Thank you! I just gotta a private message from a female that was defending the male that I was talking about in my post. And some people wonder why they never attain respect from the opposite gender -- because they are out here defending/catering to them. Men see that as easy. And that's what men want, and why men walk over women all the time.

There is so much I could have responded with after blocking & deleting him -- this being one. But I always remember to never stoop to their level of stupidity, ignorance, and arrogance, and I keep it moving since I don't care to waste my energy on such pathetic men. Never invest where there should be no investment. Changing people's way of thinking and treating others, requires professional attention. If I am not getting paid... I ain't doing it. Cut the cord.

I had a conversation with an idiot (to put it lightly) that I thought was a decent male friend. We were having a conversation about men hitting women; and he proceeds to respond with "well if women hit men -- no one would say anything." He proved my point right at the end. Blocked and Deleted. No time to waste on SIMPLE MINDED MEN. What a waste of space, seriously.

Yep. Would never date them, and have always been opposed to my friends dating them. I wasn't wrong, because the ones that were once dating them are not anymore. Today they have their own partners (within their age range) and child-less. This reminds me of Yosef Aborady, one of the guys in Claire's season of the Bachelorette who literally had the audacity to tell Claire to "grow up;" and that she was old and no one wanted her. This guy was a single dad, go figure. LOL

I had a pick-me ephiphany today while running outdoors. I've always observed many women get all giddy and flirty around males (ridiculous and embarrising). Welp I was walking with my dog and this man said something about my dog and the females with him started laughing. And while at a store there was this lady at the register next to the man assisting me at the register, and this lady starts laughing about a question I asked the man. Pick-me's are frustrating people. I've always supported women …

Same with my family. The men in my family have long time friends (males of course). LOL I have not seen that! Normally they like to bash women that don't accept their advances. "Is we'll have a breakup or an emotional breakdown, and they can exploit our vulnerability." But now that I think of it, something of this nature happened to a friend. So sounds about right. Men are just manipulative.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy23/12/20 01:30 AM

Do you find that males find your sexuality intriguing, and a possible gateway into their wild perversions? I've always wanted to whip out the "I am a lesbian" since I don't personally find men attractive or interesting. I don't pay attention to any men at all! I may possibly be asexual, but nonetheless a man would still think persistence is the key to me so I am sure that wouldn't hold anyone back...

I once knew a man that was raised around women, and all my work colleagues thought the guy was gay. He was highly fashionable, and would wave his hands in the air, and call me GIRRRLLL. Turns out he was interested in me and was not gay at all. I was shocked.

I have always seen the term OLD thrown around here. What does it mean?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy23/12/20 01:16 AM

I have observed a lot of men be married or (already) dating on dating apps. I recall while working abroad; seeing a friend's bf on a dating app. I brought it to her attention and she was stunned. Yeah, I wouldn't be surprised if the guy has something up his sleeve tbh.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy23/12/20 01:14 AM
6

I agree hahaha. That's why they are a waste of time. In all honesty, I wish there were more females that would come together and realize the beauty in finding and having authentic friendships. That's also been an ongoing problem among women I have come across. Many rather have the approval and acceptance from men, than befriend and empower other women. Thank God FDS exists.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy21/12/20 12:16 PM

I've also had friend's husbands/partners hit on me. Very disgraceful and sad. Men really have little to no self respect, and they really have the nerve to ask for any. Pathetic The getting hit on by medical professionals sounds familiar. So many horny out of control men out in this world.

"Well spotted. He's using an absolutely sick and predatory move called pre-selection. He's using a wing-man to vouch for him. He knows women would clock him as a psycho if he presented himself as-is." I never knew that term, so thank you! One thing I have noticed with men like this; is that they have to go out of their way to even find someone remotely interested in them because most of them are generally unattractive. I had a male "friend" (thought he was) who would use his prospective doctor t…

/r/FemaleDatingStrategy21/12/20 10:57 AM

Doesn't surprise me! I find situations of this nature to be rather sneaky, and incredibly creepy. The simple fact that he CAN NOT directly find himself a girlfriend goes to show what lengths he has to take in order to. Gives me possible psycho/maniac (the list goes on) vibes.

