It doesn't I tried it for asthma years ago, I took it very seriously at the time. It didn't help. Doesn't help with anything as far as I can tell but you'll never snore again :)

Hope I've got to you in time, check out r/testosterone. The gel can make things far worse, I tried it from a low but within "normal" range I went to almost 0. The problem arises because it can completely suppress your natural release of T without fully replacing it. I'm sure that's not the case for everyone but please be wary.
