“Just one? But, ladies have you seen yourselves?! I’d prefer to have you all!” Or “Easy ladies, two at a time tops please. Only so much stamina in 3 hours”. “Ugly (flips hairs especially if bald) why thank you (smile)” Girls naked: “All at once?! Ladies please there has to be some sort of tease ;) let’s take it slow, my name is (stud mcfuckingyoulater)” Loosen up bro. Good video. Shame though, she’s probably one of those $5000 up front fee lawyers. If I and likely many others weren’t paying all that child support after being served blindly it could almost be affordable. Maybe more on the co-parenting backstory? Glad she advocates for it.

In all honesty, prepare to embrace the suck. And I only realized this until much after but, you get two choices of adapting/overcoming or succumbing to that which is already happening to you. Adapting is realizing that many friends, and definitely her family is not on your side. This is where being a man counts. You’ll have to sack up, get new friends, new hobbies, and if family doesn’t support then fuck em. Go build a new family. Make a better life and none of it involves her.

You've done well by posting. I joined the military at 18 man. My hair went away around 19. Just shave that shit off and live a glorious bald life. It'll tan over time. I checked out that braincels sub just now. Holy shit is that stupid. Glad you're off it. I can see how it would make you give up digesting that crap. Go and keep lifting. Brodin will bless you with gains and keep you safe in the iron temple. Those who bully in the gym Brodin usually sends to Rhabdo. Sometimes getting medication is…

Do you have kids? Sounds like you don't. And since you don't have them as a reason to remain in contact just stop. You booked a vacation and she's asking for it again... well did she pay for it? It sounds like a reach for a reward she definitely doesn't deserve. And now she's telling you she's sending booty shots to other dudes and/or your friends. And you keep talking back. Delete her from your life and focus on uni man. She's fucking with your head and craves validation. That's what her stupid…

Sounds like you knocked up some older than you broad. Lord knows I did, almost 10 years my senior. It's good you came here instead of somewhere else. Get a DNA test. It's easier to walk away from a child not being yours after a few months vs a decade. And probably an std test.

Go get a good lawyer, mention this to him/her and all else, file for divorce first. You'll be amazed at how different the outcome will be. She can't just "Take" them from you. You'll have rights to your kids. File first!!!!

Sounds like you're talking to her in person. You may want to stop that and let the lawyers do their job. Unless you got her agreeing to all of that in writing of course. Mine was more than willing to allow me access to my storage unit when I was deployed... and I've literally now lost everything in it because I couldn't prove that discussion ever happened. They're sly ones for sure. Record it even so you can prove she said all that. As the divorce goes on (I hope it's quick for you) she'll begin…

OP, Welcome to the beginning. You've come to the right place. Expect a lot of no bullshit and upfront awakenings. Just realize that most of what you will eventually read on the sidebar is where we come from. 10 months isn't a long time however, if you're as invested as it seems you have been then it will be hard to rip the bandaid off. But do it. Block her cell-phone, do not give her money, do not help her. Do not talk to her. If she gifted you things get rid of them. If anything reminds you of …

Just feel like if it's your home then she needs to leave. If you're paying for it and she wants out... then gtfo. She'll use the kids for sure to manipulate you and you won't notice it at first. I started looking at things in the sense that if she needs help and the all her family to do anything, I will make it a point to prove that I can do the same thing without anyone's help. Glad Iowa doesn't penalize you but, still if you're paying for it then she needs to go. You're going to have to find o…

OP, Not too sure about the song... but good for you talking to the lawyer. You're in the beginning man and it'll be weird, painful, stressful, and seeing the woman you cared for turn into whatever she is now will be hard. Stay in the gym, eat good, be great at work, and be the best you possible. Do it for yourself and your kids. They'll grow up one day and realize what happened and when you're older, more successful, and unphased by what's happening to you now... they'll realize how much you car…

OP, She wants you to fail and prove her hamster head theories right. Don't move out of your home until this is settled. Stay in the gym and give her 0 contact unless you're parenting the children at the same time. It'll be even better this way because then she can watch the mistake she's made as you continue to grow and better yourself. Sounds like she will be a lot like mine and try to manipulate you. That's a hard fight but, easier if you go no contact or minimal since you live there. The most…

Get a lawyer who wins. Do not talk to her about anything other than when you're with the kids. Do not stop going to your therapy, that's self improvement. Fight for custody minimum 50/50. You just got served so you're in the beginning. DO NOT TALK TO HER about ANYTHING related or could be thrown into court. I'm sorry but, it's over. She is done and that is hard and will suck to swallow. She is no longer a team player and do not let her fool you into thinking you can still "work" on it. Trust. It…

If you do remember to keep it something specific about her. She works at a library? Hopefully she's smart. I'm guessing you're at college somewhere or school of some sort. Maybe use that and ask her out to talk about school subjects she likes and find one you're in and go from there. Also, if you're at a university there's probably other babes anyway.