I agree, one of my bestfriend of more than a decade is just that. I love him and his partner!
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy21/12/20 10:51 AM

Same! If the man is a doctor (as he claims to be) why doesn't he find someone in his group or circle of friends/connections. And even if it just happens where everyone he knows is dating someone or are not interested in the dating scene -- why not go on events on your own or with friends that will widen your opportunities to meet someone. Something must be wrong if he really needs to go ALL out his way to get a somewhat random person to connect him with someone lol.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy21/12/20 10:50 AM

I always thought: "Well even if they may be attracted to me, that won't hinder our friendship..." Not true. I always found myself with men who would eventually become distant or upset because I never ended up seeing them as more than a friend. Goes to show, how fake of a friend they were.

The same thing has happened to me in the past; where these males were simply "friends" but as soon I start talking about a guy I am interested in, they go MIA. Yet these same guys have partners, and it's never an issue for me since they are just my friend. Fake friends, that's all they are.

Why are men always giving advice on behalf of women. That's what I can not stand! Like who are you? Certainly not a woman. So shut up! That's exactly why many women are becoming academically and professionally accomplished. These men think we are dumb. Get out of here with that shit.

FDS helped me realize the same! All the male friends I've had, have always expressed interest in me -- they have tried to date me, put their hands on me, and some even marry. What kind of friendship is that? That's no friendship -- these men only want their kind of "friendship," not a genuine, authentic one. I don't need that shit in my life. Waste of time.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy20/12/20 06:18 AM

Anecdotally, men will flat out say that they would not be friends with a woman they are not attracted to. Interesting indeed. Explains why all these idiots I have considered "friends' have never truly been friends.

If there is one thing I have learned in life -- it's that throwing peddles or rocks at someone's window is not a romantic gesture as the movies/shows have made it seem. And if anyone does throw any pebbles or rocks, he is probably a nut. My ex-husband threw pebbles or rocks (?) at my window to get my attention when we were dating. He turned out to struggle with his self-esteem, was clingy, and emotionally unstable. Never again.

The only time I was somewhat bold with a stranger, was at a Home Depot where a customer started to randomly assist me with a purchase. I've been met with stupid and annoying men online too! They just don't get it. They think women live (and should live for them). NO just NO. You know what's interesting. As someone that enjoyed working out, I am hoping to do a subreddit on Fitness for females (for FDS women). I've never personally known many women who enjoy working out or are even getting started on their journey to a fit and fabulous life. Based on my experience, my ex-husband wanted to have children when I was in the process of filing for divorce -- it appeared to me that he wanted to trap me. I completely agree with u/Splatzy19. I was also married in my early 20's and divorced shortly after. You did not miss out on anything at all! It's really hard to find a man that you can connect with on a deeper level and is quality. I live in NYC and there are SO many fish in the sea here. SO MANY! Folks here tend to marry and settle down in their mid to late 30's. Maybe you just need a change of scenery.

My older brother is the perfect definition of a NiCe GuY. The dude was texting me on the phone for over an hour on how women will choose "hood guys" instead of him. I mean that's a no brainer when he has nothing to show. Never pursued academia or any technical skills; is completely dependent on my parents; a full-ass MOMMAS BOY; doesn't cook (that I know of); has been unemployed for a LONG time now -- and shows no signs or interest of getting a job. When I made that known to him. The dude went h…

OMG my creepy friend (which I ghosted & blocked) was in the process of taking his USMLE and was primarily interested in becoming an OBGYN. I've honestly never had a pleasant experience with any OBGYN. They are mainly men in NYC, and the limited female OBGYN are literally in and out of the office. I recall the first and last time I had a male OBGYN he was asking me what my ethnicity was and what the ethnicity/race of my partner was. How weird is that! But honestly speaking, why in the world would…

Honestly speaking, all those new Netflix series and documentaries confirm that many men are dangerous. This guy seems like he's on his way there. Yikes.

