Great point and on the M->F you will probably get laid there are allot of desperate gegenerates out there dude. Scroll through 4chan for 30 minutes and it's nothing but traps this traps that.

Yeah I did this for a while but then I ended up never using it. Also if something important is going on with close friends I'll hear about it besides social media.

Not using any social media but had doubts about me maybe missing out on something. Seeing your post solidified what I already thought it doesn't get you jack shit if your not a) a hot girl b) some kind of celebrity. Good post I think allot of guys lose way to much time drooling over insta thots and running a mediocre insta page.

No problem dude. Great reply I have much beter image about you now. I think your a cool guy. I love writing code too and you have a lot of interesting hobbies. You'll do great man! You only have to shake the idea that your low value. Because your not you just lack self confidence. I have the same issue just a little less severe. I lost alot of weight and started lifting. Now I look really good compared to before but I haven't internalized how I look yet. So when interacting with girls I tend to …

This is the point I was trying to make you reinforce the fact that you suck and leave out the parts where I told you to do something (I know you said there's a lot to think about). But what's something you haven't done an activity or hobby you find really interesting but never picked up. I'd like to hear what you think would be an awesome activity. And don't worry about it not being RP or something like that just name the first thing that pops in your head. Doing something beside work and meetin…

The problem is your cynicism. Almost every comment with advice is quoted by you and flipped around for negativity. You have a deaftist attitude and it's no wonder people avoid you. People with you attitude suck other people in. Rarely I meet people like you and talking to them has the ability to ruin my entire mood (altleast it. Used to). You're 25 you can do what ever you want. You could just stop everything you're doing change completely and start over. You need to learn how to see the positiv…

That's great man! Also sounds like you have your shit together because you need to so that makes for an excellent driving force. This is something I can relate to when I'm crushing it in other things I feel 10x more confident than baseline. Would be nice to always feel so on top of it but something tells me that allot of RP guys are on top of it 99% of the time. Maybe that is why people on TRP always tell you to stop worrying about girls and just focus on you.

Sick! I'll read your post. I've been trying to get in to that mindset of seeing every approach even if it's crash and burn as progress for myself. But still the old TRP truth of getting of your ass and doing it holds true and I definitely need to do a lot more.

Thanks for the advice! The practicing with A/A and frame holding will help allot I think good tip. I think that's my main problem in this the mindset shift like other commenters were already talking about.

This sounds really reasonable. Think this may also come from my BP days I had a typical high-school sweatheart situation and missed out on allot of dating so I'm eager to catch up.

You're right but I'd also like to get laid and that's not happening right now. Building my life and working on goals / hobbies / Career isn't the problem.

That sounds great I'll definitely check it out. Did it help you become more confident after some success?

Hard to say but gives you a ball park estimate just weigh yourself and get a body fat caliper the simple ones are really cheap. And just monitor yourself if your gaining more fat than you want scale it down a little and if you have the feeling that you don't get results up your intake a little. It's a good guess but everybody has slightly different metabolisms and puts on muscle in different rates.

Google TDEE calculator OP first hit is pretty good gives you allot of data and look and halfway the result page there are macros. Look at the bulking one that is what you should try and consume on a daily basis. It's based on your height weight body fat and activity level so should be a good fit.

Same problem here OP hope you get some advice but I'm afraid the only thing you'll hear is get experience. But I have the same issue where I'm so stuck in communicating with friends on a day to day basis that when a girl shit tests me I auto respond logical and instantly kill attraction. 2 weeks ago a girl came up to me and called me literally good looking and then shit tested me about my beard and I responded logically instead of recognizing it was a shit test you could see the disappointment i…

What is exactly weird about your head shape OP? It sounds like your hairline make you have a high forehead but if you were to shave your head this won't be an issue right? I'm bald since 22 shaved my head on my birthday best decision I've made. If you can grow a beard that also helps. It's your choice but I would know what I'd do just go bald if you decide not to just own that shit either way.

I recently started reading in public transport. I was sick of losing 2 hours every day on my phone so picked up reading. This has helped me get better at focusing on tasks. In hindsight it kind of makes sense if you practice you'll get better so start doing stuff you enjoy that requires intense focus for long periods of time and you'll become better at focusing on tasks you enjoy less.

I agree with you but I think this can be useful especially for guys like me. I'm under the impression that purpose has to be grand too, this grandness my purpose should contain makes the act of finding purpose just as grand. As a result allot of guys including myself become passive they are constantly pondering about their purpose but never take action. They reach too high and don't have the skills required to start out or they don't start out because everything they consider isn't grand enough.…

Also someone said something about getting your mental health evaluated. If you feel like your doing what 16 year olds do and acting like everything is OK and it's not or you have any doubts about anything just get yourself checked out. My story is a horror story about a wrong diagnosis but if you actually have something going on doctors might be able to help. So don't just take what I said at face value and think about it first and do what you think is best.

Watch out OP I was diagnosed with ADHD as a kid and drugged up was the worst time of my life I didn't sleep I didn't eat because of the meds and this meant I was on fucking edge all the time. When the meds wore off I got really emotional and let's just say I didn't go to 3 sperate schools because I did so good. Eventually I ended up on a school for behaviorally disturbed kids. Luckily my parents noticed a trend where I didn't take my meds in the vacation and there were none of the signs school m…

I think OP meant that women if they realize it or not are happier if you win than having to blow you off. And you're right about the projection but I think it can be a really good mindset to come from. Especially for the newer guys who think women are evil and against them. And sure there are women who blow you off the moment you talk to her but OP addressed those in his post. Imo this post is mostly for building positive inner monologue and building frame.