This. It's in Carnegie's book to compliment specifically on people. My go to is eyes (even brown ones) and add that they have a nice sparkle in them. Usually looking for pupil dilation which is an even bigger IOI. Usually you'll get a compliment in response or at minimum a thank you. And seconded on the one compliment until earned. Keep working on the attitude game.

Not sure what other supplements if any you take. Dehydrates your body for sure. So you'll need to drink a ton of water if you want to see real effects. As far as beer goes it sounds like you do it socially and use it to your benefit as far as networking goes. Don't let it become a crutch though. It's far too easy to do. Weekends easily turn into additional days and then even more. Vandaalen is making the point that alcohol (then combined with creatine) will stunt your growth in the gym. Both of …

You're still in school... period. You're young and have a lot ahead of you. Motivation is fickle, discipline isn't. You'll learn that throughout life. If you're in a top 5 not in the US then your intelligence is surely greater than most. Don't sell yourself short on that. Again, you've got more drive and ability to handle what's on your plate than you think. Start with fitness and do it early. You'll find the boost of energy refreshing and the rest will be easier to handle.

Two months isn't a lot of time for what should be a memorable last year. Sounds like you've got things mostly under control. Have you attempted switching up your schedule? As in waking up earlier to get the workout in or 15 minute power naps. You've got more drive to handle yourself than you think. You're in a top 5 school. Act like it.

Can't speak for law but, I can for military death by power-point. Flashcards do work, especially if you handwrite them yourself. Go over everything until you know it all. Then after that begin to time yourself for an accurate but quick response. Might come in handy for law. When getting fire-hosed with information pay attention vs writing everything down. Then whatever subject you covered that day you go over with classmates or yourself in a group no larger than 5. And take time out of your day …

What sparked the desire to propose? Have you started to pull back the throttle own your own self improvement/progression? Did you stop lifting? Good that you don't live together. If you think of marriage also think of divorce. It's real.

OP, Yes you can get big with strength training. I've seen dudes and myself get big with a lot of calisthenics. Personally my biggest gains were when I stuck with cleans, deads, and squats (with pullups always). Mark Rippetoe has a book on it that's great. In fact if you're looking for size and strength I'd give his book a read if you haven't already. And as most have said, the six pack comes with diet. Especially if you're doing those three movements correctly.

Marriage is quite literally a contract. Prenups are losing their worth as well. Good LTR's are fine but, you can't forget that it is literally a legal contract. And if kids get involved and she changes her mind you will suddenly understand why it's generally frowned upon here.

Kids put us in a tough spot here. As a dad I too can relate to all the bs. Sounds like you're within driving distance to your daughter. A lot of advice out there will say to be nice to the mother to ease things. That's tougher than it sounds. My was-wife still tries to manipulate me with the kids and there is almost always a motive behind anything "nicer". You sound like you're geographically close to your daughter. Don't give your ex anything other than what's legally required. But fight like h…

Get a lawyer, seek some sort of counseling or psychiatry to get all this off your plate, and document everything she's done. You've got kids and a woman that left you for another dude already. It is going to suck. It sucks now and it will suck more. If you don't move first then she will and I assure you, that is the last thing you want. Everything is currently in your favor legally. Martin, Yes I've slowly learned how the family court is laid out and works. That is at least for Ohio since they're all different. It's tough deciding between giving in to the pressure and biting the bullet and approaching bankruptcy to have access to my kids. The situation gets more upsetting as the next court date approaches. Says she needs the minivan for spousal support... and her father has 10 cars and at least one is an SUV. It's tough man but thank you for the support.

Bionic, Ohio might as well be Canada haha. Unfortunately base legal can only do power of attorneys, wills, and court martial/federal cases. They just tell you to go get an attorney which is difficult since I'm in the Southwest. I appreciate the support though. Hoping if I do lawyer number 3 it doesn't look like I'm just throwing money everywhere irresponsibly.