Not interested in dating or seeing anyone (I like my peace of mind thank you) and I also don't plan on getting married or having my own children, been married though. It's an all-women sub which I like. So I'll stay. :)

Being friends with men has NEVER worked in my 29 years! They always end up liking me and getting all upset if and when I mention having other male friends. These ugly men trying to run a women's life. F out of here. No one is interested in your ugly ass. UGH. Pisses me the F off.

I've always been taught since a young age to observe how people, especially a person I am dating behaves and treats others. This advice has never failed me. Keep your eyes and ears open, ladies.

I am not sure how to react, LOL. I feel embarrassed for the dude. Like bro, you going out of your way to embarrass yourself. He knows he's a midget, and it's okay, but go find someone your height or that's gonna be okay with dating a short man. As a matter of fact. If a person is insecure, then they should work on themselves first before jumping into a relationship. SMH. People be wild'n out here.

Honestly, it's the best way to get em' to bounce. No one is interested in listening to a uninformed (i.e. dumb) person and they know that.

Say that last part again for the men in the back! I remember scrolling through the dating advice subreddit, and the men were going ON and ON about how women perferred older men and that life gets better once you are 30 or above. As a women in her 20's, I was on a hunt to debunk all those comments. I would never touch an older man, even with a ten foot pole -- that's just straight up nasty. I remember there would be guys in my then retail banking job in my early twenties that would hit on me. The…

Hahahahaha SAME. I often have guys ask me if I can cook, and I am like NOPE NOPE & more NOPE. Funny thing is, most of these guys are always in the kitchen cooking for their friends and family -- so I proceed to say "that's why I gotta find myself a man that cooks." LOL they're all for it. Men have to be well-rounded nowadays, if you can't cook, forget it. Waste of time. Note: I do know how to cook.

Ewww he sounds like TRASH MAN (90-day fiance reference). But seriously, the dude is talking about women feeling entitled to everything, and here he is taking advantage of her KINDNESS and GENEROSITY. Therefore, acting entitled to the fact that she *clearly* brings MORE to the table than him in the relationship. The hypocrisy is real. The dude should be counting his blessings! I'll say it now, and continue to say it. CHEAP men are TACKY. Not sure why women waste their time and energy on men that …

Maybe that's why they think they can get with a "younger women," which is something that was running through my mind today. I don't know how many dammm times I have seen so many men in their 30's and above repeatedly state that they can get a woman in their 20's. Stay in your lane buddy. I hear you. Cultural differences are certainly hard to overcome (especially in a marriage). As someone that tends to attract men outside of my faith, ethnic and racial background -- it can be overwhelming. But I've always enjoyed challenging myself and stepping outside my comfort zone. Life is a learning experience, and I never want to miss out from what it teaches me.

I will second this as someone that had a close guy friend that was African (not Muslim). The guy was such a creep and just straight-up weird, had to block the dude. I have a lot of Arab language partners, some from Saudi Arabia and I've certainly heard of dowry being a big issue in the country -- which has led to a decline in marriages. Most of my bestfriends are Muslim, but of South Asian descent and they've performed that custom at their weddings as well. All very interesting as someone that h…

Very true! My father (Cuban) was having a conversation with his dad (my grandfather) most recently and they were talking about how men need to be able to provide for their homes. My grandfather enforced this thought and proceeded to say that in Cuba this was the way of life for everyone. Men made sure that rent was paid, and that women had enough money for everyday expenses. Probably why dating a westernized man (normally white males) is not my cup of tea. I prefer men with a cultural background…

Although my ex-husband was white and was very generous, I can't help but agree with you on white men being stingy and TACKY. Men of every other racial/ethnic group tend to be more generous. As a Latina, I believe much has to do with pride.