Just get over it OP it beyond your control so learn to grow confident with your height. Also something I heard is that you smaller guys have an easier time garnering passive attraction, because when you are a cool motherfucker and don't give a shit about your height girls tend to over estimate your confidence. Your physical appearance should indicate the opposite, but since you are being confident they think you are insanely confident. Don't quote me on this but might be the kick in the ass you …

Just fucking do it OP just crash and burn. Im in the same spot as you are and there is no other way than to just go for it. I was like a 100 lines in typing this comment and then it hit me that was what held me back stop trying to approach this like a science that can be know. It has to be felt first. Kind of depends on what you're going for OP I just lost allot of weight and had to buy an entirely new wardrobe and went full on the tech wear / Japanese street wear. I like the chromatic look and the added style but it coming more from materials and design than color. Also muh future ninja. What I get from your post is that you like simple outfits consisting of a pair of jeans and a t shirt with sneakers. Something you can look into for these kinds of outfits is color blocking. Thanks for clarifying but I did get that from the post. But my questions was how do I go about making her having a positive emotional response to me like you said a women wants to feel but what are ways to make her feel because I have the feeling I'm really bland and boring on this part of the interaction.

This is something I have a really hard time with I don't have any idea on how to convey emotions. Not to say that I'm an emotionless sperg but how to do this on purpose. Do you maybe have some examples OP?

Aren't the mods from the banout2018 sub just flagging other reddits? If so couldn't we just band together with some other reddits like 4chan to do the same to them. Don't really know if this would have any impact

I think I have this too OP leaving this here so I can see the advice people give. I'm bald at 23 and have a beard but people think I'm allot older than I actually am. Also the majority of attention I get from girls happen to be moms in their late 20's this is something that really bothers me because im more interested in girls in their early 20's minus the kids.

Look into intermittent fasting I'm doing this at the moment and seems to be working pretty well don't fall for all the "muh gainz" Memes about fasting it doesnt effect your gains you just shift around when you eat so you end up going semi keto for part of the day also can't confirm but working out first thing in the morning when you skip breakfast is reportedly beneficial for gains but haven't seen any difference been fasting for 12hrs a day for 3 weeks no so might show up

Just shave your head or go for a buzz cut 9/10 times guys who start balding early get to pull of the bald look for some reason. I'm bald myself at 23 and grow some facial hair. But most important don't be insecure about it. You can be balding and not give a shit you can be bald and not give a shit and it wouldn't really matter

Since I started TRP which isn't that long ago. I notice what I consider high value guys that I kind of knew start to associate with me and I got closer with them. It kinds of happens but if you don't really know these kind of guys by proxy then you should definitely join something like commenter above said. Maybe when going out strike up conversation with guys you think are high value. If you are working to get there or are already high value they are pretty receptive in my opinion.

The pizza example for instance you didn't provide that much context. I don't know if this was work related or something Guy: go get pizza's You: sure if you're paying! Or Get out phone pretend to call domino's and start ordering pizza's You just flip it on them now they have to respond and be witty about it. What would you think if you ask someone to get pizza and instead of doing it or being witty about it they would get al butt hurt. You'd probably have less respect for them and since they are…

Sounds like you need to stop being such an angry bitch and learn to have some banter. Like with the receptionist that's just stupid on his part and he can expect to get called out when he snaps his fingers at clients. The other shit could of ended with some friendly banter and maybe flip the situation on them. Instead of this you go from 0 - 100 over some meaningless shit and people think your a loser because of it. If you can't hang then don't hang but going all out telling people you will fuck…

Would like to add since post is gone and this looks weird as fuck now. I wasn't gaming 16 yo girls nothing happened we just talked. I didn't even overtly showed interest. I just happened to take a babystep in the right direction and found allot of TRP concepts like I'm the price, she is there for my entertainment. Etc to be true. it just took a really extreme example to show me this in practice. I hope I can apply this to women in my age range from now on

This realization should be enough to reframe your goals. Also try to pay attention to. Your thought patterns you'll catch yourself making excuses. Once you are aware of that you can tell your brain to go kindly fuck it self and do whatever you set a course for. My week has been shit as well when Journaling I can pin point the exact moment I lost to my subconscious and restart the focus on achieving my goals there's allot of reading material on this sub reddit about discipline.

Don't take me for my word just trying to internalize TRP by commenting en thinking in the right patterns. But looks to me like she was into you when you were spinning but you committed and now you have a scarcity mentality and are mate guarding because of it. Also wouldn't surprise me if she loses interest because you changed your behavior by investing in her instead of spinning plates.

Im 23 and found TRP 2 months ago. I think you can do everything everybody else does but you get to do more and be conscious about it. TRP is useless if you don't implement it and the way to implement is going out. So in my opinion you won't mis a thing but on the other hand if your going full monk you end up missing allot and facing the same problems you would've faced if you just went out and approached girls. Also remind me to go out more and approach more girls. I have the same problem but I …

Hey TRP I recently discovered TRP and have read allot and for the most part it clicks. But I also see lots of posts about not only reading but doing. Now my question is if you guys have any tips or tricks to create routine and internalize the TRP mentality? Also I'm lifting, Journaling and try to be more proactive and get a IDGF attitude but I feel myself slipping every so often.