Derp, I'm doing what I can to get her to see "freedom" and what I believe she actually does want. I've sold mostly everything aside from some tools that remain unbought. Conversations go much better when I'm there in person. Maybe it's due to her realizing what she's doing. Who knows. Shopping for a new lawyer who should be doing this stuff for me instead. Thanks for the advice. Another friend of mine is doing literally that as well. I'm enlisted too so I'm not exactly swimming in $ haha.

bufedad, I've never had a reason to go to legal before either. Strictly powers of attorney, wills, and the rest is court-martials and federal type things. The advice they give is more or less "go get an attorney". Quite disheartening really especially after waiting the several weeks or more just to hear that. I believe I have been set up for failure in a big way. I literally can only visit when she agrees at the moment. You are very correct in not receiving what I don't ask for. It appears I hav…

OP, If you're really 17 that's fairly young. But, this can be good. Welcome to manhood. It's fucking tough and it's just started for you. You'll find advice on the red pill but, it will likely not be similar to what you've experienced thus far. From what I can gather you are fairly entitled. You're also looking for motivation. Martin, Thanks for the advice. There was a point when I was over there where I did document. And then she noticed I was doing it (at the time it was more for self improvement and my own tact). From that moment there was never a word spoken for a very long time. Video time with the kids is very trying and I now gear it to only myself and their interactions. Mentally I can no longer focus on her as well as attempting to make a good call with the kids. Most of the time I'm staring at a wall or ceil…

Derp, We have indeed had that chat. We've all sat down actually (relatively small where I'm at now) and have learned more and more as it goes on about legalities and just how little there is to protect this from happening. I only just learned of the girlfriend and while it wouldn't surprise me for her to actually have a lesbian relationship I do believe a Jody is involved. She's already upped to Cleveland and st. louis. That argument has always been a joy to have bringing up me choosing to leave…

Bionic, Thanks for the support. I know all too well how often it happens. Perhaps that's what upsets me the most. Almost everyone in has been divorced at least once and this way. What I dislike is that there's nothing protecting us when we do come back. We just take the punch and have to roll with it. Unfortunately, that "deployment money" was sent to the was-wife during my tour to help with the kids and pay down the debt. Sadly it looks like it was used on her attorney instead. Yet here I am no…

Nathan, Yes the court immediately puts a hold on everything. There were restraining orders put up as well which I found quite absurd. I did literally just get back haha. This though is what I would like to fight but, have had almost no impact thus far. Having my son ask if I was going to be there tomorrow when I tucked him in the last night tore me up a bit. As harsh as it all really is I do believe they should have both actual parents versus the mother. Rants could also occur about that impact …

Speaks, yes it is very upsetting. Some days (like yesterday) are more upsetting than others. My motto is usually "she'll buff out" but, trying to have an adult conversation with logic towards the was-wife usually requires an immediate gym session or two. She's planned it since April of 2017 according to one of her earlier rants. I appreciate the shared rage.

BattleDuck, It does take quite a toll on your mental health and personally my views on women at the moment. What I find interesting is if I hadn't legally married it would be much less significant. Learned a ton about the legal world so far. Not all are bad but, since a legal marriage is literally a contract... not so sure that'll ever happen again haha. I appreciate your response.

bufedad, Thanks for the response. I'm now looking into other lawyers. You have some solid points that haven't been brought up in court yet. That's mostly what I'm confused about. Typical handing the woman everything situation just baffles me. Base legal doesn't do much. Actually had my second talk with them just this week after waiting a few weeks. They're legally not allowed to represent you and the advice is vague, broad, and nothing you can't find on google. My favorite is when they say to ge…

What state? I've learned it varies from state to state. If it's Ohio, from my own 7 months, I have gathered that if attorney's don't agree they go to the magistrate first for temporary decisions. Both attorneys hope by the time you get to the judge it's hammered out so they just stamp it permanent. But, I have an attorney that doesn't explain things so that's the best I got. Hope it helps.

Thank you Atticus. It is true. When I saw 12% I thought.. ok. But then none of the other stuff counted (debt and lack of actual benefit income). I understand that my 1/2 paycheck doesn't equal that. If I could afford another lawyer I would try. But, it's not that he didn't try to do anything either. Doing this from the other side of the country is rather difficult.
