step. Because odds are she will if you won't.

Of course. I tried to limit it because I didn't want to dump too much. At some point we were just talking about cars and gaming. I'm done talking about my wife with him. Unless maybe she's doing things again and I need some support I don't want to bring it up. We're just going to hang and chill. Make some peace and space again for me.

That really sucks man. It seems that it's still fresh. For me the first week was the hardest. The second week it gradually got better. Time heals. You put all that energy in your marriage. Now you'll have all that energy left to put into yourself. Learn some grounding techniques for when it gets hard (breathing, focus on the here and now, be kind for yourself). Also hit the gym and go for walks. If you have family of friends to rely on, go do something with them. You'll get trough it.

Oh yeah she accused me of having autism... because the mess she made was too much for me.

It sucks man. I know the feeling. Let yourself feel the emotions, grief as you need to. Write down your emotions for yourself. Listen to music and podcasts. Go outside and do some shopping or just walk in nature. Hit the gym. Don't stay holed up inside. Don't contact her. If possible find someone to talk to. If you're staying in the apartment, sanitize it of her. Change the scenery. After a while it gets better. You're young. Your best years are yet to come. Don't make the same mistake again and…

Email? What is wrong with these women that they can't say it in your face? It's such a cowardly manner to end a marriage. These type of women are weak.

Yeah definitely gonna teach my son. Don't get married. You're committing to a liability. Because what do you really gain? You pay for an expensive party. You get married and you do the fows "till death do us part", "for better or for worse". Then if things do get worse, they're gone. Or if they see better elsewhere. If divorce is an option, these vows are meaningless. You're just setting yourself up to get royally bent over. You might as well put a strap-on on her with the ring. She gets 50%, sh…

Haha yes, I get you. The fog is clearing. I can't confirm it, but I can't deny it either. I wouldn't be surprised if she went to get what she wanted elsewhere. If anything I hope it. I hope that the guy then presses her to ditch my son so that I get full custody. The way she left showed me she can do things behind my back, behind my mother's back and lie in your face. My trust in her is totally gone. Nothing would surprise me anymore.

Man I feel for you. To have your kids turned against you... It'd shatter my world. The cruelty of these women know no boundaries.

Don't worry you're not stealing my thunder. Thanks for sharing. At least we're in this together. You're right, marriage takes effort. Wish they understood this.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
